The WellNow in Camillus was very efficient. We were in quickly, and seen quickly. It was very clean and the people were friendly. The doctor understood our issue and gave us what we needed.
Wellnow is a Fabulous place for healthcare. The staff is very nice and courteous! They get you right in and out. Everyone is friendly!! They greet you when you get to the window and when you leave they tell you to have a good day.Best place to go as an alternate to your PCP.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quick service, and reasonable charge. No lines and very clean and fresh. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave, I relaxed in the massage chair while enjoying the nature sounds of the trickling water feature on the wall. Remote in hand while waiting for my x Ray results. Enjoyed the slushie machine. Sorry I didn’t get the chance to play Pac-Man. I highly recommend this place.

I was bitten by a dog. Went to Wellnow near home. Got signed in( she was conscious of my finger and being unable to write!), And taken right into a room. Was immediately given the initial check-up, the nurse left and the PA came right in. Took care of me in no time! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Finger is feeling much better! Thanks for being quick and efficient!
Easy to make appointment on-line, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Very considerate to my illness and received same when had to have stitches.
My intake information was handled quickly and efficiently. I was taken into an examination room and was promptly seen by medical staff, PA, Nurse and X-RAY technician. Everyone listened to my medical concerns and was able to recommend appropriate prescription and medical care moving forward. I was pleased with my visit and everyones concern for my getting and feeling better as quick as possible.Far better experience than trying to get into your primary care physician and or hospital visit.
Went there very anxious. The staff was amazing gave me peace of mind. Was treated quickly. Dr was kind and attentive along with his nurses. I highly would recommend this urgent care
Great experience! Had to get a Covid test for an event this weekend, so I stopped in here. Check in was super fast, and my test was administered by Keyonna, who was amazing! I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. I got my results within a few hours! Easy process.
Every time my family has needed to visit WellNow, the experience has been excellent. The providers are so kind and caring and most importantly for me, great with children. They are patient and efficient, and wait times are short if you have an appointment. I highly recommend them.
The tech and NP were fantastic and so compassionate with my kids who clearly didn’t feel great. The staff at wellnow knows exactly how to get you in and out, without feeling rushed.

I had to bring my grandson to wellnow Monday do you him being ill at school. We went to the Fairmount location but they only do Covid. test which was the only downside but at least there’s one not to far away. Everyone was very nice and hellos from everyone when we walked in and left My grandson was every scared crying as he is autistic and our nurse maria was amazing. She talked to him and explained everything that was going to be done, made him laugh and even brought him a snack and toy. He was so happy leaving usually he is anxious I’m just so happy with our visit and the doctor was good too. I will be bringing him back here if ever need be! Thank you wellnow and Maria!
I found the staff to be welcoming, caring and sincerely interested in my needs.The facility was very clean and comfortableThere wasn’t a long wait.The nurse practitioner as well as the x-Ray tech were kind & compassionateI appreciated how she listened patiently and explained things to me.They were thorough from the beginning to end of my visit
Absolutely horrible. Dr.steinman was very polite and professional so this review has nothing to do with him. Waited over an hour and half to get a PPD test, just find out they “didn’t have any”. As a medical facility you should absolutely know immediately know when you run out of things. Also they woman doing the physical told me “it wasn’t her fault because she didn’t know and to go to Liverpool” no apology for waiting and was going to let me leave with out my paperwork. This used to be my favorite well now. Due to this experience will not be returning. As a healthcare worker myself I would never let this happen. Then on the way no one offered me a refund, I had to ask. The staff should pay a lot closer attention to detail.

Use them a lot for travel. Excellent customer service and reliable and expeditious return of test results of RT PCR !!! I’ve searched and used labs in the Buffalo / Rochester / Syracuse region for this purpose and Never disappoints!!

