This one is just package for you but not for my 6 years old son. Status was out for delivery until 9:56pm, after we contacted customer center around 9pm they changed status. If you change status more earlier I could done something for my son for his today’s event. Since you told us it’s out for delivery from Springfield Garden we waited.I don’t need reply if words is completely same, your system’s apology message, as other reviewers.I pray for you to have better service.
These people are a complete wastes of life. Especially “Dean”. Whoever he is, he’s the most incompetent “supervisor” I have ever dealt with in my life. This facility is what happens when you hire undereducated, unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. Honestly everyone on staff I spoke with in this facility (inclusive of the phantom driver that never set foot anywhere near my home) needs to be retrained and moved elsewhere. Clean house and start over
The guys at the front today was awesome! When I got there, the sign said no package for delivery but the guys made it happened. They were sooo thoughtful. its nice to know there are still some good people in this cruel world! Keep up the great work guys!!! You made my day this morning with you super awesome attitude!😊😊I recommend this place people.
I always try to avoid ups but every single delivery I get deliveries from this ups comes at the absolute last min (7:40pm) when I live not even 3 min from the facility. And now my latest package an important item for work gets lost. It’s like a sick joke at this point. I’d rather have a package go fedex ground than ups next day air because I know my package would be here before 2pm and it won’t get lost.
I have been shipping products (5-10 Next Day Air packages per week) to my customers at Aramex Springfields Gardens and the packages either got delivered super late (4-6PM instead of the commitment noon delivery for NDA) or the packages just sit at the hub and got lost.I have a NDA package sitting at Destination Scan for over a month now and after a dozen of calls and promises from staff that it will be delivered today, the package still sit there without any movement.I dont know if this hub is always overloaded and lack of staff but a month delay on Next Day Air service is simply mind blowing for me.UPS staff at this hub, if you reading this, I would greatly appreciate if you can reach out and help me find my shipment. I will pay for your help if needed. Covid already ravaged our business and losing customer shipments simply makes our lives much harder now. Thank you for what you do.
Free parking available. Wheel chair accessible, parking and door entrance. The staff is very polite and helpful.They helped to pack up and arranged shipping label. Then printed the receiving receipt.Well lighted , ventilated and well stocked shipping supplies.Very prompt and fast service.Best UPS branch for all your shipping and receiving service.

I put 1 star cause I couldnt put no stars I purchased something from Amazon and it was delivered by UPS.I have a note on my door saying to put all packages by the side door and knock on the door. And the driver left the box on the front step and didnt knock on the door. Got an alert it was delivered but my package wasnt on my front step so my package was stolen due to the driver NOT PUTTING THE PACKAGE WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO AND NOT KNOCKING ON THE DOOR AT ALL
1 star is too generous.I hate that place. Delivery service is HORRIBLE. I reverted to using my job address just so I don’t use them. They’ve lost so many of my packages or delivered them at the wrong house so many times. They told me fill a report n they’ll get back to me , that was 3 yrs ago I still haven’t heard a peep from them.They’re careless n disrespectful, they have no respect for people’s packages. 👎🏽
My package was scanned and scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Today is Friday and Im still waiting! I called on Thursday and was told they will contact the driver and get back to me. No one did! I called again today and no one can explain why my package is still out for delivery 4 days later!
This location seems to be unorganized. Everyone throws the next individual under the bus. Very little, closer to no one I would say attempts to resolve any issues here. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor the guy says he’s coming, waited for an hour and half and no one comes.False updates are given:Packages says “Out for Delivery” and when asked about it the guy says it hasn’t been touched it’s still in the trailer.Then another update stating a “Delivery Attempt has been made”, at 11:28pm. Really?Horrible
Terrible service!!! We were home and the UPS driver just knocked and left a slip saying no one was available and left!!!! We literally opened the door in less that’s 10 seconds and the driver was gone! I was awaiting this IMPORTANT package all day for the driver to just leave!!!
