Wonderful experience! They truly make it easy, and its truly UNLIMITED!We ordered SIM Cards from Lipa for a trip to Israel. He was friendly, and gave us a great deal. We ordered the week before Christmas, and the mail service was unable to get them to us before we left. The Israel Unlimited team leapt into action and delivered new cards to our hotel before our flight even landed.The instructions were spot on. Far from a technical savant, I was able to pop them and and get them working in a matter of minutes. Looked like a genius to my wife!Service was solid throughout Isreal. Never a dropped call. Worked everywhere.Data is unlimited, though it does drop from 4G to 3G or 2G after using more than 6 Gig in a month. My experience was that it dropped down to 3G after using more than 2Gig in a 24 hour period (I was uploading pictures from my camera daily and averaged about 4 gig a day), but it popped right up to 4G again the next period.I would highly recommend this service to anyone. The price is right, the product is great, and the people are exceptional.
Unlimited Israel provided an excellent service for a great price. The SIM card worked very well everywhere I traveled in Israel, and I was very impressed with the quality of their customer service. I will definitely use their service again in the future.
Just came back from a trip to Israel with a phone from Unlimited Israel. The phone was at my house before the promised date, and turned on when it was supposed to be activated. Customer service was prompt and polite. All equipment functioned well. Returning the equipment was easy, since Id ordered the return envelope. Highly recommended!
Worked without a hitch. The SIM card swap-out process was straightforward, and they included pins for the SIM card trays. Calls within Israel and to the US went through properly. Data services for our three cellphones were fast, and good coverage. I also appreciated the companys commitment to tzedakah, which youll see if you order from them.
This was easy and worked great! I received my Sim card exactly when promised. I installed it as we landed in Israel and it worked perfectly. I did not run into any issues during my 2 week stay and the ordering process, and return process, were simple. I never ended up switching to WiFi because the service had no glitches.
I went to Israel with my wife and son to celebrate his bar mitzva. I have to say Unlimited Israel was great , with two SIM card one for each of us and Israeli numbers as well as American ones for forwarding we were truly able to enjoy our 2 1/2 weeks while communicating with our American and Israeli friends and family. From having everything explained and being guided on how to forward our number to the fact that we were able to turn on our cellphones and have great service as soon as we got into the airport, to great cell and data service in Israel , the Unlimited Israel phone rental team was the best. I can highly recommend them!

We used the service of Unlimited Israel to obtain a SIM card for our recent trip across Israel. Excellent reception everywhere in Israel, even in Negev desert. We also used it as a GPS. It was accurate to an inch. No issues at all. I would strongly recommend their service. I also called EU from Israel using their SIM card. They delivered exactly what they promised even more. Go with it no worries.

I just used Unlimited Israel for a group of 20 people spending 8 days in Israel. UI was SO easy to deal with, their prices couldn’t be beat, and everyone was happy with the phone and data service we had in Israel. We even needed to add someone mid-stream to our group, and Nesanel at UI had already provided me with extra SIM cards to allow for that possibility, so it was smooth as could be…I can’t recommend them strong enough. I won’t even bother looking anywhere else next time. They’ve earned a customer for the long haul…
I rented the Iphone with unlimited data. It arrived in plenty of time before my trip. I love that included some money for a donation in Israel. The price was a little high in my opinion, and they provided the wrong charging cord for the IPhone, but all in all I was happy with the service.

This cell phone service provider is simply the best in service and cell clarity in Israel. They went way beyond my expectations...I needed to get a sim card to my son in Israel right away and get him setup as the provider we set him up with in NY had no reception in the area hes located in.After speaking to Ita, from the Monsey NY office, she immediately contacted the Jerusalem office setup the service and have them deliver a sim card to him at Midnight. There were NO additional charge such as; setup charge, sim card cost, VAT - only the monthly cost - for an all unlimited plan - $40. Pretty much a perfect experience. i was very nervous about choosing a provider with only a few days left before my flight (especially for such a good price of $5 per day). i called unlimited israel and it was not only the best deal but the customer service gave me a lot of confidence. I ordered an android sim card for myself and an iphone sim for my girlfriend, it came with a very descriptive brochure on how to change the cards and set up the connections, its really simple. They communicated really well in shipping emails and I got my cards the next day, with plenty of time to spare before my flight. I was also confident with them having an office in israel in case something went wrong while there.While in Israel I used Waze for navigation pretty much non-stop for 2 weeks and never got lost. I really needed my phone to help drive around the country. Also answered emails, used whatsapp, sent texts and calls to local numbers. Everything was easy and i will use them every time i go from now on.
The most ridiculous customer service on the planet!!! They had the sim cards literally hand delivered to me next day, along with the most convenient return shipping packet. Stellar service all around. Unlimited customer service should be the name!! Everyone else in this space is still in the ice age, these guys have the latest and greatest technology for a trip abroad delivered at your door with the click of a few buttons on their easy to use website. We rented sim cards from Unlimited Israel for two of our kids who traveled to Israel in December 2016. Weve used other companies before but will now only use Unlimited Israel. Their paperwork was complete and easy to follow. The sim cards arrived on time and worked perfectly when the kids arrived in Israel. And the dollar they sent to be given as charity was an extra special touch that makes this company stand out from the rest.

