We purchased a beautiful dresser a few months back with the company and we have been delighted with how they handled the purchase! We were kept informed throughout the whole process by Annafel, who was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! Every 2 weeks we received an email about the status of our purchase! On the day of the delivery , Annafel even called to make sure that everything went okay!We are very very pleased with how Annafel and the whole customer service department does business! Customer service was fantastic! Mark kept me posted on my delivery dates and made sure I was pleased with the furniture I ordered. I will order from them again in the future! The lift desk is awesome!…I love the memory buttons so I can choose my height and then set it and the bookcases are exactly what I needed.
Lester was a great customer success manager to work with. Our furniture was delayed by several months as is everything these days. He updated us frequently, and Unlimited Furniture offered several times to let us back out if we wanted. Honestly if it wasnt for their great customer success managers like Lester, we probably wouldve canceled the order. We got our couch finally, and it is beautiful!
I had a great experience with Unlimited Furniture. Mae was my “go to” contact & she kept me updated weekly with detailed emails about my furniture.She always answered my questions within a few hours.She assured me that I’d be in good hands with the delivery people. Those guys were terrific. They were in and out quickly after checking that the console was in perfect condition & that I was satisfiedAltogether it was a good experience & I’d order from them again without hesitation.
I highly recommend this company because of their awesome customer service. Particularly Mae! She was on top of my order through every step of the process. Unfortunately both the first and second attempt of the delivery, the delivery folks found factory damage. Mae was there each time working on getting a replacement quickly. Remember, Unlimited Furniture was NOT at fault. It was the manufacturer of the piece. After the second attempt, I lost faith that the manufacturer could make and package the very large bookshelf properly. Mae worked with both the factory and the delivery company to make sure I received a full refund. While I would have preferred to have received this beautiful piece and not had the disappointment of seeing damage twice, I have to say that Mae was fabulous. I will be looking for a few other pieces and I WILL be looking at Unlimited Furniture to handle my future purchases. In a world where customer service appears to be non existent, this company understands that it is key to repeat business! Thank you Mae!
I’m very pleased with my experience and purchase with Unlimited Furniture. I received updates of my purchase and delivery through numerous emails and text messages. The day of my delivery I was contacted by phone with my customer service representative to make sure everything went well with the product and delivery.
REVIEW OF UNLIMITED FURNITURE (UF): My experience with UF was very good overall. Especially comforting was they (predominately Bart Ambeguia, Customer Success Manager) kept in almost constant email contact with me on numerous occasions between my early February purchase of a leather recliner, until I actually received it in late March. I took a bit of a chance, because although I found the Barcalounger Demara Power Rocker Recliner was being sold nationwide from a number of retailers, there were absolutely NO reviews of the recliner itself and I could only hope that I would find the chair to my liking. The only hiccup during the process was that while ULs local shipping company advised of the proposed delivery date, they did not afford me later input into the time of day of delivery, as they intimated they would. Because of that, I was forced to get up at 6am, to be available for a 7-9am window on the morning of my 65th birthday! I contacted Bart about my displeasure, and to his credit -- although too late to actually change anything, he at least advised he would look into this type of miscommunication for the benefit of future clients. Further, Bart called me personally immediately before, and after delivery, to suggest I thoroughly inspect the chair before I took delivery, and then to ask how everything went (respectively). That was good service. By the way, their local shipping company arrived exactly at 7am, allowed me to fully inspect everything, unboxed the chair outside and brought it into my house. This took all of 10 minutes perhaps.REVIEW OF THE BARCALOUNGER DEMARA POWER ROCKER RECLINER: The chair is more or less exactly as is shown or represented on ULs and other furniture websites. As with my late Lane recliner and others these days, the chair comes in two pieces (bottom and top). I found it took maybe 15 minutes at most to put everything together. I would recommend a second person to help -- not that the top is heavy -- but because it is a bit unwieldy to insert the metal runners in the bottom part of the chair by a single person. As for the electronics, there were maybe three plug n play connections: snap, snap, snap and done. The recliner (w/typical real leather where the body touches it) has a very firm feel and I fully expect it to soften as the months go by. The architecture of the chair itself is probably ideally suited for those under 6 tall. Im 62 but because there is an additional (other than the main reclining mechanism) power headrest, you can adjust the chair so your head position is optimally situated no matter the recline position. Frankly, Im loving the chair but admit -- as impatient as Ive been in my life -- at the moment I very slightly miss closing my old Land manual recliner in an instant and bounding out of it. Here, with the power, you wait for the buttons to open or close the recliner; all of maybe 7 seconds. The extra USB port is nice, and now I keep a cord plugged into it for my iPhone. I feel the chair is otherwise solidly manufactured and that one can expect a long life if reasonable care is taken. I purchased the El Paso/Walnut color -- and found it rich and pleasing. Attached are two photos -- one of my two Bengal cats took to it immediately!SUMMARY: If the opportunity arose for me to purchase other furniture from UL -- not ONLY because of the great price I received (and believe me, I DID research many other sites), but because of ULs service in general and Barts in particular -- I would unhesitatingly do so.
My experience with Unlimited furniture was amazing! Not only did they price match but they also gave me free shipping when I called. They emailed me and kept in touch with me and the status of my order. They were fantastic. Once my order was delivered John in customer service reached out to make sure I was happy .I would definitely recommend ordering from them .
I am extremely pleased and thrilled with the excellent customer service at Unlimited Furniture Group and my Success Manager Mae. We purchased 1 sofa and 2 chairs.I was very hesitant of purchasing furniture online and out of state. My order did take 11 months to arrive. When I did place my order, I was told it would take about 3 months for delivery. My order did get delayed multiple times from the manufacturer. I did understand with the Covid pandemic and shipping ports being back up that it might take awhile.My Success Manager Mae kept me inform at least twice a month. Once my items did came in, Mae had my items shipped to me in Illinois. The delivery company that Mae setup for my Furniture was fantastic.The delivery company did unpack and inspect the items before delivering them to our home. Everything was Re-wrap in plastic and blankets. The delivery company moved our new furniture into our room of choice.Once the delivery company left our house, Mae did call to follow up and to make sure everything was perfect.I am very happy with my online shopping experience at Unlimited Furniture Group. Mae should get a gold star for the great customer service that was provided.Thanks!!!
Great customer service! I got regular emails updating me on my order’s progress and they checked in right after it was delivered. The delivery team was great too. Quick, efficient and polite. My item was back ordered like most furniture in this pandemic world, ordered in December and recieved it in April. I would recommend.
My husband and I purchased a Chester Drawer, that matched our current bedroom set, which we ordered last year in November, but due to issues with getting things, we just received it yesterday, June 20, 2022. While we understood why we had to wait, Jenn made it so much more acceptable, she kept us informed the entire time, of the delivery dates, which changed a lot of times, and made sure, the accuracy of us receiving our product, would coincide with our moving date. Im definitely looking to order again, from Unlimited Furniture Group. Jenn, youre the best, and a valuable asset to the company, I cant wait to do business with you again.
Received my filing cabinet and its beautiful, high quality. Due to pandemic supply chain issues, there was a delay in receiving the item but the company was proactive in communication. My most recent customer resolution manager, Wendy, made sure to keep me updated on delivery status and even followed up by phone the same day I received it to ensure the item was to my satisfaction, as well as address any questions or concerns. I am very satisfied with my purchase and delivery from Unlimited Furniture. They kept me informed on where my furniture was as it was being processed. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery people took the furniture out of of the boxes, carefully moved my furniture where I wanted and took away all the packing material, which was awesome. The quality of the furniture is awesome as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great experience with quality furniture with a fantastic delivery.
I was very reluctant to order 10 pieces of living room and dining room furniture online. But the savings was too hard to pass up. I received awesome customer service from Jenn every step of the way. Some items were backordered and she provided honest, reliable and timely information. She replied to my text questions immediately. I was fortunate to get the white glove service - which was a Godsend for that much furniture. The delivery was set for 2pm and they arrived at 2pm! The guys were fast, efficient, careful with the setup and very pleasant! I could not be happier. Continue the great communication with your customers Unlimited!

