Needed to find a pair of jeans they said they had in stock... but they wouldnt find them. I had to search through all the piles myself. Thanks for the help. Stiles kind of sucked. ID menswear a couple blocks over had way better stuff.
A nicer Urban Outfitters with a fun community space. Staff are so helpful & go out of their way to provide above-average service. Highly recommend visiting the roof if you can (if its open)--there is a nice view!
Chic 3 level store in williamsburg. The mens sections is smaller then expected. Alot of womens options. Very cool layout of store. No fitting rooms due to covid 19.
Order a cool looking sofa off the website. Had no idea that they sold furniture until one of the sell associate put me up on game. went straight home and started ordering
Pretty lackluster as a UO w not much actual product compared to other stores... especially for men. Its pretty popular but nothing special. It has a rooftop bar with not much of a view and honestly not like they have great bartenders. Its more if a pitstop, a NJ ice place to just sit down for a little with a beer outside.
Over priced items. The company on a whole have really changed over the years. The only person who greeted me was the security at the door and he even gave me a shopping bag. Spent 1 hour in here ( upstairs and downstairs) and I just left with 2 drinking cups.
The aesthetic of this space is so dope!! Even the stairwell was like, great for photography. I came here for an event called Post-Graduate Artrepreneurship. Lots of beautiful people and great neighborhood!
I try few cosmetic items, but they just can try and no remover, so I asked frontdoor staff and he said I can use 2nd floor restroom, and I go upstair and asked twice more but I cant use restroom..:p not good. later 3rd floor staff was treat me like asian:want 2 use restroom in our store and that was pretty unpleasant. anyway except that, here is pretty nice.
You may see the best of it hidden in the back of the top shelf of the third floor on the right of the third floor of the building a bunch of China deals to dress the tired people who even get to see it I think in case of a fire this place has a hot 10 on speed of combustion I love to write more but if you already wasted your time reading this you may as well go to some decent store to find what you need without having to look at a buch of toys.
This isnt a store: its the future of retail. This Urban Outfitters concept store leaves all the others faaar in the dust with everything a Brooklyn hipster needs to live. Theres a beautifully-curated section of cosmetics and skin care, primarily for women, with an eye toward small, quality Brooklyn manufacturers. Theres a floor or two of clothes for both sexes, all beautifully displayed and without the jumble sale-style of most UOs. There are surfing and biking supplies, including a vending machine with bicycle tires, and a small turntable department as well as books and records. After the shopping is done, everybody can meet up in the basement art gallery, or in the attractive bar, or stunning roof deck. Restaurant coming soon.
One of my favorite places to shop at. They have a better selection on stuff online. And they usually have a lot of deals going on too.

Floor plan layout is poor & incredibly confusing. I didnt know how to go up or downstairs or even where the registers to pay were. Staff is often no where to be found: I had to ask the security guard to find a cashier for me so I could pay & get out of there. Will not be going back.

The place actually has an Urban Outfitters. On three floors, you will understand that it is ultra spacious! However, I was quite disappointed with the products on offer and the staff not caring about what you might need.
The basement and the second floor are quite large. There is no toilet, and there is a drinking fountain. There is a space to sit and relax.
A new Urban Outffiters space in the same line as the rest. Local design a bit chaotic conditioned by the adaptation of the premises. It has a very small sales section, less than in other stores. It has a very original bar on the top floor. In general it is expensive. Staff attention is slow

2021-08-10Super cool space! Great lay out which weaves you from side to side finding beautiful treasures along the way. Take stairs in the back left up to all the other levels & floors. They also have an elevator. On 2nd floor is where you’ll find architectural stairs in the middle of the space made of iron & wood going up to 3rd floor. The wood floors are textured and stylish and whole place is homey and comfortable. This store is a gem for just finding so many things to look at that’s structural besides the clothes, homeware, skincare, vinyl records, games, etc…& that’s fun for me (ex. Check out cool stickers in the stairwell from 1st to 2nd floor or window looking downstairs that’s hidden in the photo booth on 3rd, etc.) Been shopping UA for decades now & all the stores I’ve visited are esthetically pleasing and their clothes etc. are unique, hip, cool, trendy, remakes from the past, vintage, sexy, comfy, practical or over the top and prices run the gamut from expensive to very affordable and scoring at their sales racks are a bonus! And kudos to the free reusable bags 💼 with purchase & the coolest cashier guy (199423) on the register who was patient with me giving him 3 phone numbers and 3 email addresses before finally finding my correct loyalty email address! Fun shopping!

2022-03-05There is a nice selection of clothing and accessories for men and women, as well as Korean grilled foods on the third floor. Nice to see one in Williamsburg, since the main store on 14th Street closed.

2020-01-09I used to love Urban Outfitters, but maybe now I’m just too old. I came here to look for some large mugs and didn’t like the selection (some of the ones online are nice). The store in general looks worn out; this may be intentional or done for irony, but it would look nicer with some fixing up. The stairs down the the sale section look it’s from an abandoned high school that was perhaps flooded at some point.

2020-01-13I came here a few times for basic accessories like hats and belts, and it took three times before I realised they had a whole extra area upstairs! Haha. Be sure to go upstairs, thats where the majority of their clothes are, and downstairs is the stuff on sale. Always warm and clean, and the staff are lovely.

2019-04-30The store is perfect. It is very well stocked, and there are multiple floors.My only complaint is for one of the associates who was working on the second floor today. When a customer asks you to show them where the jewelry is you shouldnt say Right there. Right there is too general and rude.A good associate would have stopped what they were doing to simply make eye contact and point where the item is or even walk with the customer to the correct area and so I guess ill get what i need from Amazon.

2020-01-14The merchandise is fantastic and great quality. Very clean! Although, there was one staff member working the fitting rooms on the 2nd floor with the WORST attitude I have EVER seen. I was doing absolutely nothing wrong, just making my way to my fitting room that the other nice lady got me, and the rude one was questioning me and giving me a nasty look just for existing. When she was putting away merchandise, she acted as if everyone was just in her way and never bothered to show any form of kindness. It was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an associate and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I will be going to other UO locations from now on.
