Walled in for amazon return, luckily had my labels printed because this location WONT print them for you. Went inside, guy rudely tells me I have to get bags or boxes to send back the items. My items were in bags! He said he couldnt sell me anything because his register is down. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING. Its pointless and a waste of your time.
Waiting on New York government to clear me.I say if I fill out two applications they should generate a number that number given to person that want the job. The next place that person go use that number if name needs to be rerun run it if it two days or a week you get the same information.central Casting just ran me. UPS running again, thats work lost , must wait to next week to start
HORRIBLE/unprofessional I have literal footage from my doorbell camera of the driver walking down to the front of my house no truck no attempt to see if anyone is home just slapping the notice on my mailbox and running off + I PAID FOR NEXT DAY AIR. I called customer service and they just left me on hold after saying there is nothing they can do to further assist me and I will have to wait till the next delivery attempt. What if they do the same tomorrow?
The worst ups center available. Drivers lie and say they made attempts to your home and do not. Often times they dont even leave the info. notice to make it look believable and then no one is held accountable for the headaches they put you through to get you packages. Better Business Bureau needs to get involved with this place.
One of the employees claimed to have dropped my package off a s say it was signed. That was never me because here I am without a package. The company I ordered from sent me a notification that it was sent at 1:32 pm but ups says it was delivered at about 10:30. All I’m saying is that my package better arrive or I get refunded because the driver either stole it or gave it to someone else. If I don’t get either they better prepare for me to show up and raise hell
I was supposed to receive a package today & they told me the apartment number was missing .. THE APARTMENT NUMBER WAS THERE I called customer service told them the issue they said the facility would call me.. I never got a call I needed the package to be delivered today & they told me they would have the driver return to deliver it I haven’t gotten my package or the call back & I need it today
I went there reluctantly after reading all the horrible one star reviews. It was just the opposite. The person couldnt have been more pleasant. I had to ship back a laptop computer. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.Maybe all the previous employees that gave the place such a bad reputation, are staying home collecting the Covid-19 benefits.
This facility is small and they do not care if your package was not delivered. I could not get any help from the employee (I use the word loosely) The only way to speak with a manager is by phone and I was given the run around. I was told the package will be delivered yesterday for sure!! Guess what no package. Its been out for delivery on there truck 4 different days with no delivery. There excuse is the driver is unable to finish the route!! They should fire him and get someone who can do the job!!
I’m absolutely frustrated with this postal service. I had a next day shipment of a package I needed for school. I was home all day Saturday (08/22/20) b/c I was expecting my package. I’ve track my package constantly which stated its out for delivery. Around 7pm I track my package once more, only to see that its updated as wrong address. I’ve contacted them informing them I live in a house, there’s no apt number. I’ve requested a pick up Monday (08/24/20) since their close on Sundays. Today I receive a call that their going to send the package back to the sender when I’ve requested for a pickup. I’ve made numerous phone calls just for them not to send it back and I’m coming to get it. After paying $30 to get there, I’m being told that security already picked up my package. No one attempted to deliver my package . No slip was left for a pick up and also no phone call of what the arrangement would be.UPDATE: I receive a phone call Tuesday (08/25/20) from them informing they will call when its ready for pick b/c the sender requested for them not to send my package back. I checked my tracking and it was at this facility on Wednesday (08/26/20). After showing up at the facility, here’s the catch! They don’t do pick up when it’s electronic b/c electronics are not allowed in the facility lol. So why is my tracking showing “Held for Pickup?” On Thursday (08/27/20) its updated that the package is out for delivery, but lo and behold, some “service disturbance” happen. These people just hate me at this point. They sent it back anyways even though there’s access points and other UPS drop off, smh.
Not a place you could trust with important documents. I paid a overnight fee. Didn’t receive my package. Every time I called the automatic service, it wouldn’t forward my call to a representative. I then called in Spanish option and was able to speak with a representative. After placing two complaints nothing change, no one called me back from the holding facility. It was memorial weekend they didn’t open till Tuesday. When I arrived at the facility they told my package was lost. (Package from a financial institution lost) right.
Been waiting for my package since Friday . It’s Tuesday. Saw the truck outside and sent my soon downstairs to get it with my drivers license and the info ticket. The driver tells my son he doesn’t have my package and takes the info ticket. When I checked the tracking again it says a final delivery was made at the time I sent my son downstairs!! I’m so upset! My son even held the door open for the driver to deliver something to my neighbor who lives under me. Now I can’t get my package. People are so evil and trifling. If you don’t like interacting with people or make deliveries, another line of work might be more suitable for you to do. So unfair! But it’s the hood so why should I expect to be treated like i live in the suburbs. Do better UPS!!
If I could just give no stars at all cause literally they don’t deserve not stars. Drivers keep posting they attempt to drop of the package but literally a lie,worst delivery company. Calling customer service and they not even trying to do their job either since 4 days I’m expecting my package and nothing yet.
If I have to show up at a UPS Customer Center it would normally mean a 3-star rating but because the customer service is pretty good I do not have a problem giving them 5 stars for them actually doing their job and most importantly connecting me to a Human Instead of a machine
Driver came to my location and was rude. Took my package back to facility on 3 occasions and lied saying he attempted to deliver when he didnt. When I called ups to report the driver, everyone tried to cover up the drivers behavior all 3 times. No way the driver could do the same thing 3 times and the company not know something was up. Horrible services on behalf of ups. Wish my package could be sent through another carrier. Not satisfied with the services rendered through ups at all.
UPS didn’t allow me to add my apartment number online for some reason so my only other option was to leave my package at this facility for pickup. I went around 8:30pm and it was so unbelievably packed. There was no structure in this small place and it was a mess. I was waiting on line for 35 minutes. However the only guy that was there was able to find my package within seconds so I was pleased with that.Seems like there is poor management in this establishment but if you have your tracking number ready and an official government ID with the same name and address on the package then there shouldn’t be an issue picking up your package.
If I could give a lower rating, I would. Theres no accountability. Management doesn’t care and employees simply lie about delivering packages. Seems as if no one at this company works with a sense of integrity. Please don’t work for a company, if you are not able to complete your daily requirements. There’s no way a customer has to pick up a package, in fear of the package being returned to sender because UPS lies about delivery attempts/ delivery dates/ follow-up calls.
