Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in other cities:
Love the activities but none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. It felt like when mom and dad leave kids in charge. Horribly long lines for a more than subpar snack bar. Wasted more time standing around than on rides, which kinda sucks. Would never get a seasonal pass.
My kids love this place We celebrated our daughters birthday here and all our guests and their children had a blast Best of all the kids were wiped out When it was all said and done it was bath time and bed time which gave my wife and I some alone time Lol Your kids will have a wonderful time here
We highly regret signing up for a contract and wont do it again. Not worth the lengthy and expensive commitment. The go karts and battle/foam pit are a favorite, however children were not distanced in line, masks were not worn by many, and highly touched items such as the VR headsets & accessories were not thoroughly wiped down between uses. We hoped for better, now the contract feels like a monthly ransom payment.
The only reason my family made reservations to come is because the website says that all patrons are required to mask. No one was enforcing that rule. More than half the adults and children were walking around either with masks around their chins or no masks on at all. I spoke to 2 different staff members neither of whom did much to help the situation. Our family left early, despite spending a small fortune to be here because it was not a safe situation. Urban Air, you need to get your act together.
Urban Air is more like trampoline bel air. Its got it all for your friends and family to enjoy: bonkers bumper cars, all-star VR, dope dodgeball, mad-machine trampolines, warrior courses and much oh so much more in store. Activate your awesome here. Be the hero you were always meant to be. Step up to the challenge. Unleash your inner power. Become who you were always meant to be. This is your opportunity for glory; get it high if you dare through the unreal experience in Urban Air.
Wow what an amazing experience!!!! I was impressed that they had sanitizing machines everywhere. I saw a lot of staff constantly cleaning. My daughter and her friends had so much fun that we had such a hard time getting the kids to want to go home. This was my first birthday party at Urban Air. My daughter and I was so pleased with there service. Our host (Mallory) was on point and the room was all set. As a parent they make the experience as less stressful for you....A+ for that. They never made us rush and it wasnt as packed as I had expected. I would advise you to fill out the waver ahead of time and prereserve for the day if your not doing a party. For those who are concern about age? If your child can jump alone on the trampoline then bring them. They dont want kids with someone else on the same trampoline. Also they have a little play attraction that kids can do if they are 3 or 4 years old. The older kids have so much todo as well with the basketball, virtual reality and go carts. (You need closed shoe for go carts) The rope course was difficult for a lot of the smaller kids. When they go to make turns the chain seems to get caught. The deluxe attraction is hard to but much easier then the rope course. It has four different course and so many ways to make it across. This park is awesome especially if you have a active kid. They will feel like they in a challenge 😉 for hours. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Accepting way more reservations than they can handle. Additionally, theyre accepting Birthday Party groups who get special access to all rides and continue to cut off the children already waiting on line for hours. Had my poor kids wait on line for the Go Karts for more than 2 hours. I bought the platinum pass but was able to use it for one ride only. Ridiculous beyond.
Very disappointed. Came to attend a birthday party, while there asked the front desk if I could pay for go karts since it was not included in the package of what the Birthday party was. The young lady advised me I could upgrade the wrist band they had for the same price, so that is what we did. I was not aware that the Birthday party wrist time expired and the young lady at the front did not tell us that & she upgraded my childrens wrist bands. I gave her the name of the party we attended and she looked it up and still upgraded the wrist bands. Once my children stood on a line to get on one of the vested rides, the attendant (Stephanie) would not let them and told them the band is expired. I went back to the front desk and asked the other young lady and she again told me, no it wasnt since I just upgraded it. The manager had to come (AJ) and instead of trying to fix the issue and error of the employee that advised of the misinformation, just gave our money back.Ive worked in Customer Service industry for over 20+ years, I would never let a customer walk out the door upset and inconvenienced due to an error on the companys part, and take no money instead of some money for the business.Very, very, disappointing!
We went on 7/17/21 and I took my 2 children, my kids where having a great time… till these grown kids came, and I guess she/ he slipped and fell on my 7 year old daughter hurt her head, and her wrist I mentioned this to the young generation that was working there, but he didn’t get what I was saying so I went to speak to the manager she was nice enough to tell me if she was ok and if she need some Ice but if I need to take her to the ER that this charger was not coming out my pocket I will come back, and let them pay for any doctor visits. But THEY need to limit certain people at a time especially when there young child’s playing. This is WHY I give it a 1 star.