Worst facility ever. Packages are always delayed and rescheduled. It sucks because we as customers have no say on whether this facility gets used. I wish companies stopped using UPS altogether. Im 99% sure most of the good reviews have been done by people who work there. Like one of them says great teamwork for gods sakes! What kind of customer would know that?!
Hmm.. Got stuck going to this place once and I regret asking to pick up rather then wait for the delivery the following day.I was given a pick up time only to be told the trucks had not come in yet. OK I can understand a little delay things happen. Trucks come in and I had to wait a second time on the same line. But now theres a bigger wait. My turn again, I wait another 10 for them to find my package. Its a heavy package that I need a cart for, but hay they dont have any around. Spend another 5 looking for one in the lot.The people dont care here at all, but its hard to tell whos at fault, the people working there? They did not give. The wrong time, the phone service did that... But the workers at the place dont have a system to handle even 5 people waiting effectively.Overall I will be doing my best to stay away if I can.
UPS Springfield is the absolute worst. Someone in the Springfield Hub keeps changing the label on all packages being delivered to my home. My street extension is PLACE, they keep changing it to STREET!! So now I keep missing my packages. If no signature is required, they just leave it any old place. This is disgusting. When I get the notification “Sorry we missed you” I call immediately and demand that they send the driver back to PLACE!! I keep asking to speak to a Supervisor to file a formal complaint and I get nothing but the run around. I’ve lived at this address for 27 years and it’s only in the last year that I’ve begun to have these problems. If you can change your carrier of your packages, make sure you do it!
Am highly disappointed!!. Sluggish operation, and when you call to speak to the person in charge he will keep you on hold doing nothing. I walked into the facility and the front desk staff called him directly he picked up his call at once. This is Completely being nonchalant and having that idc manner. Mr Bill you run that company you can do better. I lost so many contracts because of your delay. Date of delivery was supposed to be 11th, no one showed up. I called to find out why I ended up with a negative response. Now its 15th and am here give me my package 📦. Over ride the delivery to make work easy for you guys . No they have to do this and do that smh. I just cant believe my eyes. This is the most disappointing start of the day.
Useless and horrible. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Home all day waiting for the package, to find a yellow sticker on my door saying they tried to deliver. Found the sticker 15 minutes after the delivery, and after 10 minutes on hold, was told that the driver would return to deliver the package. Waited like an idiot and after not showing for hours, called and was told that there is nothing to be done. Wont even hold the package for pick up. Now I have to hope that they dont do the same nonsense again. Wont use UPS anymore, thats for sure.
Creepy drivers. My package was lost and I had to find that out on my own. Usually they reach my house by 4 pm, but today they didnt so I have to stay home until 8 or whenever they show up. Yesterday, I was expecting at least 6 packages. One driver came to my house 2 separate times bringing one package each time. The third time, a different driver gave me the rest of my packages.
Well, there is nothing bad to say about UPS. At least not that I have experienced. I was at the Depot here on Springfield Blvd. in Laurelton, to check on a missing package. The staff there was very helpful, and the issue was handled immediately and to my satisfaction. (I was politely told that the issue could have been resolved over the phone).Also, the UPS drivers are respectful and friendly. Very professional.
THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST REPRESENTATION THAT UPS HAS! The workers are lazy and annoying. Don’t greet you or approach you with respect. They act like you need them more than they need us. In what business is this even smart to act like? Like we can’t use Fedex or Usps instead! TODAY WAS THE LAST FOR ME! I was told in writing in form of an email from Ups that my package will be available for pick up from 3pm-5pm due to Christmas Eve which is understandable. However, when I get there the security guard tells me to turn around we are closed for the day. I explain to him that I have a package to pick up and it states that in my email. He continues to tell me we are closed . I called on the phone customer service and they was even confused why they are closed . The supervisor that helped me which was nice was angry for me and treated me with respect . He apologized on they’re behalf and explained to me the people at this facility decided to take it upon themselves to leave early because it’s Christmas Eve. I’m all for people getting off early on Xmas eve but I also want my packages before Xmas and I don’t like being misled in believing I can pick up my packages at a certain time and then a rogue UPS facilty decides to go against company policy and just leave . Their hours are already until 5 pm which means they are getting off early already . How does a big company such as UPS allow one of there facilities to open and close whenever they feel like it VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!
