Dimple and her staff, including her assistant, doctor, lab technician were the most professional friendly customer stomper service I have ever experienced. I walked in at noon, w/o an appointment, explaining that my travels were the same night & CVS did not provide the PCR test as promised. They immediately processed the PCR test, the doctor & technician were so very kind. But Dimple, personally called the lab, to please process a PCR for my travel that night. The doctor said it was close to impossible for the lab to come through in5 hours, but Dimple seemed confident. On my way to the airport the PC R came through my email. And Dimple followed up with a phone call to wish me safe travels. All w/o a feeCVS uses false advertising(I will not patronage such reckless disregard)I am on the plane as I write this, and am so very thankful to ALL at Urgent Way. I will tell everyone in my family, at my office , and as many people I travel with, to patronage Urgent WayUnbelievable , kind , caring peopleWith thanks!!
The new facility is so much better than the old.Jada is very nice and even though she has a mask on I know there’s always a smile when she says hello and greets me each week I go for my PCR.
I got a pcr test here and I understand that there is an overwhelming number of people getting tested now, but the customer service here has been absolutely atrocious. I scheduled an appointment for 10:45 AM and wasn’t seen until 12:15 PM because they apparently entered my insurance information incorrectly. Not sure if that’s what actually happened or if they just straight up forgot about me, but that’s not the worst part. I was told that I would get my results back between 24-48 hours after the test…FALSE!! I got tested on Friday and it is now Monday afternoon and I still haven’t gotten my results back. Every time I try to call and ask about the status of my test, the hold time is at least 15 minutes and I am then more than likely hung up on. Save yourself the stress and time. Don’t go here.
It was my first time in this location but it was very clean and the front desk and assistant were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Noori was excellent and extremely professional. I usually get allergies but not like this time .I was sick for 4 days thinking i had a cold or the flu. She rapidly diagnosed me. and said nope its just allergies and treated me right there and then which i went home feeling so much better and she prescribed me something for it which other places i feel they wouldve just giving me antibiotics or something else. She said no i dont want to do that but if you dont get better come back and will plan something else. which made me feel like she cared for me. Next day i was feeling like nothing happened. thank you so much for everything.
Clean, thorough, professional and nice. Came in with ear pain, within 15 minutes I was checked in, paid, seen and cured. A very pleasant experience, would highly recommend!
Great Services, Fast Pace, Super Friendly and Clean Facility and one more plus is that it’s walking distance from my house. Dr. Toor, Dimple and others are awesome folks they get straight to the point, plus there very knowledgeable.

