I visited with appointment and the seller who is white old women and she showed what I wanted to try on it was nice and I decide to buy that definitely before I tried. However, I would to take my husband to check for it. he was not available to come with me because of my young daughter. she wanted to play the mall instead of coming with me, so I asked to see the seller as come back again later the day or another day in a week. the seller was really rude to me. she said she will not be here next weekend or weekdays, so I asked again “Are you gonna have a vacation? “she said “no”.It means she does not want to talk to me even if I am a potential customer too. Also, she ignored what I am saying too. she just want to have a customer who buy more and immediately. she said I should made appointment again on online, it is okay to me. her acting is so rude rude and I felt so angry and I will not visit again the location either.she was not okay to me because I did not buy immediately anyway, I would like to buy that with her.VCA company should fire her or change or training what ever.these days, they does not allow to see walk in customer. we should have made appointment to look something what you want. we can not see anything even if sellers does not have customer too. it really inconvenient to see and ask information. they should change it too.

What pathetic and unprofessional customer service. Disgusting!1. My husband called today to once again ask the sales associate if the piece he was looking for came in, it was , she didnt bother to reach out to him.2. He was given a 1 o’clock appointment and went in at one on his lunch break to pick it and was immediately stopped at the front by security and told to wait outside. When he showed him the text saying he had an appointment , he said she was with a customer and he had to wait outside. 3. None of the other sales associates were busy and just sitting down while he waited outside until 1:30.4. His sales associate was fine but again there was not much for her to do as I said he was looking for a specific piece .Just worth a mention , he was on his lunch break , he is a steamfitter, he was in uniform and probably looked shabby , he personally felt like the security was rude to him because of this fact.I really wish he would have just left, instead I now have a beautiful necklace sold by ugly representation for this iconic brand. So disappointed as this was our first van clef purchase. Our experiences with Cartier right across the way has been by far superior. When an employee treats customers negatively, doesn’t really make you want to spend your money with them. Does anyone actually want to do their jobs these days? Pathetic and disappointed , may return this and buy it somewhere else .

Ive been waiting two months for money back from an exchange I made. Noone has bothered contacting me after my initial discussion about the money. Calling doesnt help because Noone picks up the phone. Disappointed because the piece I bought for my wife was gorgeous. And the girl that sold it to me was amazing as well.

On June 18th, my friend and I went to the store to try on a ring from the Amber collection and I was introduced to a blonde Russian-speaking sales associate (unfortunately I donot remember her name). When I asked her to show me the ring, she commented that my earrings that I was wearing were originally designed for children. It was unnecessary for her to make that comment. I found this comment inappropriate and not relevant to my current visit to the store. I was rushing to leave the store because of this unprofessional behavior. This sales associate needs proper training!

My friend and I went to this store looking for a particular bracelet…we didnt have an appointment but we were allowed to sit inside to wait. We saw a woman walking around and assumed she was a manager who was not taking customers (she was not a manger)….She would look at us and made no attempt to greet us. We sat there for about 30mins until a couple showed up who also did not have an appointment ( I know because they specifically said this to the guard)…..she immediately went to assist them completely overlooking us. Later on i learned that her name is Julia. Absolutely a complete poor show of customer service! I still bought my bracelet which is beautiful, and was sold out everywhere else I went to. It is soo unfortunate that my experience, at the place I was able to find it, was sullied by Julia’s behavior.

Back in May 2021, my fiancé and I did not have an appointment and waited as walk-ins. Waited few minutes and were introduced to the most helpful sales associate, he was able to help us order our custom wedding bands, purchase a ring Ive been longing for, and super surprise treat, a set of beautiful Alhambra earrings. He was very knowledgeable about the products and we continue to stay in touch (almost 5 months later). I know that he will be our sales person as long as he is at VCA.Recently, I stopped by without an appointment and knowing my sales person was out of town, the walk in wait time was a lot longer than the first time. Although I didnt buy anything, I was pleasantly surprised by the items they had available for purchase. Again, the people at the store were very nice and helpful.

Doubt their professionalisms. The guard stopped me I immediately in front of the gate, which I saw another comment of this site mentioned this as well. When I got in store, I told them I want to simply clean my earrings, and they asked me to make an appointment and said it’ll cost $180 and 10 days for the cleaning service. However, when I called the VCA store in fifth Avenue, they said the cleaning service is completely free and can be done with simple walk-in, only the polishing service needs a $180 fee. Ridiculous.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Store was quite large though not as big as the one on 5th Ave. Check out the Frivole necklace, particularly the gold one—think they’re gorgeous and would make for a perfect Christmas gift.

Cold, rude and inattentive. We were the only people in the store and yet the sales woman treated us with zero customer service - maybe she would sell more if she actually helped her customers. The doorman was nice!

We made an appointment 1 week in advance. When we arrived we were told the sales associate was on another client run and told us to come back next week. Didn’t even let us in the store. Terrible customer service.