Employees at this location were very rude. I came here for a Urine Screen for Employment and ended up getting put in the waiting room where Ive been sitting for 1 hour and 45 minutes and am still waiting! When I ask Im told theyre lunches are more important. When Ive deff sat here and witnessed 4 nurses standing around gossiping and flirting with some Mike nurse.Completely unprofessional! Will not return to this location!
We have gone here 3 times over the past year for various minor but urgent injuries, and we cannot recommend it enough! They are a super fast operation; they have an extraordinarily friendly, professional, and caring staff; they run an immaculate and impressively state-of-the-art-looking facility. We don’t have great health insurance either, and I was astounded at how low the cost was! Totally takes away any anxiety I used to have over needing medical attention. It’s like having a cottage hospital, but with TECHNOLOGY, right in our backyard!
In and out in less than an hour. But darn, did not get to finish the movie that was plaing on the flat screen in the examination room. So glad this place exists and close by. I second any wonderful things said about staff and the business.
When I first arrived the girl told me it would be a 45 minute wait I told her I didn’t care I was sick and would wait. I told her my symptoms and she immediately took me back! The nurse practitioner I saw was very professional and thorough with my care. I was more then pleased with the care I received!
I was seen at wellnow and was given the best triage hands down by Corinne. She is through, wonderful, and she helped me feel better. Great job corinne!
Went to the Camillus location in the evening for a Covid test. Even though we are going thru a surge right now and they were at capacity, the staff were very professional and pleasant. They took excellent care of me, getting me thru the process as quickly as they could.I honestly give them a lot of credit. I had tried to go to the Liverpool location on my lunch, but they were also at capacity, and I had to leave. While I was there, I witnessed someone swear at one of the staff and storm out of the door. My heart goes out to them…their job is unbelievably hard, especially during the pandemic, and hearing in the news that people have left their positions at some businesses, leaving places short-staffed.My daughter is a nurse, and I can only hope that people treat her with kindness, as it takes a special person to do the job. Thank you for all that you do. ♥️
This place was great. Friendly staff and clean and kid friendly. My 6yr old daughter went in for a covid swab and was terrified from a bad experience before hand. Well the nurse that came in was so patient and soft spoken with her made her very comfortable by telling her it’s not going to go all the way to the top of her nose and it’ll tickle. The nurse was so gentle and made her laugh as she did it. She was wonderful!! My daughter was so happy and said mom if I ever have to do that again I want to come back to her!!! Thanks again staff!! Great Work!!
The best urgent care to go to! They get you in and out faster than any other place I’ve been, and they are very thorough. Also, a friendly caring staff.. Only gave four stars, due too, it’s hard to call them and get through.

I pre-registered online and this definitely helped me get through the line faster ahead of any walk-ins. There was a bit of a delay to get seen past my appointment time, but I think that is to be expected with so many people getting COVID testing. Once in a room I was seen fairly promptly and the PA was very thorough. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
We had an appointment and actually got 2 Covid tests and was back in our car heading home in less than 1/2 hour. But with out an appointment wait time would have been almost 2, hours.I would suggest an appointment. Phone contact is bad , I even needed to physically go to get results as I could not get thru on phone.But a follow thorough appointment again went very well , the PA was very good.
The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. They immediately brought my 17 yo daughter in for treatment while I gave them our information. The FNP-C was wonderful and had my daughter laughing and smiling by the time I got back to the treatment room. Very friendly and professional staff! Thank you.
I was immediately seen and didn’t even have too sit down. I was greeted with kindness and compassion from every clinician. They were professional , thorough, kind snd I felt totally taken care of. More so than my current primary care office. I cant say enough about this beautiful, clean facility, with staff that really make it shine!!!!!

