Packages I paid for 3-day delivery were more than a week late. Partial reimbursement should be considered. One of my packages has been delayed twice based on tracking info. Not good... Mom is getting anxious - not being able to enjoy contents for Christmas and new years. Sad!
I waited for a package delivery on 12.23.19.I got home from work at 6:20pm. I checked the status of my package to see it was an attempt at 7:41pm. I was home along with several other individuals. There was never an attempt to deliver. I received a link to have the package delivered the following day. I completed the form then received a message noting that rescheduling is not available in my area. Apparently this was known by the postal worker and the fake attempt at delivering was planned all along. I have no choice but to wait on a long slow line at the post office on Christmas eve. Poor service as usual.
They are the worst.I sent something out for my daughter and paid ex for next day. only to notice that the address I put on the box and slip was not the address the post office worker put so my package is lost . And on top of that i go back and they can NOt and will Not help me. Taking with each other instead of helping the customer... oh one more thing theres a lady there that steals your money one of her co-worker told me.. FarRockaway postal service is the worst..
This location is very unprofessional, there sign clearly states open at 9am but no one was present its now and hour wait with a long line and no one has yet to appear . There was one person arriving at 915 asking if anyone has packages. You call the 1800 number no response, you would expect ppl to be on time . Now I have to tell my work Im late because of your poor service
Says my package was delivered but never received it. Went down to the post office only for the supervisor to tell me “she delivered it” funny enough, I spoke with the woman he was referring to before I went to the post office and she stated she never went to my door to drop a package. So who’s lying and where’s my package? Now, I’ll have to get the cops involved if I don’t hear back by the end of the night.
This Post Office is annoying. Some of the staff have no customer service skills and/or incompetent. Before there was No mail for 3 weeks because the carrier was sick or missing. They finally caught up, however still missing mail that showed up on Informed Delivery. Todays headache: scheduled a pick up for yesterday, box was still there. Submitted new request. Received email that it was picked up at 5:45a this morning. Box still there. Put a note in the mailbox in addition to a new request. Came home and box is still there!
The postal worker supposedly wrote out a slip and never attempts to ring my bell. when tracking my package it said they made attempt with a slip in my mail box and when i check it was not there. so I had to go on their website to send back out the package again. this is the worse post office in far rockaway the person who delivery packages here is always talking on her phone and depending on her conversation she does not bring up your packages she just leaves it in the lobby area of the building. terrible
I never get my packages on time. The postal worker just writes out a slip and never attempts to ring my bell. I then have to wait for the next day, if the post office is open to get my packages. Its a unnecessary hassle. Customer service sucks, and the phone number doesnt work. No one picks up, it just ring and rings, and then you get disconnected. The people who work there seem miserable, and incompetent.Im still going through the same thing. Waiting for a package, only to receive a text that says delivery was attempted. I try not to order anything online that will come through USPS, but most times it cannot be avoided. Smh.The only good thing I can say about this place is one of the workers. I had to ask her name because she does her job well. Her name is Crystal, and she is competent, and kind. If I ever have to deal with the staff there I try to get to her window.
If senders gave the option to choose our own shipping method, no matter the cost, it would get rid of so many unnecessary headaches. Till this day I have NOT received a simple package without having to go through so much trouble. Theyre either marked as delivered when they arent, I never do receive the pink slips, Ive had packages delivered at the wrong address, the post office admits it was their mistake but doesnt do anything. Every single time I have to file a claim. Right now Im looking for two ups packages that were transferred to them and Ive been home waiting yet theyve failed to deliver it. Theyre supposed to hold the packages for 10 days yet one was sent back the same day. To top it all off the service is HORRIBLE. Every time I call a man picks up and as soon as I say my name, he hangs up to not deal with his own responsibilities. I just wish I was able to choose the shipper so things can go so much smoother. GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO ISNT AN OPTION.
The worst post office ever, I was expecting a delivery on sat aug 27, it never came, checked the tracking it says could not deliver wrong address returned to shipper really!!!First I called the company from which I ordered from they have the correct address so, why is it the post office doesnt?Second why didnt they attempt the delivery or leave a pink form so I can pick it up?Third when do the post office automatically return a package to the shipper after the same day they so called couldnt deliver it!!!they are in need of new staff and management
I went to the post office today for my passport appointment , and I was told that the appointment has been cancelled because the person who processes the passport is on vacation. I was told to return within a week but was unable to get a precise date. There was no notice on my cell or email but was told that I should check my email. Our community deserves a higher quality customer satisfaction.
