When I tell ya this is the worst place to do your event! It really is I swear, I was sooo freaking embressed how rude and nasty the food was at vacca. This is my first time giving a review On any restaurant But this needs one ! Why was I So embressed ? We found 2 hairs in are food, the packages on the menus that was online didn’t match way the bottle girl said . And ya need fix ya over price hairy food !!! Never come here but looks great inside that’s all I have to say. Don’t plan your birthday event here !!!
I seriously wished to give this place no stars. I NEVER NEVER do reviews but hos place was extremely extra. I had a reservation for 3 I got my tablet at 4. I ordered my food an appetizer, I got my appetizer at 530 and my food I got it at 730, the owner ignored my compliments whatsoever, DONT COME HERE if you eant good service. The only good thing was the music thats all.
If you’re here for the food, I can say it’s average.Music is loud which discourages conversation and a comprehensive dialogue with the waiter. The lighting is an aggravating red that makes it difficult to read the menus. There weren’t any glasses of water offered and after it was requested, no one obliged our simplest of requests.The entire Restaraunt had one person taking orders for the hour and a half we stayed for. Very difficult to get the poor guy’s attention.Aside from that, come here if you like a turnt up brunch. If I was in the mood this place would be perfect but I came here to have brunch without having pre exposure to the Restaraunt’s club culture.My personal review
If i can give this lounge a negative star i WOULD ! This lounge is the worst lounge I ever been too, so many issues. The employees are rude. The Dj plays nothing but boring music, omg don’t let me get started on these bottle girls. So RUDE and unattractive. Overly price on drinks 😒 THE FOOD MADE ME SICK I HAD TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I’m just disappointed and this place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY
Such a beautiful place BUT i reserved a table prior to my visit and when i got there (a. the birthday special wasnt how the woman explained it over the phone b. they never brought out my champagn bottle and c. never brought out my birthday cake) It was my birthdy and i was excited for the sparklies --- they didnt even do that :/ I didnt feel like they made my day special. BUT the DJ was great --and i had a good time. Our waiter was also rude. I wouldnt go back. Maybe ill try dinner. I dropped $500 that night and it was an ok experience.
Its funny! You can spend thousands in there and being a mixologist and a super experience bartender they are horrible! Learn your clients so you have repeat thousands coming to you! Most horrible customer experience I faced. I could of quadruple their profit margins. I am about business! Have a good night #salute Never AGAIN!
Worse club ever ladies were supposed to be free but they charged me $30 they had a bottle special 2 for $300 when we asked they told us that it wasn’t true and we ended up paying $247 for one bottle the bottle girls were extremely rude and the security for women basically groped me and checked my empty bag (which only had my wallet and lipstick in it) for about 5 minuets and tried to get my boyfriend to give her $20 to hold his vape. AnywAy the hookahs were all disgusting the dj SUCKED and the service was horrible I will never go there again
Very nice decor of the place but the service was so bad , we ordered a skirt steak from the brunch menu which came with eggs , and yuca fries . When our order came we had no eggs and the excuse was that they had no eggs but the table across from us ordered the same thing and had a complete order . My salmon was not fully cooked ! And I think it was only one waitress for the entire place . The place is very nice but the service needs major work
The nightlife is great and the service as well but the restaurant hours are not great neither is food or the service during restaurants time. Is very nice the restroom is huge beautiful. The only downside is that the restroom is unisex.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Service was terrible. Food was HORRIBLE... I ordered hot wings and it was frozen cooked wings with hot sauce on it. They were cold and nasty. The woman bartender was very very rude. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN
The food is ok, the music is loud and good but the dj keeps repeating the same songs. Ive been there 4 times and its been ehhh alright. Only go there when i get invited for a birthday, otherwise not my choice. Theres other places with better food and service.

The waitress will open the bottle for you and serve you your first drink to make sure the adhesive they used for tampering holds still. BEWARE !!! Managers name is Victor and Owners name is RAY. Beware.

The place is somewhat different, the music is good and the food too .. but .. the Customer service is bad. I went with some friends to celebrate my birthday, the waitress was rather rude and a little bit crazy, have nothing coordinated, I felt very bad with my friends because we traveled from Long Island to spend a good night, and the way we were treated was horrible, we spent a lot of money and it was a bad experience, my friends made fun of me for choosing that place. I do not like at all!
The workers here are rude and unprofessional. Security are anal and pat you down so much makes you feel like you going to court. Over price and small. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They will kill your vibe!
No avocado, no French toast, no variety of hookah flavors, no blue Curacao, no credit/debit cards, just to name a few. It was a brunch filled with nos. Fried calamari was dry and chewy.
The place is nice put nothing work. Dont use the ATM because the machine tell you it gave you money but it didnt there credit machine didnt work. We order food and they didnt have it ...
Calamari was great. Hookah was a little pricey, at 30$, but food was good. Bathrooms were a little awkward, but liked the interaction.
Ordered chicken pastelillos and got cheese and chicken! Not every1 got thier food at same time.Main meal was cold chicken tasted like frozen chicken. Yuck fries were cold inside .

When to the lounge or will it call it club. Crowed but great atmosphere if you are looking to party, although the dj kept on playing the next song to quick.
The night life scene was not good at all. Cant talk because the musics so loud and cant walk or dance because theres tables every 2 feet
Called the the number spoke to young lady that did not introduced the place or atleast her name. I then asked if this vaca lounge and then asked her for her name, she then closed the phone on me and when I called back no one answerd the phone. Unreal!!!
Super expensive for no reason and odee trash. Horrible service and nasty bathroom. How I spend 20 on a drink and a water bottle!!!!! And also 30$ to come in and it was empty never again

I called to make a reservation thinking I can get a table for myself and few others but they are saying no you cant you have to buy the alcohol package or some package or else no table how is that possible like seriously what if we just want to eat
Good food for Sundays brunch, little loud but you can have a good time with friends.

