This post office actually closes at 1 on Saturday!! Do not be fooled by the times posted on Google! They are NOT open until 3! In the 5 mins I sat in my car trying to find a post office that might be open, no less than four other people tried to go in.Have been here numerous times and its a very tiny post office. They have decent customer service but lousy parking and incorrect hours.

I recently moved and my meds were mailed by mistake to this post office. I called (difficult getting the number) and asked if there was a chance my mail was just sitting there. I spoke with the manager, Steve, who put me on hold. After waiting 45 minutes I drove 30 min to this office. After much discussion, Curtis, very polite, found my meds sitting there. It appears Curtis is better organized than the manager!

So, yeah... My package, that was traveling just fine on its way from UPS was then transferred to the less than reliable hands of the USPS. I found a package for someone else at my home instead. So, after I attempted to get ahold of any one by calling customer service (which I believe the terms USPS and Customer Service are an oxymoron) and getting no where, because they dont seem to care about service at all, I googled the address of the other person. I then walked that package to that other home and.... You guessed it..... Found mine!So, hopefully USPS will reimburse me for my time and for doing their job for them! Thanks guys!Update to this-It is now a few weeks later. Ive had a package once again transferred from UPS to USPS... Guess what??Not deliverable and being sent back to sender.So, I call and speak to customer service. They confirm my address and name and say it was all correct.So, yet again, this branch has screwed up a simple delivery. I now have to do a bunch of searching for my delivery.Good job people.Not sure if this is just gross negligence or something else. Either way, they need some serious training.I wouldnt use this office if you can pick.

Great example of the customer service at this location ----- I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to R*** at the Hiler Post Office who i spoke to and explained that i dropped a letter in a local mailbox and noticed as it was falling that i forgot the stamp. It was one of slow motion responses like Oh Nooooo. After speaking with R*** he was able to contact to the carrier who located the letter. R*** called me back stating he had possession of it. i said i was going to stop down to the post office to put a stamp on it but out of his own generosity he applied the spare change to cover the stamp cost so i didnt have to make the trip over. I really appreciated his generosity and would have never have thought someone would do that for me. Thanks again for your generosity and assistance!

The only post office I went to where none of my documents were delivered to their destinations and were sent certified mail. Pick another post office If you can help it.

Frequently have trouble getting mail. One time my mail was forwarded back to sender?! Hiler Branch. Also one of the mailmen was vision impaired.