In the midst of tremendous numbers of people seeking a Covid test, they handled everything professionally and with a smile. I waited in my car for an hour and a half - they said it could be 3 hours and I willingly stayed- and got me in and out quickly!
My visit to Wellcare in Fairmount/Camillus NY was excellent. The reception staff was friendly, courteous, and expeditious. I signed and was led directly to a waiting room. I waited only 5 minutes until the doctor arrived. The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She knew exactly what my problem was immediately.My entire visit was less than 30 minutes.
The staff and medical providers at WellNow Urgent Care treated me with sincere empathy and patience. I felt very “cared for “ during a distressful time.
Our visit was great from when we walked in the door! The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming! All of the practitioners we saw were 💯 fabulous! I was there for my 13 y/o daughter with an ankle injury; they talked to her and made her feel comfortable! They all seemed happy to be there which is great at a time like this!
Everyone there was very sweet and loving to me and very gentle, I have severe mental illness and they let me listen to meditation music while I had my test done. I just wish we could find a way to help more homeless people.
The staff were all gety patient, kind and caring! During these rough times that had amazing attitudes! My only complaint is you cant get an online appt.
Very professional friendly staff. Answered all my questions. They were very busy and when I asked approximately how long of a wait. Lady gave me what turned out to be a very accurate estimate.
Staff was wonderful and very friendly. They certainly try to make the best out of a worst case scenario!! However be careful with billing - I updated my insurance information with them as I had aged off of a parents plan and three months later received a bill for $207.00 because they had billed the wrong insurance. I spent two weeks emailing and calling before I finally heard backfrom someone. The kicker here is that the bill said they respond within 48 hours....was not thrilled about that however I am glad the billing issue was resolved!
Had a bad case of poison ivy and was seen within the hour. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.
My experience was absolutely amazing! I had a very knowledgeable and professional NP by the name of Mike D complete a physical for me. It was my one of many visits to well now that I genuinely enjoyed. He made both my boyfriend and I laugh and managed to get everything done in as little as 10 minutes! I must also include how gentle he was at taking my TB test!Multitasking at its finest!. Thank you well Now and Mike(NP).
As always, the service and care provided at this location is wonderful. Extra special thanks to Amy Harper for making my visit quick and easy and for being so genuine, kind and also knowledgeable. During these unprecedented times, it’s nice to have such great care provided by these medical professionals.
Very poor service. Sat in an exam room for more than 15 minutes with the simpsons playing on the television and only met with one person to take my vitals. She left and then NOTHING. My room was directly across from the nurses station. I listened to about three or four nurses laughing and giggling all the time I was in the room. After 15 minutes I then left and no one said anything to me. 10 minutes after I had arrived home someone called and asked if I still wanted to be seen. They then told me they were down to one medical care assistant. I refused to go back up there. I also told them it wasn’t my problem that they only had one person to diagnose my problem and that someone should have come in and let me know that it would be an extended period of time. I would not recommend going to WellNow.
Great experience! I was able to schedule an online appointment and get in quick. Able to fill out info online and check in was painless. Staff friendly and helpful. Immediately put at ease and felt well taken care of in a safe clean environment. Would definitely recommend.
The entire staff from.the front reception to the Nurse & the Provider were all excellent - extremely courteous & professional. We walked in & were seen right away without an appt. Its not the closest one to our house but I would go out of my way to go there again. Im a Nurse & I was impressed !
We had really good service! Granted, we had an oopsie at like, 10PM, so no other patients were there anyway. But, we had Chelsea (I believe that’s her name) and she was really personable (seeing as we’ve also had her before). It was overall a good trip
Ok these people are SUPER nice, and despite dealing with sick and usually upset patients (because theyre sick), they kept it together! I wasnt even there for an hour and I got everything I needed done! Thank you so much you guys!!**Also, I dont have kids, but this place is very kid friendly!!! As a person without them, its really really really nice to see things there that are generally catered towards kids (and maybe a few of us stoners.....) SLUSHIES
The Well Now in Fairmount was packed yesterday with sick people. They did their best to move us along despite the fact people were yelling at them for being slow. The nurses were sweet and attentive as were the doctors.
The staff was great. The wait time was very quick.
Went in for an employer drug screening. Staff was very friendly and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very appreciative as well that there was an alternate waiting area for people that werent being seen for illnesses.
Very short wait time, beautiful new facility, and a caring and concerned staff made for an excellent experience. Very professional, these people set the standard for what emergency care should be. I highly recommend them.
I initially scheduled an online appointment with the older WellNow clinic in Fairmount. As I hobbled in with crutches, I was told that I wouldnt be able to be seen because the Fairmount location is currently only being used as a Covid Testing clinic. If this was indicated online, I must have missed it.Upon check in at the Camillus location, the staff apologized for the inconvenience at the previous location and expedited my visit, including x-ray for my badly sprained ankle. I was put in a very comfortable room and was checked on often.The very attentive x-ray technician/front desk angel, noticed that the crutches I came in on didnt fit properly, so she took the initiative to find another set.Very very impressed with this location- it will be my go to for future urgent care needs, and I will highly recommend it to friends and family.Thank You again, WellNow Camillus! Your facility and staff embody compassionate patient care!
Caitlin Coleman was the nurse practitioner that treated me. She made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. I wasn’t kept waiting long at all. She was very friendly and overall I left feeling significantly better about my current situation. Couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Very professional and yet still very caring.
They were very busy so there was a wait but not too long, staff was respectful and did a great job under the circumstances , would go there if I couldn’t get in to see my doctor. Definitely 5 stars for me.
I walked in to be seen, I have my usual sinus infection that I get every year at this time and being a healthcare worker I didnt want to take a chance of it being Covid so I need PCR Covid test. I waited 2 hours but I was told up front that would be the wait time. I was treated with respect by all, the MD was wonderful and thorough. I was on my way home with scripts picked up at Wegmans in no time. Thankfully this is just my usual sinus infection. Camillus WellNow urgent care is excellent. Professional care from nice people. From the easy online sign in to the welcoming atmosphere at check in by a kind person at the front desk, I felt at ease. They even have an icy drink machine for nervous kids! The location was a bit out of the way for me but totally worth the extra drive.
Dr Lydia and staff were all very professional and super friendly. There was no wait time. Got in and out within half an hour and our issue was taken care of. Will definitely go there again if need to in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
I went here for an 8pm Covid test on 03/02/2021 and of the 4 people I interacted with, every one of them were very polite and energetic. I wish I new the nurses name but the doctor I saw was Dr Bethany. They were both such friendly people and they made me feel so welcome and comfortable.
I was able to walk in with my son and we were seen so quickly. Got results back quickly as well, now my son can get back to school Monday!

