The staff are good people but, please hire more workers, the wait is just too long.
The postal workers at this location are always friendly, patient and efficient. Sometimes there is a wait but that is mostly because they do passport applications there and that takes some time.
Wouldnt even give one star. Havent gotten mail rlfor 3 eeeks. No one answers phone. No authorization was given to stop service. Already paying late fees on bills. Ridiculous.
People who work at this location are ve y friendly and efficient, thank you for your service.
Worst service ever... called 6X spread out threw the time period of an hour...not only was my call ignored 2/6 of the times i called but i was also hung up on 1 of the times.... very unprofeshional.. very displeased

2022-07-03Very nice and friendly Post Office with friendly people working. I find the location very convenient in the heart of Kenmore. I bring my elderly relatives to get mail and supplies and they all look forward to going here. Good Job.

2021-08-19Years ago when Mike, Barb and Herb worked here the place was amazing, they were always so friendly and willing to help you and had amazing customer service. The new employees at this location dont look happy, dont seem like they want to be there. Do not have good customer service skills and just ruined the location

2021-04-20Absolutely abysmal service. Asked for certified mail and the clerk seemed like he was going to help me by explaining what I needed to pay for and him putting the location in the computer I bought an envelope and he just said have a good day and didn’t continue the process. Went to ups and they ended up assisting me with the process instead.avoid this place like the plague

2020-10-14DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE. There is an employee by the name of Mike who refuses to wear a mask, jeopardizing every person who walks in that door, and all of his coworkers. Not only is this the law, but I tried to rationally explain to him why it’s important (since I am a nurse). He told me he has been told before and to leave. Very rude and very dangerous. I tried reporting him to USPS and there’s no way to speak to a living person. Will not be returning.

2019-06-17I work for a small business in North Buffalo and do quite a bit of business with the post office. 3 years ago this was a wonderful post office to deal with. Friendly greetings & helpful service. Not anymore. Now you can depend on getting an annoyed glance for having to deal with you after they acknowledge your presence or look up from their cell phones, which ever comes first. They never have the postage stamps that I need for our business and the last time I was able to get them there, they charged me for 3oz when I only needed 2oz.

2019-08-31Staff are fantastic and really go out of their way to show that they care and that they are there for you.I had an issue with a package being sent back when it wasnt supposed to and they took care of it promptly and professionally.

2016-04-29The people at this location are very welcoming and kind. Until today I did not realize that they are not the ones who handle the mail delivery for 14217, its actually the location on Hertle. Hertle location however does not assist very well unless you physically go into thier location...and they cant seem to answer the phone either.
