Have been going to Valley View Dental for 10+ years.Very professional and personable.Have never been stressed about going in for any work which needed to be done.Highly recommend!!
Ive been going here for a couple years now and I have no complaints. All the people there are super friendly and great at their jobs. When I was younger I didnt like the dentist at all but, since Ive been there I cant think of a single time Ive been unhappy.
I really appreciate Dr. Porcello and his staff for their professionalism and concern for their patient’s well being. Your comfort level is a priority for them and the Doctor follows up personally to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Valley View Dental!
Had our 6 month check-ups and cleaning. The hygentists were very efficient and had us out quickly and painlessly. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice facility!
Valley View Dental is a top notch quality Dental practice . All the equipment is the newest in technology, the very best office management with Lori, and Courtney, hygienist, does an amazing job. Dr. Porcello is always available for consultation if needed and always oversees his Practice.

I called requesting a broken tooth repair. I was told they were extremely busy and it would be difficult to find an opening, stating they would check schedules and call me back.Within a half hour I recieved a call saying they would squeeze me in that afternoon!I was in and out of the dentist chair in less than 45 minutes with my broken tooth looking like new.I have been going toValleyview Dental for a couple years now and have been exceptionally pleased with their services. Bless their hearts. 💕
The office staff is very organized and understanding, which is emensely helpful with my crazy work schedule. I have been a patient of all of the dentists here and have never been disappointed with my care.I cant recommend this dental practice enough.
Miranda did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! I arrived early to my appointment and she got me right in. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
I cracked a tooth on popcorn. Valley View got me in quickly and took care of repairing the tooth pain free. Dr. Holmes did a fantastic job. Now I just need to stay away from popcorn.
I was very apprehensive about having my front tooth removed and having a new tooth added to my partial. My appointment was at 8:15 AM and I was home at 9 with absolutely no pain! I had to return at 2:30 PM to have my partial fitted and it feels super! I am amazed at how quick and painless this whole process was! Thankyou so very much Dr. Procello!
Dr. Lamb is an exceptional talent. Our community is fortunate to have him and the entire Valley View contingent. Staff here are patient, kind, and professional!
Very professional. Didnt have to sit in the waiting room very long at all. Was given options right up front. No more tooth ache. I would highly recommend.
Overall great, except I have an issue with one person there, she comes across rude and very condescending, in person and over the phone. She looks at patients like, for lack of a better way, that they are beneath her. It is the woman that does insurance, Molly is her name.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but now that I go to Valley View I dont dread it. One of the best things is how easy they make it to schedule (and reschedule when needed). The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Also, the ability to get appointment reminders through texts, calls, and emails is super helpful! Ive had several appointments and all were good experiences. Theyre very professional and do a great job! I had a chip in my front tooth which made me hate my smile. I asked about getting it fixed and they got me in quickly and fixed it, and with my insurance it was very affordable! Im so happy I turned to Valley View for my dental care, and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

Really modern facility, great staff, and very quick. I felt very relaxed during my entire visit and it was quite obvious that they cared about my comfort. I went there during the day so it was imperative that I made it back to work quickly, they knew this and had me in and out in twenty minutes for an xray and cleaning.I recommend them to all my friends looking for a dentist.

Ok, so no one really loves going to the dentist. but my experiences at valley view have been the least unpleasant of all my dental experiences over the last decade. the building is new and super clean and neat. the staff is wonderfully pleasant. so far i have been there for a cavity filling, a cleaning and the beginning of a root canal and waled out of each pain free.

Dr. Lamb and staff have been absolutely incredible to me. I have had a few very problematic teeth/and infections recently (still going through it) Dr. Lamb has addressed each of my concerns and has even had me come straight in to be seen. He has been very patient with my concerns and pain. Thank you, all of you! You are so appreciated for going above and beyond for this in pain mama!

Poor customer care by Dr Williams. Called on Monday with a toothache of an 8 on a 10 scale. Despite telling them I was in great pain couldnt get in until Wed. Went in and was told what I already knew, has an abcess and needed a root canal to save tooth or an extraction. Was given a referral to endodontic in Buffalo and a antibiotic. No pain reliever despite the fact I cant take NSAIDs due to a heart condition. Pain the same or worse, 3rd might with little sleep.Had a previous favorable impression but no more.UPDATEsaw endonotist today who took xrays, unlike Valley View, and found problem was caused by decay under crown.I was told by Williams that I was being referred so the crown wouldnt have to be removed. Now it turns out it will plus I got an expensive specialist visit.IF xrays would have been taken by Williams at Valley View and I knew then what I learned today, I would have opted for extraction and implant instead of the more expensive root canal, filling and new crown.AVOID Dr Williams like the plague - shoddy professionalism!
Valley View Dental is a very nice new facility with state of the art technology. People are great too. Id highly recommend going there.

2022-07-28Our family absolutely loves Valley View Dental. Everyone is so kind, they make you feel welcomed and we’ve never had any issues getting in for an appointment. We absolutely love the Dental Hygienist Barb, my daughter wont let anyone else clean her teeth. She’s super awesome. I highly recommend this place you will not find any place who is professional and so kind as this dentist office.

2022-04-24I started going to Valley View about 5 years ago as it was recommended to me and was close to work. I have seen Marie and Stephanie, and both of these ladies are great!! Recently, I have seen Stephanie and shes the best! So nice, efficient and always a great visit. Dr. Lamb and his team there are amazing! I have recommended to many coworkers and friends!

2022-07-06My hygienist, Barb, is friendly, fast, & efficient. My teeth feel super after each cleaning, and any issues are addressed quickly. Dr. Holmes did my checkup, and thoroughly examined my teeth and oral cavity.The entire staff at Valley View is professional. I feel my dental health needs are expertly taken care of at Valley View. Highly recommend.

2022-03-17There the most Friendly Ive ever been to. Theyre always so positive and encouraging. When you walk in the door you see a smile with a greeting when you leave they always say goodbye. Miranda my hygienist does a great job very thorough and efficient. Always positive/happy to be there and talking to you while doing her job. My family will not go anywhere else.

2022-08-15Ive never been a fan of going to the dentist. This place greatly helps with that angst I used to feel. The staff are always very friendly and create a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone appears to be upbeat and happy. I have never had a bad experience with a visit or with staff.

2022-04-29Only dentist I feel comfortable going too. Very nice people. I am terrified of dentists and the nurses always hold my hand. They treat me very nicely. Valley view does not take my insurance, but I will happily keep paying out of pocket to continue going there.

2022-03-26My whole family goes there!! The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond. My 3 yo loves Miranda and is getting use to going to the dentist with her disabilities. They are extra attentive to her needs...we love them