I went here as a first timer and the entire staff was very pleasant.Tetiana was the one who did my vitals and blood work, she was so patient and sweet, it was evident that she knew what she was doing because I didnt even feel a pinch.
Needed Covid PCR test for travel and was assured it would take less than 72 hours. Its a good thing I didnt count on them ...it took almost 5 days for the results and was already at destination! Had them done elsewhere with quicker results
Made appointment for Covid 19 test for travel Got taken in promptlyat correct time (9:00) was in and out in 5 minutes with my husbandGot results same day at 6:56 pm couldnt open but called the next morningand my husband talked to Adam who immediately emailed us the results!Great experience would do again entire staff friendly and perfessional
This site is a real disaster, I made an appointment wait 3 hours thats ok No problem, when I arrived after 3 hours without even calling me, they didnt even look at my file and they told me I had to wait 2 more hours, to take it or leave it. The repcionista was arguing with several patients, very bad form and attitude, then the Medical Assistant came out with the same arrogant and overwhelming attitude, prepare to be mistreated 5 hours for a covid test, they DO NOT have a quick test, dont loose your time go to a really urgent care. NIGHTMARE SERVICES. Its look like those women want to loose their job and go the ummployment I said that that I have my right and I deserve to make my test. I call my husband that come with my girl. They refuse to do my covid test inand they call the police and finally the police officers were polite, but they told me they have the right like a private center God for them God bless this tremendous place for health center and theat the people like a animals.
DO NOT go here for Covid testing. I ran into the same issue as past reviewers. Went for a covid test only be billed later as a doctors visit. I never saw a doctor. I sat waiting for an hour, got my nose swabbed for 10 seconds, and that was it. When calling UrgentWay about the bill I was transferred to multiple individuals who had no answers, and ultimately told me to inquire with my insurance about it. When I called my insurance, they told me it was the way the UrgentWay decided to bill me for the covid test. After multiple back and forth calls, I ended up having to pay $150 for a test that should have been free. This speaks volumes about the lack of communication and knowledge. Hopefully more patients read this review before they end up in the same situation. Just go to a Walgreens or similar pharmacy where they will definitely not charge you, regardless of what type of insurance you have. The only reason I caved is because I didnt want my credit score to be hurt by not paying the bill by the deadline.
Stay away from this place. The staff will push services that you don’t even want just for billing purposes. I only needed a rapid covid test, but the staff kept insisting that I get the pcr test as well. I continuously explained that I only need the rapid test, but they did the pcr test anyway and now I’m stuck with a $125 bill for a service that I didn’t even need. I also heard them do the same thing to other people who came in while I was waiting.
Don’t go to this place ever for travel pcr. They would never give your results on time. I had flight and now I have to cancel it because my results are not there yet. I tested on Tuesday and now its Thursday night 48 hours no results. I have to cancel flight and pay extra because of them.called them few times and hold for hours and no one picks. Would never go to this place ever again.
Would give ZERO if theres the option. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!Terrible experience, not only to do the test, but also to get the results.They say to get thru a patient portal but they dont give you a login/password and you cannot register online.It says to contact their customer care service but guess what? THEY NEVER PICK UP AND the user box is full so you cannot leave a message - not they would bother to listen and call back.I would rather pay on the next time than use their service, too stressful!
Had a scheduled appointment for a covid test and still had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for the test. They never emailed me my results and when I tried to call the place for results two and three days later and both times i was put on hold for 20+ minutes just to get told that no one is available to take my call.
Not Reliable at all. I have been calling them since 9 a.m. in the morning to request emailing my report. They make you hold for 10 minutes to tell you no representative is available. I have just cancelled my flight .Please be informed that this is not the place if you want the test for travel purpose.
I went in today for a covid rapid test, i knew they have been packed up and busy, so i made an appt online in advance just like they told me to cause they weren’t taking walk ins, i went in to go check in and the lady at the reception told us to wait in the car , after which they would call when they’re ready (i was there 15 mins before my appt) after about hour and a half passed i went back up to make sure they knew that i had been waiting, and right off the bat she started giving me an attitude and told me very rudely that i’d have to wait 3 or 4 more hours . I started getting extremely annoyed because what was the reason of my appt??they’re had been people waiting since 11 am to 3 pm!! extremely unorganized, rude, and annoying over all. the receptionist especially, she talked to me as if i were stupid.
I dont usually write reviews but this experience here was so awful I want to warn people to be safe. I went there for rapid/pcr. I never received rapid results so an hour later I went back in. The girl apologized an then personally emailed results that were negative.Days went by and I never received one email or phone call or any kind of notification to even set up a portal to receive pcr results. I kept calling but noone answers. I even tried to set up portal through website and still no results. I did assume since I never heard back, it would be negative, shame on me.After a week going by I see they have a chat connected to FB messenger. I chatted saying I havent received anything still. They tell me ok they will give me access. I then sign in to a brand new portal they created where it says I was positive for covid on 12/24! This date was 12/30 now so a whole week went by where they had the results an didnt send one text, email or phone call! Due to their negligence more people have exposed. So awful.
I MISSED MY FLIGHT!! did NOT receive results till at least 1 week LATER. Results posted on portal with FAKE time. Please do NOT get a TRAVEL PCR test here. They should NOT be accepting travel PCR patients any longer. Ask yourself: How many people have cancelled their flights because of the delay in results? You should no longer be performing travel PCR test. You are COSTING people their FLIGHTS! totally INCONSIDERATE and UNPROFESSIONAL!
What an amazing staff very friendly they made me feel like I was the only patient there I was basically treated like I was family five stars if I could I give 10 stars
My family went for urgent care Covid testing this morning. We had appointments for 10, 10:15 and 10:30 - we completed paperwork and we’re told to wait in the car - 3 hours later - no call- I go up to retrieve paperwork and hear people in the office who had 11am appts complaining they had not been seen. Then a man states he just got in with a 10:50 appt - how does that happen. Administration is awful - how could walk ins be taken ahead of people with appointments - looks like there were more people in the front desk than actually doing the testing. By the way the front desk all had the deer in the headlights look- who runs this place - embarrassing - third world medical provider.
There is no point in taking appointments as they just do it first come first serve.Atleast my experience sitting there for 35 minutes

I needed an expedited PCR Covid test before traveling abroad on May 3 and after calling several places that wanted between between $199 and $250 to give me results in less than 72 hours, I came across Urgent Way in Hicksville that was prepared to do the test for nothing within the framework of existing insurance policies and still promise results within 48 hours. Not only did they stand by their commitment (results came within 36 hours) but the staff was polite, courteous, efficient and professional and the facility convenient and pleasant. I would highly recommend the clinic without any hesitation.
Very easy to book appointments and even though we had to take our tests later then scheduled due to short stuff which is understandable considering pandemic, we got the results morning next day.
Everyone was nice and professional. Made me feel comfortable and everyone was easy to talk to. There was barely a wait as well. Definitely will come back here if I need to!