WellNow is always very professional and kind to me and my family. I make a appointment ahead of time and never have to wait long, in and out in 30 minutes or less. Their staff is professional and experienced even with my son with special needs. 5 stars would recommend
The new Camillus Well Now is awful! I got sent there by another Well Now bc the one in Clay is just covid testing even though I needed a covid test they turned me away bc they cant offer meds. So drove to Camillus the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly. When I explained that I was having problem breathing and other covid symptoms she said its a 3 to 4 hour wait. When I asked to make an appointment to come back later in the day she told me to go online and when I did it says they were walk ins only. When I tried calling back to speak with someone no one has yet to answer the phone there.
Very pleasant staff. Took care of me with with a smile on their faces. Patched me up at later night hr. So thankful that they were there. Hope I dont need them again...but very thankful they are there
All staff members were friendly helpful and knowledgeable, I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I liked that coffee and slushees were available to anyone. That is especially nice for children.
The employees are wonderful and know their jobs very well. They make you feel at ease and comfortable . They even have coffee and cold drinks for the kids in the waiting room.
Brought my 89 year old Mom to Well Now Urgent Care’s new facility in Fairmount/Camillus area on Saturday 12/26. I checked on the website first to see if you could schedule an appointment & it said there were none available. Thinking, it’s urgent care, so you don’t need an appointment, we went anyway. As soon as we came in - no signs to say call first before entering- I was asked if we had an appointment. It was very confusing & people were coming in asking for Covid tests after having waited in their cars. I felt bad like I was cutting in line. But once we were registered & in the examination room, the people couldn’t have been nicer & more efficient. Moms urine test was done quickly & we were recommended to go to the hospital just to be in the safe side. As it turned out, 2 days after testing negative at her living center, she was positive at the hospital. So it’s a good thing we went.Strongly recommend this center.
Staff is used and abused. I went and and felt horrible for the staff witness management telling staff to “find their own coverage” and Mrs. Chamberlain telling another who’d been there 9 hours without a break to “suck it up” and “step it up”. Disgusting. Management doesn’t care about anyone.
Husband had Covid test 8/12/21 at 7:00 am told would get results in 24 hours!! Well over 24 hours, not answering phone!!!! Needs results to clear for infusion!!!!!