To think I was so excited to bring my boys here, worst customer service in town I rather take my kids to a public park. I am terribly disappointed with my experience with Urban Air and their associates. I understand it’s a pandemic but they should have a choice on either scanning on the fore head or scanning on the arm when it comes to Kids! My son doesn’t do good with people so close to his face since he has ADHD. I shouldn’t have to explain my sons personal issues if there were some diversity. Also the manager on shift with the blonde hair was unprofessional and rude. She also mentioned if I paid on the side machine I wouldn’t have to wait on line. Just to pay and wait on line. I asked a young lady she said wait on line in which I understand she can’t leave the machine unattended but the manager walked away from her post to put bracelets on three kids who I’m going to assume are members already. Equality is important when it comes to kid friendly environments and because of our experience today I wouldn’t leave my child unattended here nor would I return back or spend another dollar.. Now days we work to hard to get treated with such terrible customer service.. Do better for the kids!
My four kids ages 13-6 enjoyed it immensely. Especially enjoyed go carts, sky ride and vr, although my 10-year-old was too short for the sky ride and was only told after waiting in line. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating and it made all the difference. Special thanks to manager AJ for the extra care in ensuring a most wonderful experience. Would recommend for all ages. Was expensive, but money well spent!
I took my 11 year old and a bunch of his friends to the Middletown NY location this past weekend. I could not have been more impressed. I’m almost always disappointed at places like this because of the cleanliness and customer service ( mostly a bunch of teenagers who look absolutely miserable to be there!) But not here! The place was super clean, they disinfected all the attractions after each group of kids got done. All the employees were really nice and helpful! Great job Urban Air!!!
We just had my daughters birthday party here and overall had a great experience. Our hostess Lexi was on top of everything and the kids had so much fun with her. The attractions are all great! I do wish the entrance was a bit more organized for guests of parties. It took a long time for my guests to print out their waivers and we lost 20 minutes of party time due to it. Perhaps telling guests to arrive 20 minutes or more before the party time could help alleviate that.
I went to the galleria for something else, and saw this place, & just walked in to check it out for my son and check prices; it seemed to be a cool place...(I gave it 4 stars, due to the fact that I was by myself and was just scoping it out,... Im guessing or anticipating, that Ill rate it higher after I bring my son.)
🎉 This was the BEST place to be not too far from home 🏡 but awesome 👏🏼 😎 🤩 even though LegoLanD was sold out ,we all burnt calories and jumped and laughed 😂 explain the excitement 🤪🤗🥳😊 playing dodgeball with my grandson and mom then going through the tunnels it was just an amazing night thank you urban air [ Four = 4 GeneraTions 🧬 having a blast 💥 it brings the childhood out of you and a place to be with your family
We had a great time! Went on a weekday to stay away from the crowds and it wasawesome! The staff were all friendly and having a good time with me, my husband and all 3 of the kids who are 12, 9 and 7. The place is a little pricey, think they could come down a few bucks on the packages but overall a great experience!
Been trying to cancel my membership for a year and I have been emailing left and right and got no response from anyone. I’ve made my 12th payment so I don’t understand why I can’t get anytime to cancel my membership. I don’t recommend getting a membership because if the headache you deal with just to cancel a simple membership. I don’t even go to urban air anymore and I keep on getting charged on my card and it’s starting to get annoying. SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME!!!!!!
AJ who says he is the general manager is rude from the moment you walk in. He makes a mistake at the register and he is nasty with the customers as if it is the customer’s fault. Then he went to station his nasty self in the virtual reality and he was making everyone miserable. He was nasty to the customers in front of us and then because my daughter was next to us and not on line he took us out and made us go to the end of the line. He is nasty and he says “im the manager” thinking he can treat people however he wants. He has no customerService training. If he is around you will loose customers with memberships like us. Thank
For the price that I paid for me and my son, this was a terribly expensive experience. Although there are employees everywhere, nobody can help you. I waited for 40 minutes for a locker even though I saw that multiple people left and told me they were leaving. When I told the workers no one seemed to care, I even told the manager and he brushed it off. When I took my son to the trampolines there was no one employee or parent watching what the kids do I had to tell other children multiple times to please stop knocking into my child. Multiple people were served before me, even though they had the same orders if not more for then I ordered, I had also paid before them.I went to buy food and it took em 40 minutes to make waffle fries and nachos with cheese. They had the door open for about an hour and it froze the eating section. I spent close to 100 dollars here today, and it was the worst waste of money in my life. When I talked to the manager he had nothing nice to say.
It is a nice place, but the time allowed to play is not enough for the number of people that go to the park which causes frustrations on the kids that need to wait 30 minutes to participate on a activity. My kids got frustrated and told me that they wanted to leave. There are only 4 tables for adults to sit and relax.
