The worst possible Insurance Broker you can come across . Con & scam artists . Canceled my insurance & I was told after 90 days my $1,200 will be refunded. It’s been 6 + months , and they still haven’t returned . They’re claiming that Park insurance who supposedly insured the vehicle is playing games . But it’s definitely Uno , they can’t even provide proof of submitting the deposit . Sueing then in small claims court as we speak .
Thanks god for having people whom want help the me as driver .They help me with park insurance issues and found me a better company Inshur which is a really good company. Dispit that are busy if you patient they will give you real attention and understand your needs . I am so annoyed how park insurance don’t care that this work we feed our family and they just collect our money . I learned the lesson and glad this company have other options and they save my plates .i called park they so unprofessional and scam .
Instead of working with these people go to your bank, withdraw cash and burn it. Basically same thing. Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. They will hold your deposit for months and return only some part of it. Give yourself a favor and run away from them since it’s not too late.
If there was less than one a star to give, I would definitely give them. The worst TLC Insurance agency I have ever dealt with. Thier customer service is not passionate, doesn’t respond quickly, and give you wrong information.
Overall, I was impressed at the service from this company. They were really able to assist me with what I needed to get done. The customer service was very good as well and they were able to help me go in and out with all my objective(s) for that day.
This company deserves less than one star. The main problem is that they do not make the renewal process easy at all. The phone will not be answered, dont waste your time. When you go in person to the office you will be met with a disorganized system to be seen. The wait time will be long. The staff will be unproffesional and uncaring about your needs. Stay away, go eith anything else if possible!
Worse brokerage for TLC. They never call back or pick up. I needed to get my credit applied to new insurance and they never applied it. They don’t even reimburse you for the money they may owe you from car insurance deposit of two months. Please do yourself a favor and dont come here or to the falchi building in long island. I should sue them for the money they owe me. So have any of you guys dealt with UNO brokerage. They have been giving me so many problems. They kept the insurance deposits and for some reason they do not end up paying my monthly payment to the actual insurance company. As a result i keep having contract terminated and they keep having me switch insurance companies. It is so bad that American transit stopped working with them because of missed/late payments and now Park insurance cancelled my insurance because of bankruptcy. They had us use the inshur app and kept saying our two month deposit would be applied. As you know it takes a lot to find parking and be able to see a customer service rep in the long island location. So now im at a point of paying the deposit again because they never applied the credit to inshur. They also said that they never write checks to issue a refund for the deposit. So now im worried they will hold my credit they owe me if I proceed to inshur app and pay the deposit myself. Its been two weeks and the credit they said to have given to inshure still doesnt reflect on the app. I rather just pay Inshur the deposit and have then issue me a separate check for the balancd owed to me from the two month deposit. Also for my other car with heartland via once again UNO, i got a notice of cancellation and $50 fine because apparently they never received the two month downpayment from UNO. What should I do and how can I sue UNO. I repeat no one should be going to UNO brokerage in both the long island Falchi location and brooklyn location. Any advice?
Customer service, what keeps the business running in good shape. I dont recommend them to anyone. Its so frustrating and time-consuming dealing with them. Over the phone most likely you will reach them after an hour. At their office even more. I dont know what to write here, i mean, I could write hundreds of issues they have. It will be just wasting time. Anyway think twice before you regret. Good luck.
Called me up and told me they found a cheaper rate for me from park ins. and all i had to pay was $100 transfer fee, but I declined, a couple of days later I get a letter from my current ins company telling me they are no longer going to be working with uno so I called American transit and they told they were not authorized to take anymore payments and to find a new broker, so they were charging me $100 for something that was their fault and on top of that they were still going to charge me the old rate not the new rate and pocket the difference. Very shady company, look elsewhere for tlc insurance.
PLZ AVOID!!!! TheY are thieves, they charged my account twice after I had CANCELLED my policy with them, and when I contacted them they refused to help me and made stupid excuses because of my this review. They deliberately kept my three months payment which they were supposed to pay to the insurer, which means had something happened, I wouldve NOT been covered.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They are the most dishonest and lazy staff I have ever come across. They are just a rip off they will try to delay you up to a point of no return so they can charge you super expensive policy which you can get at a fraction price elsewhere... and when you need any support or if there is any issue you want to talk to them they are never available and keep you waiting for hours.
Insurance fraud is the main business of Uno brokerage and should be investigated by the insurance departmen.Two times doubl changed my bank account and when they were cought red handed the answer was (its an honest mistake.)I had a policy with American transient which was cancelled because they collected my payment and never paid the insurance company so I received a litter of cancellation from American Transient then switch the policy to park insurance and repeated the same story again and my insurance with park was cancelled for nonpayment.My other 2 TLC policies were with Hartford insurance which I cancelled because of the monkey business and reinstated them with the same company Hartford through Pearland brokerage to find out that Uno brokerage was overcharging me extra $ 225 a month for each policy.I called the owner and e-mailed the office manager never got back to my after they get my payment.Customer service is the worst , rude and keep you on hold forever if you call. Stay away of this crooks.
UNO takes great care of me each time i come in for insurance . Im very impressed with their customer service and they are very helpful every single time. Couldnt be happier with the treatment i receive here ! Would recommend to anyone.

