Day 5 of waiting on a package thats out for delivery. I called to speak with the manager and got put on hold for a hour, so I went to the post office and the clerk called the manager for me.She answered the hold call and said she was trying to reach the package carrier and could get ahold of them. She went on to say she would contact me later with information about the whereabouts and its the next day now. This has been by far my worst package experience ever and I do plan to never use their services as much as possible.
Great place to come and do your mailing service with... This is my second time having a P.O. Box here and its pretty cool. The only thing is the hours are pretty early until the afternoon so if you need personal assistance with that then come early!!! Other than that, the regular mailing is until about 6 p.m. and the staff are always helpful and willing to help you with anything you need. Its always clean in there and its never too busy. The line will move along if everyone just has a few items or so... If you are in the area and need to mail something to stop in...
Today Fed-ex mailed me a fridge meanwhile the USPS couldnt mail me a pair of glasses that was 3 day shipped to me. This isnt a abnormal thing with them. They could not access the delivery location on many occasions. They dont have a number to call that works either. When Amazon comes out with shipping services this place is gonna die and I pray for that day. People have given USPS too many chances.
With all these open doors, do ya think its possible to assign me a door and pull the 6 skids off?Nope!Gotta wait. Come back later.Some USPS facilities are pretty decent. This one is a joke.If you all ever wonder why your package is late or lost, its because these guys aint about to do any work unless they have to. Even when they do have to work, its far from impressive.
I dont know what these commentators smoking. Cause they have extra parking, great customer service, fast, and they have patience as many times I sent certified mail I always forget how what that one is for and they always explain in detail many times and still same tone. Line is always short, and they work fast, when u take a foto at least they ask you if this one looks ok. If you get off the line, you can come rite back up to the beginning of the line. Im young, I can wait Im not cutting the elderly.
Twice I have been told to renew my passport online and when it advertised online and at this location that it can be done there. Unknowledgeable employees who are more interested in there personal conversations with coworkers then to assist customers. Need training on good customer service.
I have had atrocious customer service at this place. It started when I tried to help them by picking up a package that was delivered which I missed, instead of them having to come back out I figured I would pick it up, upon calling I spoke to a rep who told me in the future if I wanted to pick up a package it would cost me, that didnt sound right so I reported the situation to the super, the apparently the rep lied to the super stating I always miss my appointments and want to pick up my packages. The super sent a nasty letter stating she believed her rep and that I was a pretty much a liar and would be charged in the future. I asked the super to prove by document how many packages I had picked up since this was the first and that I was trying to help, comes to find ou they were friends or relatives and had them reported to the post master, Now I have a postal carrier putting everyone else mail in my box instead of taking it back, I have complained several times and called the suctomer service line which they did nothing about , next step is to call the postmaster general. Its been several months and still having the same problems even after calling the local post management. I cant believe these people still have their jobs after the retaliation, I think I will go to the newspaper and then contact a lawyer. OH and alot of times my mail comes preopened. sometimes taped back close......disgiusting.
They lost a 300.00 parcel, that I left at the bin, never could recover it. ALWAYS missing deadlines, sorting is malfunctioning, parcel within Buffalo will be sent to Rochester therefor delaying delivery. The worst, absolutely the worst office Ive ever dealt with. should be all fired.
Went to get a passport photo taken. The guy at the counter told me the other lady takes the photos so I would have to wait for her. Waited almost ten minutes for her to come back. No one even went to tell her someone was waiting they just let me stand there wondering how long it was going to take.
Worst post office in buffalo. If you specify instructions on mail hold, they wont honor your request!!! Ive paid extra $ to mail packages certified or priority with tracking # only for that mail to take weeks to get delivered and the only answer that they employees give is, its in transit! Also the carriers disregard the names on the mail boxes and mix up everybodys mail in my area!
This post office is filled with rude people. I reported a p.o. worker who was looking in windows in my neighborhood and the staff was so rude this freak/ pervert was allowed to creep our route regardless. They deliver mail to all the wrong neighbors and they not only wont take a complaint....they yell like children
I sent a package to Chaffee ,NY, and it made its way all the way from Irvine KY to this post office in Buffalo NY, and hasnt been seen or heard of since, , how in the hell do you lose a package that is 24 inchs long and weighs 24 lbs, Ive called everyone Ican think of trying to locate it and never get any response back, I guess my only option is to contact the postal inspectors offices and file a case againt them