I have been collecting my packages at this site for several years, the service is second to none. The male customer clerk, associate Ive been accustomed to interact with whenever am collecting my packages, is the most polite, courteous, informative, efficient, someone who had gone beyond the call of duty to give customer satisfaction. I have had issues with UPS, but this clerk, associate is par excellence.💯👍👌👏
Never had an issues with UPS until now. Somehow, despite me being home the entire time and buzzing them in downstairs, UPS and USPS both missed me on the same day. USP even managed to miss several deliveries to other apartments. I called to schedule a redelivery which somehow got translated to move the package from a pickup site a mere 6 minutes away to some obscure location over an hour away and never call to notify the client. Im anemic. Easily worn out. Its freezing cold lately. So nope not making such a trip. Keep the package and enjoy, plus the lost of a customer. Never again.
This location needs more Customer Service staff. It makes no sense to wait for half an hour in line just to drop off a pakage in order to get a receipt. They should make at least 3 different stations: pick up, drop off, and tracking and other services to make the process faster and more efficient.
Lol after working there, I dont even order anything online anymore. They literally kick and throw every single package. There is not one ounce of consideration when it comes to shipping packages at the Bronx UPS warehouse. Its dirty, the package handlers are mostly young, loud, obnoxious kids and they certainly dont care if your package is damaged. When loading the truck, every single small package is thrown as if it is a football. Most packages are smashed against other packages on the belt, leading to packages being damaged before they even enter the truck for delivery. From packages being thrown, kicked, smashed, dropped, etc., its no wonder most people find that their packages are broken upon arrival. The warehouse is poorly managed and the majority of the staff are young adults who couldnt care less about your package. It was truly a disgusting site, and thats not to mention how filthy, dangerous and poorly kept the warehouse actually is. Dont use UPS. Im sure FedEx isnt that much better, but Ive see the nonsense that goes on here with my own eyes. Ill pass.
I cant possibly understand how a company can allow such a facility to operate. What a lack of quality control is UPS allowing in this place (which serves one of the greatest metropolitan areas in the east coast). I was waiting for my package INSIDE my apartment, the driver knocked ONE time and in the 40 seconds that it took me to put my sandals on and travel to the door, the driver had left a note and vanished. 40 seconds tops. 40 damn seconds. I immediately called corporate and had to scream at a poor representative -- who I know had nothing to do with it all but ultimately wasnt too cooperative anyways -- I demanded to speak with a supervisor who told me that not waiting more than 3 to 4 minutes for a response is a violation of their policy. This supervisor then got in touch with the customer center to tell them that the driver had to attempt a second delivery today (Im leaving the state tonight and need this package ASAP). Oh boy, when the customer service called me back... Ive never seen a customer service representative so viciously wanting to twist my words, the guy was angry, impolite, unresponsive, aggressive and just plain and simple rude. He could not understand why I needed this package so badly, and with a mad gesture he said he would contact the driver to attempt delivery again. I do not know if the driver will show up. If he does not, I am more than willing to escalate this issue.
The customer service is trash this place is horrible please all people go somewhere else this place needs to be shut down. The old man that works there with the birthmark on his face needs to be fired, he went and sent my item back when the person who name that was on the delivery slip didnt even come in to pick up his package. He sent my husband package the same day it was delivered to the spot. He didnt even give the customer a couple days after receiving his package to quickly sent it back. I will be going to corporate with this matter. We are business people and because of this issue we lost a lot of money.
Ive had bad experiences with this service. Ive had my package say it was delivered to sender. It took me a day to finally track my package on my own. It was given to my downstairs neighbor. Another time Ive had a package say delivered to sender and found the package next to the garbage cans. Ive also been home and never received package on said date. I will say the last package I received I did get a knock on the door and was personally handed to me. So there is hope. I guess its a gamble on who delivers your package.
I have never had a problem here, most customers come in with an attitude so they get an attitude right back. The guys at the counter deal with nothing but nonsense from people who arent prepared to be patient and wait. The 800 number isnt helpful at all. The customer counter guys are all good guys, help me every time.
Lost a high ticket delivery that was supposed to be held at the hub for pickup(545 Brush Ave). According to UPS they accidentally put it on a truck once it got to the hub and now they can not find it due to a lack of it being scanned. We have been in constant contact with UPS all day and have been made to feel like we are an annoyance. Extremely unprofessional.
Delivery : I put a valid address on file to be shipped to me before Halloween and I pay $14.99 for that.The package was to be delivered on Monday and the driver said I gave the wrong address when clearly I gave the right address and did not deliver my package I called about this and the apartment number was listed actually on the original shipping notification to UPS! That Rose a red flag already! I simply gathered that that UPS driver was tired and did not feel like delivering my package and gave an excuse! So on my way to pick up my package today apparently it was out for delivery again after calling and having this corrected! Which there was never anything to correct in the beginning! Only to find out the driver had pulled the same stunt, by saying that this was not a valid address or apartment number! Now because I need this item by tomorrow I am forced to go pick it up from the facility which is an hour away. I feel that the driver did this deliberately because he did not feel like delivering my package and I am very much so upset and in a rage and that’s an understatement
This has got to be the worst ups center ever. Every time Im suppose to get a package from ups i always end up picking it up from here because the driver states no one is home and thats false because someone is always home. today was no different but now they tell me after waiting 2 hours there that i called to cancel my pickup and now they say they will re attempt to deliver tomorrow and dont want to get my package
I was having my medication that was overnighted to me due to the urgent nature of my condition sent to my home. UPS had the correct address but yet they claimed the address did not exist. i was tracking the package and called 4 times only to be told that it had been sent back to sender the same day, causing me to have to go to the ER and get my treatment. im now stuck with a $4000 ER bill and i still dont have my medication. This company has NO accountability and they absolutely could care less if a your package is delivered. Always an issue when my packages are delivered from this facility. Never fails. They claim you aren’t home when they never even bother to show up. Or they give you a guaranteed delivery time and show up hours later. My delivery time was By 8 PM. GUARANTEED. They claim they approached my door at 10:49 PM and attempted a delivery at my house and I wasn’t home. Completely ridiculous.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Called 5 times when my package couldnt be delivered. I was told the Distribution Center would call me back and the driver was informed and will make another attempt. WASTED my work day to stay home for a extremely urgent package. This company treats us customers as a joke. I worked for them in the winter as a seasonal worker, and I have to say Ive seen it first hand. If the package is too heavy they wont even get out of the truck and label it as NO ONE HOME. if there was away to give negative star reviews, trust me I would.
