I have lived here for a year roaches , mice and the people underneath me loud and ignorant.I have complained numerous times about the upkeep here nothing has been done so I plan on moving. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Although it was difficult living without air conditioning and then hot water for a few days, including a couple of delays. I believe that the situations were handled well. The clean up after was a bit to be desired as there was broken glass, screws and other debris left behind that jeopardized the paws of my dog and my feet as well.

The worst maintenance staff I’ve ever encountered. Not only do they take months to fix anything, they come unprepared, take hours to even show up for a simple lock out, the office doesn’t give any care to calls or complaints. Someone in this complex is trying to break into our apartment and I’ve talked to neighbors who have had the same problems. They’re on top of things when it comes to putting a new lease agreement on your door but won’t handle simple maintaining tasks or fixing our front door which has been broken and a safety risk since we moved in. Don’t bother with this place

I did find a bed bug in my apartment. Pest control did find traces of possible bed bugs. It took over two weeks for vintage management to have pest control come here. They also have the water pressure so low it takes a hr to shower and 45 minutes to do dishes. They took two months to fix the washer and dryer. Front door to the building is still not fixed which jeopardizes the safety of the tenants in the building. Called codes over a dozen times. Only reason why we stayed is because of the pandemic. Everything here is bad except the neighborhood. Its expensive public housing.

Maintenance requests are never addressed in a timely manner. I have had to nag them for several months for some things, and one issue, still not resolved, for 14 months.

850 2 bedroom. Comes with roaches mice and a lack of maintenance. Rediculous.