2022-02-17Run run run from this load if you have to deliver here. Better off refusing too. Dock supervisor is more concerned with following mask protocols than getting work done/delivered. Whomever put him in charge needs to think long and hard as your loosing drivers that will come here. You definitely lost me.

2021-10-28Extremely rude and incompetent. Never willing to answer questions efficiently for customers and if you have a package that should have been delivered weeks ago or was delivered to wrong address they are super cut throat and treat you like you should just get over it and its your fault. I only put 1 star to give review other than that if there was a choice for no stars you wouldnt see this one it would be 0. And yes that was a huge run on sentence because Im so sick of how that place is run that this is my exact energy and how I wouldve said it in person.

2021-05-19I am beyond disappointed of the USPS in my area. I have tried to have three large packages delivered to my house and each time the carrier refuses to delivery the package because they are too heavy. She leaves a note every time saying that I can pick it up at this location. I understand that people have different abilities and some items are just too heavy for some. I understand so much that I am 8 months pregnant and can not get anything over 20 pounds delivered. Ifthese items are too big USPS should have a truck that delivers all the big packages with someone who can carry them and deliver them. The whole point of using this service is to have things delivered.

2021-02-10They keep putting my mail in my neighbors box. Even though it says my name and my address ON MY BOX. Identical to what it says on my mail. This happens day in, day out, week after week. You cannot get a breathing person on the phone to fix this. And then they will wonder why they will no longer have government jobs.These guys cant seem to read or comprehend basic thought processes. I cant wait for USPS to be gone

2020-07-31My boyfriend and I never have any issues with the staff. We have a PO Box here, and because of my business, we do a lot of mailing as well. My packages never take long to be delivered and the staff is always helpful. The line can get long, but I blame that more on people all showing up at the same time than the employees- who do their best to move the line along quickly. Weve seen people screaming at the employees and just have to shake our heads. Until you have worked at a place, you have no idea what other responsibilities an employee has besides dealing with your attitude. Its no wonder some of you get bad service- no one wants to deal with an erratic screaming terror of a person.

2021-08-10UPDATE YOUR SATURDAY HOURS ON GOOGLE, they close at 1 PM, not 3 PM. Location has nice employees, but its your typical USPS. Cant get through to them in anyway for help/info unless you physically go there.

2021-02-08The post office delivered someones package to my home. It is nearly impossible to contact them. Weve left messages and tried to call. Automated phone service doesnt have an option for this and youd have to wait at least 60 minutes to talk to a rep. I realize Covid-19 has caused a hardship for the post office but they cant return a call after 5 days?. Putting the package back on the porch doesnt help and could be stolen. I will leave it on the porch with another note hopefully this will resolve the problem.

2020-10-14Ive lived at my address for 4yrs and have complained about the delivery person several times. No care in the world if mail is put in the wrong mailbox. My family lastname is vivid on front of the mailbox, but we still get our neighbors mail. Called the office building, but nothing is ever done. Waiting for a delivery 10/13/20 but never delivered to my address. Called and all I received from a young lady is that their scanner couldnt pick up the address, so tell me if this sounds logic!!! But the package was delivered some where. Im so done with their lazy incompetent postal service.

2020-06-16Absolutely the worst mail carrier out there period, and Ive dealt with every other mail carrier for my packages. They literally Do. Not. Care. at all. Regardless of the current events, my packages are always late by a couple of days, even when paying expedited shipping. Sad part is, I know Im going to make everyone who sees this aware of how terrible a service this carrier has, but I know nothings going to be done about it, either because the people working there cant take a hint, or they legitimately just dont care. Shame.
