Fair price for decent furniture. I couldnt find a better deal on Wayfair or Amazon for a pull out bed sofa. Osman and Kareem treated me very well, as a neighbor first and as a potential customer second. Osman was very up front and clear about what he knew and didnt know about the furniture. Delivery guy was a bit unprofessional. But, the disassembly/assembly guy, Alex, was very professional in both his manner and work.
Extremely happy with my purchase and the service provided by Osmon.After window shopping over two weeks, we found the exact same couch we initially identified at Jennifer Convertibles for a better price! We purchased an Ashley furniture piece Braxlin (or, Bowie as per Jennifer Convertibles).Osmon was honest, patient, and transparent throughout our window shopping process. He explained that if the couch could not fit in the elevator/doorways a technician would have to come to remove a piece at an additional cost.Although there was a bit of miscommunication with the technician regarding the additional costs Osmon was at the store when I called and he assisted every step of the way! We are very satisfied customers.Overall, great service, great price and most importantly Honesty. I will definitely recommend folks to him specifically and return myself when I need to purchase more furniture.Thank you Osmon!
Osman was great when I first came into the store. I just had the new couch delivered six days later and the delivery guys were extremely nice and very helpful with the narrow space they had to work with. Great experience.
There are no professionals working there. The customer service is horrible. They sold me terrible furniture and refused to fix the problem. After going through the Better Business Bureau they completely refused to do anything. After making calls and emails for over 6 months it was time to just give up.
Ask about their warrantee policy.(SPOILER)Once you take delivery you are on your own.
OMG! DONT BUY NEVER EVER HERE. They dont know how to treat customer. they made a mistake a couple times with the delivery and they dindt want me my money back. they want to take half of the 701$ I paid even them having the fault.Service: Horrible, No manners, Rudes, No Polite
Bought sofa and loveseat top grain leather...after only 1 year leather is discoloring in several areas and seat cushion teared off. Pretty much I got sold a lemon.
Totally fake stuff I bought sofa set with original leather,dining table set tv stand and bedroom chest all of them got broken sofa set leather color coming out dining table polish and chair got broke chest also broke i also got the 5 years warranty plan from them but after two years i call them every single day they sent two time different workers to my home after a year non stop calling but still everyday they ask for my address and phone number to resend a new worker after remind them dont go there I suggest you dont buy furniture from any local store go to branded shop like macys they will listen you 100%

2018-01-23I like them, they work with you and if your furniture is broken or need fixing they offer to fix it and I appreciate that. Their stuff is good stuff depends on what your buying, they usually treat me good. I have a lot of pieces from them and it is still brand new. The service is great in the store some of the delivery guys are a piece of work, but you get good customer service. They will work with you! I like them I bought a sofa set, bed set and now my couch set I also bought a wardrobe from them. I like how they treat me

2019-10-03I would give 2 stars instead of 1 cause I like the furniture I bought from them.But, terrible delivery service. Told me it would take 10 business days to arrive, which means less than 2 weeks including the weekend. Didnt arrive until the 4th week.When I would call them, they would either say lemme see what I can do and would put me on hold for 30 mins, or just not receive my call at all.Called them to ask about the 1 year warranty that I was promised, since a bed frame was attached improperly, could use more drilling/pressing. The main guy in the store yelled on the phone the whole time without letting me explain my problem, said I dont know you on the phone, come to the store with receipt and well see if anything is needed.Dont buy from them. Like their furniture? take a photo and go to another store to ask for it. They all have same providers pretty much anyway. Its their own words that made me not visit them anymore.Rude, money-hungry, do not keep their words, terrible services.

2020-02-23Buyer Beware!!!We purchased a high top kitchen table set from this location and it is a piece to junk. Not only was the mark-up on the price ridiculous, but, after a few months of use, the table top is already chipping ain’t. Moreover, they didn’t even put together the chairs properly. When we complained, they pointed to a small “sign” about the size of my hand, hidden behind some flowers near their register that they use as a safeguard from “special order” complaints. The owners/employees refused to assist us in any way and made it clear we were not welcome to bring our complaints. We have since stopped trying, but it could not go without being said-this is clearly not a store that values customers. It is a sham shop that overcharges for junk. You’re better off going to IKEA, or anywhere else but here.