The gentleman at the front counter when I arrive very professional. The initial supervisor contacted for horrible. I then got in contact With the driver as well as the supervisor on his side and they were very very professional. I appreciate their professionalism and their work
This has to be the worst of all UPS . I got to the location at 6:30 am to intercept a package before rolling out. I ran into a supervisor who took my info and said he will be right back. I actually stood out there till 9:am when the customer service window opened to be told the item is on the truck and theres nothing he can do at this time. I also noticed that they be having the temp workers standing outside for long periods of time before allowing them in the building. I know they need a job but can you imagine that during the winter?
S/O to the front desk staff. But to the supervisors watch your drivers who seem to drive by the building and not even attempt to actually deliver or even leave a damn note. Nope management need to start asking for copies of notice they allegedly leave bet you wont get one. Oh this my 5th consecutive incident with ups too same facility Brush ave.
The delivery drivers knock on your door once, and if you do not do a 10 meter dash to answer your door...they leave w/your package!!! So unprofessional. Give ppl a chance to get to the dang door. I mean ppl aren’t sitting waiting by their door for a package that they’re expecting. Then your punished by having to go all the way to an out of the way UPS center to pick your package up. Like, c’mon what’s the point of getting a delivery then? Just ridiculous!!!
My package was delivered cut open and taped back up. Low class UPS workers stole the items inside and delivered an empty box to me. Not surprising for the Bronx. All the positive reviews here are fake and written from the employees themselves. They’re nothing but useless low life thieves.
I am LIVID and will never ever give UPS my business AGAIN! I’d arranged for 3 packages to be sent to a UPS store in Harlem. The app said they’d been delivered. I took a train down there excited to pick them up. A rude lady tells me that those packages are not in the store and tells me I need to call customer service. I call customer service and they say my packages are in 545 brush street in the Bronx ... I paid 50 for a taxi there the next day to be told again that my packages were not there. I’ve been on the phone with 20 “agents” no one gives af and no one can help.
Terrible and very disorganized customer service counter. Complaints to upper management goes from one ear to another (nothing is ever done). Its better to just wait another day for your package instead of trying to pick it up at this location.Some people at the call global center already knows about this location and how terrible they are.Even if you have more than enough proof of ownership of your package there is this one Guy who works there (older guy, balding, mark on one of his eyes/cheek) who will not give it to you due to some type of technicality (like a misspelled name).If any of their competitors were there I would pay double there just so i dont have to deal with the unorganized, poor service here at UPS on Brush Ave.
This is the most poorly run operation that I have ever experienced in my entire life. The management is NON EXISTENT. No one picks up the phone if you call, they take FOREVER to locate your packages, and you wait in line for hours because they only have one man (bless him) working the computers to scan delivery slips. If I could give this a negative amount of stars I absolutely would. I just spent FOUR hours waiting for a box after working a 10 hour shift. Absolutely RIDICULOUS, TERRIBLE and SO POORLY ORGANIZED.
If I could give this a negative stars review I would. There are no words for how horrible this is. They kept rescheduling my package, suggested I go pick up the package myself, told me the shipper changed the delivery date (a lie) then told me *I* changed the delivery date twice (also lies), and I had to call the shipper to put pressure on them to ship my package TODAY when I am leaving the country soon. Completely unacceptable.
I I could give this store 0 stars I would. UPS called to state that I could pick up my package at the Brush Ave location between 8 pm - 9 pm. I arrived around 8:15 to a huge line out the door. Once I got to the ONE representative working, he advised my package wasn’t there. Asked why was I told to pick it up if it wasn’t there only to be told by Mr Martinez that “that’s what UPS does- To make people wait at the office.” Asked what the purpose of that was and his response was “what I just told you.” Highly unprofessional. This store should be shut down or have more employees working. The lack of customer service is baffling. Workers should attend a training session on better communication.
The drivers and members here are the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. The hiring process is so pathetic that the drivers can’t even read basic English. I changed a delivery location but because the driver and customer service team couldn’t read and understand basic English they kept delivering the original (wrong) address anyway and sent my package back to sender. So damn embarrassing. No one here deserves a job. Everyone needs to be replaced.
The worst and I mean worst! UPS center and the worst service Ive ever experienced. I recently ordered a pair of sneakers, mind you Im a frequent online shopper and this is the first time Ive ever had to complain, but anyway there were so many false attempts to deliver my package. They even pushed my shipping date back without consulting me then when I called about it they claimed the receiver did it which is false because Im the only receiver. It got to the point where I had to put in a request to pick it up from the center. I go to the center myself and my package isnt there because it wasnt unloaded off the truck which doesnt make sense because I specifically put in a request to come get it, a complete waste of time. I called customer service 4 days in a row more than once to reslove my issues with this facility. Im still waiting on my package. Instead of having it sent to my home because of all the false delivery attempts I put in a request to have it sent to an access point close to my home where I can pick it up myself. Hopefully it will be there Tuesday like its supposed to. You cant fake an attempt at an access point by saying no one was home , especially not mine since its a grocery store, but anyway hopefully its there, if not I definitely will be contacting corporate!
I have a complaint with ups since I have eight days waiting for my order that I was supposed to arrive today. All day I was at my house waiting for the order and the person in charge of delivering my package lied to me saying that he came to the house with the package when I never called and did not knock on my doors. UPS employees many times for not going up to your floor to deliver the packages say that there are no people in the house
If what you are looking is for FULL SHIPPING SERVICE LIKE PRINTING LABELS OR EVEN GETTING BOXES OR ENVELOPES FOR YOUR SHIPMENT IT WONT HAPPEN!They dont provide this kind of service. So before you waste your time print out your labels and make sure your package is ready to be shipped!
UPS is just horrendous. They were supposed to deliver my items in the morning, I waited for them untill 11:30am, once in my lobby I noticed the UPS note saying that the packages will be at a location nearby... The driver didnt even ring the bell. I called, and ranted about the issue, the agent did want my sentiment to reflect on their survey so she hung-up. Called again and requested to have the item place on hold at this facilty. I got there a 8pm and came out at 10:45pm. AVOID UPS AT ALL COST, USE FEDEX OR DHL.
