I came here June 2 at 9am. There was an old Indian man that helped me. That man was rude, slow and lazy. I was there to pick up a package, I asked for it to be intercepted and held at the post office. He told me my package was going to be delivered and wasnt there. It wasnt until I told him I paid for interception that he went to look for my package. He found it lol. I live 5 minutes away from this post office but I suggest avoiding this post office if possible.
Went to the post office and spoke to a clerk about two packages that we reported lost. They did some research and told us that they where delivered to the wrong address. They took my phone number and said they would call me after they send a delivery person to check at the recorded delivery address. Its now 3 days later and no call. When I do call the person I spoke with is not there or out and no one remembers anything. There seems to be no structure in this post office. Its a real shame as the United States Postal service USED to fantastic. They seem to take no pride or care in their work. For the amount of complaints and horrable reviews (1.4 out of 5 stars at the time of this post) for our location Im surprise they are aloud to deliver all of our VALUABLE parcels.
Where do I even begin. They constantly deliver other peoples mails in my mailbox. It makes me wonder how many of my mails they delivered somewhere else.With packages they miss the delivery date nearly half the times. They lost my package but they claim it was delivered. Now the latest issue is the my packages were out for delivery on Thursday as showed on the tracking update. There was no delivery attempt that day. The tracking at the end of the day shows its ready for pick up. There was no notification left at my door. I went to the post office the day after and I was told that the packages are still with the carrier. So that day came and went and still no delivery attempt. How they do business is absolutely ridiculous.Update:They have done it again. My package was just sitting in the post office for two days before I had to contact the main post office customer service to get a call back from the local post office stating that the package is at the post office. Why was the package not attempted to be delivered?
This Usps post office people are thief. I ordered 2 packages. At the May 16 it’s was expected date of delivery and they said your packages are delivered at May 16. But I didn’t receive my packages. When I call to queens village Usps office then they said “I don’t know you have to contact to your sender and tell them I didn’t receive and resend my packages”. And today when delivery guy came today at May 17 I asked to him that where is my packages he told me I put your package inside your door when I asked him how many packages was you delivered he told me it was 1. He told me lie I had 2 packages and both were separated. This Usps office are not responsible. This office doesn’t care for the mail for people that mails are delivered or they theft people’s stuff and enjoy it at their home.
Havent been at this postal service in a while , but I would like to say Hulette was very pleasant and very helpful. She help wrap my package and put it together regardless of what her coworker or manager said. Although it had a long line she took her time and got it done!! they need to have more people like her at the postal service. Very pleased attitude!!!
I recently moved to the area and I have already had 2 issues with the services provided by this particular site in Queens Village 11428. I ordered headlights for my car, in which Id received an email notification that the package was delivered to my mailbox. The email came directly from USPS. I went to my mailbox to find absolutely nothing there. I checked my porch, side door and backyard with no success . I eventually went to the post office 2 blocks from me to check to see if it was there. The worker there told me that my package was not there, but was 1.4 miles away at the queens village location. When I arrived there, I waited on a line that was almost going out the door. I was finally seen and explained the situation. A middle aged African man came to speak to me about the delivered package and insisted, at first, that he left it with my neighbor, who was a tall woman with blonde hair. I told him that I have no neighbors who fit that description and questioned him as to why he would feel confident doing such a thing. Then, he told me that he was mistaken and actually left the package in my mailbox but I told him it wasnt there. He insisted he left it there so I asked to speak with his manager who was useless. All she did was back his story and told me to check again and if it isnt there, that I should ask for a refund from the seller,because these things happen. I left out of there with nothing and still looking for answers and my package. The package never made it to my hands and I lost money, as the seller refused to refund or resend, understandably. That was 3 months ago. Now, my current situation is similar. Id ordered an XBOX controller for which I received a MERCARI app notification which says available for pickup at the same location . My question is, why hasnt it been delivered to my home? There was no knock,or even a notice from USPS left at my door. I just happened to sign on to the MERCARI app and found the tracking info, which means I never received an official email from USPS. This particular branch needs major work. Ive never experienced this degree of incompetency from any postal service. Im literally scared to order anything at this point because I have no trust that once its arrives at that particular office, that it will make it to my home. Something needs to be done to better their service or they need to be shutdown.
