UPNYC all year! This location is giving SoHo vibes. The store is huge so there are plenty of cute fits to put together. Don’t want clothes? No prob, they have it all! The sales reps are the best, they will help you with whatever you need. Fleezy checked me out today and I had the best experience.
I recently placed an order online with UPNYC. I was worried that my order wasn’t completed properly so I called the store and spoke with the manager Flezy and without a hassle, he made sure I had a tracking number same day!! That kind of service is impeccable and I will definitely would be buying more from UPNYC

Great place to go been here twice first time I got my new all whites and the girl with the colorful hair helped out she definitely need a raise but my second time I dont rememebr her name I think is was something with a e but she wasnt really helpful and she seem like she did know what I really wanted like that girl with the Colorful hair but ill Definitely go back hope that girl there again.

I think I went on the wrong day, I asked help from the so called manager Angel and he was a lil disrespectful and the customer service from the girl that was there was just horrible, all she did was just ignored me the while I was there I just walked out.

2022-05-09I happened to stumble across this location unaware it was the newest UP NYC. I needed a Quick outfit for a model I was photographing - Spilled coffee on himself - And I was very relieved to find the many many different brands and selections of footwear - The staff was super kind and helpful / ready to answer all my questions! I think this store is a perfect example of a Booming Business in south bronx!

2022-05-09I never won a sneaker raffle before so when UPNYC selected me as a winner I was in shock. When I got to the 3rd store in the Bronx I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff helped me get the shoe I was selected for and made sure my process went well. Afterwards I seen some outfits that I liked and the staff helped me pick out a Sergio Tachinni suit for my son. Overall great experience will be coming back!

2022-05-09Honestly one of the bronx best kept secrets. The Manager Fleezy has great customer service skills and knows how to make a customer feel welcome. I would not shop any where else but UP NYC. The inside of the store is beautiful and the sneakers and clothing are Grade A. My son is enrolled in their after school program as well which is located in the store. They have a teacher helps my son with his homework if we are running late from work. Awesome Store, Awesome Manager.

2022-06-01BEST STORE IN NYC ! they take care of the community. i live in long island & go to visit for all the latest releases they everything the most hyped drops. The manager Angel is a really humble guy, he always helps out as well as the staff. Angel if you see this, i wish they can branch out to long island our community needs an UPLI !

2022-05-10I entered UPNYC’s raffle for the Hi Vintage Dunk for my girlfriend and surprisingly I won. She was so happy when I gave her these as a gift.