I have been to Israel many times and always had to announce on my voicemail that Im out of town. Until I found out about Unlimited Israel they set me up with a iPhone 6, SIM card as well as a hotspot and a US and Israeli number that I was able to forward my personal US number to and not miss a call. I have used Unlimited Israel twice now. Last year my twins traveled via Birthright to Israel and we got them the sim cards that were unlimited everything. It was flawless. I was nervous for them to know how to switch them out, but they did so easily. They were so happy to have both Israeli phone numbers, and unlimited data and texting. It was worth every penny. This year, one of the twins went to Poland, and then to Israel. I got the Unlimited Israel sim card again, and got the Poland sim card from their sister company. Again flawless! I would recommend them to anyone (and I do!) If there are any questions at all, just call them and they work with you and personalize the service. I dont get this good of service locally....let alone internationally! I will definitely use again, as both daughters are planning to study abroad this summer. Id rather not risk it, and go with a proven success! Im staying with Unlimited Israel!
Unlimited Israel is the only way to go! I wanted to get a Wifi router while I was in Israel for two weeks. It was not only the best price, but they sent me the router 3 weeks before my trip and it had chargers and extra batteries. My favorite part is that they included a $1 for tzedakah (charity) to give to someone while I was there. It is a Jewish tradition that my family and I also do, because it is said that if you are traveling with tzedakah you will be protected. I thought that was such a cute touch! When I got home I just mailed the router back, it was so easy! Great customer service, I could always get a hold of someone through the phone or email. I highly recommend them!
4 in my group (including me) had SIM cards, I was the only one who had it from Unlimited Israel.From up north in Maaleh Gilboa to the South at the dead sea, the other 3 kept borrowing my phone as they had no reception.Excellent service coupled with and excellent product, no need to look anywhere else.
I have used the Verizon travel pass and my wife has used at&t, those international services can not compare to unlimited Israel!On my short visit to Israel I never dropped a call and I had internet everywhere - even in the Golan mountains. Not like Verizon or At&t...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TANI AND THE UNLIMITED ISRAEL TEAM
Within hours of arriving in Israel I realized that the Verizon network is not going to work for me ( They only allow 500MB per day) I sent a message to unlimited Israel at 4:00 a.m. and by 5 a.m. It was all resolved. Graet and prompt service

Weather in Israel, dont rely on internet or Wi-Fi was going to be slow, or nonexistent. 4 G is present in all the major cities as well as Northern Israel on the Golan Heights. So how do you call back home, especially to United States? Unlimited Israel. Unlimited phone calls and text messaging to the United States and you could buy a mobile data plan to. The service is excellent, and the instructions make it easy to set your phone up on an Android. In fact, once I follow the instructions I didnt even have to call them for any help. Perfect in every way. For $ 5 a day i got a sim card that gave me unlimited everything including calls to the usa ! i just put the sim card in my extra android phone and presto. they were great to deal with in every way. i would use them again 100%.
Used the Hipsim from July 14 to December 15 in 15 different European countries. After an initial issue with the access code, which Hipsim dealt with quickly, the card worked great and made travel easy. Never an issue with data or access to the internet. Customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I used an Unlimited Israel SIM card in my Apple I5 phone for two weeks in October/November 2015. It worked excellently making/receiving phone calls in Israel and to/from the US. The 3G internet connection was pretty good. The rental rate was reasonable. I plan to rent an UI SIM card for my next trip to Israel in six months.
I was hesitant if i should use the verizon global program ($10+ tax per day) on my ipad, or to rent a Mifi device from Unlimited Israel. i rented one, and used it in Israel, it was amazing, worked very good, and i had zero down time. at one point during my trip i did activate the verizon program, and it was so bad, that i turned it off and continued using my Mifi i rented.it is cheaper, and BETTER. then using the Verizon global option. - this was my experience.

