Seen a truck online I was interested in. Called them,Erick the salesman was very helpful over the phone, answered all my questions before I took the hour drive out there. Friendly and on time service. Makes you feel right at home. Was disappointed as I was referred to Attica Upstate by the Jeep dealer in Batavia to turn off my automatic door locks as their DRV Tool which is needed was broken and that Attica had one! Attica Jeep could not get into my 2007 Jeep Liberty computer! Said it was too old - only 14 years old!! Makes me think I will not be able to get service in the future. Other than that a great place to go for service
We took our Jeep in because it was making more noise on the road than it should have. They checked it out right away and fixed it while we waited. It was covered under warranty, so we only had to pay the $100 deductible. It has been great ever since. The people at Upstate are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. This is the 2nd Jeep weve purchased from them.
I was greeted immediately upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism. I waited for the vehicle and the accommodations were very good. My waiting time was appropriate for what I was having done and I was checked out and on my way in less than an hour. Everyone was courteous and all the safety and social distancing protocol were followed.
Very positive place to go. Its a beautiful facility with very friendly people. The service department is great. All I did was sit in the waiting area while service work was done but Ill bet every person in the place said hello, offered coffee or stopped to chat a bit. Thanks!P.S. The service department at Upstate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the place to go for reliable and professional work. They take care of our oil changes and other mechanical needs. Recently I wanted to have navigation installed on my vehicle because I bought one that came without it. The service manager went out of his way to see if the vehicle was compatible and how much it would cost to add it for me. I appreciate the attention to detail.

What a great experience. After speaking with Tim on the phone about a truck (pre-owned) and having him send me a bunch of pictures, I decided to drive 3 hours away to go look at it. I was not disappointed! It was better than I expected. Tim D. was awesome to work with and we quickly reached a deal. Kyle was great with the paperwork and the whole deal, start to finish, took less than 4 hours and I was on my way driving a new truck! It would have been faster but whatever dumb reason, they had to run paperwork back and forth from their chevy dealership. Apparently, this is due to a new practice. Purchased a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from Conor and Tim. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had- and I buy every 2-3 years so thats saying something. Very upfront with pricing, which was lower than any other dealer around. Low interest financing without hassle, and a no pressure experience throughout. I even took my purchase agreement to another dealer to see if they would match the price- they couldnt come close. No gimmicks, bait and switch, holding rates, pressured add ons etc... just a great and very simple deal. Well worth the drive, will be shopping at Upstate from here on out. Thanks!
The servics manager and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for the work to be done on the front end of my 2018 Jeep compassThey explained it would be covered under the warranty and had my Jeep back to me eith in an hour and a half. They explained what was done and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I will be doing business there from now on. Great people and staff. Awesome!

I highly recommend Upstate to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I drove over an hour to look at their inventory and it was worth every mile. The salesmen are kind, and are there for you. Car salesmen often get a bad reputation, but Tim D. went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted.

We took our Jeep Compass in for its first oil change, and I complained about a big mark on the side. They had it fixed while we waited and everything was done within 1 1/2 hours. We were very happy.
My experience buying a new vehicle at Upstate was surprisingly pleasant. No pressure to buy. Nickole Millett was very helpful and pleasant. She went over the vehicles features, programmed by blue tooth and was very helpful. She and Kyle went out of their way to make my buying experience a good one as I had a little different situation than others. I would recommend them to anyone buying a new vehicle.

I have had some bad/uncomfortable experiences when shopping for vehicles but this was NOT one of them!!! I recently purchased a jeep renegade from Tyler, he was very helpful during the entire process. He was very personable and not pushy which I appreciated a lot. Both Tyler and his General Manager John took the time to explain every single step to me and gave me a great offer that I could not resist! Disappointed by the dealership, I have purchased numerous ram trucks from the dealership and had all the recommended service performed by Upstate.... It’s not the same place I purchased my first truck from in 2006 . This was the first time they tried to up sell me a brake job I didn’t need . The family atmosphere is not the same , management and the owner need to look at the turn over they have had in the last few years. I will find another ram / jeep dealership to hang my hat on . Saddening to see the changes for the worst . The week prior to my having my jeep serviced my son who had his 2017 ram 2500 in for warranty service was not treated like a valued customer, his windshield wipers quite and when he called for service he was told I hope you don’t need your wipers we will see you in a week . Then he asked them to do a NYS inspection while the truck was in for warranty work and the forgot to do it . This is not how you treat people you want to return. I have owned my own business for over 20 years and I appreciate return customers

Used to be a great honest place, have gone through A LOT of their good staff in the last 5 years. I used to drive 45 minutes each way to take my vehicles here, never again. Now they take every chance they can to empty your wallet.

