Bad Experience, Poor Quality.We hired Upstate NY Remodeling to redo our bathroom. During the quoting process elements were forgotten causing a change order for both foreseen and unforeseen issues. We also had some design changes we decided on last minute. We both agreed to the terms and moved forward. Things went smoothly until the last day of the project when they were rushing to finish to start another job. The finishing work was rushed and many corners were cut to get the job done quickly.During the last day we got into an argument over what ended up being an easy fix despite the disagreement in design functionality. The team then left the job rushed due to the argument and did not review their work. After being blamed for the project overruns and delay in their other jobs and loss of revenue, they agreed to come back and fix the issues.They came back and fixed the issues on the list but we are continuing to find more faults a month after the project. Two examples are loose floor tiles in the middle of the floor where the tiles were not properly set before grouting and walking on them has loosened them up and the tub spout is not properly secured and is loose and will most likely leak.Beware they quote every detail of the job individually and will go above and beyond and do things out of the goodness of their hearts to help you out but as soon as you have an issue they will go back to the quote and say it wasnt on there so it isnt their problem.I have included the pictures from before they came back to fix things at which point I was told this is Great work and they rarely have any call backs.

Stan and his team did a great job on our bathroom renovation. Good communication throughout the process and a competitive price. Would certainly call again for any future work.