Zero stars is possible. This is the WORST post office ever. I dont even go here. I go to the next towns PO because I simply cannot deal with the unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect.I printed my own shipping label at home, and scheduled for an at home delivery. I paid for NEXT DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY. Only when the package was picked up, it wasnt delivered next day. It actually went missing for 2 days, before popping up in the town of the intended receiver. They didnt receive the package for 2 additional days. SO!!! Im entitled to a full refund as the next day delivery wasnt completed as expected.I called the USPS... sat on hold for 1 hr and 12 minutes to have someone tell me that this has to be handled on location. No problem. I go to the next towns PO. I give them all the information. They call the supervisor whos like Maam, our carrier didnt pick up the package. But when they did, it looks like they didnt scan it. So it went without an update for the 2 days, etc.. They send me to my towns PO... I say, Okay. I dread going into this place as there is never more than 1 clerk available. Theres always a line of people out to the door (no matter the time), and the service and attitudes you get are always ridiculous.I wait on line and overhear an irate woman, complaining that her package--that she paid $50 extra for next day delivery--is missing. The supervisor, who is often in the main waiting area screaming Whos here for pick up.?! is arguing with her. I try to keep to myself, as Im already annoyed. I get to the window, after a good 20 minute wait (long line), and explain myself to a male clerk. He is confused and trying to tell me that the package was delivered. I explain that a carrier from this location made an error which resulted in my package being delivered 5 days late. I explain that I paid for next day delivery and that Id like my refund. He yells, asking why is she asking me this?! This needs to go to the supervisor! Okay.... He hands the papers (printed out for me at the previous location--it shows in detail what happened to the package from the POs end). The supervisor, still upset from the woman, whose birthday it is... (her package was from a clothing website. she was planning on wearing it out the same evening and now her package is missing). He does a quick glance over at the receipt from my label, and the POs notes, and throws his hands up in the air. I cant deal with this! He literally shoves the papers back through the window slot and storms towards the back. Everyone is looking around, appalled... Im like So..... what do I do now? to a woman agent... Shes flustered I dont know, the supervisor is supposed to handle this. Im not even supposed to be at this window. She gets up and walks to the back.... There are literally like 10 people still waiting online to be seen. I just collected my documents, and left.I dont understand how this Post office is still running like this. Its an embarrassment and a shame to have to deal with anyone working there.
6.5.2020: Recently, i have been experiencing & witnessing several different issues with & within this PO.1. Recently, my childs clothing was misdelivered to someone else. The Postman was honest & as hes been with the huilding for roughly 4 yrs, i appreciate his honesty. But the many sighs & flippant attitudes from the agents at the window, when i asked to file a claim were disheartening & upsetting.2. Christmas i mailed 4 large candles to family in Florida & Georgia, paying for priority shipping. 2 made it during the time indicated, 1 was late by 2 days & Broken, despite the fragile tape all over it. The last was 1.5wks late. I was told priority mail is no longer eligible for refund because its not guaranteed.3. I have family members across the continent, 1 was in Korea & needed items for a perm & other haircare. Well, the agent at the window while mailing laughed & when asked the reason for the laughter, she sarcastically stated, customs isnt gonna believe thats all thats in this package. If youve ever had relatives in the military, you know that even plush toilet paper is a gift to them.4. Last summer sent a document to my mother overnight delivery, it was delivered 2 days after the scheduled date. I went in for a refund because this was a very expensive mailer. Instead the older middle eastern mail tells me there was no one on site to process my refund. I went to another post office spoke to the post master, reporting what i was told, provided all documents & was then given my refund.5. 6.4.2020, i watched as an older Asian male was told you just have to wait on the package despite this being his 2nd trip to the post office. On 6.3 he was initially told he needed to come in, via a slip, which he did, onlt to be told, its on the truck, only to be told 6.4 when he returned you just have to wait.6. While i waited 20mins to speak to the post master, i observed sighing from each of the postal agents, each time they addressed a new customer. I witnessed people walking out upset because of the interaction they had with the postal agent behind the window. I thought they maybe short staff, if thats the case, advertise that you are highering & i dont mean the copied many time 8x11 sheet on 1 of the doors i mean a sign outside on the building, in color. High school guidance counselors are sending out info on work opportunities to seniors and college freshmen who returned home, who are looking for seasonal work. Whatever the problem, there needs to be change in the attitudes & demeanor of the employees that work within this post office.This office is liked by many for the fact that it has off strret parking, a large lobby, passport processing, and late Saturday hours & postal agents deliver on Sundays.Prior Review: 2016-2018Friendly fast paced; off street parking; also located in front of a bus stop. You dont stand on line to pick up a package & the postmaster doesnt mind coming out to assist people, plus they have mail boxes. Open till 2pm on Saturdays, which is always a plus on the weekend.If you like stamps, like I do, they have an okay variety.....
