Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in other cities:
Went for the first time today. The kids had a blast! A few issues but nothing that can’t be fixed. While watching my older on the rock wall area my little one found a nut on the floor , no not a peanut but a 1/2 inch metal screw nut. She picked it up through the bars. Next while again the older kids were on long for the zip line we took the toddlers to the climber underneath and wow! Hair wods , clumps of dust everywhere , band aids, even a slice of pizza, popcorn and nerds spilled on the floor. Oh and let’s not forget the un used black zip tie laying on the floor in the play area. The floor mats? Absolutely filthy. Don’t get me wrong we all had a great time playing but they need to clean . We’ve been to other places like sky zone and they have an attendant at each area, unfortunately there was limited supervision from the staff when it came to kids just doing whatever they wanted. Example; over by the cafe they have a roller slide and 3 older boys in their teens were just sitting on the steps blocking the entrance. Again nothing that can’t be fixed which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1
Really great and affordable. I went with my friend yesterday, we are both in our late 20s early 30s and we had a blast! Lots of people on a Sunday but we did everything we wanted to do. Really sore today! Stretch and eat before hand! :)Some of the staff are great and some are not so great and scarily inattentive. But to be expected of adolescents running a business. Watch your kids.
Lots to do and seemed well kept. My complaint is that it was way too crowded. True, we came during spring break, but we bought timed tickets online which made me think they were making some attempt to control the amount of people. We had to wait a half hour for each activity (except the basic trampolines) so I really didnt feel like we got our moneys worth and even though we did get to do a lot of fun things, the overall feeling that youre waiting in lines most of the time really takes away from the feeling like you had a fun day out. They need to stick to the timed entry tickets or have a lower limit of how many they admit for each time.
I visited Urban Air with my 12,10 and 3 year old boys. I made the mistake of going during winter break when all the kids are off from school. I should have known it was going to be a train wreck upon my experience with the front desk. The people at the desk were very nice and friendly, but boy did they make a lot of foolish mistakes. Not giving us bracelets, to not giving me change and needing help to do the math to give me the correct change. Maybe they were just overwhelmed by how busy it was.Next, the LINES WERE SO LONG!!! my sons waited 2 hours and 10 minutes to ride the sky ride. Seriously??? You wait that long at places like Disney or 6 Flags! Anyway, once my kids were done with that they waited about 30 minutes at the Wall Climb. When they got to the entrance the workers told my kids that their bracelets had expired and couldn’t go in. EXPIRED?! Maybe the girl at the front desk could have told me there was a time limit?! Apparently the bracelets expire after 2 hours! But my kids waited 2 hours for 1 ride! Thankfully the workers listened to my complaints and agreed with me and they let my boys in. I think with proper training of workers and quality control, they could cut the wait times in half!Lastly, the place was a mess. Food all over the floor and people walking around in socks. Either the place is understaffed or they seriously were not prepared for such a huge crowd.I don’t recommend this place for kids under 5. My 3 year old only had maybe 3 places he could go to play, but even in those places you still had huge wild kids barreling through knocking my toddler over. But this is a great place for kids 6 and up.I couldn’t wait to get out of this place, but I won’t write it off yet. I will visit again, on a day not so crowded. It’s just too bad that my first experience wasn’t a good one.
Wonderful setup, clean and a variety of activities for young to teens. The zipline to bumper cars keep the kids busy, we went for a birthday party and the pizza was par for a place like this, but the burgers are TOP knotch!!! What a suprise! The adults will find a bit of fun but for the most part this is for 6 to 18 year olds.
What an amazing place to come and spend a wonderful time with your kids! Lots of activities and things to do, large selection of snacks and food. Not long waits at all. Only thing I advise is making reservations on line to avoid being overcrowded and being turnt back due to no room left and having to come back a few hours later. There is a 3 hour limit on play time for the kids, but I feel that is more than enough time to do all the activities available. You also would have to purchase socks for the kids as well. There is plenty of on site parking available and the staff is friendly and willing to help out. I recommend this location to all families looking for a nice outing.
