It’s 9:10am on a Thursday and they’re still closed. It’s not even a holiday.
Im sorry to say this but theres a very rude guy who tries everything not to help people and just acts as it was none of his business, if you ask for an information related to a problem you have (had to send international pack). Given to this, I had to shift to Grant street USPS, which is farer for me but people are much more friendly and willing to help solving your issues.
The post office clerk is rude and short with customers. !! Never come here
Really??? I see all the complaints, this is intense. I have shipped about 200 or so packages from there, not a SINGLE problem. The only problem from time to time were people in line lol when they dont know what they are doing.Of course you will be charged for shipping tape if you get it from there! So as any other shipping places lol.
This place is constantly understaffed. Might as well close so people know to try somewhere else. 20+ minute waits every time. People are nice though, just bad location.
Awful! They made me bought tape for my shipping and I was like really? I used USPS services and other locations. USPS is good, but not this location.The lady with pink hair was rude, sent me to the line three times, and I couldnt believe that they didnt have tape.I mean...it wasnt a free service, as customer we deserve a good service, I didnt argue because is not my style.
Horrible service the mailing guy always left my envelopes in other houses. This is happens more than 60%
Service is terrible. Waiting in line to ship an item for a guest for 30 minutes. There was only one employee and kept hiding in the back. Need to hire new people or more people!
I have been in line for 45 minutes while a group of people mail out 50 international envelopes one at a time.
These men and ladies are great - always very helpful... they always say hi and ask how they can help....

They are rude and very unhelpful, every time. Patrick is probably the most rude person I have ever met.
If you going to ticket cars for parking in your lot after hours the entrance should be blocked off not wide open to trick you into a $60 parking ticket.

This post office employes two of rudest, surely postal workers Ive ever delt with. They must have transfered from the DMV. They tried to immediately deny my insurance claim for my Christmas present that I received broken beyond repair. The insurance was purchased by the seller for $150 of my $175 spent. The rude, surely lady wasnt even going to file the claim at all under the pretences that she believed the seller was a scammer and mailed the item broken. There was absolutely no evidence to indicate this! After she made me cry she finally filed the claim. The only scammers in this situation was the post office workers!
This office is closed now, as far as i can tell.

2021-05-26I feel like its easy to complain about the generalized USPS when something happens to your package which more than likely has nothing to do with this specific office. What I can say about this specific office is that I didnt have to wait in line and the sales associates were warm and knowledgeable. Great experience. Thanks for the help!

2021-12-20After looking at other reviews its clear this location has an issue with one of the employees that works here. My issue was specifically with Patrick. He was not only unhelpful but deliberately made the process more difficult. The rest of this experience will be taken up his manager.

2021-02-17I always am met with long lines at this post office. Combine that with slow incompetent staff and a complaint system that falls on deaf ears this may be the worst post office in Buffalo. Maybe if they could at least open on time and stick to their posted hours they might deserve two stars but they can’t even do that. Never use this post office if you can avoid it this post office is the reason people have a bad taste in their mouth when they say USPS.

2021-04-06Absolutely terrible experience here with my mail getting lost. They didnt even scan the tracking number on my FedEx package and I find this out weeks later when the document I sent was urgently needed. Do not go here with FedEx shipping labels!! It is like throwing your mail into a black hole. Go to a Fedex drop off station instead. I wish I had known this.

2018-04-12They made me buy a roll of tape to tape up my box I was shipping! Like what?!?!? How can you be a post office and not have any tape!? When I went in the guy asked me if I had my own tape to tape the box up.I thought he was joking but he was definitely not joking. What is a joke is the post office. And especially the service I got today. If I could give these guys a zero I would. If I could report them for poor business practices I would.Do yourself a favor and never come here if you can help it. In fact tell everyone you know to never come here. And tell them to tell everyone they know

2020-06-24I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt here but there are enough miserable employees at this location that constantly bump heads with customers that I can specifically remember (and a fond memory it is) of the single time that I was greeted pleasantly and taken care of without hash tone or treated as if it would have been impossible for me to function without their instruction. What a glorious day that was. Thank you to the employee that went against the grain that day, you will forever be in my heart and the chance that I will be treated like a human again at this location will be with me every time I step through those dark dreary doors.

2021-12-17I’m a little traumatized with postal office service, they are rude and they screw me over many times in the pastBut today I’m shock of how nice and helpful the gentleman in here was, was patience with me and really efficient, it made my day, wish it was always this way