THANK YOU.I was very concerned, given that I could not test it before arriving in Israel.But I put your sim card in my phone while in the plane, and the phone was in Airplane mode.Upon landing, I took it off Airplane mode, and instantly I had a cell signal, and a voice mail message from you.One thing to note, your voice mail message was in Hebrew, so I really didnt understand much of it.For the entire trip, my cell service - voice, text and data - all worked GREAT.Thank you.

We have used Unlimited Israel many times, and have always been pleased with the friendliness of the staff in the States and the quality of the phone service in Israel.
Took the Unlimited Israel wifi to Israel 24 Feb -7 March 2016. It worked absolutely perfectly. When our hotels wifi didnt work in our room, it did. On top of Masada, down in the Grotto of Rosh Hanikra...everywhere, it worked perfectly. Also, they provide a car charger and a wall charger so we never had battery issues and never used the spare battery they sent with the wifi.

2019-11-28We were going on a trip to Israel and Unlimited Israel helped us get our sim cards for our phones without having to wait. Excellent phone service, excellent customer service, good price. Service in Israel was amazing, clear simple and everything worked without any issues. I recommend that you use them the next time you travel and I have been recommending them to our friends.

He sent a couple of extra phones with us just in case one of the students didnt get their phone unlocked. He always goes above and beyond! I am a customer for life! We will definitely use Unlimited Israel again next year and will recommend them to everyone!!

2019-06-21Great experience overall. Equipment came fast, price was very reasonable, and performed EXTREMELY well in Israel. On our return, I neglected to return all the cords & adapters, and incurred an unexpected charge. When I called, however, Ita did an awesome job talking me through what I needed to return for a full refund. Very professional, very efficient. TOP MARKS!

2020-02-10I rented a sim card from unlimited Israel. I called them the day that I left and they right away arranged for me to be able to pick up the sim card at a time that was convenient for me. All of the employees that I dealt with were courteous and super helpful. When I got to Israel I was able to use the SIM card without any issues. The service was great! The friend that I was with used verizon in Israel and not only did she pay more she also had many issues with her service and got much less for her money! I would most definitely recommend using Unlimited Israel because you are guaranteed excellent customer service and phone service at an affordable rate.

2019-11-28This was the most amazing experience! A friend recommended I give them a call to arrange for cell and data service for my trip! Im glad I did! Spoke with a representative named Ita on the phone, who was extremely professional and courteous! She was able to help me figure out all of my needs and was extremely patient with my seemingly silly questions! Their pricing is also incredible! I will update the post when I get back from my trip to let you know how it went but if its anything like my experience so far I know it will be amazing!My phone worked all over Israel no dropped calls or bad data reception. Was a pleasurable experience having my data work everywhere I traveled, including far up north, dead sea, Jerusalem, tel-aviv.....to name a few.....10 out of 10 experience!!

2018-01-02When I went to pick up the SIM card Unlimited Israel took the time to explain to me how to insert the temporary SIM card once I got to Israel. During my 10 day stay service was great without any hiccups. I also felt the pricing was fair. I would use them again and recommend their services to family and friends.

2015-08-31Efficient, pleasant & reasonably priced. Above all terrific customer service. Many businesses can offer a service, what differentiates a GREAT business from an OK business is how they deal with a customer service issue, Unlimited Israel passed with flying colors. We had a connectivity problem while in Israel, Unlimited Israel went out of their way to resolve quickly. First with a phone call & then within an hour a courier arrived at our apartment in Jerusalem to resolve. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

2019-02-27I was very happy with the service. The card arrived within just two days of my order, the instructions were clear and the phone worked perfectly throughout Israel. I was very pleased at how easy that was. For those who might say that wifi is everywhere in Israel, that is really not true. Our bus had wifi, but at times it wasn’t working. When out and about, I relied constantly on Google Maps for directions which would not be possible without the local data services. And in most restaurants, you had to wait and ask for the passwords which took time. Well worth it to have a reliable phone when on the ground.

2016-03-29The entire process, from ordering, receiving, using and returning the SIM card was painless and easy. My phone worked flawlessly while I was in Israel. I was only in the Tel Aviv area so I cannot comment on the cards coverage in remote areas. They provided the tool to insert the SIM card and they also gave me a dollar to give to a less fortunate person, which I did. I highly recommend using Unlimited Israel and I would use them again.