Bought the platinum tickets under the impression that it was an all day ticket because it said it on the ticket, but once they noticed my sons wrist band, they told us we had to leave because our time was up. Explained that we got the all day pass and I wasn’t leaving because my son finally had the courage to do the zip line. She left and came back with someone else who was equally rude to me. I hate that they had to be that way, especially when the kids were having such a great time. It wasn’t until later and after our trip that they had an announcement put on their website about limited time when crowded. 2 platinum tickets with socks is close to 100$ and you get 3 hours on a busy day and nasty employees who don’t do anything. The nasty employees was also an issue the first time we went but didn’t think too much of it because it was New Year’s Day. If you barely interact with any of the workers, don’t mind paying close to 100$ For two tickets for 3 hours because that’s the only kind of ticket you can get to include the zip line, and enjoy really bad food, then enjoy! The kids will have a lot of fun because there is alot to do there and they will stay busy. And it’s not really good for kids under 5.
Im told we were lucky as there wasnt long lines for anything. We had an awesome time at a birthday party. My kids got to go on everything. The party was first rare too. Pizza, apps, then birthday cupcakes. Plus they had food areas you could purchase separately. Zip lines, trampolines, bumper cars huge ball pits and much more. We took photos on another phone or Id add them. Ive no idea the cost, but in the goodie bags they had scratch offs and both kids got free admissions on another visit! It was worth the half hour trip there.
This was the worst experience we have had at a place like this.-staff on the floor are day dreaming. I had to tell them that their was a crying child hurt on their attraction.- 2 kids in our group got hurt on attractions.-2 kids had clothing ripped-Every 10 minutes a missing child is announced.-there is no safety measures in place in the front. A tragedy is going to happen here.-The organization of the party group is zero and no one can find their child. Most places that have birthdays like this have the groups go together section by section. My 9 year old was denied access to a ride for being too tall when all the other 9 year olds went on. It was not a size- safety issue- because adults were in there with littler ones.We sign these waivers as parents because what choice do we have and we hope for the best but we assume that the place has safety in mind.
Had my sons 6th birthday there. Paid an exorbitant amounth of money for a TABLE in the middle of the park. Packed so close to the other birthday tables, we couldnt move during lunch time and parents had NO WHERE to even stand. Make sure you are getting a private room becuase the nerve to charge people the same price and not be crystal clear about that is ansurd to me. The park was really busy by noon, even on the first warm day weve had in months. Their party packages are for 10 kids. Every other family place, the price of the party increases as you include more guests and more food, etc. Their prices increase to include more attractions. The kids are all the same size/ age roughly, we dont need more attractions. Also, no outside food, but bring your own dessert, but not ice cream sorry, no place to put it, because all you get is a roll away cart for your stuff. Do not do a party here. Go early in the am to have fun with your kids if you must, but no parties and no middle of the afternoon stuff, its chaos and overpriced.
This play arena has great potential of a lot of fun. The arena was packed with guests, so line wait time was lengthy, be sure to count that time into your play time plan. Why one star, unfortunately, there was several game areas where the young adults were so unruly and arrogant pushing other younger children off lines, cutting the line and down right controlling a game area physically and refusing to exit or allow others to enjoy an area. Horrible behavior! I brought this issue to a security guard’s attention who looked overwhelmed himself, he did attempt to straighten out the unruly behavior, but he was ignored by the masses. The game attendants I could see struggled with this same issue to control the game area. This as I see it, is a safety issue, therefore, I’d never return to this establishment again. Parents with small children, beware!
Took my daughter who is visually impaired to enjoy the trampolines, although we were barely able to enjoy it. Rules posted clearly state only 1 jumper per trampoline, which was ignored by virtually everyone there, adults included. Constantly people jumped on her square, causing her to fall over and become disoriented. Twice someone literally crashed into her, and there was not 1 staff person present to enforce safety rules. In addition, I saw multiple other kids literally crying from being trampled. If urban air doesnt start enforcing the safety rules listed I see this place as an accident waiting to happen. In addition, its apparent that courtesy and respect are values no longer being taught to the youth of today.