I was on hold for an hour just to get this locations number. When I finally got in touch with someone in the office, they were so rude over the phone. While I was explaining to the person who answered the phone my situation she completely ignore me and had multiple side conversations with other employees. She told me to hold on so she could answer her coworkers question about wanting a piece chocolate . All I wanted to know if I could pick up my package and it took the lady 15 minutes to say it was out for delivery. She was very disrespectful and I did not think it professional at all. They have to work on customer service skills over there.
This office is horrible the worst problems I ever had with mail.for 4 months going on the person whos delivers the mail gives me other people mail my mail is missing a lot. Im missing mail from my family.friends bank statements and more.they also play games I asked to speak to the manager 6 times they gave me 5 different names fake numbers of whos in charge. They deliver my mail on the floor sometimes and leave it outside our my mailbox which I showed them is mine! Im still missing mail and theres no where to report. This is the worst Ive ever dealt with a issue like this never in my life! They need a whole new staff they just want people to buy new mail postal .they need to be fired the worst ever
Horrible experience with this facility. My package was lost. Post office claim the package was delivered to my door but I never got it. I called 3 days in a row. Spoke to various representatives all promised to research my package and get back to me. And nothing. Clearly this was the post office fault. Regular mail guy was on vacation. Fill-in obviously delivered the package to the wrong address. This facility is the absolute worst!
Another lie ! Whats wrong with the workers at this post office. Now my regular mail carrier is excellent but the people that deliver larger packages are the worst. If you dont want to work then please stay home instead of lying to customers. This is the message I got saying that my medicine cabinet was delivered and left in my mailbox.
I had no choice but to select one star. I rate this post office a ZERO STAR. This is the worst united states post office. They never answer the phone, long wait in line. Always have 2 people working. Thats ridiculous. Not to mention they are always making errors with mail delivery and making sorry excuses. This is the closest site. I wish better personnel would be transferred to this location. The supervisor is a real joke! Why isnt higher up doing anything about this? Im sure they have viewed the reviews. No one cares. This is why it continues to operate in the manner it is. What a joke! I dont even know how they have a rating of 1.4. All the reviews here are terrible. They need to do a good clean up! Why have a listed phone on the internet if no one answers
I waited online only to be told go stand by the door. The only door says Authorized Personnel Only there a very stressed postal worker trying to help a group of people. He finally gets to me, doesnt know about my package, doesnt know where it is. He asks for my address and all of the sudden he knows what Im talking about he says it was delivered to ever my tracking and email day its at this location. Terrible service, terrible system, terrible location. This is why I dont use the postal service as my primary carrier.
This post office needs 0 stars if possible. Their customer service is horrendous. I came for a passport appointment. After waiting 1 hour and asking why such a long wait even with an appointment, I was met with super attitude by one of the female postal workers. I was floored and almost gave her good telling off. Lesson learned to NEVER come here again, not worth the wait time or your blood pressure.
