Wow, what delicious pizza! The manager, Madison could not have been friendlier! I was taken care of by Shelly who was wonderful as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for delicious pizza and fabulous service!!

Delicious as always. The shrimp and crab dip is my absolute favorite appetizer and we tried the pretzel this time as well. I wasnt a huge fan of it but it was tasty, the hubs loved it though. We got what we always order, the Bbq Chicken pizza made as a deep dish instead of flat bread and its so good!! Kayla, our waitress, was so friendly without being over bearing like some waitresses can be. Unos is one of my favorite date night places.
Manager checked in with all guests and had a nice conversation with our table for about 20 minutes. Great service and food.
Drove an hour to get some Chicago classic deep dish . Pizza came out after a half hour wait and I couldn’t believe that there were almost no toppings. Manager was nice , but at the end of the day , I didn’t want to wait another half hour to eat.
Hadlvent been here in a while. When we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant which was completely fine. Our waiter was fantastic. He was very nice and showed up at our table plenty of times to make sure we were good. The 4 stars is because the food was good but not fantastic. We had a personal pizza, kids cheese pizza, make your own pasta, chicken tenders and pizza skin. Kids loved their food so thats always a plus

Amazing gluten-free pizza! The dough is so chewy and yeasty that I was sure they messed up my order, and I tried to send it back. The waiter assured me it was gluten-free, and to my delight, he was right and I never got sick. My husband tried it too and said he couldnt tell the difference between the regular crust and gluten-free one. I will be back!
Horrible. The place stunk. We didnt even stay to order food. Only got our drinks and left. Whole place smelled like bathrooms and old grease! Tables were sticky. Nice waitress though. But would not reccomeed.
We came here as a second choice. My first choice was a 30 minute wait, so we came here and Im glad we did. This was much better. The staff is friendly and our waitress was tentative but not overbearing. The food was fantastic and the portions were huge. I think we took home enough for a second meal. We will definitely be coming back.

Ive eaten at this location off and on for years and have always been happy with the food and service. Just today I made an online order, but one item couldnt be made from lack of supplies (snow storm disrupted their deliveries), and the person I spoke to (Lexi) was SO kind, accommodating and apologetic. I very much enjoyed my replacement meal. :)
The food was good. The service was also good. They accomodated my family well. The oven was down, so the food selection was limited, but I dont hold that against them. It wasnt great, but much better than bad.
We had Jamie tonight as our server. He was one of the most pleasant, speedy, and kind worker I have come across in a long time. When I complimented him on his amazing service, he responded by saying he serves people the way he would like to be and you can tell her takes his job very seriously. The food industry needs more people like Jamie!
Food was delicious! Service was little slow as they only had one waitress on for lunch. Our son had a great time assembling his own pizza and had all of us try it because he did such a good job!! That is a great experience for kids to do.

Came today and we were extremely disappointed. Place was dead and now we see why.... Burger had weird texture and wasnt cooked all the way. Ordered chicken alfredo first dish went back because it was barely warm. Got a new dish and it wasnt any better. Cut my losses and ate it anyone. Was offered to get it done again. Bit whats the point when everyone else at the table were done eating. No discounts etc offered. Bathroom doesnt look like its bleached very often. Wont be returning. Should have just waited the 20 minutes for a table elsewhere.
We had some family visiting and we went to Unos for dinner. 3 out of our family members ordered sirloin steak medium rare, it came out of the kitchen mooing. The manager was decent enough to send it back and cook it some more. When he brought it back it was more alive than the first time. My cousin politely advised that it was still unacceptable and the manager became nasty and began arguing with him but eventually comped the meal. Unfortunately 3 of my cousins went home hungry. Wont ever go back and dont recommend the sub par food anyways.
Wow! Just bad bad bad! Only bright spot was our server was sweet and desert was pretty awesome... otherwise terrible- starting with the DIRTY appetizer plates .. like seriously dirty, wet .. appetizers were luke warm, super long wait for drinks despite only few other patrons, burnt burger bun, order was wrong, 2nd drink came out after meal was over.. we did mention concerns to server but didn’t make a big fuss cuz we were super hungry and didn’t want to wait any longer.. and none of this was her fault . We assumed there would be some kind of attempt to make up for the bad experience when it came to the check but nope..
The Guinness tips over red bliss mashed was delish.
The new deep fried ravioli appetizers are delicious! Garlic bread appetizers are amazing for the table to share. Wonderful staff, clean restaurant, spaced very well. Comfortable. Love the flavored lemonades they offer.
My daughter was just there with 2 of her friends. They seated themselves sat there for 10 minutes no one went to there table to wait on them . So they decided to bring there business elsewhere. Not a good way to do business.
For our first time eating here, my fiance and I loved the atmosphere and the staff is wonderful! Great tasting food at great prices and they really have a great variety of pizza to burgers and seafood. We had a wonderful time and will be back again soon! Our server Renee was fantastic! Totally recommend this place to anyone that can appreciate a nice laid back dining experience. Thanks agin to the staff for making a great first visit! Even got a bag of cookies for free!!!