Had to leave the comfort of my home to go pick up my package from UPS after the driver stated I wasnt home😡 The the customer service center was packed by the time I got ready to leave people were upset 🤨😢waited almost an hour but the customer service rep was outstanding in getting me my package👏🏾👌🏾
If I could give them a 0 I would 1 star is far to high for them. I was told I could have the shipper do a package intercept and I could pick it up at Brush ave instead of the local access point. I arrived at 7 pm I didnt leave until 11:27 pm and they still didnt know where my package was. I was told its in the building but they didnt know where. When i asked for a supervisor I was told none of the supervisors where present. ( if corporate reads this it was Thursday May 30th.) When i called corporate they said they spoke to the supervisor who was present and said he would pull the package for me and have it available. I never got the package, return phone call, or an opportunity to speak with the supervisor who corporate coordinated with. I am very disappointed by my experience and would never recommend anyone use UPS again.
I have no clue how this place is still open. They had me in there for an hour before telling me my package was not available, then AFTER business hours logged my package in. I called corporate and informed them I would be out of town, when I come back my package was returned. It’s like they keep things to make sure they don’t want to steal it. Oh and let’s not even get into how the drivers just throw my packages at my door without knocking. Pathetic.
Helpful worker at service desk got my package quickly. Although the fast service coulda been due to the 4 calls & having to actually goto the site the day before because my package was on last delivery w/o notice good thing I checked my tracking number on a whim otherwise Id of been stuck .
Horrible missed my package on 5/31/19 4pm. Today 6/4/19 there has been no word on my package i called on 5/30/19 4:21pm to have my package left at an access point they told it will cost me $6 to do that i said can u just leave it at an the office i will come pick it up they said sure they will call me thats same evening to let me know it arrived no call came i called the next day at around 2 pm ....so i called the 800# to find out about my package they told me its at brush Ave..I went no package and no one could tell me where it was its at......so the Guy behind the counter told me go home they will deliver it to my home....he instruct me that once i get home cancel the hold......so they could bring my package this was friday......today is Tuesday the 4th of june still my package has not been delivered to me.....Im about to call now and find out how lost my package is before this i ordered from same company Qvc they ups guy left the damn package in front the an door need i say more.
Could not find my package and told me to go home after waiting for over 1 hour then they called me while I was on the way home and told me I could pick it up . I went back and waited another 1.5 hours for them to tell me again they couldnt find it. Staff is kind of rood and really dont give a crap about performing decent customer service. They are also incredibly disorganized. The staff clearly needs to be retrained in proper customer service.
I used to deem this company high before this incident. The worst service ever, never rang my bell nor knocked the door. Called the center and left messages and instructions but they did what ever they pleased with my package, (kept it at the center while telling me to wait for it at home three days in a row) they are now telling me that my package should be going back to the shipper. I wish I had a choice and never choose UPS again when buying online.
Waiting for replacement phone from t-mobile. Shipped out on 3/17/16 with the promise of it arriving on 3/18/16 (so called next day service)!Well, package never came and when I called to track was told not delivered due to not having an apartment number! I live in a private home.No note was left saying they even came or attempted to come. I have a feeling they did not even show up especially after reading all these other reviews! It makes sense now that I do not have my phone. I AM LIVID!I have to go there in person to retrieve my package! I called t-mobile and advised they should stop using UPS and opt for Fed Ex!!!!!
If I could select 0 stars I would. Everyone at that center should be fired. Over the past several months my family has not received any packages on time. I believe they dont bring any packages on the truck. Just slips of paper saying Sorry we missed you. Its a lot easier to carry slips then actual packages. Several weeks ago both my wife (retired) and I were home all day. Was I surprised when I open the door to go out and found s slip saying they made an attempt to deliver a package. Man was I fuming. Our son was waiting for a replacement iPhone 6 Plus which was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday, did not get the phone till the following Monday. I am right now holding in my hands a final notice for my wife saying they will hold it for 5 days at the center. This is the first notice she has received. I am going to look into how I can file a complaint against this center.
This is the worst of all the UPS centers, had two packages that never arrived to my apartment. The driver never rang my doorbell at the time ups stated he came to my door. Yet I saw the truck down the block and skipped my building all together. Called the customer center service and they quoted me incorrect hours of operation. Little to be said that I needed the items before a weekend and was told this center was open Saturday and come to find out it wasnt. If so please avoid using them if you live in the Bronx, they are the worst.
Doesnt deserve one star I only did it to comment. Ups is rude useless incompetent service you can ever use Ive been WAITING ON A PACKAGE FOR 2 DAYS NOW! The driver that was in truck 510849 is very rude and didnt listen to what I had to say very disappointed in such a big company cant believe they hire people like this they should really give these people hospitality classes this is ridiculous and incredible that my name is in your computer and my package is on another truck and the1st day of supposed delivery you attempted you never rang the bell and was home the whole time this the most horrible service Ive ever gotten very disappointed!
If I could give a half star i would. They only deserve that after 3 days of waiting for a package with false delivery attempts, several customer serivce calls, requesting and giving additional delivery contact. Lets not forget signing up for an irrelevant ups profile, two request for holding the package for pick up in hopes I who has no experience in delivery might do a better job at some one who was hired for the job. Came down to a $40. 30 min ride round trip to bronx (nowhere), where i finally did interact with a decent guy who got my package quickly. While informing me that They dont make calls or answer the phone there and they only hire a whole bunch of kuckleheads. Highly recommend that if you have the problem i have in my area code that you call the company you ordering from to see if its possible to use another dilvery service!!
If I could leave a lower rating I would . It seems like every time I get a package through UPS its the same nonsense no apartment number . But there is a phone number attached to my package . Why would you not call ? Your already in front of my residence , or do you not even make the trip ? and I only know there is an issue because I check the app . No communication within this company I honestly hate it And dont even bother calling the call center no help there either .
Since the drivers deliver during working hours, the lines are long to pick up packages. When you pick up your package, they request a government ID but constantly give me problems when I present my passport. Instead of picking up packages, I let the package return to sender and reorder the item using a different method instead of waiting in line for two hours.
Stick to Fedex. UPS stinks. Stayed home just to collect my package. Driver chose not to ring doorbell and leaves a note to collect at a location next day. Call customer service who provided no help. transferred 4 times then left on hold. if i have a choice i will never use UPS again
Does not even deserve a 1. Dropped a package to be overnighted to my daughter who is attending SUNY Plattsburgh.Its as if the box was scanned at this site and never left. A week later the package cannot be located. When I went there to inquire that were very non chalfant and did not care. Bunch of thieves. Do not leave any packages there.I am sure my package was stolen.
