I forgot to ask the name of the guy (Asian with glasses) but he was super nice. I called in an hour earlier and needed to return one package to Amazon and a second package to my cable company to return a modem. I didnt have any boxes to put the modem in so I called and asked if he had any available, to which he replied yes. When I got there and showed him what I had, he said that its cool and that he would ship it. I was really surprised at this level of service. He literally would pack everything and ship it to the cable company, I didnt have to do anything.Now, everyone. I am not telling you to go here to get free stuff. I am just commenting on the level of service and integrity this guy has. BTW, I called 2 other shipment places in Flushing before this one and the first one didnt speak English, and the second one I called asked me what type of label I had, to which I replied return label, and she said I would need some other type of label to which I never heard of and dont remember the name to which she referred to.Thumbs up, will come again!
Our grandfather just passed, and we needed to ship some books and pictures back to Phoenix. The owner (Bill ?) understood we wanted the items shipped safely but also as economically as possible. As no one else was waiting in line he spent about 45 minutes personally packing each item with significant care as if they were his very own sentimental items. And the price he charged us was so generous given the time, supplies, and weight of the packages. We have never had a more professional experience from a more empathetic individual at any prior shipping centers. We would recommend this shipping center to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you, Bill.
Great customer service. I came here to ship some documents overseas to Egypt earlier this week. I didnt get the guys name, but he was extremely nice, sat on the left side of the office. He took extra measures to make sure labels were placed all over the envelope, etc, so it wouldnt get lost.The guy even gave me a price, then gave me a discount. For no reason. I even told the guy I need the package to get there ASAP I dont care how much it costs. He STILL gave me a discount...I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
These guys are eager to help and get things done 123. I had to return a (late) package, didnt really know what I was doing. The guy working there literally took care of everything while simultaneously teaching me everything I needed to know about return shipping. Definitely recommend this place.
Every time I sent in something this is a place to go. Fast and accurate service. After visiting this place cannot visit any other location for delivery service. I have had so many rude workers starting from UPS and FEDEX but this place is the best place to go for sure. Thank you for your service!
This is by far the best place i have been to. they really know what they are doing and their price is very reasonable too. i am a local regular customer and i just drop my stuff and they take care of it themselves right away. i always recommend my friends in the hood to use this store. awesome!!
Will be giving this place a shot after reading many positive reviews and since i only live 3 blocks away.Edit: Everything went well except there was this guy in the morning that seemed a little grumpy. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I contacted Bill to ship a fragile glass lampshade from NYC to WI. He communicated every step of the way with photos and packed the shade securely. Fedex mishandled the package in transit causing severe damage. I made a claim and Fedex denied it. Bill stepped in, refiled the claim, and won the case! I was reimbursed in full because of Bills integrity and persistence. Thumbs WAY up.
++ added 10/26I thought it would be delayed a lot because of the corona, but I got it in Korea on Monday evening that I spent on Friday in US time..!! From here, he sent all the parcels to acquaintances returning to Korea. The best price for the service is also cheap, so I will hear it often in the future~~ The boss kindly explained various questions, so it was resolved very well without any errors or such things. Thank you very much!
The person who deals with the customer doesnt even give the delivery book, and the person doesnt come, but he just says he sent it. I dont think I need any other stories, and when I send it from the US to Korea, there will always be evidence of the shipment, but please send me proof that I sent it, whether it is an internet data screen or a delivery receipt.

2021-12-22Today was my first time sending anything to Korea, and i was sending 3 different packages. when i called yesterday, he patiently and kindly answered all my questions in detail. i didn’t even have to pack anything because he said he’ll pack it! i just brought the items in 3 different bags. i also forgot to put my letters inside and left, but when i called, he said i can come back and he’ll put them in. he made the process so easy, and he also gave me a discount! his service skills are excellent and i will definitely return here to work with him to send my future packages. :)

2020-05-09Right now, there is a sign that says you need to get your receipt from WalGreens across the street. I had a prepaid label on a package and wanted some kind of written confirmation I turned my package in into a Fed Ex post office. I have a Microsoft device that has put a hold on my credit card over $1000 until it has been delivered back to the corporation. I put my package on boxes and then asked how I would be able to get my receipt if I dont have my package with me there. Perhaps there was some miscommunication, but the Walgreens staff looked at me like I was a fool and had me photograph the sign that told people to get receipts from them. So I went back, got my package, and just gave my package to the Walgreens manager and she took care of giving me a receipt for my transaction record. I dont doubt the clerk at this place is nice; I just think when I have an important package to deliver, I want some kind of proof that I delivered it to the Fed Ex post office.

