UPS SUCKS!!!!!! This company needs to be shut down for good! They are irresponble, lazy work ass workers who couldnt give a rats ass of customer service! The company does not deserve even one star. I have ordered things online and most of my packages always stay with them for more than 10days and I have not received any notice on my door saying they were there. A couple of times my packages seems as if it was thrown over my gate when they could have came to the front door and knower or use the doorbell. They are a horrible company and UPS NEEDS TO BE CLOSED FOREVERRRRRR!

Worst customer service ever!!!! I was rudely hung up on by the supervisor after I was upset that they delayed my package and I paid for 2 day express mail. When I asked the agent to speak to the supervisor she rudely said she was. So I asked if there was someone else I speak to she rudely said no. Then she went on to tell me Im not the person thats on the package when its clearly me and shes was like well I cant help you and hung up. When I try to call back the supervisor that she claimed she was answered the phone without saying anything and put me on hold. She did that a total of three times. So because of that I called corporate and made a complaint. I hope this matter gets resolved and I hope she gets some type of displinary action. Cause Ive never been so disrespected by an employee. And trust and believe I will be following up with this issue.

UPS is just the worse ever they always make a mistake in my address, delay my package and all that. Last time they sent my package all then way to end of Long Island, some place i ve never heard of and my address is in Valley Stream. I used to leave in Queens Village they did the same exact thing. Just horrible serviceπŸ‘ŽπŸΎπŸ‘ŽπŸΎ

While I did get a little heartburn over a miss-delivered box from this location intended for my daughter in Kew Gardens, there were some folks, particularly Lynnette, at this facility who never gave up on the situation and made sure the box was found and delivered properly. So 5 stars for her and her persistence. A happy ending to a sticky situation :)

Small package that doesnt need a signature: UPS Logic- dont leave between screen door and try again. This is really ridiculous. Thats why usps is better.

THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE A PKG THAT IS 2ND DAY AIR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RELEASED YESTERDAY 12/30/15 I DID THE AUTHORIZED FOR IT TO BE RELEASED AND ALSO NOTED WHERE I WANTED IT TO BE PUT WHEN THEY RELEASED THE PKG.I DID THIS BECAUSE I WASNT GOING TO BE HOME.IT GETS EVEN BETTER, THEY DID NOT LEAVE PKG BECAUSE THEY HAVE , WHAT IS CALLED ACESS POINTS WHERE THEY BRING YOUR PKG. (WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST ) THEN, AND I GO TO ACCESS POINT AND MY PKG IS NOT THERE..NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TILL FOLLOWING DAY. NEXT DAY GO TO ACCESS POINT 3 TIMES AND NO PKG, THE DRIVER DIDNT EVEN MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO GO THERE, AND I WASNT THE ONLY PERSON LOOKING FOR A PKG, NOW SO FAR UP TO THIS POINT I MADE 3 CALLS TO UPS. THEN IT GETS BETTER, TODAY MY UPS DRIVER COMES ON THE BLOCK AND DOES NOT DELIVERY MY PKG AND THATS ONLY BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW I HAD ..TO GO BACK INTO MY CHOICE AND REQUEST THE PKG BE REDELIVERED TO MY HOME..AS FAR AS I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO THE ACCESS POINT WHICH EVERY UPS WORKER TOLD ME ON THE PHONE, THAT IT WAS THERE AND IT WASNT THERE. I CALLED UPS A TOTAL OF 6 TIMES AND ALL I GOT WAS ITS OUT FOR DELIVERY EVEN WHEN THEY KNEW IT WASNT AND THAT THE TRUCK WAS ALREADY BACK AT THE HUB PARKED FOR THE LONG WEEKEND. I EVEN SPOKE WITH SUPERVISIORS AND THEY DID NOTHING AND WHEN I ASKED THEM WHO IS GOING TO FEED MY CATS FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND, BECAUSE THATS WHAT MY PKG WAS CAT FOOD FOR MY CATS, AND GETS EVEN BETTER WHEN I ASKED WHO WILL BUY FOOD FOR MY CATS, BECAUSE I USED MY MONEY TO BUY THIS CAT FOOD AND TO BE DELIVERED 2ND DAY AIR SO THAT MY CATS WOULD HAVE FOOD, A WORKER TURNS AROUND AND TELLS ME THAT I CAN GO TO THE STORE AND BUY A CAN OR TWO TILL MY PKG COMES WHICH IS NOW GOING TO BE MONDAY OR TUESDAY SINCE IT IS NEW YEARS EVE. THIS DRIVER NEVER EVEN WENT TO MY ACCESS POINT TO EVEN DELIVERY OR PICKUP PKGS, HE WAS IN A RUSH TO GET HOME FOR THE CELEBRATION INSTEAD OF FINISHING HIS DELIVERIES..I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN AND I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE SELLER ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND TO CHAN GE HIS DELIVERY AGENT, AND HE TOLD ME HE IS ALSO DONE WITH UPS NOW I HAVE TO GO AN ADDTIONAL 4 DAYS WITHOUT MY CATS FOOD THIS IS A DISGRACE . HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! AND THIS OFFICE THE PHONE IS EITHER OFF THE HOOK OR JUST RINGING WHEN I CALL AND THE MAIN # FOR UPS THEY DO NOTHING!!!!!!!