I think this place offers the best option for Tlc drivers with packages that make it easy on us drivers . They are the cheapest price in nyc I shopped before I can said that . They have many agents and I like the way they handle things through email and hi tech system . I usually don’t like right reviews but this place is good
After so much disappointment I need to write something just to save our respectable community members. since last two months I am being attached with UNO A Brokerage but its so bad experience with them like: bad service, No reply on phone, charged all advance money, delay in work,lack of staff coordination and bossy attitude. so please save your time and money by avoiding them. if there is option less than that i would like to go with it.
Worse brokers ever. simply just stay away if you dont want to be ignored when you need help, and the tellers there are all incompetent except for tetsuro, hes actually a good worker. had my policy cancelled and wasnt even notify until a tlc officer stopped me. now my car is towed and im still waiting for the proper paperwork from uno to switch insurances.
This is the worst insurance broker I have seen in my life. They promise and never do. My insurance was canceled because of them and they were trying to convince me to transfer to another company. They never apologized. They still do not call me back to fix the problem that they created. Awful place!!! Terrible
Very bad people, steal and lie in your face. They dont care if they make your children homeless but they will try to steal from you, we work hard for this money. The taxi union should sue them for what they are doing. Please avoid these people, and the people that are working there are thieves too they know they are not doing the right thing.
In my opinion they are number one Tlc broker in NYC with company options and complete package. They beat American transit prices and provide better services. I went there got my new Cadillac Escalade liability and full cover with the best rate available and with auto pay option that I don’t need to go pay in office after sign . Thanks for making my life easier and getting me on the road in shortest time possible.

My husband was shopping for insurance I looked and went many places . Most brokers try to get you somehow . I found this place since and I was lucky . I helped my husband register his car in no time we bough 2017 Toyota Highlander and he have no work . He want work Uber and Lyft . This place helped us and we are grateful for the customer service that we recived . They also speak out home language.That was good plus and I believe they have multiple languages as well .
WORST sevice.. thats ridiculous.. They want me to contact to insuarance company for my refund. At time of transferring my insurance they said I will get refund. But its been forever so now they saying they cant do anything.. man yous are my broker i am supposed to ask you not someone else... totally disappointment..
The worest broker ever, you should call them a hundred times so they may or may not answer your call. And if they did , the will never reply on your inquiries or get something done for you from the first time. They are so unprofessional, and many hassles going on between them and the insurance companies, my advice is to try to avoid them.
Zbest is the only thing I can say .I had many brokers in the past but gladly found the best broker for my business needs .If you do TLC on large scale they are the most knowledgeable and best price in NYC .Shop around and you will thank me .i been dealing with Tlc brokers for 11 years finally I can say I helped my business grow and maximize my profits by chosen the right brokers that can help me lower my cost to a minimum .good job to you gays please don’t change
They have a dont call me Ill call you type thing going but they wont hesitate to take 400 out of your account without even asking...they never give receipts unless you ask for it...they recently told me there machine is broken so they cant process payments with cards you have to go to the office and pay cash like were in the 1940s...Awful company but Im stuck with them ...Beware

Do not go to them, I will give 0 star if i could, owe me three months of deposits for my Tlc insurance almost $900.00, its been six month since i cancelled my policy, the only answered i received was to wait, i waited it 6 months still nothing, filing a lawsuit against them

My husbands deposit money is taken with no refund on top of that my husband is being sued in small claim court in order to pressure him not to ask deposits and he is 5 hour in court while i and sick baby is waiting for him to return.Yeah this is Ameica with no law and justice
The worst brokarage ever I see, very unprofessional stuff specifically someone by the name of noor. I am sure if city inspectors check out they will lose their license. I recommend my followers drivers to try another broker.
ZERO STARS!!!!!! Once you sign the paperwork and they set the payments you will have issues hearing from them again. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! I contacted them multiple times and they say they would help and start ignoring me for weeks! I had hard time getting my money back.
They are the incarnation of incompetence. They switched my insurance from Park.Co to Inshur on different dates ,knowing that their must be no gap between switching. Now my registration is suspended and they are unable to resolve it.

