Its listed that you can obtain a replacement card at this location, you cant. Dont waste your time like I did and end up on the wrong side of town. Save the energy and go to the one located at the concourse plaza where the bronx county court houses are located

Went on a Tuesday morning as a walk in. The staff was organized, helpful, professional, and experienced with handling my paperwork. The place is clean, up to date, and fast moving.

Sat here for 20 mins to then be called up and told they no longer do Name Changes here, like they use to. Your suppose to apparently go to the office on Grand Concourse to do that. They need to update their website and inform people of that!