Sorry for the long story but this location is absolutely awful. They misplace packages so frequently as if it’s done intentionally. Then when you call, 75% of the staff are miserable and don’t care to help you find out where your package actually is. Their solution? “File a claim.” They’ll also hang up on you without hesitation because they want to feed you lies and you’re just supposed to go along with it, even when they make no sense. I’m almost certain that either the sorters or the drivers are stealing packages (if one was misplaced, it would turn up when the packages get sorted again). But somehow the “misplaced” packages never turn up... they simply vanish into thin air. If your package goes through this location you might as well just kiss it goodbye because someone is going to make a “mistake” and even in this day and age, no camera will catch it. “File a claim.” Because everyone here is too busy to be bothered with investigating the internal theft that is clearly a huge issue plaguing this location.
I had a similar experience to someone else who wrote a review on here. The package sent to me did not require a signature. Two attempts were made in the morning within two hours and invoices were left. I signed the back of the invoice giving permission to leave the package. I saw the next day that it was not left because I was not physically there to sign it. I am a busy student and commute to my university an hour away. I think it is complete bs to have to pay money to be sent to a closer access point. The center is over 45 minutes from my house. The hours for pick up are awful. They are also closed on weekends. The time for pickup is only 5 business days. I understand the driver maybe didnt leave it the first day because of possibility of theft. But, other packages are left inside my building all the time. Also, I signed the damn invoice, so that should expunge him of liability.
Worse experience ever. Ordered a big package for my business UPS delayed it for 2 days then then schedule a Saturday delivery and made me stay home until 930. I watched the driver drive pass my house not get out the truck and mark my delivery as if he tried to make an attempt. I literally watch him drive up the block. This is ridiculous cause now i another attempt wont be made until Monday but now i cant be home to get it so i dont know when i will be able to get my package. UNACCEPTABLE
They misplaced my package but put a lot of effort in trying to locate it for me. They ended up telling me they would call me when they found it, which they did later that day. It occurred during the Christmas busy season and they were very polite and professional, which is why I didnt rate them lower. Hey stuff happens but courtesy definitely helps in these situations.
UPS needs to seriously reconsider their strategy if they want to be considered the best parcel service. How do they expect to keep customers if you are not willing to accommodate their schedulea for pick or delivery? Remember UPS, ppl made a CHOICE to pick YOU as their delivery service. If you continue to disrespect your customers, they WILL use other services who actually know how to deliver packages and help their customers. Do better UPS....do better.
Hours are not as flexible as the UPS store, however the pickup process is quick with less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and knew exactly how my package would look like as soon as I told them that it was shipped from Amazon, and in a matter of seconds brought it out and scanned it, looked at my ID and I was already on my way out the door with my package. There is customer parking at the location. The entrance is on Springfield Blvd, not Merrick Blvd as directed by Google maps.
The lack of professionalism and honesty is astounding. I shop with companies that unfortunately use UPS and so Im stuck with this particular site. I cant tell you how many times Ive had to call customer service because not only do they fail to deliver my packages on time, theyll say that I requested that my packages be held for pick up. Yet Ive never spoken to anyone to even request my packages be held. And then to stay home all day to wait for drivers who arent allowed to ring the doorbell? How else will I know my package has arrived? To have to chase down these people to get something that I PAID to have delivered to my home is ridiculous.