They lied to me on the phone about the wait time and proceeded to suggest I go to the one in Liverpool when I arrived I went straight to a room literally no wait time and when I got thereA lady name Valarie who lied to me when I arrived I asked who “ Valarie “ was they said no on there worked there with that name! Both receptionist lied They Lied about their name as well one receptionist who was sitting there doing literally nothing asked me was I the one that just called ! and then “ Valarie “ came from the back nursing stations to intimidate me and show her face and start confrontation provoking behavior unacceptable well now they continued to stare at us and have side conversations about us our whole visit ! GROSS would not recommend

I went to the new Camillus WellNow Urgent Care for a COVID test following an exposure. Every staff member was welcoming, efficient, and helpful. Minimal wait time, answered all of my questions. Couldnt ask for anything more. They were outstanding!

I had an unfortunate accident with a knife. This was not going to be fixed with a band aid. I took myself to WellNow Urgent Care. Within 45 minutes, I was checked in, seen by a very professional, welcoming PA, with follow up from a jovial, competent nursing assistant. Promo treatment, explicit care instructions and I was on my way. In the middle of a pandemic...but ready for Thanksgiving.

November 9th I was told by my close friend that she tested positive for Covid 19. I was immediately got anxiety and panicked! I over thought it because I live with my aging mother I care for her and she is my prize possession but that day a beautiful Nurse Erin came in the room with such good vibes. Before I was entered into the room there was a lot going on in the waiting room there was a patient that went completely off on the nurses that were in the front of the house they never lost their cool they never deterred from the mission of servicing someone there after and answering phones. I work in hospitality and understand the need of service. BUT THEY ARE HUMAN THEY RISK THEIR LIVES FOR US! And some people like me are SUPER grateful for you ALL Nurse Erin you Rock! Keep pushin!

Doctor never sent my script to the drustore for needed antibiotics. I had to call them to send it in! They also tested me for COVID, but still couldnt get my test results after almost a week & half! After trying to brush it off that once its sent out to the lab, its out of their hands, in my 1st call to them, in my 2nd call the following week & really pushing for answers, they then told me the lab couldnt run the test because they didnt collect enough specimen!! They refused to tell me when they got that info & likely had been sitting on it the whole time! Ill never go back to that facility. I have no confidence in them at this point. They were very nice, but very incompetent!
From the time I walked in until the time I left everyone was very friendly. They took the time to listen to me and made sure I was clear about what they were saying. The only thing that bothered me was that a PA/Bethany I believe told me I should go to the hospital, asked where I wanted to go and said she’d call ahead and let them know that I was on my way. Never happened. They said she never called.
The staff was very professional. The Camilus site was very prompt. From the time I checked in and out was less than 30 minutes. Id highly recommend Well Now especially this site if you need care.
After a month in Mississippi and Our Governor updating the protocol on Travelers coming from out of state. I got a covid test done in Mississippi witch was awful to say the least three days before my return to upstate. After my three days quarantine here it was time for my next covid test. So I made a appointment at the new WellNow on W Genesee Fairmont NY. OMG it was a breeze when the test was administered. Fast and painless. The staff was great and on time...Thank You WellNow

I had to go twice this week for Covid 19 tests and staff (especially Hayley, who administered my tests both times) were so amazing and sweet to me. Its scary enough to have to have a Covid 19 test, but everyone at WellNow made it easier for me.
With all the new protocols for schools about your child being sick and returning to school with a negative Covid test, having urgent care near by is helpful because the pediatricians offices are busier **bonus the staff is awesome here ** 😄