This post office is slow. The workers there look like they need a much needed vacation! They all are tired looking with bags under their eyes. Every time I go in its a half hour wait, sometimes more. The workers have no since of urgency. But who can blame them?! There is a constant line at this location 24/7! I feel bad for the workers there! The only problem I have with this post office is it plays the same music over and over again! Every time I go in there I here the song secret agent man!
Worst USPS ever! I got a txt message from Amazon that my package was already delievered then minutes later I got another txt that there was a problem delivering my item. When I tracked my order via my tracking number it says unable to gain access to front door to deliever package. Ridiculous! I was in my living room and my front door was open from 4pm upto now while I am writing this review at 7:25pm.No one came , no one rang my door bell and I did not even see anyone near my front yard when I checked my surveillance camera. This people are bunch of liars!Lazy people! No wonder you only have less than 2 star rating. Shame on you.
Wow, i shoulda believed the reviews. these people are rude especially for an important office like this. take that to mcdonald’s. i went in and waited 2 hours for them to tell me i didn’t have a passport appointment even though i had a confirmation email. for the amount of bad reviews they have they should definitely rehire, or make a more competent location in charge of passports.
Staff is extremely rude. Over the past month, Ive lost several packages and the post office cant give an explanation for them. The mailman actually left a slip for me to pick up a package and when I got to the post office, they still couldnt find it. Took my name and number and no one has called me back about this! Horrible service on all accounts.
I cant give zero stars to this establishment, otherwise I WOULD. Lets be real, Ive never spent less than 20 minutes standing in line at this place. The people behind the counter for the most part are brain dead. And I had been told by one worker they couldnt find my package despite my 45 minute wait, ASKED ME WHAT WAS IN MY PACKAGE! Then I came back the next day and spoke to a different employee and she found my package in under a minute. This place is total and complete garbage. Send your packages to your moms house, or your job, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
They supposedly tried to deliver a package 2x to my home however no slip was left at my door either time. When I went to the p.o. The clerk didnt want to help me because I didnt have a tracking number or missed delivery slip. Worst service ever - thankfully a Young lady tried to help rectify the situation that had already been poorly handled - I would have given this post office a negative one if that were possible.
The service, if you can even call it service, at this post office is the worst ever! They continuously lie about attempting to deliver packages when they have not even attempted to deliver them. On top of the drivers not attempting to deliver the package they blatantly lie and enter in their system that a notice was left when in fact they never even attempted to deliver it. The manager and staff of this post office need to take a course in customer service because it is severely lacking. (This star given is only because Google would not allow me to post this review without it. This post office does not deserve any stars.)
This has to be the worst post office around....just getting a book of stamps could take you anywhere from 30 mins to 45 mins!!! super slow! They never deliver your packages when they are suppose to and then they say they attempted to deliver but no one was home and a notice was left....so not true EVER for me at least. I am at home and they never attempted or leave notice...its all a lie because they are lazy or just forget to bring you your mail....if you can avoid this post office you should. Unless you have time to waste! Oh, and dont try calling them they dont answer the phone!
They lose my packages every time and then they say it was delivered when it wasnt. I hate it when the original mailman isnt in route bc he is the best we have. Others that replace him while on vacation mess things up. I have put for redelivery 2 times and they cant seem to get things right. I need my mailman..
I wish there was an option to give “0 stars” . This is by far the worst post office. The carrier is lazy and there seems to be no action by management. This is my most recent F@&? Up from them. Sizable package so I understand it’s a bit big but it was transported from the vendor to all the usps hubs before getting to Q.V. location with no issues, why is it that a they have to falsely change tracking status to “ unable to deliver” “ no secure location “ when I’m literally waiting for the package or even sitting on the front stoop hands me paper mail but do not even attempt to bring my package. Next day tracking is updated “ available for pick up”. When it comes to smaller packages they leave them on my stoop with no issues at all not a care in the world even if it’s raining. These idiots are lazy. Next step is to have a federal investigation started. Mismanaged location.