My second time Went on a Sunday tried to charge 60 at the door $40 for guys $20 for girls , on a Sunday?? Money hungry much ? Ridiculous Place isnt even all that , vip makes it feel like the club is split into 2 parts wait staff sucks and the hooka people are so thirsty to change your hooka from the moment you order it 10mins later they want to sell you a refill like chill ! DJ couldve been better was playing the same meek mill song uptown vibes like no lie 15 times in less than a hour wouldnt go back .

2016-12-24Really nice lounge but it felt like a club, there was no place to sit. Music was loud and poping. I went for a birthday celebration and she couldnt keep the cake.

2018-12-08Honestly this place was expensive for absolutely no reason. Before even getting to the bar my boyfriend had to dish out $65. That’s between the $25 parking (which you’ll need due to the lack of parking ), $30 cover, and $10 for coat check. And let’s not forget the $8 ATM fee. I don’t even get charged that at the high line.They said they opened at midnight. They didn’t let us in until 1215. The bottles we received were so over priced for their size.We also got a burnt hookah and the server wanted to give us a hard time thinking we been had it.The music is literally the same music you hear at any club.Do yourself a favor, save your money and go to a place that you can actually enjoy yourself at a place that’s not full of crooks.

2017-06-02Avoid this place at all cost!Horrible service!Food is below average. My lamb chops were all bone and fat and my friends were unhappy with their food. For the prices they have on their menu you would expect better.We tried paying with credit cards and were told that the system was down to use the ATM. Then the waiter didnt even return our change. Its okay I guess he needed it more than us if he has to work there.There is no where to dance because they put tables all over the dance floor and try to force you to buy overpriced bottles for some hoodrat low class lounge. You are better off going somewhere else.

2015-12-21Very nice place, good music, food was good. When we got there, the menu said about $30 for appetizer, dinner, unlimited mimosas. When it was time to pay with my card, they said the minimum was $55!! Ive never heard such bs... If it wasnt my friends birthday, i would have said some choice words to the manager.

2018-06-02Despite the horrible reviews that the place already had, I decided to give them a shot and see if it was really all that bad. The vision that I had for my birthday was ruined. The customer servicing was awful, they want your money and they don’t care about anything else. They’re overpriced and the music is trash. In addition to that, the flyer that went up for June 1st said people were free til 1AM and they still charged my guy friends. The customer servicing in this place was horrid and I will never give them a penny ever again. Keeping the review professional but they deserve otherwise. Save your money & go to Silhouette their prices are better, music is bomb & customer servicing is top notch.

2014-03-24I went for family dinner and the place is amazingly beautiful! The staff is very attentive. The food was delicious and did not take long to come out. The drinks were good, not too pricey, but would take a while to come to us. After dinner, the place turns into a club. It was lots of fun and not too pricey, Id definitely go back!

2018-11-19I wish I could leave no stars. Went there last night for my birthday and this place was a joke. I am a server. All of my 9 friends that came as well have been or are bartenders or servers. The service was absolutely terrible but it was the complete idiocy of the whole situation that set me off. We order drinks and they say they do not have the specialties so they just have classic mojitos and margaritas. Fine we order a few they made an extra we didnt ask for but we took it no big deal. My drink wasnt very good but no biggie. We order and we get told half of the menu they dont have for some reason. We order what we can. A few of us wanted guacamole and chips but they said they had no guacamole okay fine. We order nachos and chicken and steak tacos and they all came with guac..... so we ask the guy straight up you say you have no guac but its on the plates? He walks away without saying a word. The music was good...until we were listening to pandora ads. And when the playlist was over you sat there in silence for 2 minutes straight. The food was decent but NOT worth the horrible service and complete idiocracy. We ask for the bill. We ask to split it 5 ways and I told him being a server Ill write down what goes to what check. He says he can only do 2. We say okay he brings us 1. We finally pay and think we are in the clear to go to another place and he forgets to bring out my friends credit card? This all took almost 4 hours. I wanted to cry until we walked out and found a MUCH BETTER PLACE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. GO TO TABOGA

2018-01-14I am actually currently in the club as i write this review i have been to many lounges before and let me tell you this is by far the WORST place i have ever step into!!!! First of all i had one bottle girl give me different price from another bottle girl like wtfffff is thatttt!!!!! Is a scammmm i really thought this place would be poppin but the people working there are ghetto and rude which set the tone. The manager has a attitude which is ridiculous. I had a birthday package and the cake was brought out to sing but i never saw it again it was never cut nor served so beware.i was also standing up w/ an entire reservation which defent the purpose of one even with tables empty at 2am. Lord i wish i picked a differenr place; and i never write reviews but this place needed it!!!!

2017-04-25Nice cozy setup, the bar tender was nice and quick. Drinks were good too, specially liked their drink of the day. Seating is pretty good, they have a very small patio space too for smokers.

2018-02-27Worst service and food ever. First off one of the waiters dropped half the food on the table and didnt even bother to give that person a new dish. He came back once to give the rest of the table the food and completely ignored the person who had half a plate of food. Second they gave us a hookah that didnt work and we had to hunt someone down to get a new one. Third they asked us how we wanted our steak and eggs cooked but yet they gave us all the same overcooked non seasoned steak with hard, rubber eggs. So basically dont go here if you must come here then get the mangu so at least you suffer just a little bit less.