Absolutely horrific service from UPS. THEY redirected a package to a closed UPS store and then claimed they would contact the recipient to make alternative arrangements. Never contacted us. Spoke to customer service Tuesday and they promised delivery Wednesday and a phone call to confirm. Called back Wednesday (having received no call) and was told system still updating and they can arrange delivery Thursday. Absolutely ridiculous and not the first time this has happened. Better to pay more and have shipped via FedEx or USPS.
Ups offers no way to contact anyone in the united states if there is an issue. My Choice info and notifications have no real basis in reality. Notices come that give a delivery window, you wait for hours for the package, then a notice comes that says exception, with no further info on where the package is or when it will really be delivered. AND, you cannot speak to anyone who can help. overseas call center ONLY sees what you see. I would use FedEx or USPS always if I am mailing the package.
This place deserves negative stars! Like many of the comments here, they don’t deliver the packages. Three attempts made and I’ve been home each time. I check the status of the package and it says Attempt made when I was in the house. No knock on my door AT ALL. The first time, I checked the status at 6:57pm to see “Attempt made at 6:50 receiver was unavailable.” The second time, I checked the status at 7:02pm and the attempt was made at 6:55pm. The final attempt I checked six minutes after the attempt was made.When I called and requested to speak to a supervisor they said the supervisor from the location would call me by 10am the next morning..... no call. I called back and they stated the supervisor would call by 2:15pm.... no call. Now, I am currently on hold for 28 minutes and they told me the supervisor called and was unable to reach me and could not leave a message. This place is TERRIBLE and needs to be shut down!!Update: after being on hold for an hour, they said the package is in transit to be sent back to the shipper and there’s nothing I can do about it.
Horrible ups service as a whole had turned from good to bad over the years the lose steal customer packages and continue to get a paycheck they falsely tell you 📦 has arrived knowing they never made an attempt to deliver they put our packages in trailers and leave them and when you look try tracking it theyve figured out a way to make it look as if your package is still in transit and will arrive by 7p...wish I couldve put zero stars!!!!!!
This UPS facility is an absolute disgrace. Their employees are so disgustingly rude and UPS corporate should really invest sometime in training these unprofessional disorderly people. They are by far the most unintelligent, incompetent bunch of people Ive come across from their drivers to the supervisors. They are a bunch of low life liars! The drivers look creepy as hell like they hate their jobs. These people have 1 job and they cant even do it right. A damn shame that this is the face of UPS. UPS corporate you guys need to do better.
Terrible they said they knocked on my door and I look at my camera they never came to my street I was sitting in the living room at the time they supposedly came and I would’ve seen them they said they left a note and there was none. It’s a 10min drive to my house from them and my package has been with them for 3 days. 1star is too much
This is a terrible UPS location. I have had to call them multiple times for the same address issues they told me they were correcting. Everyday was a new problem. Then the customer service representative tells me I should have had my stuff figured out before I shipped it. Really?! I used the exact same address for Fedex and they delivered on time with no issues whatsoever. If you need something delivered, and this UPS has to handle it, save yourself the trouble.
This has got be the WORST UPS store in the entire country. They are literally 15 minutes away from my house, yet my package always gets delivered a day or two later. Always out for delivery at 6am and I always receive it close to 8PM. Why is it just sitting there???!!! DELIVER IT AND DO YOUR JOB!!! They are lazy and useless. I might have to go down and get it myself to see these lazy pigs for myself. A few times they delivered my package to the house next door when it clearly had MY address on it. They are incompetent idiots!
Every time, I have a package come through this specific facility, they cant seem to find my address because the UPS Driver says incorrect street number, BUT ITS NOT. ITS THE SAME CORRECT ADDRESS AS ALWAYS. I cant stress the ignorance of my driver enough. Do they not have GPS? Im assuming they do. When routed through another UPS facility, no issue locating where I live. Its ridiculous. Its highly inconvenient when you have to go out of your way to pick up a package that was suppose to be delivered due to Driver error, more like ignorance .
