Came by to drop off a prepaid package. There was a small line that moved very quickly. The associate greeted me warmly and it was an overall pleasant and easy experience.

Meryl is the worst employee there hands down. Has no respect for others and needs to be taught how to talk to customers with even the slightest of decency. She was extremely rude and really needs to be put in her place. It would take me less than a second to fire her. Horrible choice hiring her.

Moved here from NYC and dont know why people are complaining. Maybe its because of the horrific experiences with USPS in the city, but I think this is the nicest post office Ive ever been to. The wait in line is not terrible at all, they are always friendly and efficient. Got my passports done here as well with no problems! Top!!!

This is my favorite post office because it gives me the most peace of mind- after hours (use debit card to get in the door) I can put my skinny sticker packages or bubble envelope packages in the slot instead of the big bin where they’ll possibly get crushed if someone drops a package on them. Massapequa post office on Sunrise only fits skinnier letters/envelopes. And, the kiosk here is great when there’s a long line, usually is, that’s why I gave four stars instead of five. The package bin seems to get emptied a couple times a day- if I drop mine at night in Massapequa it won’t be picked up until 5PM next day and then start tracking the day after that. So, I think this post office gets things out the fastest- I track from Facebook marketplace.

I love getting my mail at 5:30pm. I love saying hello and getting no response. I love when for some strange reason my Amazon packages get sent there only to stay there for two days. I love the tremendous people at the counter tell me I can’t take a picture of my mail because I’m in a Government building. Not only did I take the picture but there was no repercussion, you have no power here Karen. Oh and please continue to walk on my lawn even when the signs say please keep off lawn.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are never rude...in fact they’re always quite friendly and helpful! Only time I’ve experienced long lines was during the holiday season so that was expected! My mailman is the absolute best, friendly, organized and he’s like clockwork...mail is delivered a few minutes after 11am every day...Mr. Mike please don’t ever change your delivery route 😊

This post office is the worse place to get passport services. I had a 1:30pm and arrived much earlier. They told me I was missing a document and I ran next to UPS to get it printed out and was back at 1:35 and he said he could not see me anymore which is ridiculous. I took the day off to come in and he said I was going to back him up. There really inconsiderate.

Very nice service. I appreciate every extra help I receive from this post office branch. Monique is very helpful and took her time in helping me over the phone when I didnt attach my tracking postage to my mail. One of the employees actually went to the bin, looked for my mail, verified over the phone that it was my mail then they generated a new tracking number so that I can track my mail. That was excellent beyond expectation customer service. They know how to fix my error and are willing to fix it for me from their end. Thank you. Thank you. Excellent.

I don’t know if I a going to the same USP Office that the other reviewers are but this place in my opinion stinks. I have a Letter Carrier Mike that is excellent but that is outside of this brick and mortar building. This place has no parking. What parking it does have is terrible. You take your life in your hands whether you Park on the North or South Side of the street and the parking lot that is for ALL of the stores in the shopping center only has a couple of Handicapped spots that you then have to walk in my Disabled condition farther than is necessary if only they somehow could add safe spots. While the inside of the lobby is large and usually stocked well with what you may need I don’t think in the 21 yrs. I have been a resident of Levittown that I have come here and not been met up with a line if not almost to the door but sometimes out the door. Years ago they would process the Passports in the lobby to the side where there was a special window with times for such things to be handled. But seems like no matter what day or time i go it is always a USPS rep. Being taken away from the windows to help with passports. I do have to say over the years I have felt that even though it seems like they didn’t do well with keeping on an efficient Post Master, some that I did have contact with that were filling in such as Mike and Anthony were in my opinion wonderful at their job. But with that being said the front desk help on a whole are absolutely the worst there is. I am probably friendly to a fault because i feel it is so much harder to be unhappy and as with others down right mean but i have never had any rapport with not one of these workers. I am treated as coldly now 21yrs later as I was when I first started to visit this location. I have known some of these workers since their first days on the job and they are the most unfriendly bunch to the point that now my husband and I are choosing to go to Bethpage which also has a parking issue BUT the difference are the workers and the amount of space you are afforded. I am shocked with some of what these employees, these government workers are allowed to get away with at the Levittown location. Almost at times being nasty and i have even witnessed fighting with customers and belittling. Thankfully i personally have never had that experience but there was a time or two where the customer was right and all of us on line overheard this heated argument and the USPS employee was telling them I have told you already how to fill this out now you go do it again and things to that effect. One time this woman was so upset she was shaking and i got off the line and had them call out the supervisor who thankfully was wonderful got this woman in the office gave her water then thanked me, had the clerk come off the window and into the office meanwhile got someone from the back to help out. That was one good experience i can think of . Other than that these clerks are the worst.

Issue #1Every time I Mail a (birthday/holiday) card with either lotto scratch off or a gift card from the Levittown post office, it never reaches it final destination, which leads me to believe that someone working at the post office is stealing them. The only common denominator is the Levittown post office, as they are mailed to addresses in different city’s. I have also received cards with slits cut in the sides.Issue#2I often get the wrong mail, and it’s not just from a couple of houses or blocks away, it’s mail from different towns, it’s so random that its clear they are just grabbing anyones mail and sticking it in anyone’s mailbox just to get rid of it, which probably means someone else is getting my mail, good thing I pay my bills online.I always get my Neighbors mail from across the street, and they get mine, so at least 3 times a week, I have to go swap them out.Issue#3I’ve watched the mailman drop off the mail and leave a delivery notice in my mailbox saying they knocked but No one answered the door to get a signature for a package, I was literally watching him from the front window, never knocked.I’ve also received delivery notifications from a store saying my package was delivered, and i guess he was to tired to walk the package to my door because I don’t get it till the next day, occasionally I won’t receive it for 2days.Issue#4Don’t even get me started on how rude the employees are at the post office, and how long it takes because they usually only have 1 person working, if they do happen to have more then 1, if there’s a line, they’ll just walk away, maybe it’s break time, who knows. I try to avoid going into the post office. Not worth the aggravation.