I love my new hammered gold and marble console table from Unlimited Furniture. The entire process was seamless from ordering to delivery. The Customer Success Manager Cyril kept me well-informed along the way in regard to shipment and delivery, so I never had to guess when it would arrive. I highly recommend this company!
Do NOT buy from Unlimited Furniture Group! They are a scam. they will take your money, deliver damaged furniture, when you reject the delivery because its damaged they will refuse to give you a refund.I ordered a table and chairs and was told it was in stock. After a few weeks, they notified that the items were not actually in stock and would take longer to arrive.After waiting the additional time, they called the day before the delivery to let me know that one of the chairs was damaged. I told them not to deliver anything and to cancel the order. Spending over $6000 for a table and chairs, I expect that they be in new condition.The next day, they still delivered the items. When I looked at the items, 3 chairs and the table were damaged.I told the delivery driver to take the items and that I would cancel the order for a refund. At this point, I need to purchase a table and chairs and cannot wait for the delivery of a new set from this company. The delivery driver tried to leave without taking the items with him.Unlimited furniture said they would process the refund, and that it would take about 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, I still do not have a refund and they are now telling me that I may need to take delivery of the repaired furniture.What a SCAM! I purchased NEW furniture, not refurbished furniture. I am still trying to get my money back. Still no luck!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

