Friendly Staff. Good selection
Need more selection of sizes and styles in the store. Always have to order online instead. And no shoe selection in the stores at all.
Staff is always friendly, I have never had a problem making returns or anything. One of my favorite shops at the mall!
Love the poured concrete floors and exposed steel. A little pricey but love the hipster vibe.
Good service and selection, and the prices arent too bad, especially if you sign on as a member. Definitely a bright spot in this mall.

Employee named Veronica was rude. Ignored me standing there to ask a question while she was socializing with a coworker. I finally said excuse me and she turned to look at me and roll her eyes! Take your $$$$$ elsewhere .
I hardly ever go in here and when I do, its to look at the books and housewares. That being said, I still dont really buy anything because I dont agree with the companys beliefs.

2022-01-05Horrible EmployeesMy friends and I came in and not only were the workers very rude, but they forgot to take off the automatic tag on one of our items. The atmosphere was good and the clothes were somewhat cute, but the employees ruined the whole experience with their condescending and disrespectful attitude.

2019-07-11Atmosphere was great but MAKE SURE you look to see if they take off the protective item trackers on your purchases. My friend and I went in and when he got home he realized they didnt take it off so he had to drive all the way back so that they could remove it. Otherwise the experience was super fun and the music was great there too

2019-01-20Typical urban outfitters. Usually have good sales on. Always great to grab a gift for someone.I like their collection of records, and record players.Clothing is very hipster oriented. Sometimes overpriced for what it is