My family of four went here for the first time and we enjoyed it a lot. The kids created their own pizzas and were treated to a make your own sundae for dessert. They loved it. The server (Abby) was amazing. She checked all the boxes of a great server. We did have a little hiccup as the deep dish pizza was somehow not cooked on time, so we ended up eating in shifts. The kids got their pizzas, then my burger came, followed by her pizza. The manager did let us know that a mistake happened and offered us a free dessert. We are all human and mistakes happen, but too often places refuse to acknowledge a mistake. Just letting us know why there was a delay made it much better. We will for sure be back!
We had pizza skins and steak. They didnt have any 10 ozs steaks so they gave us steak tips. It was delicious. The pizza skins now have the red skins on them which I am not a fan of but its each persons preference. They were cooked to perfextion
We decided to stop by on our lunch break. The three of us ordered individual pizzas. Place was a ghost town. After an hour of waiting we left. Late back from lunch. This is the 3rd time weve waited an unreasonable amount of time but the only time we werent able to just ask for to-go by the time it came out. I wont give this place another chance. Hopefully the people we work with will take our advice too and stay away too. Id hate for someone to get in more trouble than we did trying to simply have lunch.
Wasn’t expecting much but usually like the lunch specials. Good food but probably the worst service I have had anywhere. No silverware Waited 18 minutes for a refill on soda. Had to ask another server. Also had to ask for a box from another server. Never received my daughters fries. Sat with our dirty dishes all throughout dessert. Gross Our server never came back and asked if everything was ok. And she never brought us a check. Saw her maybe 1minute to take our order. Paid by the kiosk on the table just to get out of there
Worst service ever. Pete walked by us 12 times (yes I counted). No one asked how our lunch was. My pizza was burned. Kids wanted dessert.....we werent even asked. Soda was never refilled. WE WONT BE BACK and to add another insult only 1 of the kids meals was removed from our bill..Should have been 2 kids meals and we were charged for an extra kids drink because Pete brought an extra one. Why did we have to pay for his mistake....This visit was awful
I wanted to try something a little different for dinner tonight. Hey, lets try Uno! Personal point of view? It was a good experience. My wife and I were greeted immediately and seated. Our drinks were ordered and served quickly and our food order was taken. My order was a simple order but beautifully prepared and even presented surprisingly well. I only wish I had taken a picture. The meal was excellent and so was the service. A pleasant meal, thanks Uno.So then, why not 5 stars instead of 4? As far as the experience of my wife and me, one minor issue. One if our menus was left sticky, with food residue from another customer. No a big deal, but short of perfection.Though not related directly to my experience, but worth nothing, was what I noticed at the table next to us. Another couple was seated shortly after we were. A waitress presented them with menus, then left. My partner and I received our meals and were checked on at least twice, while the guests at the next table were totally ignored. Ultimately they got up and left in a huff. I would have too. The restaurant was busy, but this should not happen.Again, my experience was in 5 territory, but I think inattentive service has likely cost Uno a couple of other customers.
I love it here but theyre hours are only true sometimes. A dessert I recommend is the Deep Dish Sundae its so good!
Though the service was friendly, it was very slow to get our food. Two tables sat way after we ordered got food first. We only got a personal pizza and a basic burger. The burger was good, the pizza was disgusting. Thats the last time for us. The personal pan pizza was nothing but a soggy mess covered in tomato chunks and literally dripping. My daughter ordered bacon and black olives. Even my husband said it was horrible when we brought it home for him since my daughter wouldnt eat it. He eats about anything.When we went in, there were only 2 other tables. It wasnt busy at all. There are too many places for pizza here to ever waste $13 on a bad 4 slice pizza here again.