2016-11-11Horrible experience! I bought a bed frame and mattress for about $500. The day of delivery, two men came with a bed set that was already assembled. So I asked them, why isnt the bed in a box or in plastic, and they told me they assembled it in the van - which was obviously a lie because the van wasnt that big.So I take a look at the bed and its scratched and dented and it was obviously a FLOOR SAMPLE! I call the manager multiple times, both calls he told me he was going to call me back, never did, so I showed up in person.Long story short. He didnt want to give me a refund! He said he would give me half the money.... It took him a week to refund me and that was only because I told him I was going to call the police and take him to court if he didnt.Dont shop here, save your time and money.

2020-01-280 stars.Bad service. No professionalism.Delivery didn’t come on time as promised and Agreed upon on day 1 when they got fully paid.They lied everytime i called to ask about it. Ended up getting the furniture delivered 3 weeks late. Parts were missing and had to go get pieces out of a floor sample myself.Delivery guys rude and don’t know what they doing. They scratched the walls and hallway because they didn’t give a f***Would not go back there again!!!

2017-08-23This place was fantastic! I placed a large order with delivery to Manhattan and it only cost a $50 delivery fee. I really did my homework on tons of furniture (Ashley products) and was price matched on everything! Moses was a great help. I certainly recommend them and wont hesitate to refer anyone to them in the future

2018-10-23Went in this past weekend and had the pleasure of working with David. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me a great deal on the mattress. I also appreciated the fact that he doesnt try to aggressively string you along like some other salesman; David is respectful and doesnt pressure you.

2017-02-02WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DONT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, IMPOLITE, VERY RUDE. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.MY EXPERIENCE:I ORDERED TWO WEEKS AGO TWO BEDS AND ONE FULL TROUNDLE, THEY TOOK THE PAYMENT VERY QUICK 700$ FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN GET ON AMAZON FOR A BETTER TRUST. MY MISTAKE BECAUSE I TRUSTED THE GUY WHO TOOK THE ORDER. THE FIRST DELIVERY ARRIVE 3 HOURS AFTER THAT THE TIME IT WAS EXPECTED. THE DELIVERY GUY WAS CALLING ME AND YELLING ME BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MUCH TRAFFIC, THE WORST OF THE WORST START WHEN THE GUY ARRIVED BECAUSE EVERYTHING THAT THEY SENT ME IT WAS A COMPLETLY WRONG. I CALLED AND I WAS TALKING WITH THE OWNER OF THE PLACE. I CAME IN TO THE STORE THE MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE FURNITURE. I TRUSTED HIM BUT I DIDNT HAVE BEDS FOR MORE THAN A WEEK ALREADY AND SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR , I COULDNT ORDERED ANOTHER BED BECASUE THEY WANTED TO TAKE ALL MY MONEY. THE MANAGER SAID MY FURNITURE WILL ARRIVE ON SATURDAY. BIG LIE. TODAY MONDAY AFTER ALMOST TWO WEEKS ARRIVED MY FURNITURE. DELIVERY GUYS WERE CRAZY, THEY WERE FIGHTING BETWEEN THEM. THEY WERE BUILDING EVERYTHING WRONG, ALSO THEY FOUGHT WITH ME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT EAT LUNCH. PLEASE, WHERE THIS PEOPLE WERE COMING FROM. BUT THERE IS MORE THEY SENT ME A MATREES THAT DINDT FIT IN SO HERE WE GO, SO I HAD TO RETURN THE MATREES. I CALLING THE STORE FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURES AND THEY PICKED UP KNOWING MY NUMBER AND JUST PUT ME ON HOLD. IM STILL CALLING AND THEY DONT CARE. THIS IS BEING A COMPLETLY NIGHTMAREAS YOU CAN SEE ON THE PICTURES THEY SENT TWO TIMES SAME SIZE OF MATREESS WHERE DIDNT FIT UNDER THE BED AS I REQUESTED.

2020-02-04I only came here because my friend recommended it. The reviews are true, my delivery didn’t come yesterday and I called to confirm and they had attitude. Said they would call me at 5 or 6pm. I asked if I need to exchange something if I could they said it’s too late. I just hope they got my order right. I’ll share an update.

2018-03-13These people are thieves!!I ordered a brand new dining table set and paid for a full price. I received the floor sample.I went back to the store, the floor sample wasn’t there and first they didn’t admitted. Then I showed the the picture that I took from sample and the table I received. Now they tells me I have to wait longer to get a brand new one. They are not sure for how long.I will never go to this pace or recommend anyone I know.
