Enjoyed my experience with them very respectful.although i enjoyed my experience as i got home and looked around my car i noticed that the guy that took care of filling my tires with air, failed to tighten my tire caps they were extremely loose and i ended up with one lost due to that. so now i will have to make sure before pulling off if all my tires caps are nice and tightened up.

The wait time wasnt bad at all. 40 mins total from wait time to end of services. Friendly staff, explained every step of the way. Was not forceful with extra sale tactics. Definitely will continue to go back. Also, used coupon.

Took my Jetta there first thing in the morning and the guys were incredible. Super nice, easy going, and thorough. I was worried about taking my full synthetic Volkswagen there but they were able to do the oil change no problem. Always check their website for oil change coupons! They couldnt add transmitter ssion Lucas fix to my car. GM Pontiac torrent. Too hard, dont have enough that sockets I was told. Lolololol

Alright I’m just going to put it like this- I went to get my oil changed. They tried to push extra services (like always), this time a radiator flush. I declined, whatever. Ironically, the very next day I noticed a neon green leak spot in the snow under my car. Funny how that happens, right? There 1000% was not any coolant/antifreeze leak before.On another note, I had a Subaru STi back around 2012. About a week after getting an oil change at another valvoline, the engine blew to hell because of an oil leak.So, now I’m off to the dealer to find out why my coolants leaking. I can’t say for certain they set me up, but use your own common sense... you be the judge.

They will try to upsell you on literally everything. I got my engine filter changed about two months ago. When I went for an oil change, they tried to tell me that I desperately needed a new engine filter after I already denied them trying to replace my car battery. If you are in an absolute rush and need a quick oil change, I suggest going here. But only if its urgent. Also, oil changes here are on the relatively expensive side.
Definitely one of the better valvoline/instant oil change places I’ve experienced. Guys were super nice and seemed to appreciate the business. Looks like some people have had problems with them, can only say the opposite.
Damaged my car and lied about it. Save yourself the repair bill and choose someplace else.Update: In response to owner. I have contacted customer care, I specifically asked not to have any further dealings with your location, as you guys lied to my face. They told me that was the only way to solve the issue. Im still considering my options at this point.

The customer service was nice but trying to sell me everything with an oil change got really annoying. The price for the oil change was 20 dollars more than what Id pay at my mechanic. Not going again just for that reason.

Brought my 2004 GMC in for oil and transmission service, prior to this ,the vehicle never leaked anything, while waiting for the service to be performed, the attendant ,whose name I forgot, informed me Hey Bud, you have a lot of transmission fluid leaking, one week later, my high pressure transmission line split, and left me stranded, I firmly believe that the line was tampered with. Keep Away from these ,rude ignorant people

They lied. Took my HHR there. They told me the only conventional oil they had was 5W30 but they put 10W40 in my Altima (previous car). Plus they claimed they put air in the tires but the car behaved the same way afterward. I wont go back.

$85 is way overpriced. Didnt have the knowledge to tell me what oil is safe for my vehicle and would also save me money. Take the time to research before you go.
The guys who work in this shop are racist. I went there several times and only the people of color work, the rest stand around and joke while there is a line of vehicles waiting.
$20 coupon which i ended up paying $65 because i needed a filter plus they broke my oil dip stick. It was replaced the following day.

2022-03-31Past experiences 5 stars! Need to have a setup for appointments for inspections. Sometimes takes too long waiting in the lot. Also, if you need anything replaced to pass inspection, show the customer, dont just say it. Otherwise, staff was great as usual!

2022-03-22Got an oil change today for the first time outside of a dealership -- chose this Valvoline. When I got home I noticed that my cars skid plate was hanging off the side, dropping a few inches. Since I have a super low to the ground hybrid, I was terrified I might have damaged my car in the short distance to and from the shop.I went back to the shop and the staff was friendly enough about it, although didnt prioritize the fix, instead taking several more customers first. Really? If you were to order lunch at McDonalds and were missing an item / something wrong, would I be expected to wait in the line again? Maybe Im the jerk? IDK. When I brought it up with the stated manager, he said he heard what I wad saying, but had a strict first come first serve ignoring the fact that I had been there an hour or so earlier and they messed up the work.The manager also told me that all the bolts were in fact originally put back correctly, but it wasnt tucked properly. That wasnt true but I didnt bother calling him out on it since I just wanted to leave at this point. You can see the photo, at least two bolts physically disconnected. Why lie to me at this point? Especially since you just said it wasnt done right regardless?What could have been a 15 minute oil change turned into an afternoon. I really messed up by not going to the Honda dealership.Called corporate. They were nice enough to refund me, and were equally dismayed by the experience. 3 stars instead of 1, since they did right. Wish the team/manager would prioritize botched jobs next time.... wouldnt have even bothered posting this if they had.

2021-07-01I needed an oil change and I went to the Monro on Delaware and spoke to an extremely rude woman at the front desk. I left to go to the Valvoline and Adam had me pull up, he introduced himself to me and everyone in my vehicle. He was VERY informative and knowledgeable. His service was the best I’ve ever received from a car shop. I will be returning here again due to Adams incredible service.
