After renting a small 10yards dumpster, we filled it up like any normal customer would. Capital Industries (not Value Carting) picked up the dumpster and attempted to charge my card without authorization for an additional $400. They contacted me (from a restricted number) AFTER the attempt to tell me that the payment did not go through (Thank God!)Apparently the weight of the dumpster had exceeded their 1 ton limit and they are looking to charge me almost $800 in total for a 10 yard dumpster. Rather than suggesting a larger bin when I called to place the order, which would have been less in cost they are ripping people off.There is no way for a customer to know the weight of the garbage being placed inside a dumpster. Also, why rent a dumpster with the capacity to fill up to 4 tons when the price only covers 1 ton???? So they can rip off their customers...Capital Industries are ripping people off. Value Carting is the one I thought I was dealing with, who were much more professional and had me sign a cc authorization form. The receptionist at CI kept calling me at work all day from a restricted number as if they are a collection agency. She later hung up on me when I tried to express my displeasure with the ridiculous cost and then explicitly stated that they do not need authorization to charge a customers credit card. I have never heard of such nonsense.They are now threatening to bring me to small claims court and lien my property.

I had contact another company for the service a week in advance, they try to drop off the dumpster on January 7th but it was no space for it, so they charge me $150 for the trip, on the following day the 8th of January I try to reschedule the drop off for January 9th and I spend the entire day calling to have a confirmation but they were giving me the running around and at the end they told me that they could not do it until Monday, I`ll explain that I had the garbage already outside, they did not care at all, on the 9th of January at 8am I started calling companies for a dumpster with no luck, imaging, try to call any company in the City of New York for a dumpster with a same day drop off, is almost impossible right, I`m glad and I thank God I called Capitol, this guy`s are great, when I called I explain my situation and he promise me the I will have a dumpster on site by 12pm, I look at the clock and I told him yeah right, I spoke with the gentleman at 10am and I had my dumpster at 12:15pm, he did broke the promise by 15 minutes but who the hell care, LOl, I have a dumpster, also, the driver was extremely kind and respectful, in my book that`s a plus, the only thing I can say is that from now on I will recommend 100% Capitol Value Carting Corporation, they are amazing

Needed a large dumpster dropped off at my house so I gave Value Carting a call. They were quick to respond and a pleasure dealing with. I will definitely use them again and refer to others. Thanks for the help Value Carting!