Definitely recommend this place. I took a COVID test on a Saturday morning and I told the girl the needled me that I need the results urgently for that Monday. She said she would see what she can do. Whatever she did, thank you. I had the results by that Sunday morning. I was also in and out in maybe 15 minutes tops. Definitely come here for a COVID test.
I walked in for my appointment, which was made 4 days prior, and they said they were not accepting any appointments or walk ins because there were too many people there already. They could’ve notified me beforehand that my appointment was canceled. I understand that it’s a very chaotic time but why have people make appointments when they’re going to be turned away once they get there?? Very unorganized.
I would never recommend this place if you want PCR for travel from now its been 4 days they never send my results I already missed my flight to pakistan I was kerp calling first they put you 30 minutes on hold then your call will disconnect automatically because they never pickup the call. I would never go to this place again! Ridiculous !
I needed a rapid COVID PCR test for travel and this place promised next day results and I got them! I was amazed how fast I did get them since most places take 48to72 hrs to get them to you. Staff was very nice and place was very clean and organized. You do need to make an appointment and your literally in and out of there in less than 30 min!

UrgentWay Hicksville was such a revelation of personal, professionalism in todays world of hands-off health services. Online booking was simple and easy, I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment, the nurse was friendly and experienced, when I called a few days later about an issue - a live person answered and stayed with me until I had received all of the info she sent me through an email. Wow!

The overall level of engagement and service provided as a COVID-19 Testing center was quite satisfactory. The clinic staff were quite helpful in their approach towards the guests getting into the facility, and we received our results within the timeline that had been committed to us. I would definitely recommend others in the nearby vicinity to try their services if there are opportunities to do so.

A HIDDEN GEM!!! This place is SIMPLY AMAZING! The staff is very welcoming and informative! It makes having to go there so easy! If you ask the proper questions, you will get answers. Especially regarding any testing due to COVID. I was planning on doing a Rapid test and it was explained that it is not covered through insurance (however with a possibility of reimbursement). Instead I did the PCR test and I was blown away by how fast I got my results! Less than 24 Hours! I will continue to utilize their services!I appreciate their staff! Thanks again!

Better service than other medical practices around. I went to multiple others in hicksville everywhere found long wait times sometimes no appointments upto a week. This place got me checked and done within an hour. Besides staff is nice and caring. Got my COVID negative. Very happy!!
I thought that the results of my Covid test came back really quickly ( 32 hours). The staff were kind and did their job. It is a good place if you are just getting a PCR not rapid.However, I thought that you not accepting my insurance for a rapid test when it is covered is wrong.Also, I thought it was unjust that people were brought to the front of the line and their PCR had stat put on it because they know someone. Politics should not be played when there is a pandemic. Especially when you are not accepting valid insurance for rapid testing. Seems corrupt to me .

Scam, I went for a covid test with insurance to only be billed later as an doctors office visit. I never saw a doctor. Go somewhere else and it was a PCR which should be free
On 12/26/2020 I visited this place for COVID test. I was told that rapid test fee is $170 so I got regular test and until now I havent received my result. Today receptionist told me that tomorrow on 12/31/2020 I might get my result. So, regular COVID test will take 6 days if you dont do rapid test. On the other hand my friends got their result from CVS and CityMD in two days. Pray that they email me tomorrow otherwise I have to go somewhere else to get a new COVID test.Today is 01/04/2020 and I am editing my review. I am decreasing my star from 2 star to 1 star because I havent yet received my COVID test yet and today is the 10th day since I gave my test. I suggest all new patients to pay them $170 and get their rapid test otherwise you will be punished by delaying their tech-tics or choose some other clinic to get COVID tested. I called them and visited their clinic after my test but they keep delaying. It is better to quarantine rather to get tested in this place. So, disappointed.
Urgentway thank you so much! Extreme hospitality was given to me by the staff. Did my test within the hour, I just waited in my car for barely an hour and was called to get my test, very caring staff tested me within 5 minutes on site and was allowed to go back to my daily routine. Really grateful to have such practices in my town. Love you urgentway!

Great service and no wait. I wasn’t aware of UrgentWay clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience there. Nurses were kind, and doctor was very helpful and most of all clinic environment was clean and well organized. I was nicely treated. For sure 4 stars for their quality services, treatment and staff.
Called this morning at 10am to ask if they take walk ins to see a dr due to a cough. The woman said yes we are open til 6 please just come in. I walk in now at 2:45 and they tell me they dont accept walkins. And the receptionist answer to was oh well i dont know what to tell you. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Never again will i use this place again.
Pay them $175 for rapid COVID test and get your result in 1/2 hour otherwise wait for two weeks to get your result. Wow such a nice service, I see the posts and I was going to get tested here but I am lucky not to visit this place.