Very fun for the whole family. The prices were a little high but worth all the things that you could do. My one complaint would be the workers all seemed very irritated and visibly not happy. My whole time there only 2 workers were genuinely nice and seemed happy. Other than that great place to go to spend a day.
I was completely turned off I tried to call to learn about the parties I was hung up on by an employee over 30 times! I understand it was very busy was the first two weeks it was open and they probably had a lot of kinks to work out but that was no way to treat customers I feel that they need to hire more mature employees! I actually booked her party now somewhere else just because I don’t wanna have service like that!
Its a little pricey especially since you dont have access to everything because of covid but it was an absolute blast I enjoyed the VR and go carts the most. I will definitely suggest for birthdays or just a place for you and the kids to enjoy since weve been on lockdown for months
The owner is abrasive and needs to learn some manners and respect for personal space... This was the second time we came here because it was so packed last time the boys literally waited half hour to do just about everything. The staff is polite but the be owner ought to come up with a better system then man handling you at the front. Were definitely not coming back
Took my kids to Urban Air recently and the experience was disappointing. Although the set up at Urban Air has a lot of potential for children to enjoy themselves, the staff & management seemed deficient in training & experience. I would not recommend any parent to drop off their child at Urban Air while relying on staff to keep their children safe. I observed many children getting hurt in the play areas and bullied as staff remained unaware of what was going on! The number of children in a play area isnt controlled and I had to call a staff member to assist a child that had climbed up and found herself frozen in fear to climb down. (The child was 2 feet in front of him!)😨 Smh.
It was nice and fun however I am very disappointed at how expensive this facility is operating. I am also disappointed that your packages you pay for dont include everything unlimited and your timed. This facility also refused to honor a voucher (Groupon promotion to use at Urban Air locations) we PURCHASED (paid for) to use at UrbanAir in galleria mall. So we had to pay even more money just to go in. Theres different packages. The lines for the amusements are 15 to 30 minutes long(very busy and crowded and low staff) cutting into the total time your allowed to play there. I find it to be like going to an amusement park only you could stay ALLL DAY at an amusement park for the money we paid here and had to leave exactly when they announce your color wrist ban time is up. They need to fix a lot of things. Hire more staff too and lower the prices or provide more time or unlimited time to play with packages. They should also honor vouchers paid for to use at Urban Air and not tell someone its only for one location which is out of state. I never complain but I will be honest and say how it is. This place has so much potential but there needs to be adjustments.
Im very unhappy one we traveled from Pennsylvania to take my three daughters there one being special needs and been asking to go to a trampoline park we get there and she says unless we had a reservation we can go in. it doesnt say that anywhere on the website so we make a quick reservation and sit around for an hour and a half we look at the price and there charging the regular price and has three of the things the kids can do on that package closed so why are we paying full price for a package with three things closed there was one person working two different things my daughter was very upset because she doesnt understand alot and all she wanted was go carts but yet to small to go by her self i would had to pay more money witch was fine but not 40 dollars more i they have all theres rules and stuff but what about little ones or special needs chikderen that may need help i cant help her because there cant be be two on a squar all in all its not memt for special needs childern and i really wish i never spent my money there we wont be going back
To the young lady that open the gate today Feb 13 at 4pm thank you for all your help very helpful and maybe your boss should put you as the party coordinator planner..bc Courtney that is the party coordinator has an attitude issue, does not show workship, how can you roll your eyes to your coworkers in front of the customers. We were there from the moment the gates open after waiting 25 mins for Courtney she decided that another party should be attended first after the nice lady told her we were next. My husband try to explain we next and she gave him attitude not a way to treat customers. Management should rethink her placement with the company!!!
Our 6-8 slot was cut abrupt. They sent my son to go twiddle his thumbs since they start closing sections from 7PM.The Covid19 precautions are out of the roof. Most things are closed & overload of social distancing drama. Pain of an outing for the poor 2020 youngsters.
My kids were disappointed they said I that it wasnt properly set up signs where not visible. For what I paid they did not have fun they complained that the smaller kids should have there own section since they couldnt have as much fun because of the little kids I get they deserve to have fun to but they shouldnt be with bigger kids
I went inside to look around just to see if this was a place I could bring my son and nephew while I was at the mall and the nasty owner said I can’t look around I’m a liability and said I had to leave. She had no credentials on her so I asked her do you work here she said I’m the owner. Very nasty and very rude and I wouldn’t bring my kid there. Place looked hectic and poorly ran.