Normally a great place to eat. Tonight was very different. All 4 of us had our food come out no more than luke warm. Cannot understand why our food would be cold when the place had maybe 5 tables with patrons. Also heard fighting in the kitchen and F bombs being dropped. We did not complain it was after 9 and none of us wanted to wait longer for our food. Even after 9 when you go to a place and spend over 100 you should expect to get good hot food. Not the case tonight.
Very very very dissatisfied. We waited at the door for at least 5-10 minutes before finally being greated by someone. She sat us down and explained she was the only waitress on for the night and then said shed be back to take our drink order, then proceeded to seat the other customers that came in behind us. After waiting quite a bit, the bus boy came to take our drink order, said they dont carry something, which was on the menu, and then said never mind, and was off to get the drinks. The bus boy came back after a few minutes with our drinks while our waitress was getting drinks to the table that came in after us. Our waitress came over with the proper cups for my children and said she would be back, and proceeded over to the table that came after us to take their order. When she was walking back to the kitchen, we asked for our check, as much as I completely understand being a waitress, alone at that, with covid going on, there was no reason our order shouldnt have been taking before a table that had come in after us. As she was walking away to get the check, she mumbled something under her breath that sounded like scumbag. We got the money out to pay for our drinks and waited until she came back and asked for the manager, SHE SENT OUT THE BUS BOY to pretend to be the manager, we asked for the name, and said we knew they lied about being the manager and she said there wasnt one on tonight. We will be contacting corporate as this was very unprofessional.
Hostess seemed like she was bothered to seat us, took well over 10 minutes just to get greeted and drinks ordered. After that, waited well over 10 minutes again for someone to come take our orders, had multiple people walk by 3-4 times and never acknowledged us. We never ordered and left to go elsewhere. Pretty poor service since the restaurant was not very busy at all, and unfortunate because this used to be a good place to eat.
The pizza my husband and I ordered looked just like the picture. It was so great tasting. Also get the appetizers. They were so good that we had to get different ones to take home with so we could try. Great service friendly. Was very happy with everything.
Today I wanted to take my mom, son, nephew and sister to lunch here because they have never been- I was so excited to take them. I have been here a handful of times and really enjoyed it but today wasn’t such a good experience- it took over 40 minutes to get our food. My nephew being 3 was being really good but started getting impatient because he was hungry maybe the server could have come over and said they are sorry for the slow service can we bring the grapes over that you ordered while you wait on the rest. It seemed like there was only one waitress ( which she was nice) but for a Sunday afternoon you would think there would be faster service. Then after we finally got our food and ate we get the check- I stood in line to play because after being there for over an hour with 2 kids it was time to go I was told you don’t pay CASH here you give to your server. Like really are you kidding me I am here to pay my bill now I have to wait for my server to pay after waiting so long for our food.. I guess paying with cash is a bad thing- so maybe when you server gives you the bill they should ask how your paying and come back in a few minutes to take your money and get you change. Won’t be back here for awhile that’s for sure.
The food was delicious! We had shrimp/crab dip, pizza skins, and a thin crust pizza with meatballs- so good. Our server in the bar area was Rich and he was friendly and efficient! Nice Boston pub feel 👍
Went out for a birthday andService is very bad, waiter walks by multiple times without asking anything or tending to needs. Gave us all diet cokes instead of normal cokes and still charged us to replace. Overcooked my burger and forgot the lettuce. Heard multiple families complaining around me. Wouldn’t reccomend especially at night, workers get lazy and chefs undercook everything. No effort at all expected better.