Im really beginning to hate this post office. All they do is lie (saying they delivered a package when they never did), now I just found out a package I was waiting on was returned to sender. Screwed up thing is THEY NEVER EVEN DELIVERED IT TO ME OR LEFT A NOTICE. Lord how hard is it to do your damn job. I have to call the 800 number about this post office at least once a week. Get it together people.
Yesterday I was in this office to apply for my daughter and my passport.One of the staff lady was veryPolite,honorable and helpful.we impres by her behavior,customer service and good manner,She helped us.This was our first time to visit this office.we thank to management and staff of post office for their good work.God bless all.
With a horrible post office like this its no wonder the government wants to have UPS take over. There is a clerk there number 04 it said on my receipt, who is the most miserable young woman I have ever seen. Shes rude and looks as if shed rather be having a root canal than waiting on people. I asked her a question and she didnt even respond to me. When I asked her again she barked out I heard you the first time. Thats how youre supposed to speak to the public? Really? Shes fairly new so I wonder who the heck hired her with that stink attitude. The only nice one there is an older Indian gentleman. Hes polite and personable, just slow as molasses. I dont know why Im even zoned for this post office when theres one a few blocks from me. Guess Ill go there unless I need to pick up a package which I hope wont be anytime too soon.
I asked my brother to mail a letter to me. International mail from nyc to Japan. The letter was carried to Canada instead. We called to have it sent to the right address and it reached Japan only to be sent back to Chicago. The postal employees there have yet to explain how my letter ended up traveling around the planet yet not to me. For the life of me I cant understand how this happened. It is by far the stupidest and most incompetent thing Ive seen in my lifetime.
I don’t give this place 0 stars because the app doesn’t let me, but this is far the worst USPS facility in the US. They are so incompetent and disrespectful. When they don’t want to do their job, they just come up with some kind or stupid excuse or lie about a certain delivery case. All the personnel there should be replaced and never be allowed to work for USPS again.
I have been repeatedly getting mail thats NOT MINE with a DIFFERENT ADDRESS sent to my house (at least twice a month). WTH is going on with this post office?!?! I usually just throw it back into the mailbox but someone else (less honest) can open them up and steal other peoples information. I dont even know how many of my own mail has been sent to other people. I call but no one ever picks up! How do I file a formal complaint?!?!?
This post office is definetly in some kind of scam. Where packages are saying delivered and mysteriously go missing. They never answer the phones when you try calling them. I even have cameras on my proving that they dont deliver the packages. They should be investigated....
This post office has the worst delivery service ever. There always putting a new person on the route to my house and it’s the biggest delivery route in queens Village. So today 8pm came and still no mail was delivered to my house so I drove 2 Avenues over from where I live to track down the mail person for my mail. Queens Village post office has got to get it together nobody should be receiving there mail this late at night. Some people are actually getting ready for bed at that time and still haven’t received there mail for the day. Queens Village postal offfice I rate your service as a negative 0
It’s ridiculous that they say your package is delivered when it’s not. These people especially around this neighborhood are stealing your packages. I have cameras and the post man clearly didn’t put any package in my mail box. They should hire new staff or close down. This is unprofessional and low of a post office employee to do this.
Today, 21/04/2018, I was at home. At about 6.00pm, a female USPS mail delivery staff came to deliver mails at my house, I heard the sound. I got up to go and pick the letters. While I was opening the door I heard the sound that my mail receptacle was opened again. It was the same mail deliverer. I checked, I didn’t see any mail, the I said, I thought I have mail. She said yes, that I should go and pick my mail at my next neighbor’s house. I asked why? She said there is no light infront of my house. I told her but there is no light infront of both of my neighbors house, she just kept going. I told her I would file a report, she said I should go ahead and do so, with impunity. It is obvious discipline is grossly lacking in this branch. I have never seen it of heard of it that one will be deliberately asked to go and pick his letters in his neighbors house. This is baffling. I wish I can give 0 star, because this one star, undermines my experience.
