Not friendly pretty bad customer service, went looking for my missing package they didnt have a clue then I was told come next day to pick up the package after they said they spoke with the drive who is out on delivery who physical confirmed the package, when I get there next day they tell me that they dont have the package it went missing. They could have told me this at the beginning I would have made another trip for nothing and whats on there UPS App doesnt much with there system. Very frustrating 👎
The man in customer service is very very rude, he talks too people like they are trash. needs to be removed from his duties . for a whole month cant get my package. its holiday time why doesnt ups ring people bell in 10301 area of staten island. i physically watched them not even ring bell but just put a sticker on door. very racist ran ups.
Ups is usually good but hasnt been up to par.They lied about the location of a package of mine.According to tracking its near my home but low and behold according to customer service its elsewhere.If they were just honest I couldve made other arrangements, now Im coming even more out or pocket.On top of that, they refuse to refund even though they acknowledge the mistakes on their part.Terrible.
Ups driver didnt ring my bell. I was given two locations to go pick up the package, and when I tried to figure out which was the correct one I was told they had tried to deliver it again, and it was on the truck. It is hell to get a human being on the phone and for some reason they dont list a phone number for the travis avenue location. Well see if the package is available for pickup at 8 tonight like they say it will be. I would advise using any other shipping method if at all possible.
Horrible service. They lost package the first time. They delivered package to post office. Went back to pick it up and the package got lost. Reordered same item. 2nd package showed out for delivery by 8pm Monday. Never came. On Tuesday morning shows package out in transit. Called Travis location spoke to Tina. She was no help the 1st time or now. Spoke to supervisor Peter and Steve was told they don’t know where the 2nd package is. they can’t locate it. UPS is horrible. No wonder Amazon’s shipping is so much better. Next time will use FedEx or USPS.
I missed my package. I called and a lady by the name of Michelle picked up. I gave her my addresses. And she said that I had to go outside to pick up my package from the truck IF they came by. When I asked her why and said that the driver normally comes up, she says “we don’t deliver to your kind of neighborhood.” When I asked her what neighborhood did I live in, she proceeds to say that I lived in the “hood” and in the projects. I told her that I did not live in the hood and that I lived in a private house in the suburbs. She proceeded to argue with me and say that regardless of where I lived, I would still have to come out to the truck because she could tell I was from the “hood.”
Never delivered. Drove off or just skipped my property. Obviously wont post photos of my doorstep all day (Wyze Camera Front & Side door) obviously nobody attempted any delivery.Im not going to complain much more because i regularly use USPS/FedEx anyway. USPS is economy and Fedex Has good rates on items up to 70lb. Im a ebay seller that will take my business elsewhere.Excuse me, No offense to the company but the driver or helper should be disappointed at himself.
The worst experience.They are not knocking the door,just leaving note on the door,sometimes just dropping on the steps during the rain.After you call them,they promise to reatempt,and never do it.You have to stay in the house,wait for them,but on the end of the day they put you on hold.And you can wait till the next business day,wich is Monday.BTW today is Friday.
They suck Staten Island UPS I dont work with them . They are so nasty and very lazy drivers. They put on the system as if they were coming as if they came to your location but have not showed up at all no door sticker no nothing at all no package I called to complain because of the false information they implemented in the system which was incorrect management of the staff that called from the center location here in Staten Island called very nasty and quote she says to me what do you expect my driver to do climb up 8 flights of stairs I said no lady there are two elevators if one is not working use the other one how dumb can it be oh he has a lot of other packages to deliver he dont have time to sit around is that the type of service that we paid for which is very expensive this is what they do wow a big one Stars what they get.
SENT MY $300 PACKAGE BACK TO TEXAS BECAUSE THEY FUDGED UP (SHIPPING ERROR.)1. Package was 2 days late.2. Deliveryman claims package was left at front door (in the rain, expensive electronics inside.)3.Deliveryman then claims package was rejected at front door (I never answered.)4. Deliveryman then says I have to pick it up (not my responsibility and I dont have time.)5. Then claims package cant be sent back out (even for an ADDITIONAL FEE) and I cant just pick it up tomorrow (even though tomorrow is also a work day.)6. My package is currently sitting in the Staten Island facility and I am telling a representative not to send it back to Texas and she says it is too late, even though it has been less than 3 hours since the package was misplaced by UPS. Its not in Texas yet, but UPS is holding my package hostage.7. Sent my package back to Texas, where I will have to wait another week to receive it.I said screw it, cancelled the order and just reordered using Amazon expedited shipping.
Well it’s so ridiculous to say but they never answer the phone. When they do they give all BS answers. Let’s start with a package mailed to me 2, yes 2 weeks ago. It got to Travis Ave site for delivery last week. Went out for delivery on Friday the 8th and never got to me. Everyday calls to the 800# tell me my package is on the truck and out for delivery. Now 6 days later package still out for delivery until this morning when online tracking states hold for pickup. Tomorrow 1 week later I have to go to pick it up. For all you who want a package delivered correctly and online go USPS and drop these bums.