I went to the post office for a passport renewal appointment on 12/23/19, it was for 11:15 am but we got there a little early. After speaking with the officer in charge, she told us we needed copies of our id’s. We asked to go across the post office since they couldn’t make copies of our id’s, this lady said because we didn’t have photocopies of our id’s our appointment was canceled even though it was not time for our 11:15 appointment. We went and made copies by 11:16 we were back at the post office but this lady refused to attend to us. She told me to go online and reschedule for Friday because she would not be there on Tuesday. I went online and got appointment for Tuesday and she was there. This kind of person should not be dealing with the public, period. She was unhelpful and rude.
Is the worst post office people are very slow to work there is a lot of noise there are always people who are bothering while other people quietly line the place stinks have no order and those who are leaving mail at home in the buildings do not touch the bells for the packages I lost my work day yesterday 02/28/18 for waiting for my package but never the mailman knocked on my door and today I have to miss my job again to lose another day thanks to the stupid people who work leaving the correspondence that thanks to the tax that we pay they charge salary should. to change the staff
Has to be the worst post office still in operation. Track pkgs says delivered but is no where to be found. Im constantly switching mails with my neighbors even though I have all the names of the mails that should be delivered in bold letters on the door. Its a different mailman every week and neither of them seems to know how to do their jobs. They never pick up the phone when u call and the toll free number is even worse with that dumb automated system. If I could give zero star I would.
Sometimes my packages dont come to my address it says delivered but when i go to my mailbox my package are no where to be found. i think the workers are taking the packages i dont trust this post office the city has too do something about this. And The workers at this post office dont do they job right sometimes when I receive a package to be delivered to my address the mail workers dont knock on my door they just leave my package next to my door I got my package stolen because they dont knock on my door this post office is the worst post office in Far Rockaway
Today my mom who is in her 60s walked all the way to the post office to return a stand up vacuum cleaner, and the rep rudely denied the parcel because she assumed it wouldnt fit in the receiving window. Then had the audacity tell her to go to 59th St in Arverne when she is a lower Far Rockaway resident with no car hence why she chose to patronize this post office. This post office is incredibly unprofessional. What is the circumstance if a package cant fit in the window??!! I would expect someone would come outside and retrieve the package for return. A formal complaint will be followed!
Literally everyone complains about this post office and in nothing is being done about it I had a package that was supposedly sent to my house but there was no attempt and nobody knocked on my door mind you this is an extremely important document . I made a complaint and had a supervisor called me and she told me that she will try to contact the delivery driver but still hasn’t reached out to me what kind of business is this. This US PS needs to be shut completely down
No self serving machine. No pens available ever. I tried buying stamps and they were completely sold out of postcard, letter and international stamps.I came this past week. They had postcard stamps but when clerk scanned it for me to buy, she said i cant buy it. So I bought stamps online.Not to mention the place is not handicap accessible. My brother was not able to come inside. They had him wait in the back parking lot for service outside. He wasnt allowed inside the back because its for authorized personnel only.I love my mailman Deondre but it seems that the mail always comes at random times or not at all. Ive sent 2 cards to a friend near that post office and he hasnt gotten either one.
Wont pick up phone when im calling. my package isnt delivered when it said it would and the LIE saying a delivery attempt was made when it wasnt. i never got any notice. Go to the one in Inwood or just ship from amazon to the amazon lockers where you can pick up your mail.
The carrier that delivers around the Dunbar street area in Far Rockaway has been delivering my packages to the wrong address on three different occasions. When I confronted him after seeing him in the neighborhood, he was very rude and confrontational also stating “ you don’t even get that much mail at your house “. I found this to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the neighborhood he serves and to myself who has been dealing with miss placed packages as an ongoing issue. As this has been an ongoing issue and nothing is being done, I am willing to take this matter to a higher level as my neighbors and myself deserve respect and a mail carrier who can do the job correctly and in a more friendly manner.
