2021-06-10Needed cardboard sheets asap/today/right now.There was a phone speed bump as a new customer. Since I needed guidance. But, when I drove up, I found everyone to be helpful, courteous. Highly recommended. Long Island City location a plus.

2020-07-20They were great and super helpful - went above and beyond to understand my moving situation to recommend the best box dimensions, and when that didnt work out (due to the shipping companys limitations) they still offered me different options and were super helpful. 2016-06-03I Love going to Van Owners but the lady in the corner, the boss never remembers me or my company. Shes RUDE and OBNOXIOUS and tries to force a size sheet on you every visit. If she would change her attitude Van Owners would be perfect