She kept in touch about the status of my order and was so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend buying from Unlimited Furniture. And the bar stools I bought look fabulous!
I purchased a TV credenza from unlimited furniture and received in January 2022. The piece of furniture is perfect. I worked with Jenn and she kindly and consistory kept us up to date with delivery logistics once the piece reached the local local delivery service. After delivery, Jenn contacted us to ensure everything was good and told us to follow-up with her if any problems arose. Happy to say no follow-up was needed. Jenn was a pleasure to work with. I purchased the Hancock & Moore Directors Tufted Swivel -Tilt Chair (Model # 2806ST). My chair is finished with Document Taupe leather (Class 2), Antique Nail Head trim (3/8) and Espresso wooden base (Base A, Caster 1). The chair is outstanding. It is incredibly comfortable and beautifully constructed with exceptionally fine materials. This is the gold standard for leather furniture. It is, indeed, an investment but one that will become a family heirloom if properly cared for and maintained. It is a beautiful addition to (as well as completes) my home office.Unlimited Furniture has been absolutely fantastic. Outstanding selection, value and service. My salesman, Tom, was a pleasure to work with. He knows his trade and products very well and his explanations and advice helped me select the perfect executive chair for my home office. Jermaine (Customer Success Manager) constantly emailed me with progress updates and estimated delivery date. Due to unavoidable COVID-induced production backlogs and delays, my chairs delivery date was difficult to accurately predict at the time I purchased the chair. Jermaine continuously apprised me of the chairs construction and delivery progress. His communication protocol is unparalleled. I cannot say enough about Unlimited Furniture and the personnel with whom I worked. I am a 100% satisfied customer and because of that, I will be purchasing my next piece(s) of home furnishing from Unlimited Furniture.
Great Experience with Unlimited Furniture! This company was very proactive with their communication. I never had to wonder where my furniture was, or if I had been forgotten. Their delivery partner was also easy to work with and very professional. My dresser and nightstand arrived in perfect condition, very carefully wrapped. I will be a repeat customer!
Bart and a few other customer support managers were great about keeping me updated and promptly responding to my emails during the whole process. When the furniture arrived, it matched the rest of my existing set perfectly, what a relief! Only frustration was that I bought something that said in stock and it took 7 months to be manufactured and then shipped, so I had an extra mattress hanging around that whole time without the bed frame - the timelines on the website dont seem as reliable because theres some coordination for certain orders.
Quality and selection at Unlimited Furniture is top notch. I had a great experience with Chris the sales person as well as Annafel The sales manager who constantly monitored the whereabouts of my order and reported consistently on how things were coming until I received my furniture. I Was also very pleased with the shipper they chose to deliver it for the “white glove service.”
I ordered this desk from Unlimited Furniture Group back in February. Due to everything going on the shipment was delayed, but I was willing to be patient as each time I reached out to customer service they replied promptly and kindly answered my questions. In July Angelica informed me that the desk had finally shipped and was on the way to their warehouse. She kept me updated throughout the entire time where it was and when I could finally expect delivery. Delivery was smooth and very accommodating to my schedule. And again Angelica followed up with me as soon as she noticed it had been delivered to make sure everything was satisfactory. I was honestly nervous to purchase an expensive piece from an unknown to me website, but overall the experience was great and Ill go back to UFG for future needs.
I ordered a custom-made sofa and chair. My recommendation to those who do not want to wait a long interval for furniture is to order a quick ship item that wont take forever for production and shipping. My order took eight months, but it was a fabric I picked out of the catalog. Supply chain delays made materials harder for the manufacturer to get. Unlimited Furniture did keep me in the loop. Alas, the furniture is here, and it is in good order, so it is a successful conclusion.
Overall really good experience working with Unlimited on the coffee table we ordered. There were some shipping delays in the process, but the team generally did a good job keeping us in the loop and making sure we knew what was going on. Would definitely order from them again.
We received our chairs Sept 20th and they are absolutely beautiful! The delivery team unpacked and assembled them and they are 100% better than our old chairs. The quality of the cushioning on each chair and the bench is thick and comfortable. Although the wood is a little more brown than the table I ordered them for, it is barely noticeable. Its hard to match exactly when ordering online. The reason I gave a four instead of five stars is it took 4 months for delivery but I will put part of the blame on Covid.My contact Kristine Tan Customer Success Manager was awesome and kept me informed and contacted me by phone a couple of times to insure the delivery was going as planned. There were a couple of hiccups when it became clear the local delivery company had not contacted me when my furniture came into town but Kristine quickly and efficiently took care of the communication problem. I now have 6 beautiful chairs and bench ready for the Holidays!! Good Quality and well made.
With shipping times being greatly impacted due to Covid, it was a pleasure to have Allen with Unlimited Furniture follow up with me several times a month as to the status of our order. Follow-up was first class, emails with questions were always answered immediately, our delivery went smoothly and our art piece was delivered with the white-glove treatment. Very happy with Unlimited Furnitures customer service and standard of excellance!
Seriously the best customer service I have received with a furniture company. Jenn was amazing and extremely helpful. Checked in via email, text and phone calls. Our item was backordered for several months, but she continued to keep me up to date on the progress of my order. I have had so many poor experiences with furniture stores and shipping companies especially since covid, but this gave experience gave me hope that honest / transparent furniture companies still exist!
I had ordered a coffee table back in November and it was back ordered and delivered tonight. Must say my experience was positive due to Jenn Manigbas, Customer Success Manager. As I was apprehensive about the wait, Jenn updated me as to the progress of my order. The delivery service was great and contacted me when there was a delay. I would definitely use Unlimited Furniture Group in the future.
My chairs arrived today in perfect condition. Unlimiteds price including delivery beat most others. Even though I ordered the chairs months ago, I was told upfront that it would be awhile before they were delivered. My customer success manager, Mickey Gitgano, was awesome throughout the process and kept me regularly updated. The delivery process was great and once I was notified that the chairs had been shipped to the local delivery company, the delivery occurred much sooner than expected. Would definitely buy from Unlimited again.