Incredible place! Kids and adults had so much fun. We were there for almost 4 hours one day and went back two days later for another 3 hours. It was packed the second time but worth the wait. Definitely better to go during a weekday! So much to do but we enjoyed the climbing walls and sky ride coaster the most. Wipeout was a lot of fun as well as the ropes course and warrior course. Food court offered yummy snacks for a very affordable price, it is not too often that you can enjoy that. Will definitely be back often! One thing I would add are more lockers to store your belongings.
Amazing place. These days its hard to impress teens but every kid at the party said this place is awesome.. We adults had just as much fun too. Hats off to the workers and managers for friendly and really amazing service. Micah and Ashley really went above and beyond with their help to make out experience outstanding.
They have these massage chairs that beep loud alarms when not paid for and people constantly sit in them which causes a loud alarm to constantly ring. They should kick the people out of the ringing chairs. The attendants did not wear masks when not in view of the parents. Including at the top of the sky rider. No vegan food options.Overall a great experience. Very friendly staff. Everyone had a great time. Worth the investment and 2hours is enough to spend all your energy. But they are nice to let you stay if its not too busy.
We went on my daughters birthday last month and were SO excited to go because we had just visited an Urban Air in Florida and it was FANtastic. I was hesitant to go to the Lake Grove location because it was winter break week so I knew it would be crowded. Crowded doesnt even begin to describe the scene. First we waited on 1/2 hour line to pay. I paid the top tier since it was her birthday and in Florida we didnt do the bumper cars or virtual reality. Huge mistake in Lake Grove--she got on the bumper cars twice, but the line for virtual reality never moved so we skipped it. I waited on several lines for her while she played on something close by (she loved the zip line, but it was an hour wait for me), but she couldnt do half of what we paid for because the lines were ridiculous--didnt get to do the ropes course or the climbing walls nor did she get to go in the course thats over the bubble pit. Maybe if we could go during an off time it would be better here, but its still too new so its going to be insane at this location for awhile.Oh and the kicker...they put a time limit on your stay when theyre at maximum capacity, which they tell you IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU PAY. I swear the dude swiped my credit card and then said, Oh heres this red bracelet for your daughter to get kicked out after 3 hours. Okay thats not how it was phrased, but it may as well have been. So isnt it great that they oversell the place for the day (instead of turning people away when they hit capacity) and then put a time limit on your stay basically ensuring you wont be able to do everything you just paid for?!?! I wasnt going to leave until they kicked us out, but I was in line for the ropes course when they announced red bands had to leave so I figured if I waited in the line and got up there 40 minutes later the people running it wouldnt let my daughter do the course and then Id definitely junk punch someone so we left.We wont be back until someone goes there that I know who can confirm they went during a non-peak time and had fun.
Great place to bring kids for fun. huge health hazard though, there doesnt seem to be anyone enforcing mask mandates for kids or adults, even kids openly coughing while on attractions. Its such a fun place but Ill have to think again before coming back during this never ending pandemic.
This place is pure chaos. There is barely any supervision from employees - and if there is, it’s from 16 year olds wearing headphones and rarely paying attention. There’s a sign at the door requiring masks but was not enforced. This place is PACKED with people, kids and adults, and you should expect long lines. It was uncomfortably crowded. No sanitizing or cleaning. Some areas have employees, others didn’t. The trampolines were a free for all - kids running and jumping on each other while some inattentive employee stands there barely paying attention. No wonder why they make you sign a waiver. We came to check this place out but likely won’t be returning. If there was better supervision and cleanliness standards then maybe we would.
Held my sons eighth birthday here. The facility is unmatched by any competitor. Our host was phenomenal and took care of all of our needs. Highly recommend this establishment for anyone of the age of 5 adults included. The zipline was absolutely amazing. The Buffalo wings were the best. The price was fair. Looking forward to going back....
