Usherwood and Dave King my sales person are the best. They provided me with the solutions I was looking for in my budget. From start to product delivery, they were great communicators, professional and timely. It truly is the best buying experience Ive had in many years. The follow up after the sale was also amazing. Being in Practice for 40 years now we understand how important it is to keep efficient and complaint. We work in a world where things need to be done now and time is a factor. When Tim Reid came into our office and showed us what Usherwood had to offer our decision was a NO BRAINER. Not only did he save us money but most importantly he saved us time with ease. Tim always checks in with us and sees things we do not, to keep us ahead of the game. Usherwood is a business that has much more to offer than copiers, they are a company that provides secure, consistent and efficient office technology that truly has made our business practices easier. We are VERY HAPPY with our service and experience so far.

Amended: I was asked to remove my previous and truthful review(s) by the Regional Sales Manager (Central) for Usherwood indirectly, through my place of work. Im looking forward to having the issues resolved so I can once again work efficiently. Fortunately, Usherwood invited us to audition a copier as the replacement for the inefficient & incompatible selection that was initially installed in our Mac-based office. I am also looking forward to having an adequate, efficient and appropriate copier, and wish the sales team had selected a better fit for us initially. They are, however, trying to a right a wrong and that is to be commended. Despite all of the issues, the software technicians should be acknowledged for all of their hard work and their kind (and patient) assistance. They did everything in their power to try and make this work for our office. Im hopeful that the coming resolution is a fix.

In the past, I had had a few rather negative experiences with Usherwood Office Technology, and had been very disappointed with their service as a local company. However, after receiving a call from the regional sales manager, who had heard about my dissatisfaction, I am pleased to report that they have been more than helpful in remedying the situation. It is so nice to be able to speak with a human being who listens to you and who values your business enough to reach out to you directly! We will be looking forward to working with Usherwood in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called these guys to service an admittedly older canon copier (but not obsolete) they refused to do a service call citing too much risk and difficulty in getting parts. Despite my willingness to pay for the service call they refused and tried to sell me a new copier. If you need service or even did want to buy a new copier GO ELSEWHERE! Worst customer service ever!!