The Most Disgusting Service and Behavior from Clerk.Incident occurred at approximately 9:40 AM on November 8th 2017 with the clerk on the far right terminal. She is African American with braids and glasses. My family has a 3 unit home with 3 mail boxes. 2 keys were picked up and I went to pick up the 3rd key. Clerk was very unprofessional and told me the key did not belong me and told me that the mail boxes are theirs. She made it seem like I was trying to steal an additional box. I asked her to confirm where my mail was going then, she couldnt answer and then she lost her temper and started yelling at me. She then left the counter and started yelling in the background. She came back and then told me to leave. I said Im not leaving until I know where my mail is. She then threatened me and told me that because it was a federal facility that she would call that authorities and have me ejected. All this because I was concerned about my mail. I didnt budge. She lost it again and started screaming. She left the counter again and came back yelling at me to move from her station and wait for her supervisor. I told her Im not moving from the station until I see a supervisor. She loses it again. I was in shock that at how disgusting her behavior was. I wasnt being unreasonable, I just needed access to my mail. Finally a supervisor comes out. Mike was helpful and addressed my surface concerns. This woman though displayed one of the most disgusting unprofessional forms of customer service I have ever seen in my life. It just made me sick to my stomach and I felt offended. The clerk position deals with people on a day to day basis and I dont understand why this federal employee is in a position where there is a possibility she will behave in such a manner with other citizens. I dont believe anyone should have to deal with such person that did not seem to have any restraint or control. She even belted something at me while I was talking to her supervisor. She showed no respect for me, him or herself.
I dont know what the hell is going on, but my mail/packages hasnt been getting delivered on time at all lately. I placed an order on Amazon on Nov. 22 and it was supposed to arrive the 24. At the end of the day, the tracking says carrier delay has occurred. What? Now its showing a Now expected today.(27) I asked a friend if hes been getting his mail and he said yeah. I think its because his building is near the back and mines is in the front. The mail truck started at the back and works its way up. So, by the time it gets to my building, mail wont get until four days later.
I would give this post office ZERO stars if I could! The supervisor george is a Lazy unprofessional slob!! I NEVER write reviews for anything, but the unprofessional behavior that Ive encountered multiple times with several co workers is simply intolerable. Im not having HEAVY packages delivered simply because their carrier is unable to lift heavy boxes, so im being told that its a must I have to come and get my own packages... Last week during my visit to pick up my HEAVY package, they made me go outside, walk around to the back of the building, and collect my items that was thrown on the ground as if it was TRASH!! on another separate occasion I had another co worker tell me that no one at the post office needs to steal from anyone because they make alot of money... Simultaneously unprofessional and COMICAL... Everyone needs to be REPLACED!!
Ive never been to a good post office but good God this is the worse had a passport appointment and they canceled it no email no call no messages nothing took a day off from work for nothing and all they can say at the post office is shes not here so now what b*%$#. I hate all post office I hope they all get laid off. I would never support them in any way .
When a carrier can continuously deliver your important mail to other addresses, that is the highest level of incompetence. When packages are collected and not scanned into the system to be tracked, that calls for internal an investigation. Yet no one does anything about these things. When called, no one answers the phone, ever. USPS should be ashamed to be associated with this branch.
As you see from the reviews that these are concerns and should be addressed. If they dont like helping people then dont work at the post office. Keep your personal feeling out of the equation. I suggest that they have special agents that go under cover and witness for themselves. One of the solutions for this problem is we will have to hold the individuals personally liable and seek injury and damages by filing claims against that party. As they have siuts against them they will be more circumspect
This post office sucks. I always order from Amazon and they never have a problem with leaving it at my door. This last time they dint and say it was attempted and they didnt leave it. Every time I try to call i have a hard time getting through . This time is saying this line is out of service. Like wth!
This post office is HORRIBLE!!! Delivery of peoples mail to the wrong mailbox. Delivery of packages late or not at all. Mishandled mail in a FRAUDULENT manner. I usually love the postal service and their great people BUT this horrible Post Office should fire EVERYONE and replace them with competent people!
I avoid this post office as much as possible. I have to be desperate to go there for something. A few employees are professional but most are not that work at the windows. Nasty attitudes and poorly managed facility. Everyone including the manager needs to be trained or retrained. New clerks are definitely not trained properly and openly argue with customers instead of helping them figure things out. Could learn a lot from the Cadman Plaza post office in Brooklyn that deals with a waaaaaaaay higher volume of customers.