UPS is terrible. Ive had countless broken packages. they dont ring the doorbell when they leave a package. they wont reroute without a first attempt even if you call to tell them no one will be home. theyll lie and say it was a second attempt on the first. they only deliver during times when everyone is at work. generally awful and were stuck with them as most composites dont give you options for carriers.
A very Rude older man works here. Simple questions get nasty answers and attitude as if im supposed to know the ins n outs of the postal service. Dreary atmosphere, very small space. But they did have a very important pkge(a galaxy note9 + accessories that i won😀) n it was in fine condition.
I was expecting 2 deliveries from ups and I received the one that didn’t need a signature and they desided For me to pickup the other package at their stablishment because it needed a signature, like who does that? They were there and didn’t care to ring or knock on the door!!!I’ve never had an issue with them before this, they might need to check their driver employees!Not happy at all!
I dont know who the dispatcher is that deliver to my area. They lie so bad, claiming to have delivered items several times when.they never even showed up to my house. They even held my items at this store on will call claiming customer requested for item to be held there when I never spoke to any staff . They never have any good explanation for their misconduct. Always excuses.
UPS on Staten Island : Dont put your package in the dropbox, it will not be delivered. I had 2 separate returns (Amazon) that never made it. Either the packages were stolen or lost. Also putting it in the box, youll have no proof that you attempted to deliver. Thank goodness Amazon credited me anyway.As for proof of delivery, UPS in Travis seems to have an issue with providing a receipt. I always have to ask for one and last time, I got the sigh and Eye Roll.
Ups leaves my packages outside in rain and snow even while Im home. No one ever rings the doorbell. Ive made several complaints. How hard is it to ring or knock on a door. Lazy drivers that dont want to waste a second ringing bells. Other times packages are thrown on my stoop and I hear a thump on door so I know something is there.
This is the worst facility ever, they dont deliver🚚 at west Brighton complex, then they lies in their note, ooh we try to deliver , never happened, and a guy have the nerve to tell me . I have to be outside bet 10:30 & 11 what❓❓ never here of such nonsense. But when you called the 1800# they said the ups driver shouldve ring my bell, but dont work I will have the bigger head on this facility
The service was horrible I was looking for my package I missed and 3 different people had three different stories on were my package was. I was trying to get my package before Christmas but the confusion between the workers caused me not being able to receive it on time
3 firepits! 1 lazy delivery guy did not even try to deliver our item and marked “refused”. Given that we took off from work twice in a row. It’s offensive to say we refused the item. Then, 2x, they delivered 2 broken firepits. UPS is a black hole of lazy, careless people, especially the Staten Island ones. Waste of time and money! They don’t even deserve any star. Disgusting!
Not sure whats going on with UPS lately. Ive received many packages at my home but lately they have been rescheduling my delivery saying that the address is incorrect. When I do receive the package it has the right address on it..the company/person who shipped the item had the right address...Terrible...just terrible.What is the purpose of paying extra money for 1 day/overnight shipping when the total ship time takes 5-6 days due to incorrect address.
Package was suppose to be here thursday its now friday night no tag at the door nothing. all i see on tracking is they keep moving the delivery date further and further, and i thought usps was bad its veteran day weekend guess who has to wait three more days for his package to come ,this guy thats who -_-.
One of the driver was observed dumping his turkey lunch on the roadside at the stop sign & his superior at the depot defends this behavior & accuses me of the mistake, being sarcastic and having the conversation a one-way conversation meanwhile the entire phone call was under one minute . From the moment I answered the call HE was the one being rude, sounded agitated and I had to end the call due to his yelling . Poor management & extremely unprofessional told by firsthand experience . Will not be using ups for any of our online purchases . Will be asking seller to use other carriers .
It was horrible waited on a whole line and then was told computers were down and also charge cards which is only way you can pay also wasnt working you can go to any staples store I was told and send your pkgThere THANKS SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT IN FIRST PLACE NOT MAKE ME WAIT FOR NOTHING🥴👎
Horrible staff ups man came to my house didn’t ring the door bell didn’t come to the door was waiting all day for my package told me I have to go to this place which is a 45 minute drive from my house I ran to his truck when he drove away from my house he told me that since I was not 21 years of age that I could not sign for the package so I asked if I could get someone over that age to pick it up and he said no “that’s how it is man” you have to come here horrible people working here will definitely stop using their services
If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. I had a driver from this location lie about my address being wrong and then when I called to fix the following day I was laughed at and hung up on by Steve the OMS (Supervisor). When explaining how the package contained financial information that could severely disrupt me and my sons life he completely disregarded my claim and purposely disconnected the phone call. When calling back immediately after i was able to connect with a Tina who handled the call a little better but still was not able to fix the situation.When you are dealing with packages sometimes someones whole life is in there. Be nice and be fair, please.