I took my son to Urban Trampoline on Saturday and within 24 hours, he was sick with Covid symptoms. I took him for a Covid test on Monday, tested positive. My four year old got covid from Urban Air Trampoline. After being so careful, their relax atmosphere, over crowding and Urban Trampoline, not keeping to a strict regimen of sanitizing. I got a positive test result and a sick little boy! Parents, be very careful!! I am demanding corporate refund my money and cancel my monthly membership.
Loved this place! Staff was amazing! Lana who helped us get set up was so friendly and insightful. And made us feel so welcome with my 4 year old nephew who is autistic. Our group ranged from 2 years old to 37 years old and every one of us had so much fun we didnt want to leave! Highly recommend for some fun family time!!
Kids birthday party. The place is reasonably priced but the birthday party was chaotic the place was packed and the activities were not organized at all. Just run around wherever then run back for pizza then back to playing.I guess what can you expect from a kids party place managed by teens. But the kids had fun hence the 4 stars
Everything was perfect, kids had so much fun. Only one thing why I’m giving 3 stars it’s because we expected to decorate party room with Unicorn theme but we don’t got it. Even nobody called me day before to let me know about it. We had everything with unicorn theme ( Cake, balloons) and it was really bad surprise for me. I payed for decorations 2 weeks before party and I was worry free but didn’t happen that way.Otherwise everything was good and definitely will go there again.
Why you raising prices tf i finally found an affordable activity to do with the kids and you up the prices but yet your employees still get paid little to nothing for making sure our kids are safe oh and why is soda so much money like im going to a kanye concert tf is going on here prioritize #angrymomster
First time at this indoor adventure parkIt had obstacles and adventures for kids of all ages and a cool food court with snacks, drinks and slushies. We were there for a Birthday Party... the individual rooms for parties to gather were great and the place was very clean. The day we were there in June there were a good amount of staff working.Upon entering the facility there were no staff present at the front desk and No Signage indicating where to do or what you needed to do. We asked a few employees and it was difficult to get their attention and get necessary guidance. We were eventually told to Log In and Print the Waiver we completed, however no further guidance was given and many parents seemed lost as to what to do and where to go.My Main Concern is Security.... there is none!! For a place with tons of children of all ages and which features birthday parties, I would assume there would be better security. Say what you will about Chuck E Cheese... but No kid leaves unless they are with the adult they came with. It is a big place and the kids are not always visible to the adults, which leaves them exposed to predators. I would expect a Corporation focused on kids amusement would put a great emphasis on Childrens Safety.
Place for kids but safety is not safe..my 3yrs old was jumping and there came this heavy set over 10yrs old(looks like) jump right in an knock her to the ground..she was limping..and the staff (3) was not aware of this..were busy looking at some phone and giggling..never again
I booked a birthday party for my daughter and and all the kids had so much fun. The environment was nice Lots of Attactions to chose , but The Host KeAndre was literally Amazing he made this party a Success. Im very greatly for the hospitality and best service ever KeAndre.
My daughter loves urban air, so I signed her up to the basic membership, and I was perfectly fine with this place until yesterday. On their flyer, it doesnt explain the different access in this park, and the associate in the store didnt explain anything either when I asked about the membership. Until yesterday I found out that my daughter had no access to the rock climbing because of the basic membership. I am very upset and disappointed, and expecting someone from the corporate to contact me who knows when.So when you sign the membership, dont forget to ask the difference of the access.
I took my family last week. My son and 2 girls had a blast. We brought a membership thats how impressed we were with Urban Air. One employee went above and beyond for my girls I hope Im spelling her name right... shout out to Brianna you really did a service putting my girls hair up for the zipline ride. Thank you.
Great place for all ages. Food is mediocre but Im not expecting gourmet at a place like this. My family and I went on a Sunday morning so it was not busy until we left in the afternoon, but I can definitely see it getting extremely busy with long wait lines. But thats to be expected in a place like this. Everything seems well organized, plenty of tables and places for parents to sit. Love how parents can join their kids in the fun for a low price.Edited to Add: I changed my original rating of 4 stars (b/c of mediocre food) to 5 stars. Went again today. Was VERY crowded due to a holiday. My special needs son went nervously up to try the Sky Rider (basically a long awesome zip line, very high up). I see him nervously making his way to the edge, along with not one, but TWO Urban employees, who stood there with him at the edge and talked him through it. I didnt think he would do it, but whatever they said to him - HE DID IT!!! Kudos to these young adults (most minors) who work there and took the time out to help a special kid like my son. He went on to do the Sky Rider 2 more times!