On Friday 07/25/2014 after waiting for the delivery truck all day, at 6:59 PM I decide to check the tracking # on the internet. The driver stated receiver not available at 6:32 PM. The driver never ring the bell. I call UPS customer service and they said I have to pick it up on 545 Brush Ave. I am so tire of being dealing with these people. These people dont do their job, they charge for delivery that they dont do and they have a bad customer service and the company dont do anything about it for these reason. I am going to request from every business that I do business with that if they use UPS I will not be able to do business with then as long I do not have the choice to pick my carrier. WHEN CUSTOMER STAR EVOIDING COMPANY THAT DO SOLE BUSINESS WITH UPS AND THE DELIVERY AVERAGE DROP IN THIS FACILITY THAT IS WENT UPS COMPANY GOING TO PUT ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINS.
If you go over there after 5 to ship something then you will be turned away. Even though the store is open until 7 or 8 they stop shipping everything at 5 pm why not just close the whole store. How do you expect a buisness to operate if you just turn costumers away? They turned a lady away behind me too she had a letter..... worst ups place ever.
They suck Ass at this location. Repeatedly lied four consecutive days straight about tryn to deliver my package and nobody was home. Flat out Lie. Nobody ever came. No notices, Stickers, Nothn from UPS. I sent multiple requests for this center to call me about my package (some marked urgent) and all attempts were ignored. I was told by customer service they would call in a hr, almost a week later and not a peep and I Still don’t have my damn package. Just because your facility is in the ghetto don’t mean ur service should be ghetto. The hell are y’all getting paid for if Nobody is doing there job in that place. Smh.
I had called about a package that was marked as attempted delivery, however, I was home and knew that a delivery was not attempted. Not only that but the a note wasnt left on my door. The only reason I knew that the delivery was attempted was when I had checked the tracker online. So, when I called to get this absolute mess sorted I was directed to this fine establishment to collect my package at 8-9 at night. So, not only do I have to be outside late at night when I get home from work dealing with crappy bureaucracy, I had to do so because of another mans incompetence or laziness, or both. So when I get the call telling me where my package is, the guy who calls me is SINGING ON THE PHONE. 1) He should probably reconsider his music career and 2) when working customer service the decency of basic social etiquette should be employed. So when he thinks is audition is over, and I say hello he says back, in a tired screw you I dont care way, Did you want to know were your package is. I respond yes can you tell me please, he gives me the address and I hang up. All this BS over another mans B.S.
Delivery drivers are the worst. I was waiting on package to be delivered on fri. We had a lilttle bad weather so was shedulee for Saturday before 8 pm which was ok. So when 8:45 came still no package i xalled custmer service. The liar now phone put me on hold (probably to use bathroom) came back and said your eta is 20 minutes no matter what yiy gonna get it tonight We have three trucks working area. Needless to say 9:45 came no package. I called back and they said it was rescheduled for monday. I guess the driver didnt feel the need to complete job instead took package back to facility. Remind you according to tracking infotmation it was on track from saturday at 9:45 am. Management no better received call no help
I was told by neighbors ups is terrible now.. I got to experience it myself. SMH the ppl that do delivery do not even attempt the 1st delivery. They just claim they do so they can drop it off at an access point location. I went to pick up my package and asked why they do this and the didn’t even respond. Completely ignored.
This is the best place to look for liars if anyone is interested. Almost every packages to be delivered from them the drivers would lie that they attempted to deliver but there was one one home. There’s always someone home. I honestly don’t know why they still have this location open. Why they still get contracts. I hope this location gets shut down and a more competent and reliable location gets opened. DELIVER AS PER AGREEMENT. ITS WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR.
I rate this * because theres no zero rating. Im expecting a parcel. At the door was an attempted delivery slip....Funny, but my wife and I were both by the front door since this morning. No TV on, no music playing AND NO KNOCK ON THE DOOR. This idiot driver is expediting his route by playing nobody home and writing out attempted delivery slips instead...wise ass. Additionally, I found out that the package is being returned to the sender...I DONT WANT IT RETURNED. How does UPS stay in business with pathetic, substandard garbage like this???
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a package marked as delivered and never show up. I was told the driver would come back and waited ALL DAY and finally called and was told the driver said I left it if I go back what can I do? and that I would have to open an investigation with the shipper. They are rude and not helpful in ANY WAY.
The worse service one can ever experience. They NEVER attempt a delivery yet leave a tag at your door. Been home all day waiting for my package, still waiting after my husband find tag on the door mind you weve been home all day long. So annoying that lazy ppl have customer service jobs. Limited street parking. always crowded. I not sure what goes on in the warehouse but it seems like all my packages picked up from this place look like they have (been thrown off a roof)not been handled with care. the employee are courteous and professional but the place is much to small to handle the number of costumers that they service.
Absolutely the worst customer service. My access point location wasnt available and it states I was to receive a call to request an alternative location however I did not. I had to call them. Really?! What kind of business is this? They keep you on hold forever in hopes that youll eventually hang up. I was told my package was out for delivery when the tracking number states a destination scan of the Bronx. Previously, the guy told me it was on hold. Whats the point of having a tracking number if you cant track the package. Corporate office needs to take a look at this place.

Bronx UPS drivers are the worst of the worst. They dont even knock at the door. They just drive their stupid truck around all day and take all the packages down to this obscure location and if youre lucky they leave it at a stinking bodega nearby. Poor employees at Brush Ave. have to deal with long queues and poor ventilation. This is as bad as it gets. Ive warned my supplier never to send anything via UPS ever again. Lazy drivers.
Management really needs to invest time and effort into this location, even though the man in front was a complete gentleman, the service was way too slow. The communication between package receivers and the ups location is awful. Its nearly impossible to get a hold of someone who works there over the ohone6 and most people end up going there unnecessarily because the workers are disorganized and tell you to pick up your package only to be unable to find it upon arrival. It doesnt help that the location is difficult go get to because its far from the subway system. This place needs a lot of work.
Horrible non-existent service. Located in a place over a mile from public transportation, in a dreadful warehouse district where there are according to NYC crime statistics over 20 assaults a week, nearly 15 thefts, and a shooting every 9 days. How dare UPS force their miserable, neglected customers to pick up packages there! Outrageous lack of accountability for delivering anything.