2021-12-06Thank you UPS for not opening until freaking 11am. You forced me to drive to FedEx and they just gained a new customer. They fill out the label for you, ask all the necessary questions and create a pleasant shipping experience.

2021-12-31Make sure you turn left after entering. Customer parking is right there. If you turn right you have to go all the way around..People are friendly there, fast service. No need to wait when I was there.

2020-12-16The worst shipping experience I have ever had in my life. Had a package that said it was out for delivery: a package value of over 1,000$. Waited all day for it to arrive, even tracking it on a live map via UPS my choice. The driver was one block over from my house, then just drove right past me and went back to the facility. The tracking has went from out for delivery today, 3 days ago, to now “In transit” for 3 days, no update. I decided to go see if they had my package at the Travis Ave. location, literally no help at all. When I asked an employee where my package was, he simply said “I don’t know” “ Not my problem”. The selfishness and rude behavior of this facility’s employees have turned me away from UPS, never again will I use this bogus shipping company. If you’d like to lose a thousand dollars and have no one even attempt to help you, this is the place for you ! Will be pursuing legal action if this is not resolved.

2020-07-01I was returning a package from amazon. They have the option to schedule a ups pickup. The driver was supposed to call me when he was outside as it says on the instructions from Ups. On Friday he came but never called me. He just left the first attempt slip on the door. Received an email stating next pickup attempt will be next business day. Monday comes and no one came to pick up the package. I called on Tuesday and was assured someone will come to pick up the package before the end of the day. Again no one came to pick up the package. I ended up having to drop it off myself because amazon has a time limit on when you can return items to be refunded. It was just a huge inconvenience because I have an infant that I can’t just carry into the ups with me while holding the package. I had to have my mom come from Brooklyn to watch my daughter so I can return the package.

2020-07-29Don’t use the UPS pickup option through amazon. They never showed! Said they came at 9pm and rang the doorbell (i don’t have a doorbell) but then the rep who called from the hub said they left something on my door which they didn’t and said they will only out the label on the item if they feel safe then I have to take the package to the hub. That is not was is supposed to happen! When I asked how I am supposed to drop off a 50lb item at 9 months pregnant he hung up on me. Who pays $11 to have a label printed?! They don’t know what they’re doing and the guy at the UPS store is as dumb as a bag of rocks!