Had a wonderful with kids who are under 6. Yes there were wait times but thats to be expected (a) at a new place and (b) a place with so much to offer. The food was good and compared to other entertainment places average cost. Christine was extremely kind and helpful! Some of the staff was way too shy in my opinion and in a place like that they need to speak up more, especially for safety purposes. Overall 5 stars and a wonderful establishment!
They charged me full price $55 for the active awsome membership while in the pandemic and Urban Air was unable to keep the terms to agreement and the package, but then trying to force me to continue to pay for a full 12mths in the agreement. Urban Air took money from members for services the company could not provide and still continue to charge members and they refuse to right the wrongs. The sont even offer the active awesome membership and refuse to downgrade my membership ship.
There are a lot of activities, but it re Ally depends how much you can deal with the noise and total chaos. It could turn into a very expensive day if you dont figure out what your kids will actually go on. The line for food was the usual you would expect at any attraction, with the same food choices. There is a range of seating, but if you dont secure it early, expect to stand for hours! The lines can be two hours plus for the Zipline and other rides. As a parent at least for me it was close by. Although I was under the impression that you could not bring food. I saw an awful lot of lunchboxes and that is one way to save on cost. They have lockers $5 for unlimited opens or just and option to open once. Its the kind of place where once you have payed to get in there are a bunch of other small costs that start adding up. Once you add in the arcade $$$$. They do offer an arcade card deal that saves money. In all honesty I will probably go back but only once in while. I cant see how the pass would be cost effective unless you intend on coming here regularly. I would definitely suggest going for a visit first before you purchase it to see if your family will enjoy it. Take headache tablets😁
A tremendous experience. We had my daughter’s birthday party there and the staff were friendly and courteous. The environment is fun as you would expect! The owners were even present and hands-on about their customer experience! We had a great time and you will too! Go check them out!!
My friends and I had the best day here! EVERY THING was smoothly run with friendly employees that helped me through out each attraction. I personally loved the sky rider! Although there was a bit of a wait, it DEFINITELY worth it! Every attraction brought a different unique experience, and was better than I could have imagined! I cannot wait to be back here!
As mentioned before - the place is about 100 people over capacity. There is one main actual trampoline area, which honestly does not meet the requirements, due to the amount of people they let on.The lines for the other rides are terrible.Cost: This place is expensive and has a tier system so if you want access to more features you have to pay for a higher tier. The monthly plan seems enticing, but if youre just after one day -- youre easily spending over $100.00 for place.Arcade: I dont know how the token system works, but none of the machines we played were dispensing tokens, also - various machines would take our credits and then not work. Two stars because my daughter tripped on one of the mats and one of the staff members immediately came over to ensure she was okay.Otherwise. Place kinda sucks. lol.
This place is awesome!! Kids always have so much fun when we go. Yes if you go on the weekend it is very crowded and can have some wait time on the attractions but what do you expect its the weekend! They open during the week at 4 and thats a great time to go. Getting the monthly pass is so worth it! So many differnt attractions to pick from so kids never get bored. I have only experienced great things about this place and we have been here several times already. Staff is extremely friendly and managers are walking around supervising everything. I hope this place stays around for a really long time.
This place is relatively new therefore it is not run very well. The employees are not trained in policy and procedures, just to use the gift cards I prepaid for for my children it was 45 minutes just to get our bracelets, I have been here as we speak for about an hour and a half and my 2 children are still waiting on the same line...my other child and me have been on 1 ride which was a miracle to get on because the man running the bumper cars was letting people cut the line. I would personally not waste your money for the platinum pass because you will get to go on maybe 2 rides plus the smaller things. It’s a nice place just not well run, for $45.00 per child I was expecting something more organized. I give it 3 stars bc my kids loved it, but the first 2 hours my kids got on 1 ride one child got on 2 and considering spending 4 hours there the last 2 hours were fun and they liked it, but as a parent, watch your kids bc the staff is not.