Reasonable food at above average prices. BE VERY SPECIFIC WITH SPECIAL ORDERS. The cooks dont really listen and send out whats on the menu. So be prepared to send it back. Wait staff can be fantastic or horrifying depending on the day.Ask for seating in the bar to be safe if youre having a rough day.BAR STAFF HAS ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF THEIR TABLES EVEN WHEN SUPER BUSY:) If you do run into one of the questionable or down right rude wait staff, dont hesitate to ask to be reseated. Its worth the request.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband is a Chef so we are picky where we eat. After trying out various restaurants in the neighborhood we now only come here. You can adjust your order any way you want it if you simply ask. They remember you and what you like and make new recommendations based on your preferences. Overall a wonderful experience.
Paper in my chicken wings. Service was slow. It was when they just opened for the day. Was not wombat I was expecting. Soup was cold.

We often crave a deep dish pizza and when we do were do you go??UNO the best everytime the pizza is spot on perfect.wings are always excellent and the french onion soup is so good but a little too pricey for a small bowl of soup. Restaurant is always clean and looks great the waitress we had was great and super friendly. Looking forward to going again

I ordered the Numero Uno 🍕 , unfortunately they missed adding pepperoni to my pizza. Ingredients were cold as well . That was really disappointing 😞. However the server was great and the beer was cold .
Truly disappointed! Had a group of 6. Took forever to get our server to take our drink order! Came with the drinks and said hed have to come back for our food order . We were there 1/2 hour, and still had not been able to order dinner. Our server Peter, was very rude. We left, and went to 99 to eat !
Been sitting for an hour. Took 30 minutes for our appetizers, now we’re waiting another 30. 🤷🏼♂️ Maybe we will be able to keep the three year amused for another hour, who knows?Update: Burnt food.
Waitress was friendly, enough.. ignored us a bit to talk with regulars, food was subpar. Nachos had no chili, or much of anything and just a few gobs of cheese, not worth $10, and the sauce was burnt in our meatballs. Didnt bring us enough containers for our food that we took home. Water was not filled enough.I miss the one in Clay. They had way better food.
Usually I have nothing but great things to say after eating here. This last time might be the icebreaker for me. The server did not listen to our orders efficiently, meat wasnt cooked to order, sent it back 3 times, and still did not eat all of it, but did pay for it. My aunt order 2 dishes, only 1 came, she asked him for the second dish, and he argued with her insisting that she never ordered the dish, in front of our entire 10 top party. Of course no tip was left for him. The food itself is good food, if the serve knows what theyre doing. Ive been here many times, many, and by far this was the worst experience of all. Dont know if Ill return.
My wife and I used to frequent the Pizzeria Unos on Long Island when they were around, Lynbrook in particular. We always enjoyed the food and service. When we went to visit our daughter at college we were so excited to find an Unos. Man, I dont know what has happened over the years, or if it was just this particular location, but the food was terrible, the service was subpar, and super slow, and overall it was just terrible. To be fair, I think the server was a nice enough person, but he was either overwhelmed or just not a good server. The pizza we ordered was awful, the crust tasted like it was taken right out of a Pillsbury canister. No knock on Pillsbury, but when I go out to dinner at what is supposed to be Chicago Deep Dish pizza place, and I get Pillsbury crust, not exactly happy about it.I will not set foot in this place again and I am highly disappointed.*** Need to give props when they are due. Someone from Uno Pizzeria reached out to me and apologized for our experience, they sent me vouchers to use for our next visit. I thought that was a very nice gesture.
Took the family to dinner and definitely disappointed asked for a half sausage and half pepperoni and got 3/4 sausage and 1/4 pepperoni not sure how that happened. Also ordered beef tips medium they came medium well also got cold fire roasted vegetables and raw broccoli all on a ice cold plate. Didnt send anything back it already took forever the first time to get the food and got 2 hungry kids. Also sat at a dirty table and the waitress walked over and on a dirty napkin on the floor at the table next to ours the entire visit. I know its Friday night but no excuse.
Orderd a chicken parm meal a French onion soup a kids spaghetti and a Buffalo mac and cheese meal waited over a hour uber canceled Order called unos they said they had it ready went and picked up waited 30 more minutes workers walking around 4 other people were waiting for orders.... finally got food chicken was burnt and hard pasta everything was cold French onion soup was disgusting will never go there again!!!!!!
I ordered the brownie Sundae and the brownies were supposed to be warm and the server brought me out cold brownies. Did have knowledge about anything on the menu. Took forever to bring me my drink never came back to ask how the food was or I needed anything else.

