I wish I could give no stars! Waited in line for over 30 mins. They only had two tellers at 10am and the lines were long!
My first experience at the postal office without waiting in a long line for service. The USPS teller was professional and prompt. No conversation with other workers while I was at the window.
The workers there are extremely rude! They make postal service look like a joke. Weave, nails, and gossip seem to be important to the staff. The more respect you show them the nastier their attitude. Management needs a clean slate on their staff.
Still waiting on my package to be delivered to me in Alabama. Says when I track it, its been in Jamaica, NY since May 20th. Here it is June 17th and still tracking shows its still there. I need my medical supply. Why are you still holding my package?
Poor delivery service .. opted for express shipment so it reaches soon, but it exceeded more than the standard delivery dates.. too slow.. and moreover no tracking information available of the package. No updates of my package for a week .
On 12/20/2019 I would like to share my wonderful experience I had at the Sutphin Post office 97 03 Sutphin Blvd. As soon as I walked in the door a lovely lady came up to me and asked madam do you need help and I look at her, i was very amazed and said yes i need help she help me with everything i went there to do. Every P0 manager should take the initiative to help every like that.Her name is Ms.Ava
OH dear heavens I’ve been living in that neighborhood for 5 years and GOD AWFUL. I have to mentally prepare myself every time I go for my money order. These people will have you waiting in line until your feet start to numb. Lord , God and they are NASTY as Monday is long. Miss Rose and the one Asian lady there are nice and you are lucky to get them but the rest are just VILE. Miss Pat used to be very nice too but I guess the rest have rubbed doff on her too. You would think they get chained and beat back there. Very nasty for people who have jobs and can’t get fired unless they practically murder someone. I don’t get it. One time I was in there and they had me waiting with 2 people in front of me and actually made me fill something out over and offered no pen I had to go in the parking lot and beg for a pen. Then they made wait while they were in the back doing GOD knows what. Oh and don’t have a package in the back that they have to look for. They will pretend its lost and make you come back. Save your peace and go to the one on 163rd over by the Colosseum in Jamaica by the bus terminal. I wish i could give negative stars LOLOL
This post office does not care for its customers at all. I have a PO Box fir safety of my mail and they still send it to the house. Terrible sevice. 😔
The worst of the worst!!! Don’t waste your time none of the ladies want to work! Rose said im sorry my printer is not working go to the next window and the old lady when she heard she just said Im sorry I have to leave the window and she just left. If they dont want to work just leave and hire people that wants to work!!
I wish those 2 OLD, VERY OLD dinosaurs who have been working there at least 35 years would retire already and give the job to a younger person thats faster and has more courtesy. These 2 women dont care anymore and are being paid while mistreating customers.
How long does this post office hold packages because it’s been almost 20 days my package has been sitting in in transit. What is going on with this facility?

Worst possible experience you can have at a USPS. The staff works incredibly slow on purpose. Long lines...staff is clueless.
The people who work here should be embarrassed., the way they treat people . SHAME ON YOU, To bad there are no repercussions , for the way the USPS . Treat there customers at this facility

Long lines, not enough staff to fully accommodate customers. Customer service very abrupt, rude non friendly atmosphere. Location is too small and contested.
Its cool when its open. There use to be a mail box right in front so anyone could still send out mail when closed but,for some reason it was removed and the nearest mailbox is?
They have horrible attitudes in the only one lady maybe Asian or filipino she nice everyone else are rude and have horrible attitudes

I had to mail something after holding a pee. The person at the front desk understandably helped me out very hastily and even showed me where I can pee.

I was told that I have to pay extra $0.20 for sending a postcard because they dont have a $0.30 stamp!!!

2022-04-14Rose has to be the most unprofessional worker there you work for the city and still you complain about scanning my certified letters one by one I’ve never had any issues and now because you have to scan it’s an issue! It’s your job telling me it’s against policy to do so.... excuse me? Rude, didn’t even say good Morning looks like she didn’t even want to be there! There’s a lot of people who is in need of a job and your here just taking space!

2022-03-08Charging $3.99 (not for tape) just to attach the shippinglabel. So I ask whats the price for the tape ? She said$3.99. I felt stupid and felt like drinking bleach to death.All she had to do was just attach the shipping label. Ididnt asked to wrap the whole freaking country with thetape.No wonder why Trump decided to cut federal funding forUSPS. They are the most corrupted poster service ever.

2021-03-16I go to this place frequently as I run a small business and it’s right next to my house. Their are some workers there who refuse to take care of me in a timely and proper manner. Their job is to scan packages and it is my right to have them scanned. They scan my packages only when it is a small/decent amount. However whenever I bring in a little bit more they make up excuses and don’t take them. This place would be very well if it weren’t for terrible customer service.

2020-12-22This place is so consistent. Unfortunately in a bad way. There is always a long wait for any service. And atleast one of the workers who has worked there for atleast 15 years has always had a bad attitude and non existent work ethic. 2020-03-17Most unprofessional service for a government office. Negligent to customer services as a timely rate, wasting ppl time w n.o supervisor available for over an hour. Passport services Dave very immature, unprofessional, abusively truculent w any authority being the only person working the window. Insists on making jokes, threatening not getting a passport & maliciously over charging fees randomly w n.o representation of documentation of any such requirements. And I will be making a corporate complaint as well people have been silent to long being agitated by staff