Weve been to the new wellnow (the old carols spot) a few times and theyve always been clean, friendly and pretty quick for an urgent care.
Folks at the front desk and the first nurse/doctor were great. Second older male doctor questioned why I was even there and was all around rude.
Couldn’t have been easier. Reserved an appt at 7:00 am, arrived at 7:30, called in around 7:40 for my 7:45 appt. In and out, stopped for prescription and home in 1 hour 15”. Thank you!!
Loved the check in process and unlike my covid testing, I was seen at the time of my appointment which I appreciated...nurse and PA were very friendly and I was done in about 20 minutes, another plus
I brought my son here in it was horrible wait as a walk in we were the last people seen here it was felt like lost of other people were seen befor us and the staff was rude with attitudes they need to check there staff as know they were booked they coundt even take any more walk ins or appointments made

Got a call that I might have been in contact with a person that had Covid so I got an appointment on line with Wellcare and within an hour had a Covid test Results take a few days by will save me a 14 day quarantine. Very professional friendly staff
Its is easy to schedule an appointment, the staff is professional and friendly, no long hospital wait times. Its also a convenient location for me to receive my DOT physicals.
They have free coffee, tea, slushies and a old fashion video game. Very nice and clean I wasn’t interested in slushies on the day of my visit but I thought it was a great thing. I recommend them

When you really sick you dont want to spend 7 to 10 hours in a mayor hospital waiting that long, reason I always go there for immediate care and go home and rest well, plus the staff really care about you.
Due to their quick reaction and identifying that I was going into anaphylactic shock, they administered epipen, Benedryl, called an ambulance, and got me to the hospital in time, as my thoat was closing completely! Thank you!

2022-07-06I went to WellNow Urgent Care for examination of a tick bite. I’d never been there before, and just walked in the door. My whole visit was fast and professional. I was quickly checked in, they only needed to see ID and insurance card. They did all the work, no forms for me to fill out. I was quickly examined, diagnosed, and a prescription was sent to a pharmacy of my choice where I picked up my medication on the way home. I also received written information about my condition and treatment. I recommend WellNow to anyone with urgent care needs, and will be returning there myself the next time I have a need.

2022-05-15I was a very pleasantly surprised that I was taken into a patient room upon my arrival. Within 1 minutes a technician came in and reviewed the medical specifics and obtained my vitals. He also swabbed my throat for a rapid test for strep throat. With in less than a minute the NP saw me and examined my throat and said she had no doubt I had strep throat just by the swollen, red, white and inflamed appearance. She said she was treating it with antibiotics for strep throat.I was amazed at how quickly this whole process was and that the trained medical expert acted upon her training and experience rather than making me wait for 3 days for the lab results to confirm what she had diagnosed. I mention that because the rapid test was negative for strep; and I know from a past history of strep throat and the inability to swallow without feeling severe glass shards that I did, in fact, have strep throat.Thank you for providing such a well organized and well staffed facility! When I needed you most you were there with flying colors!!!

2022-06-21I had a really great experience at this urgent care starting with front desk to being seen/taken care of. I felt listened to and thoroughly cared for. I didn’t feel rushed. Zakiya was really wonderful. My son was a little cold in the waiting room, but that’s to be expected, I think. And the best part was the slushees (machine) in the waiting room that my son got on the way out!

2022-03-14I went to the WellNow Urgent Care on West Genesee St. Fairmount location yesterday. There was no wait to sign in and I was ushered to an exam room after providing my ID and insurnce info. The nurse came in shortly to take my vitals and medical.history, then I only waited about 8 minutes to be seen by the doctor, who was personable , as well as efficient at diagnosing my illness. My prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy, and I was provided with a paper copy of the diagnosis, a laymans explanation, and the prescription info. I can recommend WellNow Urgent Care without any reservations!

2022-06-10Everyone was very efficient and pleasant when I arrive. Very quickly took me to a room. I was afraid I was losing my hearing. Dr looked at my ears got a nurse and took care of problem. I would recommend going to this place anytime.

2022-07-19I went to Well Now as I wasnt feeling good and it was worsening. My doctor couldnt get me in until late in the day. I have a hearing loss and everyone was so good about it. They were pro.pt and thorough, and Im already starting to feel much better.