Its a chain. What more can be said. Flatbreads are good. Half is more than enough. Salads and soups were good- not like homemade but good. Not too salty which is often problem in chains. Wait staff more attentive than last time we were there-he had been reprimanded, he said, and really wanted good rating.
We went here because we had a coupon, and we will not be returning. Not one of our party was happy with their meal. My soup was cold - not just not hot enough; it was COLD, like it came from the refrigerator. The nachos were also cold and soggy - inedible mush. We ordered the pizza extra crispy - it also came soggy. The kids pizza had barely any cheese. I would NOT recommend this location.
3 of us went to Unos for dinner. One of our burgers bun wasnt toasted, so it was soggy. Another burger was way undercooked and it had mushrooms on, while it was specified that we only wanted cheese on the burger. The pizza that I got was horrible. The food took nearly an hour to get.
I ordered 3 desserts and a baked mac and cheese for pick up. when my husband got there after 20-25 mins they didnt even know we had placed an online order. Not sure how you can mess up brownies, deep dish cookie and chocolate cake but Unos managed to find a way. The cake tasted funny like it was spiked, hope thats just my imagination.. The deep dish cookie was cold, the vanilla ice cream was yellow and freezer burned. Lastly the mac and cheese tasted horrible, like Alfredo sauce and cracker crumbs plus it was cold. Really wish i didnt waste my money.
I had better pizza at the local gas station!!!! The seevice waw ok at best, even thought our waitress was friendly she was more concerned with getting out of there on time. We did go kinda late but still. Pizza Dough was not very good, the sauce seems to be straight tomatoes from a can and the sausage was burned. Wont be dining thers again!
Love the food and staff. Going out to eat with my son is difficult because of his food allergies but this place has a wide variety of gluten-free food. They have there good classics I like the specials they have because its not the same boring thing over and over

Bill didnt print right and we found out after that we had been charged for a game we didnt order. Manager would not come out to talk to us and would not take it off the bill. Gave us a $5 coupon but were from out of town and all the ones in our area closed down. Orderd pizza with light sauce and it was completely drenched in sauce.
Ordered the $23 steak WellDone, came out Medium-Rare awkwardly had to send it back and it came back Medium... Didnt touch it. Son had a few bites of it.. So difficult to cook a steak to specifications?? If manger sees this place is filthy amd smells like a hint of rotting flesh

I had their new Spicy Hawaiian pizza. It was sooo damn good! I hope they keep it on the menu. The service was fast and they even brought out the kids food before ours to calm them down.
Excellent service, our waitress was super nice, food is great, meets every expectation! I wouldnt say it goes beyond expectations enough to write home about, but between reliably good service, good food, and good gluten-free options, Id recommend Uno as a casual family friendly option

The staff started putting chairs up on the tables by where we were sitting. As if they were closing. They still had 3 hrs to be open. Portions were small on some of orders and they ran out of breadsticks. Some food cold. Wait staff was friendly

I love Uno in Boston and Albany NY. I went to Uno in New Hartford, NY because like I said I love Uno. I dont love the one in New Hartford. Actually I dont like it. From the bad service and the wait staff arguing amongst themselves to the disappointing food. I had hoped the food would redeem them. Sadly i was very disappointed.
Chicken wings were small. Got double order and had a total of like 16 wings lol. They tasted good other then a couple rubbery ones and some very small wings.
Uno is supposed to have great pizza. However they do not tell you that one of there sause is nothing but chunks of tomato, and the other one is pizza sauce with really small chunks of tomato. Thats great if you like sause like that, which I dont. Had to send the pizza back because it had chunks of tomato on it. Got it replaced with what they call there regular pizza sauce. Had them box this on up to take home. I get it home and it has chunks of tomato in the sauce. Dont eat it so just ended up tossing it in the trash....what a waste of money.
Meh. I used to like Uno. This is the 2nd different location Ive been to in the last year and each have been a disappointment.Food and service were below average. Prices are above average. Beer selection is poor. They are a far cry from the original in Chicago...too bad.

