Ordered a shirt online that didn’t fit as I hoped. Was able to exchange in store. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Really pleasant experience.
I bought 3 untuckit shirts and returned 1 of them. After two months, I never saw the credit to my credit card ($88.00). I had to call them to point out that they had not credited me for the return. They were quick to give me the credit at that point but, it took 2 months and a follow-up call from me or else it would have never been refunded. Frustrating to have to follow-up with them to get this done. Do they do this on purpose? How many customers dont follow-up to make sure the credit goes through?
Based on the last review by Jesse, I checked my credit card transactions and I was shocked to see that I was not given credit of over 150 dollars for the two shirts that I had returned. According to them the refund didnt go through.Anyone returning their product, I would strongly recommend to make sure you get credit for anything that you return.
Very helpful staff, let me try on shirts despite being drenched in sweat. A nice splash of bourbon to shop with, meeting a nice couple from the PA/Baltimore area.. great experience. Oh and I bought some shirts, too.
Yeah its cool and all but dear lord prices are way overpriced, Im sure there margins are amazing right now due to the overpricing tho. I will say the marketing has done a great job. I couldnt afford more than 1 every few months if I really wanted it.... More important things than a shirt for $100...
I recently received my second order, my first being a few weeks ago. I have never submitted a review for anything before, but I’ve never been so pleased about any articles of clothing Ive purchased, like the short sleeve shirts I purchased from UNTUCKit. I now have seven shirts in total and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars over the years, to have all of my shirts custom tailored so I can wear them untucked. But they never looked right and I always felt the shirts were ruined. Now that I discovered UNTUCKit, I get the perfect fit every time, the length is perfect to wear it untucked, the quality of the fabric is very good and even the sleeve length is good. I can’t wait until the Fall so I can start establishing my long sleeve shirt and sweater wardrobe. If you work in a professional casual environment, then UNTUCKit is the only label you’ll need to wear.
Very nice sales team.... Helpful and knowledgeable.... Very clean store.. small store so may not have all sizes for all shirts but they can order for you. UPDATE: dont try to return anything if it doesnt fit... It was an absolute nightmare
Im from Boston but spend a lot of time in New York. I always hear the commercials on Howard Stern so I decided to check it out. I got there right as they were leaving for the night. They reopened the store and helped me find the right shirt. I tried on a few and I have to say that they fit awesome. Its what they claim it to be and the styles of the shirts are awesome. They only have one store in SOHO but I went online after as well.I highly recommend them. The quality is great and the length is perfect.Jason
My husband recently lost weight and needed new shirts. He found the store on Prince street where the staff was helpful, and bought 6 shirts.All worked out well but the biggest winner is the pink linen shirt I have to peel off his back to wash.
What really sets them apart are the sizing options. Sizes to fit every size and SHAPE. Big, tall, slim, round, paunchy - and all in great style. Love their shirts and all the other clothes.
I have purchased multiple shirts (and one pair of shorts) from this company and they are by far superior in fit and quality. Great buy for the price.
I will keep the shirt because it is to much of a hassle to return it but it is clearly NOT worth the money I paid for it. Poor fabric and poor construction and not sure where the untuckit part comes into play? The shirt tails appeared to be regular length. Nice idea bad execution.
Kind of expensive and they have a lot of shirts Im not interested in. They do have a new user discount. I go for the better slender cuts. I wish they had more of them.
Had fun here. Bought two shirts and a vest. One shirt and vest were not available in the store so are being shipped to me free. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Its botique, the quality appears good, but prices are not within reach for working class people. Well if you dont have kids and a mortgage, car payment, the typical responsibilities, these are an expensive splurge. Like going to see the endorser Brad Richards play an NHL game. Hopefully this concept spreads and can be produced at a more affordable price without sweatshop labor. Possible? I dont know the industry, but I would think so if scale can be achieved. My only gripe without experience of the product, which is more a disappointment, is the price point. My best wishes to the owners though!
I had the best experience at UNTUCKit in Soho ever! Falloo assisted us and he was magnificent! He helped us find every size and color combination that we needed and then offered us a shot of whiskey after checking us out rapidly !!!!!!
I ordered a gift card for my son who lives in manhattan as I thought it would be a good birthday gift he would be able to get on time. My son did not acknowledge my gift even though I received notification that it was sent. I felt uncomfortable and finally asked my son if he received anything and to check his email, spam etc. He received nothing. I sent an email the next day and was told they sent it again. Still nothing I sent another email. I get a phone call and it seemed as if I was an irritant because of their inefficiency. I finally had it sent to me and forwarded it to my son myself. When I explained to their associate I was upset as he didnt receive the card on his birthday you would have thought they might have offered to send him something to Make it right, here is the response given to me...oh, you can just tell him that it was our fault. I dont care what kind of product they have, if this is the level of service they provide, they will soon be another casualty start up .
Way over priced , sizing is way off as well , i ordered xl regular fit , i normally am between l and xl , skin tight shirt and too short.not likely to buy again.
Great shirts for men, very reasonable priced. Sometimes the prices online are less but they honor them in store.
Fair quality shirts for premium prices. If you are tall (over 62) FORGET IT! Unless you have six-pack abs. Hype, pass on this.