It took awhile from order to delivery, due to Covid supply stream, but Unlimited Furniture delivered exactly what we expected. They kept me apprised via text and email of progress and delivery date, and delivered exactly when the predicted. Delivery and assembly of our love seat was courteous and fast. We love our furniture and would order from them again!

The pieces came when they said they would the delivery team was terrific and the customer service that John Samson and team provided was unprecedented. I was hesitant about ordering our picture during all the supply chain issues and especially from a company on the other side of the country. I live in California. Mae informed me on the status of our picture delivery every step of the way. Everything she told me occurred exactly as described. The picture was delivered on time and I received a text from Mae to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely order from Unlimited Furniture again and hopefully I get Mae to service my account. I had a great experience purchasing a bed from Unlimited Furniture. My primary concern was receiving a product looking different from the photo so the company sent me a swatch of the fabric to be certain. Once I placed the order, Emily Abucayon, customer manager, reconfirmed the bed size and keep me posted frequently of the delivery schedule. Everything went smoothly according to plan. I made an online purchase from Unlimited Furniture and I received excellent customer service from Wendy, who kept me informed of when my furniture would be shipped to the delivery company and then when it would be delivered to my home. The entireness process was easy and the furniture was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I would definitely order from them again..
Completed an online order on a sofa/loveseat, and Unlimited Furniture had the best price after a coupon code they offered on the brand. I was a little nervous spending $4k with a company that doesnt have as big an online presence as some other companies, but in the end the furniture arrived on time and in great quality. Since this furniture was on a backorder from the manufacturer, I received regular (every 2-3 weeks) communication from their team with an update on the order status.Very impressed. Id shop with them again.
I had a beautiful Tommy Bahama Buffet delivered today. The delivery went smoothly. I was contacted 30 minutes prior to the arrival by the delivery crew and they handled the piece of furniture with care. We definitely received White Glove service. Also my customer service rep, Annabel Caracut-Sanoria was great. She kept me informed of delivery status and checked to make sure the actual delivery went smoothly.
The absolute WORST experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited seven months for couches that we still do not have. We were forced to pay in full when we placed the order and we were lied to when we initially placed the order and told the items were in stock. The company even acknowledged their website had false information about in-stock items and would correct it. When we finally received the couches, both were severely damaged and had to be returned. To date, we received no credit, have no couches and they have our money in full and will not refund. They do not answer calls or respond. BE CAREFUL. They have clauses they do not disclose and do not respond when questioned on these matters. At this point we have no choice but to escalate our situation, but we do not want another person to have to experience what we have. We have furnished our entire house through a variety of different online furniture companies and this one is the absolute WORST.
I ordered these beautiful tables online and could not be happier. It took a while to deliver but was well worth the wait. They did not offer the matching chairs that I wanted so I found those on another site. Dining table is absolutely gorgeous, stunning, fabulous! Solid wood and they assembled it quickly.
I ordered a dining table set in September of last year and it was delayed for over 8 months BUT they kept me updated every step of the way. They were wonderful to work with and I was very pleased with the delivery people who set up the dining table and chairs and they cleaned up everything when they left. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again =)
Jenn from Unlimited Furniture made our experience amazing. Jenn regularly updated us on our delivery status. And when the furniture was delivered, the delivery company damaged our hardwood floors. Jenn advocated for us to the delivery company and we received a full reimbursement for the floors to be repaired. Again, Jenn kept us informed throughout the whole process. This company is attentive and constantly reaches out every step along the way. I live in Reno, NV and ordered a dresser. Although it took a little longer to arrive then the target date, the company, and my Customer Service Manager, Cyril, were communicative the entire time. The dresser arrived and was moved into my bedroom with white glove delivery service. The pieces is beautiful and looks just as good as the online photos. I would use this company again.