Printed the covid test information I needed to be able to travel and later, when I couldnt access my results online somehow, I called the hotline and a very kind gentleman walked me through the customer portal form by phone and didnt make me feel stupid, which was great! UrgentWay is the right place to visit for immediate medical care. Doctors are extremely professional and friendly. I have visited them two times and without any doubt, I would like to say that anyone who is short on time and can’t afford expensive treatment can visit the center during the opening hours. Thanks once again for high-end medical treatment.

Hi we had a great experience working with SahilShe is very professional, hardworking and talented girl. We went there for my mom immigration vaccines and checkup that are required by USCIS. We dont have to wait much and it was done very fast and good mannner. We highly recommend urgent way in hicksville to anyone who is looking for 5 star service.

Had an appointment, had a 2 and a half hour wait. was supposed to get results back in half an hour and its been an hour and a half.
The staff are very friendly, the Medical Assistant are professional, they respect your appointment time. The place is nice and clean.

2021-12-18Dimple at the front desk explained the process of RT-PCR for travel better, with more detail, and with a confidence that comes from knowing the subject matter enough. This was after we visited many different urgent care facilities and medical labs looking for RT-PCR that is required for travel to India.Lines are long in the morning hours when they open, but in the afternoon the waiting room was fairly empty.Unlike other general purpose urgent care facilities, this facility specializes on Covid tests, particularly for travel, and does it expertly.*Update* The RT-PCR tests we did here has results in our email in 24 hours and worked without any hiccups through the Air Suvidha process on our trip to India.

2022-06-17I absolutely love UrgentWay in Hicksville! I am traveling and they were so awesome, friendly and considerate! The beautiful front desk associate Dimple was so personable and made me feel at ease with the timing of the results. The M. A. Jeffery was amazing and had me smiling and laughing. Dr. Cole came in and personally welcomed me with a warm welcome. I appreciate the three of them immensely! They are truly gems 💎 and deserve their flowers today and everyday!💐

2022-01-11This will be a two part review. Part 1: I made an appointment two days ago for a COVID rapid test for today at 2:30. I went in 15 minutes earlier as asked, filled out paperwork and then asked the receptionist how long and she said 35 minutes. I went back in after an hour and a half of waiting and she told me to continue to wait. I have now been in my car for two hours waiting to be called in. It is very disappointing to see how you’re not honoring scheduled appointments. I understand it’s a busy time and a lot of people want tests but if you are going to give the option of making an appointment you should honor them. It seems like this is just a long line no matter if you made an appointment. And I need to get this rapid test in order to return to work tomorrow. I’m hoping my time getting the test is better.I was told I’d receive my rapid test results through email within 15-20 minutes of leaving the office. I haven’t! I got home about an hour ago, continue to refresh my email and even look in my junk, and nothing. I called 3 times, was put on a waiting list and then at the end of each was told no one was available to take my call and it just hung up on me. You don’t open until 9 am and I need to be at work at 8:15 but at this rate it looks like I can’t go back to work because the results promised to be email to me an hour ago still have not been emailed. I also tried to make a patient portal to see if maybe I can see the results there and it said my name is already registered but my email isn’t so that didn’t help. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this place.

I had the best experience here and have to give a shout out to Dimple who went above and beyond to make sure we got our certificate of COVID test that we needed to travel to Japan ready as soon as the lab test results came in. Even though it was her day off, she went to work to email me the certificates so that I got them right away. I was nervous about the whole process, but she told me it was all going to be okay. I am so grateful for her kindness. Highly recommend this practice!!!

2022-05-18This is my second time coming to this establishment for covid testing. I got my results on time. Every time i come there dimple is so sweet to me. Very good customer service. She even remembers my voice when i call. Fast service and very clean place. I drive from bohemia to urgent way because i love the service and i will be back. Definitely a place i recommend for treatment or employment. I definitely will apply when i see an opening 😌

2022-01-09I went to get a Covid PCR test for a flight in 2 days with my mom, which I scheduled an appointment for. I still had to wait 3 hours to get tested and they assured I would get my results before my flight. The day of my flight I didnt even get my results so I had to rush to some other place to get tested. Its been 3 weeks now and I still never got my results. What a waste of time it was to go here.

2022-04-23I always have a good experience here. Staff are friendly and efficient, it’s easy to get an appointment, and quick and easy to get covid PCR results. They’re great with non-covid problems too. By far my favorite urgent care.

2022-05-17Best Experience i had at an Urgent Way Since Covid began. I was in a NY rush, Jaeda Bell got me in the system, Sandra was pleasant, Dimple did a great job with the test and Dr. Tour came in shortly after to check on my overall status. I made sure to get names lol
