Its modern, waiting time was reasonable...waiting area is overcrowded, even with an appt.. Service was adequate..

2018-04-17This place needs a stronger supervision. I was there for 2 hours waiting. All they had was 2 windows open out of 5 windows. The office was completely overcrowded. They need to speed up the way they serve. Needs improvement right away.

2019-03-01Recently renovated, nice environment, friendly and patient staff. We waited about 30 minutes for our turn on Friday afternoon, and we had about 10 people in front of us. There are 13 service booths. Easy to walk from Q 96th street subway station.

2020-02-04Maybe it’s just my luck but, every time I have to go in I end up in front of the most condescending or just downright disrespectful person the place has to offer! I always have to come back and forth for whatever I need or ask to see a supervisor.

2019-12-31I couldnt believe that I only had a 30 minute wait. I was very fortunate to have an intelligent clerk who was professional and helpful, and he was not mean.

2018-12-19In the places they have to take care of dessability people, they dont. Is clean. Dessability people have to suffer, 2 hours, wating to get a num. And wait 2,3 hours for the service.

2018-07-04They should mention on this website that they will be closed till fall due to construction,also they have a worker who she did me really dirty and medsef up NY my net cause u told her to dmile,she looked angry snt taking it out on ppl,,over all work and calling is prompt.