I purchased six dining chairs from Unlimited Furniture. Due to COVID the chairs were out of stock. I received notification that these would be back in stock in a couple months. I was very nervous ordering from the internet and paying up front for my purchase and than waiting months for my furniture. Lester kept me informed on the status of my order frequently via email and text, which I appreciated. Lester also contacted me to confirm my delivery and than after delivery to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I absolutely love my new chairs and am completely satisfied. Thank you Lester and thank you Unlimited.
My purchase was on backorder but I had the option to cancel the order at any time. I was not in dire need for the bedroom suite so I decided to just wait for the furniture. Jennifer was great at communicating it and I actually received the order 4 months prior to when I was told to expect it. Delivery was seamless. Great customer service!
Waited 6 months for my order to be shipped and delivered. Charged an extra $250.00 for delivery. That being said, I greatly appreciated my Success Manager Mae. She went above and beyond, keeping me informed with updates and being a liaison between me and the delivery company. Her customer service was outstanding! Thanks Mae!
This is the worst furniture company you can ever deal with on the internet. I have furnished two houses over the past few years buying furniture online from companies like Perigold, Horchow... Never had an issue. I made a mistake and I bought a dresser from Unlimited Furniture in February of 2021. The dresser was delivered in August of 2021 !!!!Supposedly they had in stock but hey did not.Throughout the entire waiting period I wanted to cancel the order on several occasions (SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE IT SHIPPED, unlike what they claim in their response) but they kept coming up with all kinds of excuses and they refused to cancel the order and reimburse my money !!Finally, when the dresser arrived it was defective: one door higher than the other. (THE DELIVERY GUY TOOK PICTURES AND SEND THEM TO HIS SUPERVISOR TO CONFIRM THAT THE DEFECT IS NON FIXABLE, it has nothing to with the floor being uneven) Super ugly. I asked again for my money to be reimbursed and cancel the order but they insisted on fixing the dresser. The delivery company is stating that the dresser is beyond repair and needs to be returned to the factory of origin. Unlimited furniture is looking for a local carpenter/technician that can reshape the doors !!! Go figure.Worst possible experience ever. A bunch of crooks from Brooklyn, NY, selling high-end furniture onlineI will keep you posted with pictures on their final decisionUpdate#1: One week after delivery was returned: Two technicians inspected the dresser and confirmed it is not repairable. Unlimited furniture wants to involve a third technician. We are going to wait one more week to get an updated third assessment.Update#2: two weeks after delivery was returned: we are still waiting on a third expert to evaluate the doors of the dresser and make the obvious conclusion that these doors were not properly installed and the dresser need to be replaced. FYI we made this purchase in February, 7 months ago and paid the price in full to Unlimited Furniture.
After finding the couch set that I wanted while on vacation in California in the beginning of July. I ask the sales lady if they deliver to Washington state and the answer was NO. I then began lookin on line and came across Unlimited Furniture Group I took a chance and ordered. And was notified a day later that my furniture would be on back order due to COVID. At this point I thought about canceling I was promptly contacted by customer Manager Jerome Rosalada was given a time frame for Delievery which was the the middle of September at worst the end. He offered to throw in white glove service for my trouble. Mine you I am a patient person so I took him up on his offer. On September 9 I received my order just in time for the first NFL game of the season! The wait was worth it. And I received updates and notifications from Jerome the whole way! Will definitely look to them for any more purchases! Thanks Jerome.

Once delivery was scheduled I kept getting emails/texts etc. with information where my pice of furniture is at. After delivery was made I received email and text about how my delivery was.Overall excellent customer service!!!!!!
I purchased two chairs in Nov. 2021, I realize things are taking longer than usual and was willing to wait. However, I am not willing to wait 6 months. I think I need to look elsewhere. I was told about 4 different times its coming but it doesnt. Again when I tried to cancel I was told its coming but this is unverified. I am just tired of all the excuses and long delays so I cancelled the order. Now I am getting threatened that I will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. I have not even gotten anything yet.
I sincerely appreciate the follow that Unlimited provided for me while waiting for the delivery of my furniture. A chair was damaged, the delivery people took it back. Unlimited kept me updated until I received a satisfactory replacement. Thanks so much, Unlimited Furniture.
This was the first time I tried Unlimited Furniture. I wanted dining chairs which were not available at another recommended furniture shop. Unlimited furniture had that option. What I like the best about them is they told me upfront that this order can take ~six months, and I still had the opportunity to cancel. I like the fact they were transparent at the very beginning. Although I faced hiccups along the way where the order was further delayed, Mickey from Unlimited furniture kept me on top of updates and gave me realistic timelines.