THIS POST OFFICE LOST 3 OF MY PACKAGES. THREE.They said they delivered my packges on Sunday and sometimes it says delivered and I get my stuff the next day-- NOPE. They have cost me some business today because it was full of supplies that I needed. I am so sick and tired of this post office.You go there and they act like youre not supposed to be there. The indian guy with the huge mustache hates getting out of his seat and looking for anything.3/30/2016OMFG. This is the FOURTH package of mine that they have LOST.I was downstairs and I saw the mailman come out of my building . I went straight up stairs to grab my package in excitement and my packages were gone. NO WAY someone stole my packages THAT fast. Its 2pm in the afternoon. At 2:46 I receive a message from Amazon stating that my packages have been delivered. TO WHERE?? NOT MY HOME??????????
My packages are never delivered smoothly. And yes when Usps is involved in my deliveries, theres always a problem. This time when tracking the package, it said it had been delivered at the door by 8pm last night and when i check outside its not there! Try calling them and nobody picks up the phone.
NEVER has this post office delivered my package on time or to my house. Last time I had a package delivered though this post office they sent my package to my local bank. Would I really be living in a BANK!!! I get so afraid every time Amazon sends my packages through this terrible post office.Not only that but the last time I went to get a roll of stamps they had run out. How in the world can a POST OFFICE run out of STAMPS?!?!
Awful. And not just awful, GOD AWFUL.Phone is ALWAYS busy. Place is always packed. Customer service is ALWAYS trash.This has to be the 3rd or 4th time things magically dont get delivered to my house, or a tracking number stops updating.. automatically I assume, welp post office lost my package yet AGAIN. I truly wanna throw a zillion rotten tomatoes at that place. Its a waste .Tuh.
These are some of the most incompetent people to grace the planet. It does not get better than this,packages that say delivered but where??? late mail delivery, amazon prime packages that are delivered many days late and yea third world customer service. I was at this post office today. I was there on line at 1:30 pm. The woman providing service at the passport counter at this time was very rude. There were only two people in line on front of me, which she took an excessive amount of time to handle. When it was my time, she asked me if I have an appointment, which Ive never heard was needed, Then she told me I have to return another day because it is past 2 o clock today. I found this unfair and disrespectful, because I was waiting for a long period of time with my child. She did not care about customers need (which included needs for my child school, and required my wife and my presence) . I was sent home and told to return another day with a lame excuse. By looking at other reviews posted here, I can tell that this post office does not care about the public and needs of people. - Abul Kalam
Unfortunately A poor reflection of the United States Postal Service. Inadequate , representation as a Supervisor, Incompetent, Lack Of Wisdom. It is disturbing to hear the rudeness that comes out of the mouth of a Supervisor. There needs to be better representation all around in this post office. I was asked are you challenging me that is Customer Service ? To come across in such manner is a Threat in which I will handle in the legal manner. In speaking with Customer Service the comment from the Customer Service Representative; it is an embarrassment that we have such a representation in the United States Postal Service, I like to apologize for such poor representation from such a Supervisor. So I have to ask; when and how this Person was considered a supervisor ? because that was a big mistake.
THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SERIOUSLY INVESTIGATED AND THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED CAUSE THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS RIGHT!THEY ARE VERY CARELESS AS TO HOW THEY HANDLE AND DELIVER OUR MAILS AND PACKAGES .There is something FISHY going on with the mail lady/man that delivers packages in this neighborhood 11428 they are being careless as to delivering our packages to the right addresses or maybe they are stealing them, cause this is the second time they claim they deliver my packages when they clearly did not put it at MY DOOR! They really need to be INVESTIGATED.All the time the African lady that delivers the mail is always on the phone and not paying attention.ALLMOST ONCE A WEEK SOMEONE MAIL ENDS UP IN MY MAIL BOX AND I HAVE TO WRITE ON THE ENVELOPE WRONG ADDRESS AND PUT BACK IN MY BOX AND A FEW TIMES MY NEIGHBORS PACKAGE IS AT MY DOOR AND I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THEM.