I dont understand after reading all these reviews that as big that ups is have not corrected this issue. Everytime I order something and ups is the carrier there are always issues. Either it is sent back because of security issues or driver does not ring the bell at all and says customer requested to have package picked up at facility. why would i pay over night fee to to pick it up at their facility which also sucks becasue its usually a 1 or more wait.
If there were negative stars for customer service,this branch would definitely take it. WORST customer service EVER. the drivers do not ring the doorbells, do not leave the slips and worst of all: they claim they rang the doorbell but never even got out of the truck!!!!
Miraculously awful. The manager here was supposed to call me to discuss a driver’s lie about “attempting” to deliver a package, as per customer support. Twice they made this promise and failed to deliver. In person, lines are stupid long at they’re severely understaffed. They do not accept cash.Avoid this place like the plague.
You can bring yiur packages here and they guide you in what needs to be done with your package and to print up your mailing label. They usually have boxes if you dont have one to box your stuff up and if not they tell you. Very convenient to us although theres not really parking for you, you may find a parking right outside depending on the time you get there. The guy behind the counter is very friendly and helpful which is always nice.
Had a package held here from Apple. They didnt take my license because it had an old address. They guy was straight up nasty. I called UPS and a rep tells me I can come back with a passport and leaves me on hold and tells me the center is shipping the product back to Apple. I am like What?! Why! That was my sons graduation gift. This is why I love fed ex. Ups sucks and today they proved why
UPS is bragging about a 94% on time delivery performance. They are able to do this by cheating. My UPS driver no longer brings my packages to my home, he doesnt even ring my bell. He simply leaves a pick up at UPS notice on the door and I have it on video. I confronted him about it and I got a very insincere sorry. I called customer service and they dont care either. Brush ave is also a joke. UPS is going downhill fast.
The gentleman are very nice, however they receive and give a lot of wrong information concerning your packages. And to top it off, there is no parking. And the spots that are available the UPS workers park their big trucks in those spots although their garage is right there.
I hate the service!! I live in a multi-unit apartment building in the 10475 area, and the ups regular doesnt even ring my doorbell. He leaves it on the windowsill of the first floor landing. When I asked: why did you leave my package on the window? He stated: the address is listed as a home. Cant go inside. I responded: But you know that its apartments. With individual doorbells and apartments! The 10475 regular is very, very lazy, with no work ethic!!
Fake attempts to deliver your packages, staff is very inconsistent, some will actually come upstairs and deliver BUT MOST will fake attempt, or come though but not even ring the bell or come upstairs to deliver and leave you with a slip. Smh! It’s ridiculous! I caught one of them doing this...it’s PANDEMIC people are home!!!
Disgusted...I ordered a package for my daughters bday party with 2 day shipping and was on my way out to work when I noticed the slip in my door I called cust service instantly at 10:46am who proceeded to tell me that an attempt was made at 10:43am...???? Excuse me. ..then I made an arrangement to pick my package up at the local facility which mind u is 7 miles away and was told someone will contact me in 1hr to let me know what time I can pick up the package. Needless to say no one ever called. I called back at 3 and was told they will call but they have high call volume called back at 7 and was told an urgent message was being put thru still nothing. ...now the facility closes at 9 pm. I go online to check each time I made a call and at 932 my package was made available for pickup.....what a piece of _ _ _ _ you are ups
It has been 9days my package can not be found. I will be filling a lawsuit so I have to make sure I put it in writing, I have made 18 attempts to retrieve, and locate my package after it was picked up from my home and 3 different people came to pick up 1 package....so now Im putting it in writing I will be suing for the cost of the merchandisethe pick up expenses and the money ebay is charging me for not sending the package, in Addition I will make sure this doesnt happen again so I will be contacting the polices and local news channel. Because this is not professional. Mind you i was given a shipping label for packages under a certain weight. But this was a freight pick up..........JUNE 26,2020.update won a 2000 dollar lawsuit. 2 years later ... Never again UPS NEVER AGAIN... THEY ARE JUST PURE LAZY HIPPIES. So I just found out that this particular facility at 545 Brush Ave Bronx NY 10465 has a rule that makes no sense whatsoever. They have a rule that states, customers cannot request fo for packages to be shipped directly to this facility. If a customer wishes to have their package held at that facility for pickup, the customer must first use their own home address for delivery only to track the package, to then wait for their package to be out for delivery, to then call their customer service number, to then request for their package to be held at this facility for pickup. I do not see the logic behind this rule, as it is illogical to have the customer (especially in NYC) wait until their package is on the delivery truck, to then call to request for their package to be held at this facility. This makes no sense whatsoever. Any person with common sense would agree that it would be a whole lot easier and much more convenient for customers if they would accept requests for packages to be held at this facility from the beginning. It makes no sense to have a package loaded into the truck for delivery, only to have it brought back to the facility to be held for pickup. It is extremely clear that whoever put this rule into effect, did not use common sense and logic when comingup with this completely backwards idea.
The worst drivers EVER!!! is like if i don’t like your job QUIT! they lie about making attempts then they claim to redeliver but NEVER DO! i hate every driver in this place and hope they fix up the situation- it’s so sad that i even offered his lazy a** to stay down stairs but he still lies and claims to make an attempt not to mention the fact that i don’t get my info notices - either the supervisors need to make deciplinary actions or the entire center needs to be SHUT DOWN!!
Customer service is terrible, honestly I dread having to pickup any packages at this location. It takes forever, especially when new phones or video games come out. Honestly, the service is so bad, I often wonder if they do it on purpose so people can shelve out more money via UPS MyChoice.
Tired of having to come here every time I order something online. Drivers NEVER bother to ring the bell or go up the stairs to the house. They just leave the Info Notice on the front gate. Happens every time... The line to this place is always HUGE, if drivers did their job and knocked/ring the bell this wouldnt be happening... >=
On the 1st my computer was stolen by the driver... I do under stand ... we have to join together and stop this senseless act..I had my door opened from 9am, till way after I received the massage stating that my invisible package was delivered by an invisible ups delivery man... lets make sure this will stop happening...
Refused to allow us to pickup a package. Told me it was at another location, I went there and was told its not there, it is actually on a truck out for delivery. Package was never delivered so I called and was told its back at the 2nd shop I went to. I went back there at 8pm and was told they are not authorized to release the package but I could come back tomorrow (saturday) to pick it up. When I arrived on Saturday I found out they are NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS! Workers are all incompetent at this location and unwilling to help, just nasty incompetent people.