Purchased a couple of shirts online. Totally out-of-line in the sky-highprices. Quality was average and if youre not pencil thin these shirtsare not for you.
Ridiculous prices for simple shirts . I rather go to Levis for quality, great prices, and best styles year round . Its as simple as that .

The outdoor and activewear apparel companies like Prana and R.E.I., etc. have been making these sorts of shirts, MUCH NICER than UNTUCKit, for decades!!!
Very sorry to have spent this 80 bucks. These shirts are wrinkled as an old Kleenex in 30 minutes. They look sloppy.
Overpriced, poor fit across chest due to poor tayloring. All the shirts have the same issue. Also, on-line customer service is terrible.

2017-06-12Love the product! My husband looks absolutely amazing in these shirts and gets a lot of compliments. I called customer service and they were very helpful giving me 20% off of my first online purchase and they help me choose a few shirts which my husband loved! I will definitely be buying more shirts for my husband, looks like they have also launched a womens collection cant wait to try it!

2017-06-01I went to the store to buy some shirts for my husband yesterday for Fathers Day. I was super pleased with the service. Obviously my husband didnt come but they walked me through sizing so that I would get the right one. I was also so happy with the amount of time that they took to make me happy. BTW I think these shirts rock. Its going to be a happy Fathers Day at our house this year. :)

2017-06-07I just placed my first order with UNTUCKit and it will definitely not be my last! I needed help with sizing and got an extremely prompt response from a customer service representative who gave me a sizing recommendation as well as some suggestions. They even offer free shipping and returns!! I received my order 3 days after placing it and love the shirts. I am so excited to fill my closet with them. Will most certainly be ordering again!

2018-03-09Ive been seeing commercials on TV and online and so I asked for a gift certificate for Christmas. When I was in NYC last time, I went to this store since its the original one. Love the whole concept. The friendly helpful staff first showed me a rack with all their shirt sizes, to find the one that fot the best. All their shirts conform exactly to these sizes, so theres no need to try on more than these. Once the size was found, I browsed the racks to find the pattern/material I liked. I can also now just go online and order that size. But online wouldnt be quite as as good, because in the store, to make the process especially relaxing, they offer scotch and bourbon ... cant beat that!

2016-06-12I love the concept as I like to wear shirts untucked at times. Shirts are of OK quality and the colors are very rich but not worthy of their full retail price. I bought two that were on sale and also received the into discount so paid about $50 each. The biggest issue is that they are between 1 and 2 sizes small. I read the review about them being undersized so I bought up on size from my normal order and the shirts are still tight around the waist. Made in China and 100% cotton so they will likely shrink more. You should order 2 sizes larger unless you are model thin or like your shirt really tight.

2016-08-24Had a good experience. I normally wear beteeen large and extra large so I bought an extra large because everyone said they fit small. I had to return it because it was a little big on me so i purchased a large and it fit perfect. Im not fat but im not in good shape either. Shirt looks great, good quality, the refunded my money eithin days of shipping origanal product back. If you cant afford them go to target. They have nice shirts for half the price.

2017-05-05I received my first UntuckIt shirt today. It fit me like any other more moderately priced shirt. The reason I made the purchase is because at 53, I rarely find a shirt thats not too long. I was hoping this was going to be THE shirt. Sadly, it wasnt. I can get the same fitting shirt, maybe even better, and at a much cheaper price the Gap. Oh well, I just saved my safe a lot of money.