The WORST. Tracked packages either say delivered, when in fact it wasnt or attempted to deliver and no receptacle. Try and pick it up in the PO and long lines, racist employees and ignorant customers who yell profanities at you for being white. Workers have an attitude. I moved to Chicago 2 years ago and I called today 1/3/2017 more than 50 times for my undelivered package and the tracking num says that they have my package since 12/16/16 at the branch of Mott Ave..(this is a gift sent)They did NOT picked up the phone at ALLl!WORSE customer service and I should know I lived there for 25 years.Will try again until those so called workers answer me!!!Happy New Year 2017!
Today as of 4/13/18 my package was soppose to be delivered and I believe the carrier was lazy and didn’t even borther to attempt to deliver my package I’ve been home all day in my apt waiting after taking off work to wait . A few hours ago i receive an email stating my package attempted to be delivered which was a lie because I was home . The worst post office in Nyc. The staff is very rude with bad attitudes they need to fire everybody except the man who locks the doors only polite sole in the whole post office. I paid for a mailbox key Jan.12 2016 an still have not gotten a key not any mail its now nov 8 2016. These are the worst than animal that working in this Far Rockaway US Post Office. Very rude, a bunch of ignorant, cant read, illiterated, lazy, incompetent, punched their clocks, and went back their nearby homes, hanging out, and come back punched their clocks at the end of the day. There is the massive corruptions at this Far Rockaway Post Office, and desperately needed to be investigated. Every day they delivered someones else mail into my address, and Im missing my important and critical mails, and I addressed the problems to them, they shut me up and covered up. These should all be fired long times ago and replaced by those willing to work, the manager is just a another disgusting ghetto at full displayed. This Far Rockaway Post Office should be shut down immediately, it is harming the Far Rockaway communities. Please help the Post Master!!!!!!!!!!! We are screaming for help!!!!! If I could give them no star, I would, but google allowed at least a star!!!
Wow what is going on when did the usps become so bad if my normal mail guy groover is not on im screwed ! i dont even know where to start from my 2 day packages coming 5 days late or the replacement mail guy pretending to have tried to deliver my stuff ,or maybe calling for two days 10-20 times and no one picking up this is the worse postal service i have ever gotten someone needs to check this out something is very wrong .i wish i could give groover 5 stars but i cant
POOR SERVICE!!!! NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE THEY CLAIMED MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. I NEVER GOT ANYTHING. PRETTY SURE THEY EITHER STOLE IT OR PLACED IT IN THE WRONG MAIL BOX. MADE MY FIRST CLAIM ON 2/13/21 NOBODY REACHED OUT HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER CLAIM 2/16/21. SMH THIS POST OFFICE DESERVES 0 STARS.
I would give it a negative 5 stars if i can. I never ever get my mail on time, i would have to personally go to the post office everytime in order to get my mail. They never knock on the door or even ATTEMPT to deliver my mail even though they say that they do. Deliver my ******* mail.

The worst!!!!! They never pick up the phone, they putting other peoples mail in my box and vice versa, I was supposed to receive 3 packages and I got one at 7:30 A.M the next one around 4:00 P.M and didnt received the third one. On another occasion I was supposed to receive a package and when I tracked it it said its not deliverable notice left which they never left any note.They have the most nasty attitude!! Theyre rude!!! I dont know how this facility is still open...
I placed my mail on hold on the 13th of december until the 28th and I selected the option for the postal officer to delivery my mail. Its december 4th and the postal officer doesnt know where he put all my mail. And still hasnt delivered any new mail or my mail that was helf fot two weeks, far rockaway is the biggest post office, they are known to be very well organized. I am completely shocked.
Zero stars! This review is not based on one, two, or even 5 experiences, but rather 5 years worth of experience. Countless times I havent received my items, countless other times the tracking number says receptacle blocked, left notice, while I am home all day and no notices were left. No receptacles blocked and I actually have a slot in my doorway to leave those letters and baseball cards from ebay. They are definately small enough to fit. When I go in, theres usually long lines, and the customers there are rude and racist. Ive been talked down to and called white boy many times.
Mothers day disaster..Received a mothers day card already opened.. The other card is missing. How convenient that the card that is MISSING had a gift card in it. But Im glad someone in that post office decided to at least send the other mothers day card still even though someone opened it. And professionally done too a slit right on the top. Not even I can perfectly open it that careful. Aww how sweet that was 💜. Then when u try to contact them. Its a problem. Smh.. Thanks far rockaway post office For your wonderful service.