The phone is always busy, so I called corporate in order to be redirected to the office. When I finally spoke to someone in the Queens Village office they were rude and made me feel as if they have something better to do. I doesnt make sense, youre at work and your job is to help with sending, gathering, and exploring. I hate this office and hate is a very strong word. Please quit your job if you cant have at least some type of care. WHAT A SHAME!!!
They dont deserve getting one star either. They said left me a notice of delivery attempt but see no notice. It says no secure location for delivery of small little envelope. Hey, this is a house with letter slot on door. How can they say no secure location.Will report all the situation to USPS Head Office for Northeast Operation and find out what they going to say about it.
Worst post office to deal with, telephone rings seemingly forever! On one occasion my parcel was delivered to the wrong address they claimed, never to be retrieved. On another, my package was delivered to the post office from Old Navy, that too disappeared into thin air. The inefficiencies at this location needs to be addressed!
Yesterday my package was just left outside of my door which is right on a busy sidewalk that anyone could have walked past and picked it up and kept going. 2 weeks ago a package of my mine was opened and left scattered in front of my door. We get other peoples mail every other day..What kind of people are they sending out to deliver the mail!? Two months ago they just kept leaving the cards to go pick up packages at the office when someone is in my home all day every day..Ring the bell!!!
Unfortunately I had to rate this place 1 star to write my review. To be specific the young African American girl at the front is very rude. She is unprofessional. She just looks at you when you walk up, not even greeting you or saying how may I help you. I asked her a question and she was so rude as though that wasnt my right to ask her a question. She answered me with a nasty attitude. I told her no need for that attitude because I didnt know she then replied saying well now you do She went back and forth arguing with me. I then walked out because I felt threatened and going back and forth with her wasnt getting me anywhere. She also shrugged her shoulders like she wanted to fight me. Her customer service skills are the worst. This place has a load of bad reviews. Management needs to investigate because customers are treated with no respect. This woman should be fired or get a warning. Hire people that actually wants to do their job.
I’m just going to file a police report because this is getting outta hand. How you scan a package and it’s showing delivered but the package is not. Why are you stealing people’s package, I called and the manager told me to call the sender and tell them I didn’t receive it. That not fair cos the staff out here stealing and not caring.
Most incompetent postal service ever . They lie and cannot deliver . Then when I reschedule the delivery waited all day for package to arrive . It never came . Postal worker Elizabeth claimed she was never notified of a redeliver. Stayed home from work and waited all day tons told by these incompetent people that they don’t have my package????????????
The worst postal service location Ive ever visited. They never ever answers their phone, and waiting on line is horrendous. I always dread going to this location....dont know why they wont just leave my package at my doorstep...thats much easier to deal with than having to visit here.
ZERO Star. Terrible service. First of all, the package wasn’t delivered and was sent back to the post office. When I came the next day for pick-up, they lied to me that the package was out for delivery and I never received the package. People here are not working at all. Don’t ever come here.

USPS over all just simply just sucks never answer the phone they automated machines pisses ppl off when you call about something that the machine cant help with they deliver guys delivering mail/package that say deliver when it not while they still have it on there truck one time i literately had chase down a truck for my package that they claim was delivered when this guy still had it on his truck . I had call and they told me that no one was there and its a business thats open to the public.
There was a black lady Very nasty attitude included the manager i just want them to scan a package that was paid and ready to ship the answer was we not scanning, iv told them i need some prove i left the package here i need the receipt, she start screaming at me we not scanning and no receipt, i left with my package to a different brunch and there they scan it with no problem and no issue.