We purchased two chairs and they were on backorder. We were always updated on the progress and they were delivered. Unfortuneatly on of the chairs had an indentation in the arm. (packing issue) We notified Unlimited Furniture and Honey in customer service took over and we did receive a new one.Thank you Honey.
Each time I order from Unlimited Furniture, I get the best customer service. Delivery is always on time. My customer service manager Annafel Caracut-Sanoria is the most professional manager. She keeps me posted on all delivery schedules, and checks back with me on the delivery itself and how I liked the product. Annafel is the best. She is proficient and exceptional at her job. Also the products that I ordered so far from Unlimited Furniture are unique and awesome. Thank you.
Would definitely look to work with this company again. It was on back order due to the item being discontinued. UF seemed to have the best customer service so we went with them hoping it would work out. Communication was excellent the entire time. I even dialed out to them but had to hang up before I could get a rep and they automatically called me back later to see how they could help.
I had a great experience with Annafel at Unlimited Furniture. The bed was backordered, and it took quite a while to arrive. Annafel kept me up to date every few weeks with email and a few times text. The bed arrived in perfect condition and the white glove delivery was spot on!
My wife and I were looking for dining room chairs and came across Unlimited Furniture and were glad we did. Not only did they offer the best price, but they also were able to source and deliver the chairs quicker than any other vendor. What was most impressive was that we were assigned a CSR named Annafel. She was amazing! Annafel proactively delivered regular order status updates and was able to answer any of my questions while keeping us informed. The chairs arrived this week and they look exactly as advertised and the delivery service was white glove...in and out in 10 minutes and they left no packing materials behind. If you come across Unlimited Furniture or another vendor, do yourself a favor and choose Unlimited, and if youre lucky, youll be able to work with Annafel. Thank you!!