This place was filthy! We waited for a table to be cleaned off for us. The menus were sticky; the point of sale machine at the table was sticky, filthy and disgusting- the waitress was rude. When I got up to go wash my hands I slipped and nearly fell in spilled milk under our table. Yuck!!!!
Absolutely phenomenal, fun, and sarcastic service sitting at the bar. A chain restaurant, but decent food with a smile, and a laugh. Quick and carby, not too much else if you are watching your carb load. Goat cheese/walnut salad was really delish. Live games on multiple TVs.

Today I went there with 2 other friends and we had the worst service ever. I know wait staff work hard but our waitress didnt even want to be there and it showed. Sad.

Overpriced for the taste. Marinara and pasta sauce tasted generic and like it was missing an important detail. Service wasnt all that good. Our glass stayed empty for a while. Will not be going back.
The service was good but I didnt think the pizza in Utica was as good as the pizza they make in Albany. It was dry and not as tasty.
Everything was good. We had our 2 Grandkids with us tonight and they loved make your own pizza and make your own sundae.

Service is slow, real slow. The pizzas are made fresh but everything else is frozen including the hamburgers. Prices are high,especially for frozen food. Good place to go to get an expensive tiny pizza.
Service was horrible, very slow. Soup is always cold. Music is blaring and they refuse to turn it down to a comfortable level. We will never go there again!

This is our go to for lunch after the Utica Boilermaker. Took 10 of us this year and food was excellent adding back this burned calories from the race and we were ready for the rest of our day.

Me and 2 co workers went for lunch..we only had 45 minutes so we all ordered salads.it took over 20 minutes with no order we had to leave..the front door hostess screams out the door as we left..thats why we have lunch specials..if the waitress had mentioned that maybe we could have eaten instead of wasting our lunch sitting at a table with no food

2022-03-19Friendly waitress, not crowded at all, however service was somewhat slow. We order the adult menus tenders with fries. My two sons (13 and 9 ) had to double check to make sure it wasnt the kids menu tenders and fries. Serving of French fries was unimpressive. I ordered the lemon chicken skewers side of brocolli and a side of vegetable medley, one glass of wine. My meals was so disappointing on the size, I voiced it to the waitress who said, yeah, it does look it, but the lemon chicken is really good. I told her ill he to eat again when I get home. For 62.00, we will never go back there again.

2022-06-14My wife and I went to New hartford, ny uno on saturday 6/11 to eat. We were seated right off then waited 10 minutes or so for waiter to come over and take our drink order. Restaurant only had few tables full. Two people were at register area talking but neither came over. We just got up and left. Same hostess that seated us told us to have nice night. Was a little after 8 pm. My wife told her why we left. She apologized.

2022-07-05I really love this place but dont think i will be returning after my friend and i were told they were closed at 940 pm when we tried to order a couple of appetizers to go. It was the way the woman acted that got me. We walk in walk up and ask to order a couple appetizers to go. She says we are closed, the door was locked. First of all we just came in the door so no it wasnt locked, and its 20 til close. She replied i dont care, we are closed. Maybe places should start posting last orders in by: times.So i decided while i was shopping in the area to give this place one more try. I get here theres only 2 cars they have been open for half an hour supposedly. I get to the door and its locked. I check the hours again on door and online. Both state 1130. Its 1155. So i go to suggest an edit on the hours and go up to take a picture that the door is locked and they suddenly unlocked the door. But with the issues this time after last time, i want nothing to do with the place.

2019-02-15The food was very good. The waiter took care of us very well. I had the Rattlesnake Pasta, my wife had the Fireball Whiskey BBQ Sandwich, and my daughter had a cheesburger off the kids menu. I was also equally pleased with our appetizer, which was pulled pork nachos. Overall excellent.