So I went to Springfield Gardens location today September 12 to see why in the world would a driver carelessly fail to bring a package to the door but leave that package in an open lobby. I spoke with a nice lady there the day before and she was on top of her game. I believe it may have been a supervisor and she explained UPS Drivers are not authorized to leave packages such as this guy did and she would take care of it. I did file a claim also.
Please shut down this base. My packages normally come through Maspeth.. like other reviewers, drivers at this location cant seem to either find my home or they never knock. They say that receiver not present.. yet they see 3 cars in my driveway and the package doesnt require a signature. They could drop it off at any of the 4 doors including basement , surrounding my house.. but no they made a final attempt and now I have to either reschedule for a fee or go pick it up myself. The drivers at this location are incompetent.
If I could give this zero stars I would. I’m pregnant and starving but stayed in my apartment because my package was supposed to be delivered today. I was refreshing my phone like crazy and received a notification saying my package had a delivery attempt. No one rang my door bell and no one called which means the delivery driver was lazy and just decided to be a liar. I’m pissed because I missed a doctors appointment and more importantly, I don’t have my MATTRESS. This is disgusting and unacceptable. I’m currently hoping to track down the Springfield gardens location and find the driver specifically to express the inconvenience he’s caused just because he didn’t want to get out of his damn truck.
Ups kept delaying the delivery of my package for 7 days, so I requested to pick it up instead, that took an additional 3 days, when I get there, I discovered that the staff there switched my item with a box filled with paper. So they sent my package back to the seller. Hopefully I can get a refund.
Absolutely horrible experience. UPS does not leave a note on your door nor do they tell you where the package is...you have to hunt for it. Is in the locker? Is it on the Truck or the actual branch which have 9-5 hours in 2017! Can we get a 8:30 to 6 pm at least? Sheesh!
The people here are incredibly rude and unhelpful. If they spent half the energy trying to solve your issue that they put into finding reasons why there isnt anything they could do to help you, they would be a paragon of customer service. Instead you have drivers that try not to deliver to you if they can avoid it and leave it somewhere else instead, phone agents who act like youre bothering them from the second they answer the call, and an overall dreadful experience any time you have to deal with them. Seriously, screw this place.
The worst ever!!!! I gave 1 star because theres nothing less.Dont use this location facility for your packages. They dont deliver as promised.If you buy a phone from your mobile service provider, be aware!!! Calling ups is not enough. The best thing to do is to manage and hold your package at your nearest ups service point (not this location!!! choose somewhere else) and go pick it up later on. Thats the only safe way to get it. Days can become weeks if you dont do so.Their office hours arent convinient and the drivers are liers. MY OWN EXPIRIENCE, THIS DRIVERS WONT KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR IF YOU PACKAGE IS EXPENSIVE OR HEAVY.
HORRIBLE!!! Driver is an idiot! I signed the back of the note left on door and he still didnt leave the package. I understand drivers discretion but it goes out the door when you call and make a note of it being ok to be released. Ive had it with this center. Seriously considering canceling my order because of this mess. Smh
Stayed home all Saturday waiting on a delivery no one showed up however at 9.27 pm when I tracked my package it showed a delivery attempt was made...... this is such BS that these lazy drivers lie that they make attempts, to top it off there was no evidence of a delivery attempt yet when I called I was told a notice was left on my door. Is this good service???
They ring the bell and leave with the packages outside in the rain with packages that clearly state they can be damaged by severe weather conditions. Whoever does the routes in Springfield gardens is TERRIBLE, and has left multiple weather sensitive computer parts outside rather than waiting, just to finish his/her routes quicker.It just got even better, This guy knows my household a bit apparently. He marked a recent package delivered: left with woman on the shipment update because my sister or mother is usually the one home.
I hate this location!!! They continuously ruin plans for me when depending on the delivery. I order a week ahead, get speedy delivery and this horrible location will make it late. They close Saturdays and do horrible jobs every other day. Thank You again for holding up another package last the event date. Oh and my address is the excuse but there was clearly not an error. WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!