Somehow you guys lost my package for over a hundred dollars in merchandise the week before christmas (item was never scanned at supposed drop off ) and now packages aren’t being delivered due to no access when I live in a house with front yard and am at home during “attempts” You guys are ridiculous . Had a woman there hang up on me when I FINALLY got through on the line that rings forever
This post office has the worst customers service, slow and very unprofessional,my packages has came opened and damaged,And they never answer the phone, they should definitely should be reviewed and replaced with new people that wanna actually work for there paycheck, am for one would rather go thru ups or FedEx even if it cost me more money to ship somthing politeness and common courtesy goes a long way

2022-07-08BEWARE OF THIS POST OFFICE. I had a passport appointment and the Indian lady made me fill out the wrong application when I came in with the right one and i also paid for the expedited passport. I am deeply disappointed with the service at this post office. I have a trip this month and I did my application early in May and I still havent received my passport. They are the worst in service and customer needs when thats basically their job. If you need a passport I suggest going somewhere else because they dont know how to help their customers.

2022-03-23Overall decent experience except from one employee working their in the front desk.. here name is RUPALI , She is very rude and mean to me.I went for collecting my package and this lady (Rupali) talk a lot with no manners and she throw my package to me through the window.. 2022-03-08I had the worst experience ever. This post office is the worst I went in there to get my passport done I had an appointment at 10:30 they didn’t get to me till 12pm whoever suppose to service me left to go on break at 11 when I was here at 10:30 this is so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this post office. Staff is so disrespectful they need to close this post office down or have new staff.

2021-10-15Very bad experience with this location. Im expecting a delivery for over 2 weeks now from usps and the delivery person keeps putting it off over and over just because theyre lazy to take it the truck. They came all the way to my house 3 times but so lazy to take it out the of the van because its a bit heavy... Im so so disappointed in this Queens village location.. my package passed through all the different locations but only this location gives hard time. Also forgot about the postal service employees none of them are nice, I spoke to a representative over the phone concerning my package her name is Kesha, omg she was very rude and disrespectful, she totally ignored what I was telling her and keep saying how can I help you over and over. All because she didnt want to help me but just ignore me.

2021-04-15I had two packages personally handed to the manager himself stolen saying it was never handed to and accepted. He rudely brushed me away because they were prepaid labels and i wanted to scan them and get a receipt for them since i the lost a previous package a week pior at the parcel drop off box. After a follow up day because he knows who i am and when he took my packages, he in return says just to wait as last time my package gone missing, when it says it was never even accepted. This place are thefts. Beware of your packages going missing here. No postal office ever have come across and i lost packages saying i never handed it to them, or that they never were dropped off at the drop off parcel box except this one even after delivering it personally to the manager. I reported a inspection to be done.

2019-10-22Ive been waiting on a package for weeks now, I finally got through to them and after being on hold for 30 minutes the girl says she knows the tracking info says that the package is at the Queens Village USPS but it really isnt and she believes it is lost. She told me she would call me back, but hasnt. Ive called them 37 times today and no one answers. How is this a serious business. What we order in the mail is important to us, please help your customers and treat us with respect. USPS should really consider investigating this location.

2020-12-27When you are expecting a package, they scan that the package is delivered when in fact it is not delivered. Then when you go there, the supervisor shah tells you that it was delivered and he will follow up; but he does not call, and days later the mailman hands you the package that they stated was delivered days before. I have lost so many items because of the post office. If I am purchasing items, and they are using usps, I will not spend money with them. Post office should not be in business.

2021-09-16The manager Hyde at this location adviced us that I have to pay $600 to pick up my mail because the mail carrier is scared of my dog that is scared of a broom. She was disgusting and rude. She also advised me that it is okay for her employee the mail carrier to scream at us. Mind you her mail carrier crashed her mail car into my car a few months ago.

2021-07-14They gave me no notice of my passport appointment being canceled because the ONE person that had set to work that day called out. This is now the second time i had to reschedule my passport appointment because of this place. They didn’t even offer to reschedule the appointment for me like it was my fault the worker called out. This is frustrating because the current window for scheduling another appointment is about 4 weeks.