I live at 711D Seagirt Ave, Far Rockaway NY 11691, whoever is the carrier on my route, they have not been delivering the mail, why did I get notice my mail is returned to senders, like what the hell is going on here, my address is accurate and my apartment # on my mail
This post office is the worst. They drive around with your packages and dont deliver it to you. They leave a slip in your mailbox for you to pick up your package that they was supposed to deliver like you dont have anything to do but stand online and deal with their attitude to receive your package. Im so tired of this post office.
Absolutely terrible service. They don’t answer the phone. The last four times they did not even attempt to deliver my items. And when I come to pick them up it takes about 45 minutes to locate locate the items. They do not even attempt to care. And takes about 30 minutes for a superviser to show up. They have to all be fired and restart.
This is the worst post office ever !!! very rude workers and every time i order something if its from amazon or whatever other store they dont ever leave my package at my mailbox they always have an excuse that there is a missing number or the apartment number is missing. they are just a mess.
We need better service ! They never answer the phones , always have an attitude and my mail is always missing .. Recently my paycheck was not delivered , working with payroll now to see if it was cash . This is THEE worst post office Ive ever been to. I only come to this post office by force. INWOOD no longer does money orders. This post offices lines are ridiculously long, about 18 people on line and only 2 workers behind the counter. Ive been waiting for a more than 30 min..AVOID this post office if you can or camp outside and be the first one on line!
They are the worst. Ive been trying to get information on two packages and they keep telling me that they were delivered when they werent and there was no notice left. When I told them that I received neither they told me that they would have to speak to the carrier and they would call me back. Four days later no one called me back. When I call them they act like Im bothering them and they give me attitude.
Visited and entered the lobby of the mott ave post office just about closing time and the door was not locked allowing enough time to make a purchase when I was stopped by an apparent rude and angered af****n American male individual talking on the cellular phone who appeared to be a stand in for the usual person assigned to closing. He yelled out what are you here for? I responded to get a money order. He said that unless I was picking up a package that could not make a purchase. I found it odd but left. As I was leaving a few young female person walked up the steps and asked me if the p.o. wasopen and ianswered no. One of them said that hoped to send out a package, entered the pp.o. building. I waited 3 minutes they didnt come out so I reentered as the doors were still not locked. I observed the female customers at the window allowed to make a transaction. The male post office employee who I met earlier was still on the cell phone. I asked why others were allowed in to make transactions and the male post office employee said in the same angered and disrespectful tone said that they were using tape. But it was clear that a purchase was made and I asked why the door wasnt locked now 10 minutes following closing. He responded again disrespectful and angrIll that I lock the doors when I feel like it see ya, goodby. I left without further challenge. I took the time as a senior citizen over 66 years old to make a point that preferential treatment and disrespect for seniors and any person for that matter should not be tolerated. As well the male employee should be dealt with by his supervisors for unnecessary disrespect for customers. I will file a formal complaint with the Manager and or higher where applicable.
The service here is horrible!!! The workers act like they are doing you a favor....Ive been waiting on my package for a week now, every time I go with my missed delivery slip they tell me my package is out for delivery... Makes no sense to even lodge a complaint because it goes unheard...,
3 times they delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I walk to the post office the lady at the front desk said that it appeared that my package was delivered, give it up to 3 days and if it still hasnt arrived to come back... If it was delivered why do I have to wait 3 days to receive it???

The young lady at the front desk was rude and disrespectful I asked her for her name. She said she doesnt have to give it to me. So I took a picture. I asked for her manager she told me he wasnt there. I dont know who are hiring these incompetent people. The Customer service at this location is beyond horrible.
Evergbody in this place should b fired..the lack of communication is bad they deliver the wrong mail after numerous of times i asked the mailman to put my mail n the box he stills puts it n other people boxes..5 of my checks went missing from 500 to 17,000$ thank God someone sent tht one back to WC..no one answers the phone they talk on the phone when ur trying to get service...the absolute worse.....
This is the third time I sent a package the first one was stolen or put in a different building the second package said that no one was home and there was some one home and today the the same thing that no one was home which she was home if its not the regular mail man you wont get the package for the day you pay for and know one picks up the phone when you call them
They are liars ... It is Horrible There is an African American girl who is a very unpleasant girl with people, she is a bitch in person with the public, she does not provide a good service to the public, she is very aggressive and very offensive .. 2022-02-23Other not the post office with the issues. Its the delivery service. Ive already formed a group that will take action in my building as a cooperative if our deliveries keep coming up missing. MS. Valerie is helpful and Attentive so I Chuck. I think theyre great. Its too bad they have to keep correcting situations only to have to keep doing it all over again.