The rating system wont let me select 0 stars caz that is what they deserve .. First off they cant track their own truck to find out where they are with my package because I wasnt home. I call the head quarter to find out what they can do for me to get my package the same day I was told that dispatch will call me back , after all day waiting and 10 repeated phone call again and again, still no one call back. If ever I have a choice again to deal with ups it will be a NO!!!!!!!
Like many others, If I could rate this with 0 or negative stars I would. Multiple packages lost, and marked delivered even though they were not. I have cameras around my house and I have watched them drive by, then say no one was home. This facility needs a purge. When I called, the employees have an attitude and seem to get angered when they have to do their job. I guess money is supposed to come free now. I wish I could use any other facility.
Ups in jamica queens is horrible... no one knows information on drivers; drivers do not read given instructions on delivery; drivers forge signatures and claim to drop of packages...I have complained without out a solution in site.... so I will be writing and make reports
I would give you zero stars if i could! last week before Christmas and they decided to send my package to the wrong address after 2 days of trying to get it back all they can say is wait!! They cant even give me the damn address for me to even try to get it ! Learn how to use a god damn GPS system or even Google maps for god sake...god damn idiots
Worked here for a seasonal position. Worse choice ever. 2 weeks to process a check that cannot be found when ever I go to collect it. Impossible to contact anyone without the runaround. Dont work here, go commit a crime or something if you really need cash. Youd suffer less in prison than having to experience a limbo of never getting in contact with the person you need to talk to or ever getting paid for your work.
Ive placed many orders in the last few months and anything that goes through this facility is 100% always delayed or misorted and delayed. This facilitys operations need to be looked into, its odd that my orders are only delayed from different retailers when the package has to go through this location.
Stayed home all day waiting for my wife package to be delivered. Went out at 7pm and found final notice. My wife was Very Very Very Upset. Called customer service and was told the package will be returned . She has to order gifts again. Not Fair..... Will this happen the second time around ? NOT HAPPY WITH UPS..
Driver tries to deliver the package at wrong address then leaves a note at the right address wow what a service then I call customer services and they telling me go to the location and pick it up myself. plus they get paid for screw ups and no one knows about it because no one cares👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
I wanna know how three packages come up scanned when I was only handed two. I would like to know wheres my third package and why I was not asked to sign for the two I received smh easy way for theft.Just saw that my other package says delivered so Im missing two packages unacceptable I want my packages!
I was suppose to receive a package on Thursday which never came, ups updated the package to deliver at 8pm on Friday. Friday morning I check my package is at this ups facility at 4:30am I live less than a mile from this location and still didnt receive my package. This location and ups in general sucks.
WORSE UPS EXPERIENCE EVER!! WAS HOME ALL WEEK RECOVERING FROM SURGERY AND NOT ONCE WAS MY DOOR RANG OR EVEN A STICKER LEFT. I TRACKED MY PACKAGE TO THIS LOCATION WHICH WAS NOT MY REQUEST BUT A LAZY DRIVERS DECISION. 8 MILES IS CLOSE?? WHEN I GOT THERE MY PACKAGE WAS SAID TO BE OUT FOR DELIVERY. RAN BACK HOME AND STILL NO PACKAGE. NOW MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT WORTH ANYTHING EITHER. NOT EVEN WORTH THIS 1 STAR.
This is one of the worst customer services ever. Seriously at this day and age how do they not have a truck gps and how come the driver cant call the center of when he is coming in. They told they were going to give me a call back in a hour it has been 2. If I could give this place negative stars my number would be too high to count. I shouldve gone with Fed ex but my mistake. And seriously why dont they deliver on Saturdays somebody fix this system please
Worse store. I mean, who really is home to collect your package and they dont deliver on Saturdays so your always forced to take out of your day to come pick up your package. Then when you get here, they close for two hours and you have to come back at 8 Pm. What a waste of peoples time.
