Employees were rude - refused to assist us with hand canceling our wedding invitations or allow us to do it ourselves despite it being a slow weekday morning and my having had some invitations hand cancelled at the same exact post office fewer than two weeks ago. Seemed like they wanted to continue sitting around eating snacks and doing nothing rather than assist customers.

Love it! The staff here are great. I always feel so taken care of, get great advice and a friendly service. I especially thank Shahana, who is awesome, and the supervisor who has a great attitude. Thanks USPS!

Terrible Service. They don’t take Apple Pay and also don’t accept international packages after 6pm. All of this information you will only find out once you’re in front of the teller. I still don’t understand why most USPS interiors look like a Victorian mental asylum. Maybe if they put some care in the building it would spill over into service.

Its never a simple process going to USPS. Theres always something wrong with the packaging or the bag. Your system for pretty much everything sucks and staff is always visibly annoyed to help customers.

I have never had a good or easy experience at this post office. The positive reviews honestly baffle me and my family… The self service kiosks have been down every time I have been there in the passed year. The employees are always rude to me, my girlfriend, or family. Was told to do business at FedEx by employee once.

I understand that USPS workers have it hard and are under immense stress. But there is a line between what is and what isnt acceptable when dealing with the public, taking that stress into account. Multiple customers had no mask on despite numerous signs asking that they continue wearing one. I work with high-risk groups. Also, Im convinced that the two employees I spoke with inferred that Im queer (based on stereotypes) and treated me poorly due to their own queerphobia. Four noticably straight frat boys ran in and were helped without question. DO NOT go here if you live/work on the UES, go to the one on 85th and 2nd instead.

I honestly don’t even think people work here like I get on line and there’s people behind the windows but not working??? You people don’t deserve your pay at all.

They were very rude and didn’t even try to help. I kept asking questions and the clerk either ignored me or gave me a nasty attitude. The worst service ever.

Shout out to Postal Worker Robert, who is consistently thoughtful and helpful every time I have interacted with him at this location (going back years). He is always polite and gives me insightful advice whenever asked. Also, customers should be nicer and more patient when visiting the USPO.

I had such a horrible experience here. I went right when they opened at 9am, and there was a line of people already waiting to be helped. The staff took their time, didn’t open any windows until 9:20. Some of the people on the line were elderly, so they asked when the service windows would open so they could be helped. The staff was so incredibly rude—yelling, snapping at customers, responding nastily to them. One employee even said she wasn’t going to help a man since he “annoyed her by asking her when they were going to open”, and instead sat on her chair and sipped her orange juice, purposely making us all wait and watch. I left feeling disgusted at what I’d witnessed. I’d avoid this place at all costs, seriously. Save yourself the horrible experience and send your mail elsewhere.