2022-01-09My kids love this place. We come here every few months. Some of the staff is not friendly at all!! We waited for the virtual game and after waiting online and finally being our turn. My husband asks her to wipe down the mask. We saw the wipes but it wasn’t wiped until it was our turn

2021-08-03This place is awesome!! Highly reccomend the platinum pass since everything there to do is so, so fun and its worth the $$!! We spent 5 hours ( broken up with lunch in between) and it was such great fun for my two kids (6 and 8) and myself! The staff are SO sweet and were cheering us on, helping us when we needed and they were professional and supportive for a bunch of young kids. I plan on going back soon to master that obstacle course!

2022-04-10We were very impressed by this place. Despite obvious floor traffic, seemed very clean. Tons of activities for all ages. Parents can go with your kids. We had a blast and our daughter bounced nonstop for hours. Slides, climbers, rope course, obstacles, VR, just lots to do. Staff were very nice young people who communicated, watched kids, and were responsible. You can do daily packages or membership options. Excellent on a cold or rainy day!!

2022-03-28I would say this is a amazing place to bring your kids to have fun. But I would keep it above 10 years old we recently went for a party and my son is 4 yrs old. It is unsafe for younger kids even in the trampoline and especially in the climbing area with the slide because the employees do not regulate when smaller kids are around. The larger older kids run the smaller ones over and it is unsafe for younger smaller kids. But will think about returning when older. Maybe think about training the employees on how to keep the place safer or raise the recommended age of guests. I know they make you sign a waiver but I would not of signed it or even entered if I knew how it was going to be. We left early because of the fact that it was out of control.

2022-02-18Manager was extremely rude & we were here an hour before anything was said to us about having to buy “their” socks….online it just says you have to come with socks on. She was rude & short with us. Definitely not worth the $ either here. Half of the workers are not even paying attention to anything going on and mingling between the rides. Do better. SMDH.

2022-04-18This place would be really cool if it wasn’t ridiculously overcrowded. They don’t have enough staff, no one stops anyone from cutting lines, the VR headsets are all broken. We waited in line for 45 min for the Vr and we get up there and there’s only one headset left that works. The line for the go karts has to be 2 hours long. My kids gave up and left the line. The platinum tickets were a big waste of money.

2022-05-20This place is filthy! Spoke to the manager and showed him the huge dust balls the area our daughter was playing in a few weeks ago , he apologized and gave us credits to come back another day and said he would address it. We came back today and it’s just as dirty! I hate to write a review like this but with all that’s going on with emerging and re-emerging viruses post covid this is a huge concern!