Due to the Covid-19 situation it was difficult to look for a new vehicle. I tried at several dealerships with little to no assistance. Right from my first contact with Upstate, the General Manager and I spoke weekly and sometimes daily to try and find me the right vehicle. Upstate offered me 4x what other dealers offered for my old vehicle. Once I found what I wanted, I worked closely with the Sales Manager and Im now driving my new truck. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, advised them brakes and two tires would not pass inspection and would not purchase vehicle. They wanted me to pay for part of cost. If I’m buying a vehicle paying 20k why would I pay more for stuff that they should do to vehicle to get it ready to resell anyway for one. Then a month later brakes made terrible noise took back said needed a yearly maintenance on lubricants on brakes when it should have been done when they did the brakes to begin with. Now mind you I bought this in January and received vehicle in mid to late January which they should as a good business made sure everything was working. Well I tried to use the air conditioning Tuesday and after 20 no cold air took yesterday and was told needs a compressor and cost is 1300 wants me to pay $400 REALLY I HAVE NOT HAD THIS VEHICLE NOT EVEN SIX MONTHS MY HUSBAND, DAUGHTER,MOTHER BOUGHT NEW VEHICLES AND IM NEVER NEVER RECOMMENDING ANYONE GO HERE ONECE YOU BUY IF THERE IS A PROBLEM YOUR SCREWED I WANTED A WARRANTY BUT LOAN COMPANY WOULDNT APPROVE LOAN WITH IT
Service department is a bunch of lying, untrustworthy people just trying to scam money from people. Went in on Friday for a state inspection, they told me i need new breaks and rotors on the front and rear. Took the pads off and did them myself on Sunday. Both sides still in good condition and plenty of meat and no scratches on the rotors. Never go there for any reason they will rip you off

After taking my Jeep in for warranty work, I was told that the brake issue I was experiencing would not be covered under warranty. While I was frustrated with this as I have 20k on it and it was grooved and chipped rear rotors, I have owned enough vehicles to know brakes are only covered for so long. Service manager suggested I call Chrysler Corp because they would work with them to get the work covered. After doing so, Chrysler claims Upstate was unwilling to cover the work. Why tell me to call? I also went for an antifreeze leak (odor). They claimed that they found nothing (though my husband had no issue), accused me of adding something other than antifreeze to the system and sent me away with less than minimum in the reservoir. Horrible customer service.

Ill never go to Upstate Dodge again !!! Ive had my ram 2500 in for warranty work 2 times for same 4 wheel drive issues within 3,000 miles of each other. The 2nd time I ve even brought in so they scan the computer and print the codes. After the second attempt of fixing the same issue( 6 days later) it failed again for the third time. Please keep all your paperwork. The general manager Tim VanWie denied all this untill l I show him the printouts.

Craig found the EXACT truck I wanted (a RAM 1500 Quad Cab Big Horn) and the price was incredible! No haggling, no sleazy sales pitch - just a great price right out of the gate! Was able to get a lot of stuff done over the phone so when I walked into the dealership to pick up my new truck, I was driving away in under 30 minutes, which is INCREDIBLE for a new vehicle purchase!If youre in the market for a new truck, Upstate is the one and only place to go!

I was told of this dodge dealer from a friend I drove past my normal dealer to give upstate a try.i was greeted with respect and was able to look around w/o a salesman banging into me every time I stopped,i looked thru the trucks I wanted and ordered a new outdoorsmen diesel from them price was very fit my check book .the best of all is the service ,u make a appt. and you are in and out fast (all is explained how long so u know) its well worth the extra half hr drive to get such great service which they do work with you on it bought last 7 trucks from wrong dealer .ill never go else where

They replaced my radio in my car. But when they put my dash back together the didn’t clip anything in the right way so the dash was hanging and they scratched the hell outta the plastic on the dash. Not going back

Waste of time. Called about a Jeep Compass, very nice over the phone, and drove 5 hours to see it. Got there and multiple dents not visible on their website pictures and rusted out underneath with multiple patches. After the dealer saw me underneath evaluating the chassis, he walked back inside, back to his desk. Obviously he knew it was not worth the money and knew he wasted my time.

