I love shopping here. I have bought all my furniture from here for the past 10 years and the customer service is out of this world!!!!! We came into this place not expecting much, frankly. We were looking for a new couch in a particular color and there was not much on the floor. However Paul, the salesman, was amazing and highly personable. He was funny and we really enjoyed just talking to him-he made us feel welcome. He listened to what we were looking for and was able to show us the perfect couch out of a catalog. We were nervous about ordering sight-unseen, but he assured us that we had a 30-day money-back period if we were unhappy in any way-no questions asked. And he gave us a much better offer than any other store in the area. So we took it.Not only was he able to arrange an even earlier delivery time for us (we got it in four days, counting the weekend, instead of a week) but the couch is a dream. Its everything he said it was.I could not imagine a better experience. The service was excellent, and we saved quite a deal.

Ive been purchasing the furniture from this store for years. My dining room set, and two bedroom sets I bought from here. Is still at great condition after having it for 7yrs.
Value furniture store was a God send to my family. From the first time we stepped inside and met Paul we knew this was going to be a good experience. He was so welcoming and helpful in finding what we needed. He really cared about our needs and you can tell he always puts the customer first. We ordered a nice couch and it was delivered super fast and right on time. We love our new couch as it is beautiful yet super comfy- this store really does sell quality furniture I promise! I went shopping for a new bedroom set and couch and from the moment I stepped in the place. I met Paul and Paul was very helpful and knowledge with his products. He was very accommodating with his price, products and delivery. His furniture team was very professional and very creative when moving the furniture. My mother been shopping here for years and I will as well.

Paul is committed to customer satisfaction and will make sure you get quality furniture that is within your budget. We bought a table and chairs set and a sofa and were super happy with what we paid, for the quality we got! His handymen built the furniture within 15 minutes of delivery, totally seamless. When the sofa I ordered was a few days late, Paul took a percentage off the price to compensate. A pleasure to purchase from, I will definitely be back!
I cannot say enough good things about Paul and Value Furniture Warehouse. Before arriving at the store, I was expecting a big warehouse/showroom filled with different types of furniture. I was surprised to walk in and only see a few pieces of furniture - however, I quickly learned that you do not come here to find something new.You come to Pauls store to purchase furniture you have previously found either online or in store at somewhere overpriced like West Elm. You show Paul what you are looking for and in minutes he either finds the exact thing or something very similar. We were very nervous to purchase our couch online without seeing it first. By ordering through Paul though, we were able to secure a great price, free assembly and nail down the exact delivery time. On top of everything, he threw in a free box spring and had someone put our bed together (not purchased through him) for free.I was blown away by the customer service and everything Paul did for us. He goes above and beyond for his customers and would never screw anyone over. I will definitely be back when I need more furniture. Seriously, do not hesitate to come here, you will not regret it!
Been shopping here for years Furniture is of the best quality. I still have a dresser I brought from Paul in 2003. Paul is one of the nicest men I ever met in my life. He works with you & dont go out your budget.
Paul is as kind and generous as you’ll find in the furniture world. He has our business as long as we live in the area. He made the experience enjoyable, and he knows his stuff.
I hate going to places where I feel pressured to buy something because a salesman follows me around, so this was a fantastic experience. When we came in, he immediately said, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me, but Im not going to pester you. We had a few other places we wanted to check out before making a final decision, so he pointed us in the direction of the other furniture stores in the area, but at the end of the day he offered us the best price, was the most cordial, and the most helpful. He also single-handedly loaded it into our van. From the product to the service we had a wonderful experience (which isnt usually the case when furniture shopping).
These reviews must brought or he’s faking several profiles to give himself good ratings. The furniture is very cheap quality. If you’re aging out of foster care please ask your agency to get your furniture from somewhere else. Paul will delay your furniture for months and when you finally receive it he’ll give you the incorrect furniture. RUN!
Absolutely not what is described. This is a very small shop with a few low quality pieces of new furniture, no used furniture. They sell from paper catalogs you can browse in the store. Might as well buy online...
I didnt have a pleasant experience with this guy. He was inconsiderate to my time. The delivery guys delayed my furniture and Paul only made excuses. I truly believe he is a con artist because the furniture is definitely not of quality whatsoever. WORST EXPERIENCE! Please Look else where, and take this review as a blessing.

Paul was amazing me and husband went into the store with intentions just to browse but the way how Paul customer service was we had to buy something at first I just wanted the three seat recliner we wound up adding in the one seat recliner As well..we were supposed to be setup delivery that Friday but something happened where the warehouse couldnt see the second item that was added.. it was ok though Paul made accommodations for them to delivery on a Sunday which I greatly appreciated.. I’m definitely looking to go back to this store and I would give it 5 stars

The best customer service I have ever experienced was at Value Furniture. I think Paul wrote the book on customer satisfaction which many of those Brand name stores can learn a thing or two from Paul. The prices at this store cant be beat, and you get your furniture delivered within the timeframe specified.
Mr. Paul is the best ever!!! He will do his job detailed and all, will send u across the street n have u compare, but Bet u will be coming back in Mr. Pauls door to make ur purchase. He has the same thing that other retailers have but he makes it worth every penny. Hes patient with u n makes sure u leave happy! Very disappointed. At first i was super excited to purchase my furniture from paul based on the reviews i read previously online. Giving value furniture 1 star is strickly for the quality of products and not the actual service. Paul was in fact very helpful and nice. But after purchasing a bedroom set that included the bed frame, mattress, and dresser i am completely not satisfied. The dresser broke on me for the second time which the first time i did get a replacement. BUT if u only own1pair of socks and a few undergarments this is the only way it wont break down. I mean it has not even been a complete year and screws pop out the dresser EVERYTIME I OPEN THE DRAW TO PUT AN ITEM IN OR TAKE AN ITEM OUT👎🏾 Secondly, is the bed. Well i was very excited about my new bed until the middle wooden part of the bed broke and now my mattress sinks in the middle. Smh it got so bad i dont even want a replacement i rather take my money elsewhere and pray i dont have the same experience again 😪 I spent about $1600 for it to be thrown away. I would say that paul did throw in a stand up lamp to be delivered upon the arrival of my furniture unfortunately i never received it. Will be moving in 2 weeks and sad to say my bedroom furniture wont be leaving with me.

He is not only a genuine and great person but he is extremely knowledgeable about furniture and knows just what you need and don’t need. If you want a great furniture buying experience for the right price, this is the place. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

2016-10-17My experience at this furniture store was awesome. The salesman Paul was polite and informative. He didnt follow you around instead he allowed me to look around as I asked multiple questions to all he had an answer for. I received a great deal with fast and professional delivery service. I love my sectional sofas and my son loves his chest. THANKS PAUL!!

2018-11-17Theyre very friendly people who know many of their frequent customers by name. Their furniture is not too pricy (Around $200-300 for most large items) and they deliver it to you for relatively inexpensive. Furniture isnt bad quality either. Only downside is that they usually deliver during work hours, but theyre very friendly and will try to accommodate you.

2018-05-07I came to know this business nine years ago and I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the knowledgeable representative.I recently called and inquired about furniture for sisters apartment. The representative I spoke to remembered me when I was in store today. He serviced my sister and she too was pleased.Id recommend this store in heartbeat because of the great customer service and the comfortability. Everything is up front with NO hidden charges.