So we decided to check it out since it’s been too cold to take the kids to the park. We all had a blast even thou the place was super busy the staff is pretty nice and easy to talk to the only thing I was a little upset about is skyzone and other trampoline places have a bench or seating area in front of the trampoline areas my husband has MS and couldn’t find a place to sit and just look at the kids jump and have fun as for the price I do think is in the higher end but for all they have to offer is worth it I have little ones so they won’t be using any of the climbing walls or the bumper cars any time soon but it was fun for them I see my getting a membership we left very happy campers :) I hope they offer toddler time like all the surrounding trampoline places
We had so much fun on opening day that we purchased a monthly membership for ourselves and children. The facility was very clean, staff ensured that that all patrons followed the rules. Our son bumped his head on something and within a minute the manager and owner came over. We had a long chat with the owner. Turn out, he’s just a regular Dad with a dream to open this. As some said, the line for the skyline was really long. The staff was aware and already figuring ways to speed the process so the line wouldn’t be like this all the time. I give this 5* and hope that the negative comments don’t deter you from bringing your kids! It’s a lot of fun. Like any new business, there are kinks to work out. I like that the owner was hands on and interacting with the guests. He cares and I believe will find a solution for the one complaint ppl could come up with! If you have a suggestion, talk to the staff, the manager or the owner. I am sure they appreciate the feedback!
This place is a circus. went here with my siblings only to go on 2 attractions. pictures very misleading. trampoline park very small and understaffed. no rules are enforced and many children left unattended. very disappointed. line cutting is terrible and staff does not seem to do anything about the crying children. took 1 hour for my siblings to get harnesses only to wait another 40 minutes to ride a 30 second ride
I thought that urban air lake groove was a one in a life time experience. When I walked inside I was immediately greeted by the nice owners. The staff seemed to know how to handle all of the kids. The food was exquisite and I enjoyed the mango slushee. It was really a great place for kids of all ages and even adults. Definitely 5/5I definitely suggest bringing you kids here
This was my second time here. The first time I had a really great time and so I decided to suggest to my other friends that we come. We are aged 19-21 and there’s a lot of fun stuff for us here. However, tonight it was crazy. There were hundreds of unsupervised children running around with no supervision, and we found that we couldn’t stay in any one attraction for long because kids were just jumping in front of us and we were worried about knocking them over. There’s no order here and this place is severely understaffed. We wish there were one night a week that Urban Air is closed to kids under 16, or maybe on Friday or Saturday nights you should stay open later, and after 8 or 9 PM it’s 16+. We won’t be returning until there’s gonna be less unsupervised children running amuck, because it honestly ruined our experience.
Having children wearing mask while they run around is criminal....I saw kids ripping their mask off because they cant breath. My kids left with headaches. And then there are dopes that work there and yell at kids to put on their mask who have no clue about how humans need to breath in fresh air after they exhale..wont return..I was there for my sons birthday but he was upset because he didnt feel good and knows this is nonsense...in Florida and other states, everything is open and no one is getting sick.this was a big hoax.not a pandemic. I guess it will take a kid passing out and suing your business to open your eyes..
Not a good place. The employees that were working the zip line attraction were fooling around and did not seem to care. The girl with long black wavy hair was talking badly about the place and was complaining the whole time I was standing on line. she didn’t seem to want to be there to work maybe she should not work their. The lines for the food was very long and during a holiday break they limited it to 3 hours play time which is ridiculous since your paying a lot of money. The front desk staff was very rude and they were fooling around and were relaxing on the back counter. The girl with blonde hair (seemed like a manager) was asking them to do stuff and they just laughed at her. In all this place is a good idea but needs to be ran better.
