Always a great find at valu for the home during the spring/summer season. Others have mentioned that they’re prices are a bit higher than other retailers which is true unfortunately. I would find myself leaving some items sometimes because I would know of another place else that sells it for lower.Friendly staff though! That’s great!
I was immediately welcomed at the door by sales associate Jim.....he was extremely helpful and assisted me through my entire store visit.....i askef him a few questions on a couple different home improvements and he was quite nice. I enjoyed shopping because i found it easier to get around a smaller store than the bigger stores, where most of the time i am left alone looking for stuff and the store is just too huge....i will return....i spotted some other items i need soon.
I absolutely love Valu Home Centers. As soon as you walk in several employees greet you. Theyre all willing to guide you and help you with whatever you may need. Today I had a gentleman help me with supplies for marshmallow shooters.They always have what their ad shows and affordable prices.
I love shopping here although the place smells a bit funny. I walk in and get help right away its so amazing. And its not just a point and isle number they walk you right to what you asked for I cant overstate how much I love this it keeps me coming back.
2 managers walked by and ignored people in line waiting for a cashier as 2 customers had somewhat complicated transactions. Never been ignored at a Value before. Usually extremely helpful.
Best customer service in town! They go through the products and have real sincerity on making sure I get the right one! Very impressed.

I go here for all my small projects - great prices, huge selection, and easier than going to a big box store like Home Depot or Lowes. Even though they are a local chain, it still feels like your corner hardware store, and I like that.

Came here to get some rock salt after the snow storm & they had a lot in stock. Bought a 50lb bag (for about $9 bucks) and not only did the young guy working there put it in my cart he also carried it outside to my trunk! Talk about service.
Service with a smile! Everyone that works there is knowledgeable & willing to take time to guide you on whatever your needs or project may be. That kind of service is hard to find!
Always a Pleasure to go in there , 95% of the People have changed but STILL IS a Good old fashioned hardware store ! HOPE I DIDNT JINX it NOW !!! Has some things Ya just CANT FIND in the big Stores and HELP when Ya NEED it !!! And if U can Wait itll usually go on sale !!!
Everything I need for gardening and home projects I can find at Valu. The prices are cheaper than my local hardware store and Home Depot. The staff at this location is always friendly.

I would have bought paint from here but there was no one around to help us. There was a guy on his phone in the front, though.
3 employees were preoccupied decorating a Christmas tree while half a dozen customers waited in line at the only register open.

2020-11-23Im always greeted by an employee upon arrival, asking if they can help me find anything. They have a wide variety of products for the home maintenance, storage,tools, DYI projects, indoor and outdoor decor. Stores are clean and well stocked.

2019-11-27Quick stop (so I thought) for a couple of new keys. Everything was fine until I went to the register. I had to stand there for a minute waiting for the cashier who was fixing her draw. Seconds later a female coworker came behind her and went into her draw. The two started a long winded conversation. The cashier says to her Should I cash her out first? Her coworker replied No, she can wait. Havent I wait long enough? Its been about five minutes? I replied. Mind you she the only cashier there! We need to count the draw! She YELLED. They literally counted the draw and DID NOT apologize for the long wait or her loud tone of voice. Seriously! The cashier rung me up like I just walked up. She politely tells me to have a nice day. Fifteen minutes for two set of keys and an attitude. Thanks for making me feel like a VALUED CUSTOMER. Ill use Home Depot instead.
