Great service very no pressure atmosphere. My sales guy Keith was very knowledgeable and super helpful to get me into the right vehicle for me. Im certain when the time comes Ill be back for my third transaction.
I am always greeted by friendly faces, the nicest and knowledgeable people. The waiting room is so cozy with a beautiful fireplace, a TV and free WiFi.Everyone thinks going to a dealer is more expensive, but I disagree. I love the personal attention and friendly feel of this dealership. My husband and I have been buying and servicing our trucks here in Attica since 1999. The staff all know us by name and treat us very well.The entire staff go above and beyond to keep us happy and coming back.
I give them a three due to my experience with the service department. The sales team is great especially Keith. However with service this has been a long time coming. Tire changes tend to take twice as long as your average shop ( get what you pay for I guess seeing how they’re the cheapest). If you have a diesel I would avoid it I had a 2005 power stroke that I would have them change tires and inspect. Even with written instruction to cycle the glow plugs the tech would run the batteries down until dead and then tell me I needed batteries. Each inspection depends on the tech as well some pass while others fail what most call a minor issue like a light not working that can be corrected easily to pass. It more so seems like the service guys couldn’t care less unless the vehicle was bought from there. Even then I’ve had two vehicles come from there where the techs say they service the brakes and then it is very obvious they didn’t. Keith the salesman was a huge help in these instances. He should be your go to guy for buying.
Just picked up a new Silverado Duramax. Also found this pumps in the showroom. Very cool.

I was there yesterday dropping my car GMC Denali white off color 💪 because something broke on it 😥, but Upstate employees told me: dont worry we can fix it for you: Seat down and grab a coffee. Meanwhile we can check it out, in 45 min a got a loaner car for going home since they have to order parts for my car (difficult parts that only this dealer can get them so fast) The service I received from all of them is always excellent. So easy, they doing everything for me to make it a great experience! I love this new loaner that is anexplorer why not😁, they made sure it was clean, have gas, they wash the car before I get it (I love this car 💜), so because my daughter has allergies, they found me the perfect vehicle to drive meanwhile my GMC Denali is fixed, I would highly recommend UPSTATE CHEVROLET ATTICA NY and the team, especially Al Ficarella. Very nice place to buy a car, my husband and I always had a good feelings there, stick with them as a loyalty customer and they would treat you like a queen, No place is better for overall car buying and service experience,phenomenal sales. 💜👍💪

Cslled to mske appointment for oil charge had to let a message. Going on 9days with out a return call so i had to go somewhere else. Have a friend that works in this dealership and still return call so when go here or even buy my pass from 2000 when i which from ford to chevy i leased and buy at less 15 cars and trucks yr loss.
I gave 4 stars because Im familiar with the place. Why it hadnt received 5 stars is because all vehicles are over priced. There is no way a vehicle that is 10 plus yrs old should be just as much money as a brand new vehicle. Unless 1 its a classic or 2 its a sports car. Other than that, to me thats ridiculous. But that is my opinion. Their lots are very clean and well mantained. The cars are washed and looking good. But even though everything has gone up in prices some vehicles shouldnt be that much. Especially if they have several thousands of miles on them and they are 10 plus in yrs. To me that is crazy.

No hustle and bustle - I said what I wanted and they worked with me to accomplish my goal beyond my expectations.After I purchased a vehicle - Upstate kept in contact to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and that all was well.I dont want to seem over-zealous. but I gave 5 stars because they earned it -The only thing I could critique, is that I would have liked the vehicle to have been a little cleaner, but Im a clean freak, and thats really reaching out there.Upstates great - If youre thinking about buying a vehicle, dont hesitate to go there, you wont be sorry!
Delt with Mike Walko from the start and he was up front about the truck and kept me posted when it might arrive. The day the truck arrived Mike called and said it was there and being unloaded in 2 hours i was there to see it and we went over the deal what i wanted and when it would be ready.Met Al and Mike the day i picked truck up and they went over everything on the truck with me, Cant say enough how true to their word they were was nice doing business with them this was the second vehicle from the upstate group i have bought and am pleased doing business with upstanding place

Al Ficarella was fantastic, very easy to work with and handled all our questions. The final purchase process and pickup was fast no waiting around. We were Upstate customers many many years ago and now we are back, I think we will be back again in the near future.