The only good thing was the customer service rep I spoke with over the phone. However the driver blatantly lied and stated 2nd attempt. I have been home all day and I have a security guard no one came through. I am going to be taking my complaint further regarding this location. Apparently this seems to be there practice. I would have given no stars but then it would not allow me to comment. Horrible horrible service. I better get my package today if they know like I know or else we are going to have a bigger problem!
Typical shipping terminal, small customer service entrance to drop off prepaid items, (no cash or payments), or pick up missed delivery items. Slow service one cleck who scans youre number then retrieves youre package in a huge facility. For those that are just dropping off a package you can drop and exit no line for you.
UPS needs to monitor and supervise all delivery drivers in the Westchester Square area due to the lack of responsibility upon delivering packages appropriately. It is very inappropriate and incorrect to deliver a package to their pickup locations to avoid delivering to the actual address.
Always a very trying experience when having to pick up a delivery at this UPS location. The line is ridiculously long and slow. The counter-clerk is usually helpful and patient and seems overworked. You easily get the sense that problems had at this location stems from poor management and logistics. Sometimes a confirmation call for a scheduled pickup is had but then you may end up waiting 2 hours past the original time they told you to come for it. Sometimes the drivers are still out with a package although they called and confirmed it was in fact there awaiting pickup. Sometimes it is logistics in the back being spiteful of customers (so it seems). Also, on occasion a back-worker will come to the front and be rude with customers trying hard to wait patiently on line. Smh. Avoid if you can.
If you are unlucky enough to be forced to pick a package up from this facility - may the heavens bless you with a lifetime of happiness for your inevitable strife. This location has a staff that appear to be polite, but are actually not helpful and spew lies. If you can avoid shipping or doing anything with this location - I suggest doing so; lest you are a masochist that enjoys dealing with incompetent employees that know as much about their current facility and UPS regulations as they know about the Higgs Boson.
My package was suppose to be delivered it was 2 day shipping only tried once if they even did!...Monday my package was supoose to be delivered and just because a random person told them they dont know anyone by my name they put down reciever refused package, i clearly left a note saying that im waiting for a package and my phone number they couldve easily had knocked on my door the door was open all day monday since 8:a.m so i called that same monday at 8:00 to find out about my package the lady that picked the phone at night was very kind and tried helping and said someone will call in the morning, the next day tuesday i get called at 12 p.m by a very rude lady talking about how it was my fault because i refused a package i asked her who refused it? And didint say a name and kept repeating herself and she even tried to say i dont live there and i asked for her name and she never said her name..also after i asked i wanted to file a complaint she said she will call back and hanged up right away and never called back ...very rude and irresponsible. people like that shouldnt be working at all in customer service she needs to get replaced ASAP!...something must be done too many complaints and poor rating!
Last Fri evening after work, about 7pm, I stopped by the service center on Brusch Ave in the Bx to pickup a letter & as usual the line was 20 people deep & out the door. After about 30 minutes the lone clerk had only been able to take care of 2 customers, so I left. They arent open on the weekends...how inconvenient for the working public. So because of a snow storm here overnight, not being able to make it into work & not being able to dig my car out, & the fact that I was told they would only hold the item until Feb 6th before sending it back to the sender....I decided to walk to the Brusch Ave Service Center, which is 3.1 miles from my home. Heres where it gets good.....Since this was a power walk for me, I only grabbed the UPS notice, my bank debit card & a credit card. Upon arrival an hour later the CLERK asked me for my ID, which I neglected to take. He proceeds to tell me that w/o ID I cannot pickup my letter. I tell him I just walked there through the snow, hugh puddles, no sidewalks, temps of 25 degrees, & that I have my debit card & credit card, which has my entire name on it. I also suggested to him I could have someone scan my license to my cell phone & he still said that wouldnt be acceptable. WTH.....When does common sense & a little human compassion get taught to these people? Its no wonder that tourists come to NY & say how rude the people are......
This isnt your Doctors office so there are no seats no magazines to read you may get to look at some TV while youre on line waiting for the one person at the counter to assist you. To give UPS props I have to say if you come prepared with your ID have the correct tracking # you should be good. If you dont come with that stuff forget about it itll be a living hell on earth. I havent been there in a while but Im going Monday and Ill update this review.
They have left every package except the one that I NEEDED today. Literally waited all day, stepped out for one hour and they didn’t leave my package. I do not have the liberty to waste sitting at home waiting all day for a package to arrive and this was a HUGE inconvenience for Me. Extremely frustrated.
I went to return a textbook rental from Amazon. Walked through the door and the moment the gentleman sees me , he takes my textbook and the shipping label, packs it up, tapes the label. I pay for the bag and im outta there!! Transaction literally took less than a minute. Super happy.
Horrid. Atrocious. People are loud and ignorant. Theres usually one sole person behind the counter handling all of these customers (usually 20+ at any given time) and its a mess. UPS is the absolute worst shipper in the United States. I just ordered Saturday shipping, paid extra and the package comes today anyway on FRIDAY. Guy says we dont deliver on Saturday???Hate them with a passion.
Theres always just one guy on duty with a line that goes from the counter all the way to the street. Everyone has an attitude because theyve been standing on line so long. Minimum 1-2 hour wait. Its been this way for years. I truly dont understand why there isnt a better system in place.
Paid for 2nd day air and they supposedly attempted delivery but they said no one was home. Called customer service and the driver said he couldnt turn around which I believe he didnt want to. Called customer service again and they told me if I wanted the package today I would have to go personally or wait till Monday. What was the purpose of paying for the extra shipping if I cant receive it when I need it. I know I wont be ordering anything from anyone who ships with ups while Im in the bronx
Depends on what time you come here. I came twice before 12pm and was in and out quick. If you missed your package delivery and trying to pick it up after 8pm (they close at 9pm)...get ready to deal with a LONG line of people. Unfortunately this UPS Customer Service Center is not able to handle that volume (but the FedEX is). They really need to take lesson from the New York State DMV and/or come up with a WIN WIN solution that benefits them and the customer. Most times there is only 1 person working behind the counter. I prefer to ship with FedEX because their facility has ample off street parking. So if you come here and the line isnt outside the door....you should have a relatively good experience.
Horrible customer service. The security Josh was very nasty and rude, he closed the door ahead of time at 8:15. Supposedly my package was going to be ready for pickup from 8-9pm. When I arrived before 8 there was a long line. And they guy said they are not taking anymore people.
