Heather was a fantastic resource for us planning our first International trip as a family of three. Her attention to detail and knowledge about various resorts and locations was so helpful in making our decision. Our vacation would not have been possible and would not have been as wonderful without Heather! I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any trip - big or small!
Working with Heather was such a pleasure! She was always quick to respond and really listened to what was important to us for planning our honeymoon trip to Greece. She was able to incorporate all that we wanted to do and see and still keep the budget around what we were hoping to spend. Heather was really great to work with for planning our most recent trip to India. There were two of us (not co-located) involved in the planning, and Heathers patience in explaining things was really appreciated. Our trip was also logistically very complicated and Heather made sure every detail was thought of. We had drivers, guides, and flights, all at the appropriate times and all on time thanks to her. She really took the stress and administrative work out of planning an overwhelming vacation. I would highly recommend her to plan any trip at all. Thanks again, Heather!Note: 4-stars are given here because having someone who has actually traveled to India would have made this an over the top experience, in terms of helping us as first-timers understand what to expect.
Heather did such a wonderful job planning our family trip to Turks & Caicos. She did everything from hotels, airport transfers, dinner reservations and more. We had some very specific, unique criteria and made multiple changes throughout the process. She was an attentive communicator and never skipped a beat. Heather was so great to work with. She took such time going over all the things we were looking for in our vacation. We didn’t even know what island we wanted to go to but she helped nail it based on what we were looking for and our budget. She found our flights and everything quickly and was super easy getting us our itinerary and noting everything we needed for our trip. Heather just planned a fantastic trip to Italy for my husband and me. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She helped us narrow down how our trip should go, and then helped us extend our stay at the last minute. She was so on top of everything! I would highly recommend her travel services.

I worked with Holly Keith to plan a wonderful vacation for my ladys birthday. From start to finish, and for details of all levels, Holly was exceptional. She came highly recommended by a really close friend of mine who has taken multiple awesome vacations through her. His opinion was spot on. I cant say enough great things about Holly, her organization, timeliness, friendliness, and all. And I will totally work with her for any vacation I take in the future.
Heather was wonderful! I contacted her (very last minute) to book our honeymoon after being totally frustrated by trying to navigate all of the travel websites. She really listened to our interests and what we wanted and came up with a bunch of great options. Once we made our final decision (we chose Punta Cana), she arranged everything from transportation to and from the airport, to the flights, to the hotel. We were really happy with our trip. The flights were direct and worked for our schedule and the hotel was beautiful. The trip was seamless and we were able to just relax and enjoy our honeymoon!
Heather was not timely in answering emails. After ten days she still had done nothing on my account.On our first conversation I tried to pay her and she told me to wait. A week later, after I contacted her, she said she couldn’t work on my account until I paid her. I reminded her that I had tried to pay her. Three days later she still had done nothing on my account. I had to keep contacting her. She told me that it hadn’t been the “3-4 business days since my payment.”I became fed up. Time was passing. To her credit, she voluntarily refunded my money. I lost almost two weeks of planning and finding reservations because of her. My trip is not that complicated. Four nights in NYC for six people.Trying to save the account she sent me some stuff but it wasn’t anything different than I found by myself on google (suggestions for hotels, tours, etc).
Heather navigated all the details of a multi-city European trip. She got us great prices for flights and hotel accommodations. She is also a pleasure to work with.
If you are planning to use an agent to plan your next vacation, I highly recommend Heather! She is responsive and flexible when it comes to creating an itinerary for the vacation of your dreams!
Heather was super responsive to our issues and very helpful with organizing a fairly complex trip and got us great prices. we will certainly use her again and are very happy that we have found her.

Our vacation with a 3 year old and 7 month old was perfectly planned and very much needed. I plan to use Heather again next year.
Terrible experience. Unresponsive, had to follow up 4 times before getting a response. Still trip remains unplanned. $100 planning fee states you will receive a response in 2 days. That did not happen. Would never attempt to plan a vacation with this service again.
An absolute please to work with!

2021-08-16Would like to start this review, by saying I never ended up going with a travel agent in all my past vacations. The value was never there. Heather provided great value and a great experience for the price. She helped us put together an amazing Honeymoon on very, very short notice. Especially with the quickly changing covid guidelines and rules, Heather was very thorough in not only letting us know what steps needed to be taken but helping us organize that as well. We even bumped into a small problem with transportation while we were away (not her fault and outside of her control), and she quickly helped us make other arrangements even with a drastic time diffrence. She will be the 1st person I call for my next vacation and highly recommend her.

2020-02-21Heathers help was invaluable. We were 3 families with kids ranging in ages from 2 to 10 who wanted to go to the Caribbean together for Feb break. We had no idea where to start and were wasting hours and hours combing the internet. Heather narrowed down our search based on our budget, found us great flights, then gave us a choice of 5 hotels she thought wed love. We had the BEST time. There was something for everyone. Heather made planning the trip a joy instead of a stress. We all agreed we would book all our travel through Heather from now on.

2019-01-17Heather planned an incredible honeymoon for us! We were traveling in December and wanted a warm location. She presented us with three incredible trips (it was so hard to choose!), but we ultimately decided on Thailand. Heather took so much time to hear exactly what we wanted and listened to our feedback about the itinerary she planned. Our trip was PERFECT. From the excursions she planned to the hotels, we had an amazing time and the logistics were absolutely seamless. Additionally, Heather mailed us a super helpful packet before we traveled with all the information we needed. I cannot recommend Heather enough, we will definitely use her again!

I have already recommended her services to others in my network and look forward to working with her again. Heather makes herself available in the months/weeks before your trip to answer questions or make adjustments, as necessary. Lastly, in our case, she sent us a lovely travel package the week before our departure that included luggage tags and a printed itinerary, which effectively checked off a task pre-travel task for us!
