People very nice but wasted money on a carton of cigs that they roll.. they were rolled so loose most of tobacco was in the box not the tubes !! Few cigarettes were missing an inch of tobacco in the middle ! Will never go back !!
Lack of customer experience in this place..employees would rather spend time on there phone than to acknowledge a customer when they enter the store and stand at the counter for 3min before being acknowledged by the employee!
Chelsea was really informative about cbd, and I will defiantly be coming back to purchase more!

2019-03-08If you’re in the Market for a vape, juice or even a drink.. come see Chelsea!! Although the entire staff is awesome...She’s the individual that is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She helped me pick out the right device as well as flavor to my liking. Explained the differences in other products etc.. I have stopped back because of her expertise and friendliness and have spent hundreds in merchandise. This spot is it!

2019-08-07I came in earlier today to get a vape juice but wasnt sure what kind I wanted! The employee was so amazing helping me pick one! And I love it!!! I will definitely always go back to her now! She has a forever customer with me! She told me her name I think it was Chelsea? She was so great and nice!

2019-02-28This is probably the worst smoke shop around... First time i went in to buy a piece the guy didnt give me my change back. Drove back to have the guy count the register to confirm this. I just went in to buy a expensive piece and was greeted with an attitude. I felt nervous to ask to see anything and i felt like i was a complete inconvenience being in the store. I instantly walked out and i will take my buissness elsewhere. It was a lady in her 30s behind the counter.

2019-07-13The Schenectady, NY store sold me CBD Vape Juice that you can not Vape! I called the store to let them know about this and was told the manager would call me back....still waiting for a call back..have left several messages....very upset about this and very disappointed....I will NEVER use this store again.
