Pharmacist and staff are wonderful here. Real people with that can’t do enough for you attitude and approach. It’s very different from the CVS across the street where they treat you like an irritation.

Always has what I need, Pharmacy is knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful when I have questions about how best to help my son when he gets sick. Also! Good place to go for Legos and other great kids toys, stocking stuffers, kitchenwares, so many things. Such an asset to this area.

I’ve read the comments about the woman in the pharmacy and I don’t know who they’re talking about, because the woman Laura who I have dealt with now for a number of years is absolutely wonderful. She couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. I love the personal service you get there. They know me now, and I feel much comforted knowing that my history, as well as my name is familiar to them. I happily give the store five stars.

I had my first job at Value Drugs and have been going back since. They have ~every single thing~ you need for your home in a local setting. Will hires young people from the community which gives the store a much needed neighborhood feel at a time when most stores are impersonal chains. The Pharmacy takes great care with their orders and the staff are super friendly. Shop local!

Scheduled an appointment at Eastchester location, Received several reminders. Arrived at the location on time. No one was there. Eastchester Management says no testing at Eastchester location any more and they forgot to turn off the reminder notifications. Sent us to the Bronxville location which was closed. Terrible customer service and poor information.

Rather go to walgreens or cvs from now on, the pharmacy customer service needs a lot of improvement. The woman has an attitude for no reason. She judged me for purchasing plan b.
