I received my package torn and stamped with red lettering saying; Received Without Contents At 14213. I spoke with the Manager and he claims that my package arrived this way and there is nothing he could do about it! I couldnt help to wonder that if my package arrived with out its Contents and if the post office manager claims it arrived this way, then why is it torn open? Shouldnt it still be sealed? I mean ;who sends a torn open package with items inside of it! Something is wrong at this post office! Beware
I haven’t actually been to this location but I have had some troubles with a couple packages sort of getting lost with the local offices and both times I have called they have been incredibly helpful, and willing to take the time to help. They also ALWAYS call me back with updates.
This post office is a prime example of why people hate the post office. The go to answer for them at all times for trying to locate a package that was supposed to be delivered but says online that they couldnt get into my gated community even though I live in a house with no gate and am always present for packages, at this location is Its on the truck. Even when the tracking clearly states that it is at the post office. Super unhelpful and rude, will go to Hertel location for shipping and stamps and will ONLY go to this location when I HAVE to pick up a non-delivered package, even though I am sure they will continue to tell me its on the truck.
Very rude and absolutely horrible service from Lori the USPS worker. Had multiple packages to send out, she didnt want to start processing them until I finished writing my sender info on a last one. She just left in the back room. Really?????!!!
The White male staff was very rude and made an offensive joke about my country such that the Black female staff next to him challenged him and he dismissed her. He threw papers at me which was demeaning.
A bit understaffed but the workers are always nice and try their hardest to help you.
I wasnt home to receive my packages and I requested they be redilvered and they lost all 3 of my packages. I only live 0.1 mile away which goes to say how completely incompetent some of them are.
Very very rude staff. We went to do our passport after speaking to someone they said we would have to come back at a certain time because of them being understaffed we came back at the time he told us and all other employees were rude gave us the run around and told us they couldnt help us. NEVER AGAIN!

Never had a problem here. Employees very personable and well-informed. Sometimes crowded depending on time of day, which is normal. Full service PO.
One cashier and the guy in charge stands around doing nothing. The line is out the door and he’s just standing around. Unbelievable.

Soo I ordered headphones and they should be here today but suddenly for no reason after reloading my page for the tracker it changed to tomorrow
I have used this post office for years. The staff (which has changed over time) is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. One of my favorite post offices!
Terrible customer service wouldnt help me with a mail on hold & change of address issue very rude from the black female chewing gum with mouth open. NO STARS IF I COULD!! 👎👎

Great staff, long waits if you go right after work at times, but thats just a heavy traffic time.
Called like 20times been calling since 6am ando still says closed!!!.... One time it rang and rang and rang and Noone answers then I call back and automatic machine that says they are closed......
Worst post office on the planet ! The workers there have bad attitudes they never pick up the phones you know how I know I called while I was in the building they deliberately ignore the phones there !

2022-05-05Come here all the time. Ship a lot of things multiple times I’ve came in when tim is working and the guy is a couple jerk. Not helpful with questions and is very stand offish. I’ll make sure I go to a different post office from now on

2021-12-14An older man named Tim was working and we came in with multiple boxes for our clients from our financial company. He perpetually complained about having to ship mutiple boxes. We came in at 4 o’clock and he said “you can’t come in at 4:30 and send multiple boxes when we close at 5.” It took him less than 20 minutes to label the boxes and we were out of there by 4:30. He was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. As a grown man it was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. He also refused multiple boxes because he didn’t like how they were taped even though they were taped close with usps packing tape. He then preceded to make rude comments and acted very disrespectful of customers. Once again his name is Tim and I hope his behavior is addressed because it reflects on the company and branch.

2022-01-032nd time I went to the Buffalo, Grant St. Post Office to talk to the supervisor about missing mail, mail from neighbors with a different house # being delivered to my house, etc. After 8 minutes, the guy never came up to the counter.

2020-12-14I always have pleasant interactions here. The manager has personally called me when I’ve had packages disappear. His efforts to resolve the issue were above and beyond. It’s never the staff that is challenging...it’s often the under prepared patrons that hold up the line.

2019-10-10This is actually quite a nice and cozy feeling post office. This is located in a very walkable area too. The service here was nice also. You can really expect to see the occasional character of a person parked up in front of this Post Office building. It is in an interesting part of town that is for sure.

2019-12-09Sent 3 international packages from here, and both people I met were very friendly and helping me labeling and preparing my package with the correct information. I shifted here after a bad experience at Washington street, were I run into a very rude and annoying guy which stressed me that much I dont wanna even try to send something from there.

2018-06-14Driver never knocked on my door for package, just drove right by assuming no one was home and sent a text saying package couldnt be delivered because no one was home. i was home watching the whole thing. called office to ask for same day delivery or driver to turn around. nothing came. very poor customer service

2020-04-22Metered flat return for $2.75 additional postage. Envelope 6.48 X 10.58 (perfect dimensions), thickness .435 thick (almost half max thickness), weigh .95oz (metered for 2 oz, so we OVER-payed already), easily bends (postal carriers SHOULD know what this means). The bottom line.....DO YOUR JOB!