Bought a nice used car from them, Eric, their sales man was more than accommodating he contacted me via email, text or phone. The vehicle I bought is in excellent condition. I could have bought it sight unseen and still felt confident that I didnt make a bad choice. I drove from Ohio to purchase a truck from Upstate. Long trip which ended up being worth my time. They were willing to deal with me which was nice. I would highly recommend Mr. Jon Santiago. He is young, ambitious and willing to help day in and day out. Ken and Brian were also very helpful. The only things I was not keen on was the oil in the truck was dark for my truck saying the oil life was 97% and they said I was getting 2 new tires on the front. These 2 do not seem to be truly new. All in all these are good people and I would be willing to deal with them again.

I ran late to the dealership to check out a car I had seen online. I got there a bit past close but they were nice enough to stay and let me test the car out and talk business. It was my first time driving that car and I did not end up liking the car, but I am very appreciative that they went the extra mile to conduct good business for me especially knowing that I drove from a county over. When I have another day with more time to check out their car selection during their open hours, I will most likely end up purchasing a car here.

I went from thinking this place was amazing to a terrible astablishment!!!!!! they won’t call me back about my car that they broke. frank the OWNER has yet to call me back and i have left 2 voicemails for him. do not waste your time. the one service tech mocked me and called me stupid. tried to charge me $150 then tries to charge my boyfriend $200 for the same exact thing on my car. it’s a joke.
They offered guick, easy, & they offered me $1500 more than other dealerships would for my trade in. They knew how to.listen & asked me what kind of payments i wanted before throwing out numbers. I had a million questions & they made sure to answer everything in a timely matter. Ive never been happier with my purchase & ive had nothing but bad exoeriences in the past.

Bought a car new off the lot. Its a lemon. In 3 years Ive had a new engine a new clutch for every year and the last time I went here they didnt tighten the lug nuts on one tire. Found this out when I was going 70 on the Thruway. And of course there has been no corrective action for their huge mistake.

2022-01-05We just left Upstate with a new lease. As usual had amazing service. We have always had honest, helpful and fun conversations with Al. Hes goes above and beyond when buying/leasing vehicles. Ken is great in Finance too. He remembers us and makes that part easy. Its enjoyable to catch up with both of them and others there that recognize us when we come in. We always walk away happy with our decisions. They are the reason we keep going back.

I have gotten 5 vehicles from them over the past years and Im always happy with the excellent and fair service they provide. Rick Reed in sales is a great guy, who will do whats right for you and go above and beyond to make it happen. 2022-05-20When my car started to shake, rattle and the check engine light came on, I had it towed to Upstate Chevrolet in Attica. (Saturday) I notified them that it was coming, and I was told that I would get a call Monday. Monday afternoon, I called to inquire and the service techs were already gone. The manager was very helpful and went out to check to see if my car had arrived or not. My car had arrived Saturday and he promised a call in the morning.Tuesday I received a call informing me that my motor was bad. When I inquired further, they said it clunked and rattled and sounded pretty bad. (Thanks, that’s why I had it brought in!) When pressed they said it was just worn out. I asked if there was an engine misfire and they said “well yes”. (I’m hoping that the elementary school answers they gave were because I was a woman and not because that’s the skill level of the garage.) I was really hoping they would tell me something I didn’t know. I do understand a deep diagnosis would have cost more, but they didn’t even offer that. Due to the high price of cars these days, I asked how much it would be to replace the motor.A salesman (not service) called me back to inform me that replacing the motor would cost about the worth of the car, but they would be more than happy to help me find something new. I agreed to the sales appointment although I wasn’t pleased thus far.At the appointment I gave a lowball figure to see if they would be willing to work with that. The salesman did a halfhearted search on their website and then wished me the best in my car search. I appreciate that they didn’t try to talk me out of my low end budget, so they have that going for them.I had my car towed to another shop for a second opinion. They diagnosed a bad ignition coil and offered to buy my car, since I had already purchased another.

2022-04-29I recently found a Chevy Silverado on upstates website. I called and spoke with Rick the salesman. He had all the information was very pleasant to speak with. So we made an appointment to meet him the next day and sure enough we purchased the vehicle. That long drive from Webster New York to Attica wasnt that bad it was well worth it. And Rick was not your typical salesman he was very pleasant to deal with!

2022-06-01Everything was handled by phone since I live in New Jersey. This was the smoothest happiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! The day I picked up the car, they helped me connect everything and even gave me a full tank of gas to start me on my trip back to New Jersey.