Great place with lots of fun things to do for kids of all ages but there are a couple of problems.1. Kind of expensive2. The socks are terrible and uncomfortable and barley fit. Youre beat bet is to get a size up from what you think you need and if you have big feet you are out of luck.3. They overstaff unnecessarily slow areas and neglect busy areas. The basic trampoline area is tiny but there were 6 employees there while the middle area was busier and only 2 staff and should have been more. The membership prices seem like a fairly good deal that I will think about getting and I will update my review.
Dont waste your time and money. When the pandemic hit they wouldnt freeze my membership. They literally wanted to charge me. Talking about Well you did sign up for a one year membership. Ummm... dont think so. Why would I a monthly membership to a place that is closed.
We just had my sons birthday party there is past Saturday. Chris Javitz was amazing in making sure everything went smooth. He quickly address a few minor issues and everything was perfect. I highly recommend having a party there. All our guests loved It and it was stress free for me. Thank you again Chris, you rock!!!!!
Place is fun for the kids but they lack safety. My son is 3, he was with his cousins inside the playground area playing. I waited for him by the slide and he never came out. His cousins said they didn’t see where he went because it was so crowded with kids. I told one of the employees who worked there and he told me to tell his wife. His wife seemed like the manager and told me to go to the front desk and have them call his name. It was so crowded, so dark and my son is small he wouldn’t hear or be able to understand. I was very unhappy on how calm they seemed and didn’t help for nothing. She told me to go inside the park to search for him meanwhile I’m pregnant! Luckily my brother in law did and we had found him. This is terrible on how unorganized they are. It was too overcrowded and not enough reassurance on losing a child. I don’t plan on coming back!
Ok so basically this place’s maximum capacity is about 100 people too many. the lines are uncontrolled and parents seem to think it is a free day for them. the kids are wild and cut about every single line. the staff are about 15-19 years old and are clearly there for just the money. 0/10 would not recommend.
I would wait on going to this place until it has more of its attractions open. I was extremely disappointed that they did not communicate ahead of time how many attractions are closed because of Covid restrictions. They kind of stole my money basically. Its a waste of money right now until all attractions are open or they reduce prices to reflect reduced attractions and communicate that effectively and clearly beforehand.
In fairness the place is amazing with a lot of fun activities I brought my 8 year old daughter for her first time and asked the staff about different packages. The staffer said deluxe was the highest I could buy for my daughter because of height requirements. Turns out if there are height requirements tehy are entirely unenforced. As a result my daughter was humiliated pulled out of line for the virtual reality gaming with 3 of her cousins because she had the wrong wristband it all starts with staff and this was a disappointing experienceAlso the stuffed animal crane game is rigged;)
This place is horrible, staff of super young and does not pay attention to what’s going on. My daughter attended a birthday party there Friday evening (No waiver ever signed) or offered to us. My daughter got injured in the dodgeball area where she broke her tibia , the staff brought her a glove with ice in it while the accident report was filled out. Long story short it’s now Sunday and the”manager” told me that we could not have a copy of the report and if we insisted on one we would have to call the police🤷♀️I went there to have them release it and was told it was sent to the corporate office.Horrible horrible place.
Hi everyone ☺ if you gonna do ur kids birthday here is amazing I have the best time ever when you planing dont try the 1800 number they dont help it all but the girls the work here they take care of me soo soo good Christina the manager plan everything for me and Megan was my host ask for her she is The BEST... thank you urban air for the great time definitely coming back.
The staff is rude. The lines are way too long and the staff doesn’t care if someone cuts you in line. If your light sensitive I don’t recommend this place there are flashing lights everywhere. The staff will not do anything if someone is yelling at you for a “homosexual act”. I don’t recommend this place if you wanna have fun, the environment is very toxic. I will never come here again.
This place was a great idea, but offering higher priced packages with the VR doesnt seem fair when one out of 4 are broken and you have to wait on line for at least an hour to play. Especially with a limit of 3hrs for $44.00. There should be at least 6 VR gamesets to make it a little quicker.
Most of the rides here are more than an hour wait and the place is way overcrowded. It took 4 hrs to get my food from the beginning of getting on line to getting the food. It is too much. The prices are unfair bc it is impossible to do everything in one day. It was the worst place that I have been to and I will never come here again.
