The guys were prompt, polite (even each gave me a business card), efficient, and worked hard to get some serious soil out of two white area rugs.Id definitely use them again! Great small business, friendly people, and reasonable prices.

2022-01-29After having our carpet cleaned with a steam treatment and spot cleaning for pet stains, the stains became significantly worse and there was even a new stain presenting itself. (See the before and after photos.) Two stains transformed in size, with a third appearing. I have called for days now, multiple times a day, asking to speak to a manager, boss or owner. Each time I call I am told I will be contacted by a manager, even sometimes given a time frame to be contacted within, yet have yet to hear from anyone, even with calling multiple days in a row. I fully understand if someone cant call me back right away, rather, just be honest with customers that it could take a day or two to be reached instead of fabricating responses. Its disturbing not only to have your personal belongings ruined, but to also be lied to repeatedly and to receive such poor customer service as a paying customer. I am so disappointed in their work results, and even more so in their lack of, or atrocious, customer service. I definitely will never use this company again and urge any others to avoid their services as well. My next plan is to reach out to the BBB for their lack of efficacy in lack of responsiveness.

2019-12-11UZB Carle Place Carpet Cleaning is such a wonderful company. I called to book an appointment for my dirty, old carpet, I was impressed that they came by the same day to pick up the carpet. A week later we received or carpet back and they look fresh, clean and new. UZB Carle Place Carpet Cleaning is the best carpet cleaning company out there!

2018-06-14UZB Carle Place Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on my carpets. The carpets hasn’t been cleaned for a long time and were really dirty and stained. Buy the cleaning was just perfect. I love the outcome. I paid a very decent price. I would certainly use them again.

2019-07-21The Crew came right out and completely got rid of stain and all carpet looks new. I have used them twice. They are reliable and very professional. They cleaned my daughters carpet as well and it looks great!! It was my wife that actually spilled nail polish but yelp account in my name.