My delivery was very delayed due to the problems associated with COVID. Throughout, my customer success manager, Shon Mondano, stayed in touch to keep me informed of the status of my order. I really appreciated the attention and wonderful customer service. The delivery team was similarly responsive and prompt with their delivery. Was really pleased with my purchase!
Unfortunately so far I have been extremely disappointed with the company. We ordered a piece last December that we have failed to recieveas of yet. I called and spoke with company prior to placing order and was told it was Im stock and would ship within 2 weeks. A couple weeks later I recieved an email letting me know it would not actually ship for 2 months. Since then I have recieved emails every month or two further pushing back. At times they will give a ship date. It will come and pass by a couple weeks and then I will recieve another automated email letting me know. It has again been pushed back. I have asked for them to follow up and get accurate info from the manufacturer numerous times and am given a new date assured that it will ship then and then again after that time has passed get told it will be another month. I have asked to speak to hire ups when I call get told they will call me back and then do not ever recieve call. I understand they cannot control the manufacturing side but their communication is poor and consistently absent. I would not do business with again. If the item had not gone up almost a $10000 everywhere else since ordering I would cancel and take my business elsewhere unfortunately at this point I dont have a whole lot of choice but to just wait at their mercy to be resolved. I would not recommend doing business with them based on how things have been handled. Hopefully I do recieve my furniture at some point . I am beginning to feel skeptical of even that.
I am beyond frustrated with the company I have ordered furniture over a year ago and still missing multiple items. I requested adjustments after several months they agreed to give he the adjustments. Now they are saying I won’t get adjustments until furniture is delivered. The furniture keeps getting delayed and they are not communication. Why I am lying interest on items I don’t have this has been over a year. Now also the dresser has belayed to September 2022 and there is no adjustment on that purchase. I’m also waiting on a technician to come fix my dinning table this is beyond crazy. I think the owner has a great personality but honestly won’t be able to do business with them Again. Communication is extremely poor.for all the spent should be better customer services . It’s been 2 Christmas and I still don’t have my furniture
Outstanding service from placing order with Peter to working with Annafel in customer service. Peter was incredible, patient and helped me find the right pieces. Annafel was excellent and communicated weekly with the status of my order. She was fantastic with responding to all of my questions. Annafel followed up at every point of the process. I will order items again because of the fantastic service!
Placed my order for 2 leather recliners & just received. My family room is to small for the oversized overstuffed recliners I had looked at but these recliners are perfect size, color & quality. So happy with customer service & white glove delivery; LOVE these chairs!!
After waiting 9 months for my furnature and being lied to multiple times along the way about status and when I would recieve i just recieved an email from Mae(customer service specialist) to let me know that due to changes to delivery costs. That because they do not want to shoulder the cost of the delivery for free delivery anylonger with increases they will be canceling my order . I would even be happy to cover some of the costs of delivery to have the item at this time if they had even asked. Will be pursuing legal action at this time. Do jot do business with this company they are crooks.
I just received my beautiful Bernhardt Buffet in perfect condition, and the best part is it was the lowest price I could find. Danica and Harry w/Unlimited followed up after my purchase to keep me updated on shipping status and eventually delivery, as well as a follow-up post-delivery to ensure everything went well. A great experience. I will definitely purchase from Unlimited furniture again.
Update 07/26/2022 In a few days it will be a year that we first ordered our bed. Still no hardware to put the bed together and company has stopped communication. No compensation, no money back and the same people passing the buck around. In my opinion I would never use this company and would reccommend to anyone not to use this company or any affiliates associated with it. I have noticed that they have good reviews with pictures. I have also noticed that alot of the pictures seem to be taken in the same with room with different backdrops and different angles. I would not trust these reviews as authentic.Update 06/15/22 Again they told us over and over that the parts had been shipped. Last night we found out that they had lied again. It has now been pushed to July. We will be going on 11 months and pushing that one year mark shortly. Their latest solution is to send us a parts list and have us buy the parts and put together the bed ourselves. My question is, if these parts can be purchased at hardware store, how come they are not doing that for us? because they want us to send them the bill which they will reimburse us. Of course we do not believe they will reimburse us. Please, please stay away from this company. You have been warned.Ordered bed in August of last year. Finally got bed beginning of April. Supposed to be white glove set up, but no hardware to put together bed. You would think that they would quickly overnight hardware. Nope, after several calls and emails still no hardware. Just received email last night that wont be available until 06/11/2022. I asked them to take hardware package from another bed or put together a package from other kits they already have. Last communication was they are going to the local hardware store to purchase necessary parts.Update 05/23 Had a glimmer of hope that at least some of the hardware would be shipped 05/14. No such luck. You cannot leave a message for customer support. All mailboxes are full and the call is terminated. We will be filing complaint with BBB, but I am not sure if that will do any good. We asked for some type of refund, because of the incredibly long wait and that we must set it up ourselves even though the set up was supposed to be part of the cost of the bed. At first they wanted to give us a credit for future purchase, that was obviously a non starter. Now they state that we can get a refund of 100.00. We of course have not seen this refund. In my opinion I would not use this company. 10 months and counting.
I would NEVER buy furniture here again. Please save yourself the aggrivation and avoid it. My bed ($2000) arrived and it was not the color in the picture. I said I wanted to return it and after they took out all of the money I would get a refund of $160. Will never be ordering here again.
I ordered the sofa table from the AICO Michael Amini Villa Valencia collection from Unlimited Furniture Group. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The Customer Success Manager, William Orantes was wonderful. He was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. The item was delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery people were very professional and accommodating. My husband and I were so impressed with the quality of the furniture, the exceptional customer service, and the delivery service that we ordered three more pieces from this collection through Unlimited Furniture Group. Got a fantastic deal on a Bernhardt Console Table with Unlimited Furniture. Took some time to reach Colorado, but overall fantastic experience with Jermaine in customer service. He was extremely attentive to providing status at each phase of the shipping process. Would definitely use them again.
I worked with Cristine and John, for the first few months, then William took over. William did and excellent job keeping me posted and assuring me of the status of my shipping date. I had a lot of anxiety over this purchase because the shipping estimate- had been pushed back 7 times. When I ordered my settee, I contacted a customer representative who assured me item was in stock, and would take 4 weeks to arrive after paying for it. So I paid in full, as required, but the four weeks became 8 weeks, then 10 more weeks, etc. I received the settee 5 months after ordering. The thing is, had I been told it would take 5 months for the order, I would have been fine. But because the story kept changing, I started getting anxious and suspicious that maybe I was played. It has a happy ending. My settee is beautiful, and Im glad I waiting. But boy, was my patience tested!
Harry was an excellent sales rep! He kept me up-to-date on my order, and he corrected a mistake made by the manufacturer promptly! I would definitely recommend this company, as their prices were better than the many sites I visited and Harry was polite and very responsive to any question I had.
Jenn at unlimited furniture was amazing. She kept me up to date with the progress of our order. We could have cancelled anytime when shed advised us it was on backorder. The whole experience couldnt have been better or any easier. Great company to do business with. I will definitely be buying more from them in the near future. HIghly recommend
Its been rough, as we all know, with buying furniture post pandemic. Were still waiting on some items we purchased before this purchase. They told me they couldnt get my office furniture here until May 22 and I ordered it in winter of 21. Not only did UF have what I wanted but it was IN STOCK. On top of this, they let me know every two weeks the status of my order and while they said 4-6 weeks, it took about 8 weeks. Its very nice office furniture and most importantly, I have it now. I did pay about $1k more for it but I would do it again if I had to. My neighbor saw them deliver and was asking me about them, I gave them a great review to her too!

