If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. No other customers were there so I figured I would be in and out. One window open, no problem at all. The window clerk was on the phone and seemed inconvenienced that I had questions regarding what I was sending and had an attitude. Cool. Got the forms I needed and pen wasn’t working, so I asked if there were extras..she said no due to Covid…so you would think they would have more than one pen out for those who don’t carry one. Mind you, she looked around for one and had no mask on. Told me to go buy one from Walgreens. I walked out and will not be returning to this location. Nvm the pen situation but to have an attitude when your JOB is customer service? Maybe find a place where you don’t have to deal with customers since it’s TOO difficult to learn how to speak to them.

The lady who is in charge of serving and answering customer questions at the window is PATHETIC!! PLEASE CHANGE HER TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE OR SEND HER HOME!! It is totally unpleasant to go to that post office because of her attitude. She is very rude and doesn’t care about us the customers. She turns her eyes to us, maneuvers with her hands indicating us to hurry up with what we have to say...she is more attentive of her PHONE than of her work. Whoever reads this post and has had or is having a similar experience with this person, please call to the telephone number listed for this post office and ask to speak to the manager! You can also call to the 1800 number to complain! Someone has to move her to another position that doesn’t requieres ANY customer service interaction.

This is not my style, but the delivery mail lady of today 8/28/202 behavior was unacceptable. Please, Post Office manager you need to retrain this work, terrible approach to customers. Today, around 3:15 p.m, my doorbell rang, I go downstairs to get my package with my keys on my hands. I asked the worker from the Post Office which it was an African American female, if she has a package for me, her respond was do you have ID? I said no, but I have my keys. She said, well I can’t give the package because you have NO ID, so I told her to put in inside my mailbox. However, I decided to go back downstairs and wait for my package to be put in the mailbox as we agree, I see her texting for a couple of minutes, so I continue waiting and waiting. I can’t believe what this incompetent worker from the “POST OFFICE” throw my package on the floor in front of my nose and left it there, with a nasty attitude and as I picked up my package from the floor she started shouting me out. There was no need for that BAD ATTITUDE and I also, I guess the floor didn’t needed ID at the end.🤦🏻‍♀️🙄

One of the better post offices around this area, cant beat the service, and there is actual parking for customers. The place is well organized postal clerks are nice, and great overall experience for a post office. I come here on a almost daily basis, and this is not the closest post office for me but the best one in my area.

The times I have gone the clerk is very friendly I don’t know what people are talking about. He is usually very quick and straight to the point.However there is ALWAYS A LONG LINE ! Customers here tend to take forever and I always see at least one of them causing trouble.I have bought stamps here and mailed out plenty of packages.If customers are rude to the clerk don’t expect them to be nice to you back.

I understand the need for extra security measures: thick glass, locked double-secured parcel transfer portals, security cameras, etc.But when I have a labeled package, ready to be shipped, and I am told by the clerk, working right now, that there is no drop-off box and I have to stand in the long line of customers to drop off the labeled parcel, it defies all logic and reason. Worst USPS office I have ever visited! I gave them several opportunities. Lines are ALWAYS horrendous, which is more than I can say for the personnel. Dont go here.

I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and I was absolutely dreading going to the post office yesterday to mail some boxes. Due to the horrendous service I’ve experienced over the years.To my surprise there was someone there I wasn’t familiar with. He was very friendly and polite and extremely helpful. Thank you Norman for making my experience at the post office pleasant for the first time in my life!

Tons of space outside and not ONE SINGLE Bike rack to lock your bike. They only care about people with cars :( . Its 2020. Get on with the Green Movement!

I went to merge two money orders to make a new one and she said she cant do that she dont have the money. Where the last place that I did didnt even had any money transaction.(I did it once before because I put the amount wrong both times) I just had to pay the charge for the new money order

I always come here every evening for shipping service and they are always very nice and respectful. This is best postal service that I have ever been to.