I went to urban air because I had heard good things about it so I figured I’d take my cousin and a couple other family members there for his birthday and so I went with 8 family members and we could only be there for 3 hours and it took us an hour to try and get a locker so we asked if we could get extra time due to the inconvenience so they cut our wristbands and told us we could stay until closing so then after 30 minutes after the owner came up to me and my cousin and girlfriend very hostile asking where our wristbands were and what time we got there and just wouldn’t let us explain the situation and just sent us with security to the front desk and the security was being so rude and condescending to the guy at the front desk who took care of the situation and overall a nice looking place but just because of the owner acting on just emotion and the security treating us as if we were doing something wrong I will not be returning and will take my business somewhere else the only good thing about the whole thing was how nice the front desk guy was and a few employees were to us on the zipline
Very unprofessional took my 3 kids today and there’s a sign outside that says NO RESERVATIONS and when I walk in the girl in the front desk says they don’t accept walk ins and to make a reservation meanwhile there’s a huge sign saying you don’t need a reservation very unprofessional

2022-02-22This place is super fun for the family especially on a rainy day. However they are no longer doing everything they can to prevent the spread of covid! I was very disappointed with my visit and I’ve been here many many times! No longer asking guests to wear a mask and no longer appear to be sanitizing between guests. But still charging $40 per person! So disappointing that a fun place to bring my family has become unsafe do to their greed to have as many paying customers in the building as possible! There’s literally people climbing over each other and tripping over little ones! How is this safe?!

2022-01-25THE BEST place for family fun ever!!!! 😲😍BUT! I have been living in this area over 3 years and never knew about this place until month ago when my friend got a free ticket in smith haven mall!Anyways you can easily spend hours with your child here. Adults can have fun on trampolines and climbing too, not just sitting and waiting! I think this adventure park is more for kids from at least 4 - 5 years and up!I wish I knew about this place earlier 🥺

2022-01-06So cool. I’ve never seen anything like this. I wish this was around when I was a kid but I kinda want to come and try out the stuff as an adult. My son went to a birthday party and I stayed. It’s pretty chaotic and noisy but perfect place for kids to run around and be kids. A couple hours us a good amount of time. The only bad thing is that my son got a little finger cut by metal inside the one play area which is scary since I couldn’t see what happened but they cleaned and bandaged him up.

2022-05-03I came here with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was a blast!! I thought it was going to be a little bigger and honestly I didn’t know it was more for kids but we had a great time. The place was easy to check in and everything was clean and very nice.

2022-04-02Place is crazy. Workers are unattentive to waiver machines and unsure of errors. Needed help, Noone available. Finally told had to go to another place. Took about 5-10 mins just to buy tickets. Then get in and its like a madhouse maze.

2021-11-11Very expensive and tickets are timed so you cant stay too long. Its not worth getting a cheaper ticket than the $40 one because you wont be able to do something that your kids will definitely want to do.Lines are very, very long, like an hour wait. Lighting and acoustics are headache-inducing. Staff is absolutely miserable, in slow-motion, and unhelpful. Management must not treat them well or pay them well. It is usually super crowded even though they claim they have a capacity limit and at slower times they reduce staff so certain areas are closed and everything takes longer anyway. No one is wearing masks; even kids that are clearly to young to be fully vaccinated at this point. People leave their shoes on tables and chairs to reserve them and then they never come back, so you cant sit anywhere. Dont try to cash in your arcade tickets for prizes because there is no dedicated worker to do that and the front desk people will ignore you. Nothing is done in a logical or convenient way. They host like 15 birthday parties at a time so its total madness.

2022-03-04This place literally blew my mind! It definitely is on the expensive side for a kids indoor adventure park, but you definitely get an action packed time for the money! Trampolines, trampoline dodgeball, rock climbing, zip lining, obstacle course in the ceiling, virtual reality games, the list doesnt end! Such a great time! The only down side was that the place was packed! You definitely will be running around chasing your kids to keep your eye on them. Staff was very helpful and kind as well. Definitely would recommend!