I was concerned ordering an expensive piece of furniture online but throughout the process, they were communicative, giving me updates as to estimated time of arrival. The table we bought is gorgeous and the customer service from Emily was outstanding. The table arrived sooner than originally estimated and Emily communicated with me each and every step of the way. I never wondered a about the status since Emily did such a great job keeping me up to date.
I ordered this table and just love! It took a little while to receive it but I must say that Jerome, the Customer Success Manager assigned to me, was outstanding! I recently ordered a lovely John Richard piece. The customer service agent Jenn did a fantasic job keeping me up to date on my order. Jenn even called later in the day asking if my piece arrivwd as expected. Highly recommend Unlimited Furniture for the quality, delivery, and excellent service privided by all.
Although I placed the order in April and did not receive the furniture until October, I get it with the pandemic and production problems companies are having these days. But I must say, I was more than pleased with Unlimited Furniture. Someone always contacted me each month by email and gave me an update and progress report. When it was ready to be delivered by an outside company, Unlimited made sure to keep me informed and confirm that they delivered on time and that the furniture was in good condition. The delivery company was prompt and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience and would definately do business with them again.

2022-05-15I ordered a beautiful Bernhardt Dining Room set from Unlimited Furniture for a client that I was decorating for. I was very happy with the sale price. The Customer Service Rep. Jenn helped to make sure the furniture was delivered to my client, even though the delivery company forgot to bring the dining chairs on their first trip and had to make a second delivery. Other than this delivery error, the customer service and delivery company did a fine job!

2022-08-15We just received our new Bernhardt Coffee table. From the purchase on day 1 to delivery today- our Representative MAE was the bomb! Unlimited Furniture’s purchase, customer service and delivery service is bar none the greatest experience I have had over the past 8 months of our home remodel. MAE kept in touch every step of the way-so I was not the person initiating all the contact. She explained how the process would work and it did exactly that. The delivery team open and inspected the piece prior to delivery to insure that there was no damage. What a concept!!!! Then the piece was professionally and expediently delivered inside and set up in our home. The coffee table is exactly want I ordered and wanted for this area. Mae I will be back again and again. I wish I found you earlier!!!!

2021-12-22What I love about Unlimited Furniture is their excellence customer service. I place this order in June 2021 and received it in December 2021. It was backordered. I had the opportunity to cancel at any time for a full refund. But I didnt because of their great communicate skills. I received a email or a phone call every other week until I received my beautiful chairs. Also I was given the white glove delivery service, which was second to none. Thank you team Unlimited!!!

It took a little longer than expected but was worth the wait once delivered with care. I was a little hesitant ordering furniture online, afraid the quality would not look as good as the picture but the cabinet looks even better in person! I was very satisfied with the quality! It was exactly what I was hoping for! I am a happy customer!

2022-02-12I ordered a stand alone clock and when it arrived the furniture itself was perfect but the clock did not work. I decided against having them take it back because the wood itself was in such good shape and I was afraid I wouldnt be so lucky the next time. Over the course of the next six week this company, and Cyril in particular, were exceptional in their customer service. They went above and beyond, trying to work with the manufacturer to resolve the situation, all the while staying in constant contact with me. I could not be happier with how professionally they handled the situation, and am pleased to say I now have a working clock.

Mae, my Success Manager followed my order every step of the way updating me with progress and shipping details. When the table was delivered the drivers took great care in uncrating and bringing the table into my home. I was completely satisfied with service Mae provided, the delivery and more importantly, I absolutely love my table. I will certainly look to Unlimited Furniture for future furniture purchases!

He also called and texted during the delivery scheduling process and on delivery day. I was well informed and Cyril kept checking with me to make sure I understood the delivery process and then to make sure I was satisfied with the delivery and quality and condition of the items. 2022-03-16I am very happy with my bedroom set purchase from the Unlimited Furniture group.I placed the order Jan 2022 and received Mar 2022. A customer success Manager (Shon for my case) will keep you updated during every step of the process, which was a big surprise for me.Their price was competitive, tax free for most of the states, and free white glove service above a certain amount. The only thing is, no price match after order was placed, which is also reasonable though...Overall I would rate it as a highly trustable website for your furniture purchase!