Worst brokerage firm to deal with, they are not honest, if there’s less than one star I will rate them, I trusted them with my TLC insurance, and they took the money from my bank account every month, but they didn’t pay it to the insurance company, which result in the policy cancellation by park insurance for non payment, uno lied about paying the money to Park insurance , uno owe me 3 months worth of insurance that they never paid back, they said after 90 days I will get my money, but it’s been more than 6 months and i didn’t get my money back, they liars, they not honest people
I am so glad that my friends have told me about that broker . First to be honest I was shopping with multiple brokers to find the best deal in Tlc so I can maximize my earnings as a driver . This broker knows the process of Tlc from A to Z and they not super expensive like other brokers that I went to that they offer prices that is crazy to make a living as Tlc driver . I usually don’t like to comment but I want others to gain from my experience the good side since it’s very hard to find a good broker that does Tlc and have knowledge . Bottom of the line if you want fast service and cheap price I think this will be best bet for you .

Very very very baaaaaaaaad brokerage office...... some time they charging 2 time for 1 months, some times no charging, you have to call and remand. They charging $50 fee even they fault....

2018-04-09Very good, highly recommend. When I signed up contract with them, their costumer service satisfied me. Letter on I wasnt happy from their professionalism, they caused different issues. But, after while time they doing again very good job, solving any issue very quickly, also you can get best price in this company, good luck.

2018-01-17When you get TLC insurance you have to put a down payment of 3 months, meaning that the last 3 months youre not supposed to be charged. But for some reason these past two months they have tried to take out money out of my account twice. I have tried to call and speak to someone but every time they tell me that the person who takes care of the accounting is not there and the person never calls me back. At this point Im just going to have to contact my bank and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I should have known after reading the reviews that I see from the past few months I really regret signing up with you guys youre horrible Crooks

2017-12-21Very bad 1st they had problems with American transit and they got all the driver insurance canceled. They then switched insurance company to park and had drivers out of work for months. They then went on to get all of the drivers registration suspended which had driver out of work for 2 weeks. They do not pick up their phones and when you get a hold of them they say they will do something and never do it. They also never know whats going on and they love to waste your time. Avoid at all cost!!! worst place on earth never dealt with a business this bad. If i could give a zero i would.

2019-02-01You need an advice!!!Stay away from this company. Thats the worst insurance company ever, very unprofessional and THEFT at the top of that!!!!They will confuse you with the payment and put you in trouble with the dmv and tlc.In 2018 they moved me from 2 different insurance companies and made me pay 2 deposit for the same year. When I called to have my deposit back, they made it so complicated and even denied having my deposit. Finally I give up because I can not find the receipt. Still today I never get my money back, can you believe that we guys work hard for our money and they are sitting there lying and cheating on people.Please dont go there!!!!!

2019-01-23They are theft people. Each time I called them to get my refund for a 770 dollars deposit. They never return your call back. Each time I call, uno brokerage redirect you to 20 different customer reps that ask you to give him or her your information even tough they know that it s you who is calling. The service is non existent. Best advice stay away from this insurance. They are dishonest and crooked people. It seems that they have no clue what be an insurance agent and just want to collect your money. The DMV want an electronic proof of insurance fax it but they don’t do it and put you in a worst circumstance to get pull over due to insurance lapse. I dont know how the NY department of insurance allow this kind of insurance company to operate in NYC. Band of theft people! I don’t know how NYC law allows them to operate the insurance business license. Best advice stay away.

2018-10-02Worst brokerage ever. They never answer the phone. I called them 20 times and every time I leave my information and ask for someone to call me back, they never call back. They only care about collecting money from you without telling the customer anything. Also, no one of their tellers know anything for certain. They tell me something different every time I call. If I can review them less that one star, I would give them negative 1 million stars. All in all, they are the worst ever.

2018-06-22I’m gonna be go to the Uno broker office for new TLC insurance fast day talk to you sweet they told you they make you for very cheap insurance then If you interested with them to sign-up insurance they give to you cheap that day and next day they told you to different history for more money because insurance company does not except at the moment cheap price and If you agree with than give to more money. they toll you insurance company send your paper within two business day your email.then your insurance completely done.they call you again for more money because they’re doing math wrong for 3 month deposit if you don’t give it to then they told you to your insurance going to be canceled and you have to pay for the cancellation fee and you have to waiting for a month for your deposit come back to your accounts. I face that’s happened they are totally fraud..😞😞 and I called the police also they say go to the civil court you will so them I am thinking about it???

2018-06-19Day time crooks they love to give you the run around. They still have not paid American transit and they will try to sell you park insurance which is a bond company. They charged me twice on my card for insurance deposit. All i can say is avoid avoid these reviews before me seem like their staff wrote them.

2017-03-16I Highly recommend this company...the staff are well trained and really make you feel welcomed. Their business is kept organized and runs pretty smoothly and almost makes you want to work there yourself. The service is excellent. All of my questions were answered and i was impressed by their overall look and presentation.