HELLO, here is my 2 cents on Upstate Jeep. Went to several dealers before going to Upstate , Transitown , Jeep , Elma , very unhappy , 1st impression looking for top dollar, went to West Herr Jeep , talked to a 1 year sales person , did not want to deal at all. walked out. so I went from Elma to Attica , Upstate , did internet contact 1st , set up date and visited the dealer. Small town dealer , Ross King was sales person ,I walked in was greeted by Ross , had coffee , and talked. he knew what I was looking forbut went over specs to make sure , he did some typing on computer and gave a price by far much lower than the other 2 dealers , and with my trade in price he gave me , I put down a deposit and ordered the Jeep Wrangler that day. This is the 1st time being 64 yrs old that I ever purchased a new vehicle on the 1st visit , even my wife was surprised It took about 4 weeks to be built , well worth the wait , had jeep wrangler now just over 3 1/2 weeks , has 233 miles on it , I love it . I have ownedFords all my life , so this is a change. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND Upstate JEEP / DODGE , Good Job Ross !

We purchased a vehicle from Craig Crandall over the internet. He said there were $400-500 worth of parts was all the truck needed to pass NYS inspection. Once it arrived at our location there was a total of $5,300 worth of work that needed to be completed. We were mislead and Upstate did nothing to resolve the issue. Beware when doing business with this organization!

For nearly 50 years Ive been buying cars and trucks from dealerships in and around Rochester, NY. Purchasing the Ram Promaster City Van wagon from Upstate CDJR was one of the easiest purchases Ive ever experienced. Living 40 miles away from Upstate CDJR could have excluded them from a test drive consideration, but Connor Holmes was willing to bring the Ram Promaster city van to my home so that I could take it for a test drive. Buying from Upstate CDJR was an enjoyable experience.

Went in to test drive a vehicle over night which I had already set up with who I was speaking with, and he got the approval from the manager. I go in and he was busy and was taken care of by Adam King, who had me fill out paper work and began to tell me that I wouldnt be able to take the vehicle due to NYS laws , and was rather rude and snippy about it, and which Ive never heard about while test driving cars in the past. Then proceeded to tell me about they wont let me take the vehicle because they wanted to make sure I would buy the vehicle after the test drive, and they didnt want extra mileage on a used vehicle. Last I checked the point of a test drive period is to help decide whether or not to buy a vehicle, Im sure many people test drive vehicles and dont buy them because they dont like it.

Went in for warranty and a recall go to pick my truck up and it took them 3 days to figure out they fried a module in the truck, then tries to charge me $400 to fix there mistake after a week of no truck and arguing Im not paying for it, needed my truck back so instead of just simple warranty work, i got charged $150 to fix there mistake u think when i work for the company for 2 years they would treat u better then that if they screwed me over who do u think theyll try to screw over next.
Just worked with Ross, he was great, straight forward and the numbers we agreed on were exactly what was on the contract. No hidden fees or surprises.

2022-06-30My frustration lies not in the inability to fix my truck (which was sold to me in a broken condition by you), but in the fact that you didnt bother to contact me to cancel my service appointment when you knew that the part wasnt in. Im 1½ hours away and was driving to my appointment when I called you to confirm. If I hadnt called, I would have wasted half a day. As it was Id already driven an hour before I had an answer about parts. After the cancelation, I still never received a follow-up.

2022-05-19Got a look at some figures for another trk. Now you have to wait ✋ and order it on line or go to the dealer and go thru everything you want added then once youre all done with the info some is not included. Youll need to upgrade to another package. My husband said it was a good deal. Now we just need to wait for the trk to come in.

2021-02-17What a great car buying experience. I really did it all on email and text. I knew the model I wanted so they sent me options and pricing. Went to the dealership the next day and everything was ready for me. There were some cleaner spots on the interior from detail and they cleaned it again. Financing had me out the door with a great lease on about 15 minutes. All and all I left with the vehicle about 30 mins after test driving it. Also, they were dead on with their recommendations.
