I called and made an appointment for me and my family to get our passports for a family trip. We show up to our appointment which is supposed to be at 10 but we later find out that the person doing our passports is at the bank which we reply by asking when they will be back and the front person said soon so we took the time out of our day and waited and now it is 10:47 and we still have no idea where the lady is at. I would say this is terrible costumer service.

I give it a 3 when another mail person someone other then Lady mail person who delivers to forest street if its not the Lady i get other people mail , And by the mail box in big black letters Lent & Quintana only The ones that takes her place leaves mail in the name of Mercado Sigfredo Everytime . If he read he shouldnt be delivering mail .

My regular mail man can deliver my Amazon package but seem the guys doing latter delivers cant or wont drive up my driveway or leave it by mailbox I guess they dont feel its important now my last one was said undeliverable at 7 12 pm I was home so I guess it can be returned that way to Amazon because of laziness on postal service Charles Sutliff 531 west fulton st ext

I spoke to Melody and she was very quick to help! I have called many Post Offices all around the US and I can tell you this is the only USPS office that has helped me and done their job right! I greatly appreciate you Melody!!!

Horrible quality, they take forever. I didnt get my package which should of came in today. But the postal service is already closing. They take forever, and it is just a horrible postal service.
