We load here a couple times every week. Lot is a little bumpy , but the staff is great. We have never considered detention time here as we always get out very fast.
Sufficient parking although unorganized.. toilet facilities an outhouse or porta potty. Sufficient room to back into the docks. Friendly personnel. And it seems to be pretty adequate time in and out.
I checked in at 7am with a load of sugar was out by 8am.Great job from receivers and everyone I saw was nice.And they allow overnight parking if needed
First come,first served,just like a fellow driversaid,they had me loaded in a hour maybe less,if your coming from Rochester,exit off of I-90 to I-190,take exit 2 off of I-190,turn right at the stop sign,go down you will get to a light,turn right again,then you will see a M&T bank on your left,turn into that driveway,go pass first building on your right, turn right again,watch out for those potholes
One star as the Communication from management is awful. They also will use you as a temporary employee and when it comes time for hire they give you the run around then let you go. They give no reason but it was not a good fit after 5 months of dedication.

2022-03-22Great, easy delivery. 7am appt, got me in right away. Done in 45 minutes. Over night parking available on the side lot. Make sure to enter through M&T bank entrance

2022-06-16If I could leave a zero review, I would. Driver had delivery here. At the time of check in, driver was harrassed and told to get back to the truck. Driver arrived on time for his appointment to get disrespectful treatment by companys employee like this is totally inappropriate. Have some respect for carriers.

2022-03-15If delivering they will leave your trailer dirty, air bags, cardboard, sugar all over the floor. They need to realize drivers do not have dumpsters on the back of our tractors to put such in. SMH

2019-12-13First come first served. Fast loading once on dock. MUST PULL In the same drive way as M&T bank and buffalo fire house. Then turn right at first building. The drive way is full of pot holes and if driver dont want to break his back, butts 🤭 or truck then max safe speed is 2 mph. Friendly people. I think they will let u park overnight. They want to seal the trailer and will bring out the bills once done. Good place to load 🤩