Horrible. Last THREE packages came late because they have incorrectly sorted this package which may cause a delay. How does this happen three times in a row? Customer service is of zero help, they lied and said the package would be delivered on time. The people here operating this facility are a bunch of clowns.

2022-03-15This UPS is terrible. I feel they are discriminating against me due to the fact that my packages always arrive disturbed or opened. I had to stop ordering from daily harvest because they were opening my food. In the middle of summer they couldn’t deliver my AC , I had to pick it up. The most recent antics involve delivering my package to my neighbors in the next building. This unethical behavior and practices will be reported to the BBB After being delivered to the wrong address this is what I received from my neighbor

2022-02-28Update Feb 28th,2022 I decided to give UPS another chance with my delivery and thankfully they delivered the package on time the UPS worker was cheerful and courteous. So I am happy that UPS came through and did great service.Thank you, UPS for the on-time delivery and the delivery driver for being courteous and nice

2021-09-29Doesnt deserve 1 star. This facility has to be the worst facility in the tri state.- Employees are absolutely the rudest.- Drivers are lazy. Delivering to the wrong address.- Constantly losing packages. (Current investigationis pending) filed at least 5-6 claims within 2 months.- They do NOT pick up scheduled and paid pick ups!- Late Deliveries. Deliveries are made after 7:30pm-8pm.- Stealing packages and sometimes they dont even deliver at all and report packages delivered. They are very deceitful. Dont they know that people have cameras.- Its best to call the 800 number instead of callingthis facility. They will greet you with an I dont care attitude and a I dont know what to tell you attitude or youre on your own kid...- Their employees are unqualified at there positions. Unprofessional and they all hate their jobs.- You are better off with USPS, FedEx and thank goodness for Amazon!-This facility is an embarrassment to the UPS brand. As an account holder Im embarrassed for them.

2021-10-27The Customer Service at this UPS location is the BEST. The Gentlemen that work at this Location are always Friendly Kind Knowledgeable and are willing to help in anyway that they can. It’s easy to schedule you day around their hours of operation lunch is the same time everyday along with opening and closing so that makes it really convenient. Even when it gets a little busy they keep that line moving so you are IN & OUT.

2021-10-20We are a local business and rely on UPS to help us make our customers happy because we actually value our customers. We have waited for a package to be delivered “marked out for delivery,” for days. On day three we showed up at the store and they apologized and promised it would be delivered ASAP. Day four still no delivery but we were told to come and pick it from the store. We get there and the packages are no good. Boxes and contents are damaged.This is beyond frustrating, especially because no one is held accountable nor do they seem to care. “Sometimes the packages get damaged.” That’s all we got. We get it, things happen but this isn’t the first time. Your apologies are pointless if you aren’t willing to do better!

2021-12-15Driver for the block of 115th Ave 11434 doesn’t deliver to the right address. Many times I received other peoples packages. Now for Christmas I order a friend a gift it says arrived at 2:18 and I was home the whole time no doorbell ring I asked my neighbor if she sees the UPS truck in front of my house on her camera and she says no he was never there so how was my package delivered on my front doorstep. Now the gift that I was going to give someone for Christmas is sold out someone got free gifts for me from Sephora because this driver does not know how to read an address

2022-03-24I been going there a few years I love the main guy thats always there never got his name but every time he sees me coming in he gets my package if they are not busy never had a problem. I’m in Florida now if you read this I miss our lil conversations when picking my packages 🥲 just know you how to do your job and you loved it

2021-11-08This is getting out of control! I received at least 4 packages week for the wrong address. I’m so tired of having to chase down the UPS guys or walking it over to the correct address. Please speak to your UPS driver that’s delivering for zip code 11434 I live on 132rd & 158th St and I keep getting packages for 132rd & 159th St Jamaica. I have this all on camera 🤦🏾♀️ I’m afraid that Christmas is coming and I will probably end up with more packages 📦