2022-04-18This post office is one big scam, it should be closed down! I traveled for an hour with my family for passport appointments after receiving a confirmation email for this location. After waiting on line for 15 minutes we were told that this post office doesnt do passports, and their online has nothing to do with them. Do yourself a favor and do not use this post office, its one big waste of time!!!!

2021-11-25I dont receive half of my packages that get sent to this post office. Each time I make a claim, no one reaches out to me. Ive called and visited this post office and still have not been able to speak to anyone, or no one could give me an answer. Ive had to waste time reaching out to companies Ive ordered from to get items redelivered or refunded. I am even dealing with an ongoing dispute about a $300 package of Beyoncé merch that was never delivered. I am a student taking virtual courses because of the pandemic, so Im home when USPS does their dropoffs at my house, and I never hear a bell ring or see a slip from them.

2021-06-13This is by far the worst post office EVER!! The deliverers are always stealing packages lying saying they were delivered. I have cameras all over my building and there’s been serval times I got the footage and there was no delivery person on-site. They ALWAYS deliver to the wrong address and nothing is ever done about that! Plus they don’t have a permanent person on route each day so no one knows what the person the day before did with the packages. This location needs new staff that actually care about the importance of everyone’s mail their professionalism is beyond unacceptable.

2022-03-31Delivery workers should be subject to financial punishment! For 30 years, 90% of parcels arrive opened, broken, often thrown to the door of another floor. Do you play football with parcels there? This office should be punished financially!

2021-09-28On August 24, 2021, Im waiting for a delivery and I get notifications that it was delivered. I check immediately, NOTHING! I go to all apts as mine and no one has my package. I check with several neighbors that has the RING device and the delivery man never came to my side. I check my son’s device and the delivery guy is looking around very confused. Come to find out, a lot of customers didnt get their deliveries that day and a couple of HONEST neighbots took packages to correct doors. Im one of those that NEVER got their order that day which amounted to over 300 dollars. This is ridiculous. 2021-06-22Unfortunately people hardly make reviews when things so their way. I firstly want to thank Ms. Valerie snd Ms. Crystal for aiding me retrieving my package when it was my fault. On 05-14-21 I called the local post office on Mott Avenue and spoke to Ms. Valerie, explained to her my package that was coming from another country didn’t have my complete address on it. She informed me once I get a notification stating the package was there to contact them immediately and we can go from there. On Saturday I got a message informing me my package was in route. I then went to the post office, spoke to the mail clerk Ms. Crystal and she informed me due to the time of day more than likely my package will not be coming there today. She informed she’ll be there on Monday so I can come to her to see if my package was there. She took my information on Saturday in case if came that day. Today 05-21-21 I received the message informing me my package arrived. I was at the post office right when it opened. I saw ms. Crystal, informed her my package was delivered and gave her my tracking number. She saw it was there, went to the back, spoke to the mail carrier in my locale and told me to come back in an hour. Upon coming back I didn’t give them enough time. I called an hour and half later, spoke to Ms. Valerie, gave her my information and she worked to say the least. After being out on hold for about twenty minutes she came back to the phone, apologized first then informed me she retrieved my package and gave it to Ms. Crystal. I’m very grateful to those two professionals for aiding me a matter that may have not worked out in my favor. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

2020-08-28I ordered a package and for some reason my house address was not added to the package. I went in to the Post Office and spoke with the young lady (the supervisor) and she explained to me that UPS doesnt come in until the afternoons. To give them a call back in the evening. Called that evening and I spoke with a young lady named Valerie. She explain to me how things work and told me to give her a call at 8:30 a.m. the next morning. I gave Valerie a call and she assured me that she would look for my package. Within about 2 hours my package was located. I received my package 1:00 p.m. that day.Great customer service very friendly and professional

2021-09-15They mark package says delivered and never deliver them….. can never get in contact with them, and I’ve noticed that some days they don’t even deliver mail next thing you know three days later your mailbox is packed with mail that was supposed to be delivered days ago and what’s worse is they blame everything on Covid. It’s Cove it is causing you to deliver peoples important mail days after it’s supposed to be delivered even a week sometimes, Then maybe the business should be closed and they lose mail and packages often and mark them as delivered this place is horrible needs new management ASAP Before they go out of business