It was such a wonderful journey that I decided to write an essay with my not so good English dedicated to my experience at the shop.It is definitely worth reading, especially if you have any concerns about the service here. Its great, just go.It was a chilly afternoon when I took my perfectly wrapped package to the shop. Upon arriving, the staff greeted me with a warm smile. He was a fine-looking man, wearing a pair of smart looking glasses. Probably in his twenties but it could be those magical Korean skincare products. Who knows? He held the door for me as I struggled with my 30 lbs package into the cozy, heated shop. The staff immediately helped me with my package on to the scale and inquired me regarding the service that I needed. After getting the information he needed, he took out his tape measure and skillfully measured the dimensions of the parcel. He paused for a second, made a quick calculation in his mind and told me the estimated shipping cost. I was dumbfounded at that moment already. How could one be so professional and efficient at the same time?I was pretty satisfied with the price he offered and showed him the address. He looked at it and analyzed carefully and asked me about my purpose of sending it. He told me that many scammer buyers online use the same type of address. At this moment, the staffs friend, who happened to be in the shop, told me about his experience of being scammed by online buyers. Instead of just taking my money andbe done with the delivery. They warned me and assured me to reevaluate my deal with the online buyer.They offered help to double check my shipping info and suggestions to avoid shipping scams. The staff also found out that the information ofthe scammer was fake. Without them, I would have shipped it out and lost hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate the service. Although, in the end, I didnt ship my package and they didnt make any money from me. The staff still did not mind the trouble and took the time to help me.All over, I had a really great time and felt really welcomed at the shop. It was absolutely a different experience than any other shipping office that Ive been to. Ive also read some reviews stating that they were not welcomed for not being Korean. I am from Taiwan and I dont speak Korean. The staff didnt know where I was from and still offered such a great service. There were many other customers that visited the shop during my visit there. Theyve all left with a smile on their faces and I believe you will too. I will definitely be going back when I need shipping service next time.B.C

2021-07-18I normally never write a review for anything. But this time, I decided to leave a little footprint of my experience because the world needs more stores/services/employees like this store has!I go here to use the CJ Express for the international shipping for US-Korea shipping. The person behind the counter was so fast and efficient that it only took the whole process less than 4 minutes! 4 minutes! Unheard of!The person even gave me a suggestion as to how I can better use their service to ensure safe delivery of my parcel.I recommend this location for any shipping inquiries. You will not be disappointed.

2020-11-15When we were there, the person was helping another customer, he saw us and directly asked us if we are Koreans. We were there to ask questions about shipping frozen food since it was our first time, we patiently waited for he to finish helping the first customer, but when he finished he looked at us impatiently and asked why are you guys still here. When I said I have more questions about the shipping fee and other packaging questions (I called before but he said there are customers and then he hung up at me, that’s why I went straight to the store to ask) he once again impatiently told us that he can’t tell us the price right now and that we have to bring the product, and went on helping the customer behind us, when he could’ve told us that the price depend on the size, weight, and distance (I called other ups store afterward and they were really nice and told me the factors). This person was basically telling us to leave if we are not shipping anything, and his attitude was really bad I think it was because we are not Koreans. We waited a long time for he to finish the first customer and he was about to skip us and help the customer behind us and was basically telling us to leave!

2020-10-05What a great service center to ship out our precious items! Shipping rate to Korea is better than fair and it would be unwise to use any other stores. Bill was wonderful to work with and he took a great care of everything for me. Would definitely come back again in near future.

2020-09-01I just left here an hour ago. The staff (maybe the owner) here is really prompt and knows what he is doing. I went to another korean shipping store yesterday in flushing and he asked me for the recipient’s private information, which I was not able to retrieve, because it was a company that I had to send the package for. He told me I cannot send out the package if I do not get the information. But the worker here knew what he needed without having to ask me for much information and did his own research. I was out maybe less than 10 minutes! SO FAST AND EFFICIENT. Only if I knew about this place beforehand, I wouldn’t have to waste my time and money at the other place. Anyways, I highly recommend this place. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