The most retarded place on the planet. I ordered two things on amazon. One shipped via ups and one shipped via usps. I accidentally left out the apartment number in the shipping address and there was a little delay. I immediately received my usps package the next day (i was expecting to recieve both packages the 10th). I called ups and had to give them my apartment number again. I was supposed to receive it today, but they said it was still in the warehouse. Like cmon. For a tiny penny board, thats a lot of goddamn work.
I was called to say the package would be at the counter if i got asap because the driver ddnt pass by my house. I get there in 5 min and say i would have to wait like the others. Little did i knoe there would be a line because its my first time ever recieving a package.

This company holds private customers packages hostage under the guise of a delivery service.After 3 separate attempts, Ive watch their trucks drive by my address without stopping, yet receiving false confirmation that they attempted to deliver. All a scam.Avoid at all costs.
Someone said they just slap the sticker on their door...I dont even get a sticker on my door! I have no clue that my packages are available for pickup because the drivers LIE and say that I requested that the packages be held at the service center for pickup. Then they send my packages back to the sender after I take too long to pick them up because I was never notified that they were ready for pick up!
Ive never written a review before, but I had to for this place. Customer service is horrible, the delivery guys claimed they attempted to deliver at my house, but didnt. I had to take two days off waiting for a package that didnt get delivered and on top of that I had to travel all the way to their facility because they couldnt get the job done. All of this happened 3 days before Christmas.
This place need a huge improvement, I have experienced a number of problems with this place, from bad service to not even making an attempt to deliver a package, to then deal with hell at the actual UPS location. Not to mention the supervisors are assholes too, dont even try to make things better, and talk to customers as if were bothering them. SMH
ZERO STARS. Driver said he delivered my package and he DID NOT. I called the UPS hotline 3 separate times to find out where my package is. The tracking page on the website says that I arranged to pick up my package, which is a LIE. If the driver did his job like hes supposed to, none of this wouldve happened. UPS SUCKS
I wouldnt recommend UPS to anyone Period I have been going through the same issues multiple times even when I pay overnight to get my stuff in time just because they dont bother to knock on your bell they rather spend time writing you a note that you were not available I was waiting the entire day today just for that now I have to wait for another business hey everyone spend your money wisely even when shipping is free with UPS you will still feel miserable waiting for all this run around they give people.
They dont even deserve 1 star! Worst company ever!!!! Should be called Useless Postal Service! I dont know why they have a customer service number because they dont help at all!! Whats the point of me picking an access point if you stupid people wont even honor the drop off!!!
First off the neighbourhood liked scary like thats where tgey dump the bodies scary. Tge area is an industrial area, dimly lit woth no parking. Yoh eighter have tp double park and run back and forth, park fsr away and walk or paek illegally.There was only 1 person on the inside working the counter. Line was curved around and out the door. The guy working the counter was nice. Overall the could use an update. I would day if you have to go bring someone with you.
Just called the center in the bronx and it went straight to some automatic this number is not in service tone and messgae, so i ended up calling the customer 800 number and had the nicest woman help me with everything i needed, as im about to hang up with her, i get a call from some random number with a NYC area code and its some woman from the center in the bronx, who had the nastiest attitude ever. I hadnt even gotten through before and she goes didnt i just get off the phone with you? and i was like no believing that, that would remove her attitude as i was not the unpleasant person with whom she spoke to before, but she continued with not only NOT helping me, but making my delivery and tracking much more difficult then it needed to be, very unhappy with the service, and the woman sounded highly uneducated, and lacked any sort of social/professional skills, UPS needs to get their act together at this location. ASAP
545 Brush ave Bronx ny you guys are no good I went there to return box I needed a ticket printed the guy right away we dont print so why the fuk u open we go to ups and pay for your service Im not asking for anything free..ups you need more customer service training please look in to this or just close it down let customers know theres no customer service at that location thank you
Said they delivered my package but they never did.. Called customer service and was told the driver would come back to locate my packge but he never did im extremely disgusted with ups service and the lies they tell .. I want to know who the hell is rela55 according to ups representative my package was recieved by this person and left in front door there was no instructions for them to do so and i was home alll day no ups guy around at all.. They either find my package or reinburse me the money i spent on my product plus delivery fees
This place is awful, and needs to be shut down...on Christmas eve they told my husband they did not want to look for our package that the supervisor confirmed is there. Our daughters christmas present, and he didnt want to look for it. Been back and forth with UPS all day on the phone, it is awful for them not offer ground delivery on Christmas eve when all the other sender services are. How awful...
This place is such a joke the police should investigate this facility they lied about putting my package on deliver truck I kept calling ups costumer service they were saying it’s on delivery I called the police and my package appeared after 2 hours of me standing there and the guy in front was supposedly looking for it I was so mad I missed a flight and they tried to steal my Gucci bag this place has tons of bad reviews and nothing has been done
This is the worst location ever, please just take my advice and pay extra with a better service. Trust me I had the worst possible experience here there is no customer service, and UPS the main company said they dont even have the telephone number there they only email or you have to go in person. If you are reading this just take my advice and pay alittle extra and go somewhere else.

2022-03-14I had a package shipped to me that was supposed to be signed for. Tracking says item was delivered and that the driver release it. I have never received my package as of yet. It’s been over a month and I filed a claim and have gotten nowhere. I am going to take legal action against UPS on Brush Ave in the Bronx and don’t worry you will receive them court papers believe that. That’s not going to get lost trust me.

2022-07-14Driver doesnt feel like bringing you your package theyll just say that you fused the package, then the call center wont return your calls, and the people on the 1888 number are useless cant even connect with the actual ppl that have your package. They just take messages.

2021-10-20I literally was tracking my package every 1/2 hour. There were two people home to receive the package. Then I received an email notification stating that delivery was attempted. I have the same time showing the truck wasnt even in my area and no notice was left. Requested a delivery to closer access point its still at the facility. Horrible. I would never use UPS to ship. Worst service ever

2021-10-13I told my mom that I was supposed to receive an important package and for her to keep a look out. I called her because I got a notification that they “attempted” to drop off my package but that “nobody” was home. My entire family was home and for the delivery person to lie and say nobody was home was infuriating. If they are too lazy to get out the car and ring the doorbell then they shouldn’t be working for UPS. Simple.
